IN THE SENATE
The Senate continues to debate a roster of security recommendations left over from the 9/11 Commission, largely mirroring reforms passed by the House in January. It'll be a slow slog as senators debate amendments over local grant formulas, enemy combatants' rights to petition the courts, immigration enforcement and - most contentiously - whether or not to give airport screeners collective bargaining rights.
IN THE HOUSE
The House floor will be fairly quiet this week, except for a vote on water treatment plants.
