2013: A New Vision
No longer "God and Country" . . .
But:
"GOD AND KINGDOM!"
Dear Friends,
HAPPY NEW YEAR!
As we are now moving into 2013 together, CHPP wishes to share a fresh and a new vision with you:
No longer only "God and country" but also "God and Kingdom!"
WHY??
For some time now, our Lord has been nudging us to go BEYOND our nation in prayer to lift up the Harvest that He desires to bring forth, and the revival that is surely nigh at hand!!
In other words, to look beyond ourselves to His Kingdom on earth -- for "of the increase of His Kingdom and peace, there shall be no end." (Isaiah 9:7)
What a wonderful promise this is! HALLELUJAH!
HOW??
Of course, Capitol Hill Prayer Partners will continue to pray for "all in authority," because Scripture commands that we do this FIRST, before we pray for anything else. In so doing, Abba promises . . . "that we may live peaceful and quiet lives in all godliness and holiness." (I Timothy 2:1,2)
However, as we await His soon return, we join you in praying for "His Kingdom to come, and His will to be done on earth as it is in heaven." (Matt. 6:10)
WHEN??
Beginning with tomorrow's Daily Brief, you will see some new features included in each issue, that will help us to focus on His coming Kingdom, and the saints who need our prayerful consideration: the Persecuted Church, and the ones who are now making decisions for Christ. Amen. These new features will be added on to the regular postings you have all come to expect and pray over.

GOD AND KINGDOM!
PART ONE: THE PERSECUTED CHURCH
In each issue of The Daily Brief, we will bring you news of at least one believer, or one church, that is living under persecution in their own land. In each case, you will be encouraged to "read more" about their plight. Please join us in learning as much as you can about the one(s) whose lives are in danger, and bringing them to the Lord for protection. Thank you.
PART TWO: NEW BELIEVERS COMING TO CHRIST
Every day, in every nation on earth, tens of thousands of men and women are making decisions for Christ. Now, you can monitor this amazing fact online by literally "watching" as these souls are born again into the Kingdom.
Again beginning tomorrow, we will feature a standard section called "Pray for the Harvest", allowing you to link to several websites that are now available for just this purpose.
Of course, the identities of those who are coming to the Lord are never revealed, but our God knows who they are!
Join us as we monitor these "names" daily, praying over each one to be mentored and to grow in his or her faith . . . even in these perilous times. Thank you!

2013: A New Strategy
"EACH ONE . . . REACH ONE . . ."
A NEW STRATEGY FOR 2013:
This past year, we have seen an increase in the level of evil activity that has stunned us all. It is not needful to revisit all of these facts here; if you have been reading our alerts, then you understand our message.
But GOD has GOOD NEWS for us!
In His Holy Word, it is written, " . . . But where sin abounded, grace did much more abound." (Romans 5:20)
AND he has MORE GOOD NEWS for us, because it is written:
". . . so is my word that goes out from my mouth: It will not return to me empty, but will accomplish what I desire and achieve the purpose for which I sent it." (Isaiah 55:11)
In other words, His word WILL ACCOMPLISH His will!
And finally, He has EVEN MORE GOOD NEWS FOR US! Here it is:
"One man of you shall chase a thousand: for the LORD your God, he it is that fighteth for you, as he hath promised you." (Joshua 23:10)
>>> THE KEY TO VICTORY: Increasing our numbers!!
It is clear from Scripture that, when sin "abounds," grace does more so abound. And when prayer warriors are joined together in heartfelt intercession, the enemy's forces will flee "en masse." [Not the people, mind you. We are referring to the forces of evil in high places, according to Ephesians 6:12.
PLEASE ACCEPT OUR CHALLENGE!
Tonight, on the cusp of this New Year, Capitol Hill Prayer Partners would like to challenge each one of you (now numbering just over 4,000 praying saints) to recruit one other like-minded believer to join our ranks. Time after time in days past, we have all witnessed stunning answers to prayer -- sometimes overnight! As each one of YOU reaches out to one more saint, just think what might happen when 8,000 are joined together "in the spirit of unity and in the bond of peace."
And, if you enlist even more prayer warriors to join our ranks, so much the better!

With your help, our new vision, our new focus, and our new strategy will all work together to make this already dynamic ministry even more effective . . . for the cause of Christ!
No longer "God and Country -- but now, God and Kingdom!"

And may you all be blessed and refreshed in the days, weeks and months ahead by the Hand of our Loving Father . . . Who art in heaven. Amen!
