1. 'Furious' guns tied to 2010 Juarez massacre, other murders in Mexico - Fox News
For the first time, Mexican victims of crimes tied to the botched Operation Fast and Furious are being identified, including teenagers killed in a 2010 massacre.
A new report finds dozens of weapons recovered in Mexico have been connected with the ill-fated and ill-conceived anti-gunrunning program. While some Mexican authorities estimate 300 of their citizens have been injured or killed by Fast and Furious guns, little has been known about those weapons south of the U.S. border until now.

A bombshell report released Wednesday on Operation Fast and Furious faulted a range of federal agencies for the failed anti-gunrunning program and accused officials in charge of a "disregard" for public safety. In the wake of the report, one Justice Department official resigned and another retired.
The sprawling report by the department's inspector general is the most comprehensive account yet on the deadly operation which allowed weapons to "walk" across the U.S.-Mexico border and resulted in hundreds of firearms turning up at crime scenes in both countries.
The nearly 500-page report was completed after investigators reviewed 100,000 documents and interviewed 130 people.
The report slams both the Phoenix office of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives and the U.S. Attorney's Office for not taking action. The program caught the attention of Congress and the rest of the country after weapons from Fast and Furious were found at the crime scene of murdered Border Patrol agent Brian Terry.

2. Supreme Court opens door to another challenge to Obamacare - Fox News
Tucked inside the Supreme Court's lengthy list of orders on Monday was an indication that the fight over President Obama's health care law soon could be back before the high court.
Since the court's June decision upholding the law's individual mandate to buy insurance, one of the first Obamacare plaintiffs has been fighting for a new hearing on challenges to other portions of the law.
Liberty University, a Christian college in Virginia, has been fighting the employer mandate since the law was enacted, while challenging the law on other constitutional grounds. The school got as far as the 4th Circuit Court of Appeals, which refused to hear the merits of the case. That federal court decided that the original Liberty University lawsuit was barred because of the Anti-Injunction Act, which would block any challenge to a "tax" before a taxpayer actually pays it, in this case referring to the penalties associated with failing to obtain health insurance.

3. 1 million Ohioans using free phone program - Dayton Daily News
A program that provides subsidized phone service to low-income individuals has nearly doubled in size in Ohio in the past year -- now covering more than a million people. At the same time, federal officials say they're reining in waste, fraud and abuse in the program.
- Father, may this program be reconsidered until the officials can prevent the fraud and abuse. Lord, help us to trust in You, and not be dependent on the government for all our needs and wants.

4. US Pressures EU To Oppose PA Statehood Ploy at UN - Ynet News
A private memo secured by the London Guardian, advises that recognition by the General Assembly "would be extremely counterproductive," and it openly hinted that such a move could result in financial sanctions. PA Chairman Mahmoud Abbas has a guaranteed majority in the General Assembly, but American pressure and possible financial repercussions could sway a number of pro-Arab countries to abstain or even vote against upgrading the Palestinian Authority's current non-member status. 5. Earth is undergoing true polar wander, scientists say - Earth Sky
Scientists based in Germany and Norway today published new results about a geophysical theory known as true polar wander. That is a drifting of Earth's solid exterior - an actual change in latitude for some land masses - relative to our planet's rotation axis. If the volcanoes, land and other masses that exist within the spinning Earth ever became sufficiently imbalanced, the planet would tilt and rotate itself until this extra weight was relocated to a point along the equator. Israel's "go-it-alone" option to attack Iran's nuclear sites has set the Middle East on edge and unsettled its main ally at the height of a U.S. presidential election campaign.
2. Barak, Lieberman clash over Palestinian peace prospects - Israel Hayom
In a blisterning attack, Defense Minister Ehud Barak released a statement on Sunday repudiating Foreign Minister Avigdor Lieberman's harsh comments against Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas at the U.N. General Assembly.
3. Mashaal confirms he's quitting as Hamas leader, vows continued 'resistance' against Israel - Times of Israel
Hamas political chief Khaled Mashaal confirmed on Sunday that he would be stepping down as the head of the Islamist extremist group. He said he would be staying away, "at least temporarily," but intimated that he may return to the movement's leadership one day.

Deception and the current prophetic times
As I look around me at the current situation of our people and our times, one word comes to mind: Deception. Deception is defined as "the action of deceiving someone; a thing that deceives." Some of the words in the thesaurus regarding deception are: deceit, deceitfulness, duplicity, double-dealing, fraud, cheating, trickery, chicanery, deviousness, slyness, wiliness, guile, bluff, lying, pretense, treachery, and subterfuge. Yeshua tells us in Matthew 24:4, "Take heed that no man deceive you." I wonder why then do we not take deception and the art of deception more seriously in our society. Being deceived has harsh consequences physically, spiritually and prophetically.
The word "deceived" appears at least 86 times in the Bible, according to my trusty search engine. Deception, especially, from a spiritual and prophetic perspective, has been a big problem throughout the history of man, and shall continue in the prophetic future. Why so much deception when we are warned against it? One answer may be found in Obadiah 1:3. Speaking of Edom, the prophet wrote, "The pride of thine heart has deceived thee..." So pride is a cause of deception. Galatians 6:7 says, "Be not deceived; YHVH is not mocked: for whatsoever a man sows, that shall he also reap." In this we know that our actions or decisions contrary to YHVH impact our lives--even if we don't want to believe they do.
The word of the Lord came to the prophet Micah about wicked rulers and deceiving prophets. Micah 2:8-11 speaks of how the people, not grounded in YHVH, were so deceived by the rulers and prophets that they became an enemy: "Even of late my people is risen up as an enemy...Arise ye, and depart; for this is not your rest: because it is polluted, it shall destroy you, even with a sore destruction. If a man walking in the spirit and falsehood do lie, saying, I will prophesy unto thee of wine and of strong drink; he shall even be the prophet of this people." Here the people are warned by Micah against the false prophets less the people be so deceived that they become an enemy of YHVH and be destroyed.
Many people wonder aloud why our nation is in such horrible condition. There is much deception and also a willingness to be deceived. The wicked have used deception to advance their causes. Some are deceived into thinking that their actions have no consequences. Many are so full of pride that they are easily deceived, thinking that their pastors, their confidants, their politicians would never seek to deceive them. The word of YHVH, is the best prevention of deception. Studying it faithfully, in its context, prevents deception. But that is a lot harder work than listening to someone tickle ears with their own version of what the Bible says. Deception has prophetic consequences. Take heed that no man deceives you.

35 Days Until Election Day
Early voting starts in Ohio
Election Day is five weeks away, but in-person early voting begins today in Ohio, a key battleground state in the presidential election.
In 2008, nearly 30 percent of Ohio voters cast their ballots before Election Day. CBS News expects early voters to make up the same portion of the Ohio electorate this year.
Both campaigns are making explicit efforts this week to turn out early voters. Democrats are holding "Sleep Out the Vote" events at which Obama supporters camped out overnight ahead of in-person early voting, the Columbus Dispatch reports. Republicans, meanwhile, planned a 7:30 a.m. early voting rally at a Romney campaign office. The Romney campaign is also launching a "Commit to Mitt Early Vote Express" statewide bus tour.
Currently, 34 states plus the District of Columbia offer early voting. This year, the CBS News polling unit predicts at least one third of ballots -- or around 44 million -- will be cast before Election Day, though that figure could reach as high as 40 percent. (CBS News) Read more.

France Set to Ban the Words "Mother" and "Father" from Official Documents
The move, which has outraged Catholics, means only the word "parents" would be used in identical marriage ceremonies for all heterosexual and same-sex couples. The draft law states that "marriage is a union of two people, of different or the same gender". It says all references to "mothers and fathers" in the civil code - which enshrines French law - will be swapped for simply "parents". The law would also give equal adoption rights to homosexual and heterosexual couples.
Justice Minister Christiane Taubira told France's Catholic newspaper La Croix: "Who is to say that a heterosexual couple will bring a child up better than a homosexual couple, that they will guarantee the best conditions for the child's development?" "What is certain is that the interest of the child is a major preoccupation for the government."
The head of the French Catholic Church Cardinal Philippe Barbarin warned followers last week that gay marriage could lead to legalized incest and polygamy in society. He told the Christian's RFC radio station: "Gay marriage would herald a complete breakdown in society. Leading French Catholics have also published a 'Prayer for France', which says: "Children should not be subjected to adults' desires and conflicts, so they can fully benefit from the love of their mother and father."
"The family that is the foundation of social life is threatened in many places, following a concept of human nature that has proven defective," stated Pope Benedict. (The Telegraph UK) Read more.
- The French Justice Minister obviously does not know what the Bible teaches on marriage nor the knowledge that social scientists have uncovered - the children in the family of a mother AND a father are emotionally healthier and do better in school. Children need both a mother and a father. Pray that the citizens of France will raise such an uproar over this new law that it is permanently dropped. There are some churches on fire for the Lord in France. Pray for these churches.

Islamic Invasion of America: The 20 Point Plan
U.S. Arab-American author outlines secret 20-year strategy
to undermine a country.
A refugee from the Muslim Middle East thinks he has discovered Islam`s 20-point plan for conquering the United States by 2020. Anis Shorrosh, author of ``Islam Revealed`` and ``The True Furqan,`` is a Christian Arab-American who emigrated from Arab-controlled Jerusalem in January 1967.
``The following is my analysis of Islamic invasion of America, the agenda of Islamists and visible methods to take over America by the year 2020,`` Shorrosh says. ``Will Americans continue to sleep through this invasion as they did when we were attacked on 9/11?``
This article sums up the Muslim Brotherhood project in America quite succinctly. On November 7, 2001, international law enforcement authorities and Western intelligence agencies discovered a twenty-year old document revealing a top-secret plan developed by the oldest Islamist organization with one of the most extensive terror networks in the world to launch a program of "cultural invasion" and eventual conquest of the West that virtually mirrors the tactics used by Islamists for more than two decades.
Since that time information about this document, known in counterterrorism circles as "The Project", and discussion regarding its content has been limited to the top-secret world of Western intelligence communities. Only through the work of an intrepid Swiss journalist, Sylvain Besson of Le Temps, and his book published in October 2005 in France, La conquete de l`Occident: Le projet secret des Islamistes (The Conquest of the West: The Islamists` Secret Project), has information regarding The Project finally been made public. One Western official cited by Besson has described The Project as "a totalitarian ideology of infiltration which represents, in the end, the greatest danger for European societies."
Included in the documents seized during the raid of Nada's Swiss villa was a 14-page plan written in Arabic and dated December 1, 1982, which outlines a 12-point strategy to "establish an Islamic government on earth" - identified as The Project. According to testimony given to Swiss authorities by Nada, the unsigned document was prepared by "Islamic researchers" associated with the Muslim Brotherhood.

EX-MUSLIM: ISLAM 'SCARES THE HELL OUT OF ME'
'My culture of origin is infecting America with fear of speaking the truth'
Islamic countries indoctrinate children with hatred toward Israel and teach them Israel has no historic claim to the land or the city of Jerusalem, Nonie Darwish, founder of Arabs for Israel, told WND's Greg Corombos. Darwish shared her story of being born into a Muslim family in Egypt and being raised to hate Israel. "It is the total annihilation of Israel and the Jews," she said. "This is what the center of the educational system in the whole Arab world is. We were taught Jerusalem is a Muslim city; Jews had nothing to do with it, and we have to liberate it. . . There's no acknowledgement that Jerusalem has any roots in Judaism or Christianity. There's total denial of history."
Darwish said she only learned the truth after she came to America, because the Muslim world often filters and censors information.
"I actually worked in censorship when I was a journalist in the Middle East," she explained. "Information is totally filtered, and the propaganda, at the same time, is daily, very intense. Islam lives on propaganda and denies the truth."
She said any person who challenges the Muslim version of the truth is "immediately regarded as a traitor, and riots happen and this person's life is threatened."
Darwish warned, "This is now coming to the West, this fear that I used to live in in the Muslim world - which was fear of speaking my mind, fear of saying the truth - is now following me to America. My culture of origin is now infecting America with fear of speaking the truth.
She continued, "Unfortunately, we have an administration now that is allowing this to happen and finding excuses for it. And that scares the hell out of me."
Darwish said she wants to see Arabs and Israelis living side by side in peace, but that cannot happen as long as "the number one enemy of Islam is the truth." She explained that Muslims have failed to deal with reality for the past 1,400 years and have irrationally loathed the Jewish people since they rejected Muhammad in the seventh century.
In Part 2 of the interview with WND, which can be heard below, Darwish said President Obama's Middle East policy is a failure and it's been proven by the events of the past three weeks.
She said it's unthinkable that America's consulate in Benghazi did not have enough security and that the Obama administration took 10 days to admit Ambassador Chris Stevens and three others were killed in a terrorist attack.
Obama called the murders a "bump in the road," and Darwish wants to know, "A bump in the road to what? The road to what?"
She added, "The road in the Middle East is turning into hell. What road is he talking about?
"The Muslim Brotherhood already took over. Radical Islam and Shariah are being entrenched in the whole Middle East. The radical Islamist groups are ruling countries there now. They're now ganging up to destroy Israel. They're about to have nuclear weapons. We are in grave danger, and President Obama is talking about what? He's talking about a road to destruction. He thinks there is a road that will bring peace? What is he talking about?"
Darwish slammed what she considers Obama's habit of apologizing to Muslims and said it's unclear why America should be apologizing.
"We are giving them the impression that we are very weak, and we want to appease them," she said. "We're acting out of guilt for what?! We lost 3,000 citizens on 9/11, and we're apologizing for what?"
She said Obama's United Nations speech scared her - especially his statement that "the future does not belong to those who slander of the prophet of Islam." Darwish said no religion should be above criticism, and Obama's language reminds her of the repression inside her native Egypt. She also said the lack of media scrutiny for Obama policies reminds her of how the governments often control the media in the Middle East.
Finally, Darwish said Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is a "brave man" in his defiance toward the Iranian nuclear program, but she questioned whether Israel can successfully stop the program without any help from the United States. She said it may already be too late to prevent a nuclear Iran.

ISRAELI HOSPITAL HELPS SAVE GAZA KIDS
The Israel-Gaza situation has involved many lives hanging in the balance, but for several Palestinian children, the Israelis are tipping scales in their favor. The kids, suffering from kidney disease, are currently getting "lifesaving therapy" from Rambam Medical Center in Israel, according to a hospital press release. Almost as significantly, the hospital and an Israeli company are providing a treatment to bring home, enabling the young people to live closer-to-normal lives. Four Palestinian children, ranging in age from 15 to six-months, have received hemodialysis treatments that clean the blood artificially. Three of them have transitioned to an overnight dialysis that will enable them to return home and to school.
This process, known as "peritoneal dialysis," is what will be provided to those kids' families so they can receive treatments at home. Previously, such treatment was not available in Gaza or the West Bank [Judea and Samaria]. As a result of this home treatment, the children will be able to return to school for the first time in three years. "The hemodialysis treatment that these children were given before their arrival at Rambam was associated with medical complications, resulting in a worsening of their condition and many hospitalizations," Mahdi Tarabia, head nurse of the Pediatric Nephrology Unit at Rambam, was quoted by the press release as saying. "Now, these families have the skills to administer peritoneal dialysis, which represents a significant improvement in the children's circumstances and will enable them to function almost normally."
The medical officials in Gaza and the West Bank have worked with Rambam to help the kids. The four children mentioned in the press release are just a handful of the of Palestinian children who have received assistance from Rambam for kidney diseases. [Reported by BFP: Bridges for Peace]
