1. Threats To Kill Romney Explode After Debate- wnd
Despite numerous media outlets attempting to downplay the issue, Twitter exploded last night following the debate with new threats from Obama supporters to assassinate Mitt Romney if he defeats Obama in the presidential race.
As we reported yesterday, in addition to threats by Obama supporters to riot if Romney wins, innumerable Twitter users are also making direct death threats against Romney.
- Lord, we pray Your mighty protection over Mr. Romney. We bind any plans and plots to harm him by the power of the Blood, and the Name of Jesus. We rebuke the arrogant words that are coming out of the mouth of this murdering goliath, and declare that the power of the Living God reigns against it.
- "He delivers me from my enemies. You also lift me up above those who rise against me! You have delivered me from the violent man." [Psalm 18:48]
2. Alleged plot to blow up federal reserve foiled by FBI in New York- National Post
The Federal Bureau of Investigation on Wednesday arrested a person suspected of plotting to explode a bomb in New York, a source familiar with the situation said. The person was arrested in lower Manhattan on Wednesday morning on terrorism charges, a person familiar with the matter said. The person asked not to be identified because the case was not public. The public was never in danger, the source said.
- Thank You, Father, for revealing this plot and not allowing it to come to fruition. We pray continually against these plans of the enemy to create confusion and death, knowing that You alone are our Source of protection.
-"Some trust in horses, and some in chariots, but we will remember the Name of the Lord our God." [Psalm 20:7]
3. Issa threatens subpoena this week over ObamaCare documents - Fox News
Issa, the chairman of the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee, made his demands in a letter late Wednesday to Health Secretary Kathleen Sebelius. His office effectively is accusing the department of stringing them along in their months-old request for documents about an $8 billion program that pays bonuses to Medicare Advantage plans. "Your staff has run out of excuses and the long delay in providing these documents is inexcusable," Issa wrote, in the letter obtained by FoxNews.com.
- Lord, we pray for openness and cooperation on the part of this administration. If that cannot happen between now and Nov 6, then we pray for removal of these people from office.

4. U.S. violent crime up for first time in years - CNN
The rate of U.S. violent crime went up last year for the first time in nearly two decades due to a jump in assaults, the Justice Department said on Wednesday.
- Father, we bind up the spirit of murder and violence that so easily rears up during difficult economic times. We ask that Your Spirit will quell the fears of the people, and move across our nation to bring true peace into their hearts.
-"He will spare the poor and needy, and will save the souls of the needy. He will redeem their life from oppression and violence;" [Psalm 72: 13,14]
5. Muslim uprisings open the gates for al Qaeda - Washington Times
The recent wave of anti-West demonstrations across the Muslim world and the attack that killed four Americans in Libya have triggered mounting concern among analysts and U.S. officials that al Qaeda is exploiting the chaos that has followed the Arab Spring's overthrow of secular dictatorships aligned with the United States.
- Lord, thank You for showing the truth about "Arab Spring" that created more problems than it solved. Father, we all have the ideal and hope for democracy in the region of the Middle East. We are aware that only You can bring real hope to them. Let your Holy Spirit be sent to them all, and bind the spirits of the region that have so long held the people captive so that they can be set free of the hatred and violence.
- "The Spirit of the Lord God is upon Me, because the Lord has anointed Me - to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to those who are bound" [Isaiah 61:1]
6. Sinai home to growing Middle East militancy - USA Today
The Sinai Peninsula has become a base for arms smugglers and a way station for jihadists from Egypt and the Middle East looking to launch attacks on Israel, security experts say. The Bedouins who live here say the problem persists and apart from a few ineffective raids, the elected government of Egypt, led by the Muslim Brotherhood, is doing little to stop it.
- Father, how sad that this place where your people walked on their journey from Egypt has become a stronghold of evil against them. We pray that You will send Your Holy Angels forth through the region, and rout the enemy from their sanctuaries, purging the land from their influence.
- "Truly the Lord has delivered all the land into our hands, for indeed all the inhabitants of the country are fainthearted because of us." [Joshua 2:24]
7. a) Hizbollah 'launching rocket attacks into Syria' - UK Telegraph
Hizbollah has been accused of intervening directly in Syria's civil war by launching rocket attacks over the border from Lebanon in support of President Bashar al-Assad's forces.
b) Syria crisis: 28,000 disappeared, say rights groups - BBC
Human rights groups working in Syria say at least 28,000 people have disappeared after being abducted by soldiers or militia. They say they have the names of 18,000 people missing since anti-government protests began 18 months ago and know of another 10,000 cases. Online activist group Avaaz says "nobody is safe" from a deliberate government campaign of terror.
- Lord, we call on Your Power to destroy the works of the devil in Syria. We pray life into the midst of this area, and speak hope into the hearts of those who need to understand that You alone are the answer to their troubles. We ask that you remove Assad from power, and root out the underlying spirit in that country.
- "For the Lord had caused the army of the Syrians to hear the noise of chariots and the noise of horses - the noise of a great army - therefore they arose and fled at twilight" [2 Kings 7:6-7]

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is seeking to implement sections of the Levy Report, which recommends the legalization of unauthorized Jewish settlements in the West Bank and declares Israel's presence in the territory legal by international law, Israel Radio reported on Wednesday.
2. Ahead of largest ever joint US-Israel drill, generals say troop cutback insignificant - Times of Israel
The largest ever joint Israeli and American military drill will begin next week, with any reduction in troop size deemed insignificant, the senior US commander of Austere Challenge 12 said Wednesday.
3. Netanyahu seeks to adopt Levy report on legality of settlements - Israel Hayom
Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu planned to bring retired Supreme Court Judge Edmond Levy's report concerning the legal status of Israeli construction in Judea and Samaria before his cabinet on Wednesday, seeking to adopt some of its conclusions, Israel Radio reported.
4. Olmert, Livni agree to make political comeback together - Times of Israel
Ehud Olmert and Tzipi Livni, together again. That is the pact the two reportedly forged in a 90-minute meeting on Wednesday, when the former Kadima party leaders agreed to join forces should they choose to run in the upcoming general elections.

The New America--another terrorist plot thwarted
ABC news reports that a Federal sting operation in New York City thwarted a terrorist attack against the Federal Reserve. ABC reports: "Quazi Mohammad Rezwanul Ahsan Nafis, 21, was arrested this morning (Oct 17) in downtown Manhattan after he allegedly attempted to detonate what he believed to be a 1,000-pound bomb at the New York Federal Reserve Bank on Liberty Street in lower Manhattan's financial district." The same day, the FBI thwarted another possible terrorist attack in Huntington, NY at a Home Depot. The yet to be named suspect had planted a pipe bomb there. Here in central Maryland, police recently evacuated our local mall due to a bomb threat. Is this the new America?
Daily Jot intel sources have been warning for several weeks that members of a highly trained terrorist sponsoring foreign military have entered the country and are planning attacks on soft targets such as malls, churches, schools and department stores. Terrorist expert Dave Gaubatz wrote in the American Thinker as early as February 2007 that Islamic terrorist cells are already in place in the US, concluding: "Terrorist sleeper cells are located primarily in North Carolina, Michigan, and Canada. The "sleepers" are prepared to conduct terrorist attacks within the U.S...."Prepared" in this instance indicates they have the necessary tools to carry our their attacks and are prepared to die."
On the highways, railways, airports, Americans are encouraged to turn one another in if they are suspicious through the "If you see something, say something" campaign. At the same time, the occupant of the Oval Office is telling Americans in the presidential debates that he wants to support the gun laws on the books, yet at the same time find ways to reduce availability of modern defensive weapons to citizens--The idea that the police will protect the citizenry and they therefore somehow make the right to bear arms obsolete. I remember in 2002 John Muhammad and Malik Malvo sniping innocent people in the Washington, DC area. The police chief said he could no longer protect the citizens.
The America our children are growing up in is not the same as the one we grew up in. It is ever evident that the rule of law does not bind the lawless, violently so. It is also evident that Americans need to protect themselves as Yeshua told his disciples in Luke 22:36, "...and he that hath no sword, let him sell his garment, and buy one." Likewise, we also are instructed in Matthew 5:14-16, "You are the light of the world...Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven." I look at the sword two-fold: The sword of defense may be our modern weapon of choice; the Sword of offense is the word of YHVH, which if we are using it, there is less need for the sword of defense.

Hi all,
We are now over the half-way point in our 43 day Davids Tent watch! Teams from every state except South Dakota have already been here to worship. And South Dakota is on the way!
Jolene and I celebrate you. Thank you for helping to birth Davids Tent in prayer, for investing in this work, and for persevering in prayer for the Tent and for the Nation!
I wanted to share with you an encouraging note I just received from Sharla Mylar, a key administrator for Davids Tent. She wrote this after our Tuesday evening prayer call.
"Thank you Jon for keeping the intercessory fires burning! We are definitely experiencing the lightness of bearing Jesus' yoke :)
We receive daily financial donations and encouraging posts promising prayer support on our various social media accounts (YouTube, facebook, et al). People come to the Tent claiming to have been "drawn" there by the peace or joy. Our volunteer team is stellar and full of life even 3 weeks in.
Our night watch especially has seen healings and re-commitments to Jesus as Lord. Your prayers are releasing the Kingdom!"
What will November 7 Bring?

On Monday October 15th, UN Ambassador Susan Rice has just refuted the Levy Report stating that the United States would not recognize Israel's claim to the settlements. Prime Minister Netanyahu is now asking the Knesset to confirm Israel's claim as published in the Levy Report.
The report concluded that ". . . according to international law, Israelis have the legal right to settle in Judea and Samaria and the establishment of settlements cannot in and of itself be considered illegal."
The Levy Report reaffirms Israel's sovereign rights to Judea and Samaria. Showing strength at this time the Knesset's acceptance of the report will send a strong message from the Israeli Knesset. We ask the Prime Minister and the Knesset to accept the report in full as it confirms Israel's historical connection of the People of Israel with Palestine.
Send this letter to President Obama, Secretary of State Clinton, Congressional leaders, Prime Minister Netanyahu, and the Knesset and let them know you stand behind Prime Minister and this important report. There are moments in history when destinies are awakened to the urgent need of their generations. Moments when the Mordecais awaken the heartbeats of Esthers, the Japheths are called upon, the Gideon's blow their trumpets, the Jehoshaphats call for a national fast and prayer, etc. These are moments of national spiritual crisis, when God is moved by the faith, brokenness and burden of the 12 tribes of Israel coming before Him as one. Our prayer is that 2012 will be such a moment (John 17:22, Psalm 133:1).
We, the African Strategic Leadership Prayer Network (ASLPN), in collaboration with the Capitol Region National Day of Prayer, National Church Of God, Awakening America Alliance and with various other national prayer ministries, prayerfully desire you to join us in preparing our hearts for what heaven's response will be when believers cry out with ONE HEART in the most desperate cross roads of America's destiny.
