1. U.S. Ambassador to the U.N. Susan Rice Skipped Netanyahu Speech - Townhall
The woman who went on five different Sunday talk shows a week ago to lie to the American people about the attack in Libya on 9/11, saying it was a spontaneous protest when the administration knew it was in fact a terrorist attack 24 hours after it occurred, skipped Israeli Ambassador Benjamin Netanyahu's speech yesterday at the U.N. General Assembly in New York City. U.S. Ambassador Susan Rice instead decided to go to a lunch with foreign ministers. There is no word on whether Rice's decision to skip Netanyahu's speech was spontaneous or planned in advance.
- Lord, we are grieved by this decision to "skip" Netanyahu's speech in favor of lunch. We are appalled by our federal government's desire to not offend Israel's enemies. If, indeed, we are an ally to Israel, we ought to be giving priority to this speech, and blessing Israel as much as we can. We don't know if the Ambassador acted on orders from further up the chain of command, or if it was her decision to snub the Prime Minister. We ask Your forgiveness for this affront to Israel, and appeal to Your mercy and grace. We ask that this November we will elect those officials who love You and Your Word, and love Israel, we pray. Amen
- "And Jehovah will roar from Zion, and utter his voice from Jerusalem; and the heavens and the earth shall shake: but Jehovah will be a refuge unto his people, and a stronghold to the children of Israel." (Joel 3:16)
2. Test for Obama as Deficit Stays Over $1 Trillion - NY Times
Four years ago, Barack Obama campaigned for president on a promise to cut annual federal budget deficits in half by the end of his term. Then came financial calamity, $1.4 trillion in stimulus measures and a maddeningly slow economic recovery.
Americans' Incomes Have Fallen $3,040 During the Obama 'Recovery' - Weekly Standard
Americans must be wondering how much more of this "recovery" they can afford. New figures from the Census Bureau's Current Population Survey, compiled by Sentier Research, show that the typical American household's real (inflation-adjusted) income has actually dropped 5.7 percent during the Obama "recovery."
Red states' income growing faster than blue states' - USA Today
Income is growing much faster in Republican-leaning "red states" than in Democratic-tilting "blue states" or the pivotal swing states that will decide the 2012 presidential election, a USA TODAY analysis finds.
- Abba, we ask that the American voters will remember the promises made four years ago, and the utter failure to make good on those promises. We know the economy is, and has been, in desperate straits. We pray for leaders who will be fiscally and morally accountable to the electorate. We ask for a return to our Constitution, and the principles laid out in it by our founding fathers. Most of all, we plead for a return to You and Your principles and Your wisdom. Amen.
- "Wisdom lives in those with understanding, and even fools recognize it. Doing what is right makes a nation great, but sin will bring disgrace to any people." (Proverbs 14:33,34)
3. US calls Assange 'enemy of state' - Sydney Morning Herald
The US military has designated Julian Assange and WikiLeaks as enemies of the United States - the same legal category as the al-Qaeda terrorist network and the Taliban insurgency.
- Father, this seems strange to us that this individual would be designated as "an enemy of the state" in the same category as terrorists organizations. It seems that if one deals in truth, there would be nothing to fear. You know the hearts of men, and we pray You will deal with Mr. Assange and everyone else in this situation. Protect us, Lord, from the strife of tongues.
- "You shall hide them in the secret place of Your presence From the plots of man; You shall keep them secretly in a pavilion from the strife of tongues." (Psalm 31:20)
4. Netanyahu, Romney to Speak Friday - Weekly Standard
The Weekly Standard has learned that Israeli prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu has scheduled a phone call for late morning Friday with Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney.
- Father, we ask for a good and profitable talk between Israel's Prime Minister, and Mr. Romney. We pray that it be a constructive and informative time. We ask for divine strategies to be imparted to both of them, as You deal with our respective governments. May Your agenda be their agenda! In Yeshua's name we pray, Amen.
- "For You, O Lord, will bless the righteous; With favor You will surround him as with a shield." (Psalm 5:12)

2. Deputy FM: US, Israeli red lines on Iran growing closer - Times of Israel

Prophetic perspective of Israeli PM's UN speech "redlines" Islam
The prophetic underpinnings of Israel Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's UN speech were direct. The first 326 words put in perspective the prophetic history that the world often ignores, forgets, or belittles: "Three thousand years ago, King David reigned over the Jewish state in our eternal capital, Jerusalem. I say that to all those who proclaim that the Jewish state has no roots in our region and that it will soon disappear. Throughout our history, the Jewish people have overcome all the tyrants who have sought our destruction. It's their ideologies that have been discarded by history. The people of Israel live on. We say in Hebrew Am Yisrael Chai, and the Jewish state will live forever.
"The Jewish people have lived in the land of Israel for thousands of years. Even after most of our people were exiled from it, Jews continued to live in the land of Israel throughout the ages. The masses of our people never gave up the dream of returning to our ancient homeland. Defying the laws of history, we did just that. We ingathered the exiles, restored our independence and rebuilt our national life. The Jewish people have come home. We will never be uprooted again. Yesterday was Yom Kippur, the holiest day of the Jewish year. Every year, for over three millennia, we have come together on this day of reflection and atonement. We take stock of our past. We pray for our future.
"We remember the sorrows of our persecution; we remember the great travails of our dispersion; we mourn the extermination of a third of our people, six million, in the Holocaust. But at the end of Yom Kippur, we celebrate. We celebrate the rebirth of Israel. We celebrate the heroism of our young men and women who have defended our people with the indomitable courage of Joshua, David, and the Maccabees of old. We celebrate the marvel of the flourishing modern Jewish state. In Israel, we walk the same paths tread by our patriarchs Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. But we blaze new trails in science, technology, medicine, agriculture. In Israel, the past and the future find common ground."
As Netanyahu sees it, radical Islam wishes to end Israel. He said, "They are bent on world conquest. They want to destroy Israel, Europe, America. They want to extinguish freedom." While the occupant of the Oval Office uses esoteric phrases to justify Islam, the Israel Prime Minister exposes Islam. This represents two world views. The one where Islam doesn't really mean what it says verses the one where the actions of Islam are exposed in precisely meeting its rhetoric. Both men try to distinguish between radical Islam and Islam. This is political not practical. There is only one Qur'an, and it calls for the destruction of Christians and Jews. Men's words will soon give way to clear understanding of YHVH's truth as events unfold.
Netanyahu's speech inserts historic perspective in refuting the claims of Islam. The speech also framed the religious underpinnings, moreover to the discerning eye and ear, the prophetic. Amos 9:15, "I will plant them on their own soil, no more to be uprooted from their land, which I gave them," says YHVH." And Ezekiel 36:24, "For I will take you from among the nations, gather you from all the countries, and return you to your own soil." Historically and prophetically Islam has no claim to Israel as YHVH restores His people to the land which He gave them. The anti-christ religion, Islam, lays claim to what it is not entitled. This will not change. It will, however, escalate as we draw closer to fulfillment of end time prophecy.
Have a Blessed and Powerful Day!

On the Campaign Trail:
39 Days Until Election Day
Polling As Propaganda
Here we go again. The latest round of media polling came out this morning, and every left-wing media talking head is telling us the results are more bad news for the Romney campaign. I had several messages in my Inbox this morning from depressed conservatives worried that the race is over. But here's a question for you: If you believe the media are biased, and I know you do, then why would you believe the media's polls? Guess what? Their polls are biased too! The talking heads and pundits are gleefully reporting the latest New York Times/CBS/Quinnipiac University polls in the key battleground states of Florida, Ohio and Pennsylvania. In all three states, Barack Obama supposedly has huge leads -- 9 points in Florida, 10 points in Ohio and 12 points in Pennsylvania.
That would be terrible news for Romney if it reflected reality, but it doesn't. All three polls oversampled Democrats by nine points. That means these polls are assuming record-breaking Democrat turnout that exceeds the actual results from 2008. Unemployment is higher today than when Obama took office. Core Democrat constituencies -- young voters and minorities -- have been hit the hardest by Obama's economic failure. Household income is down more than 8% since 2009. So much for the recovery! One thing is up -- gas prices have doubled since Obama took office. The Middle East is in flames. His signature initiative -- Obamacare -- is deeply unpopular. Yet Big Media somehow think Obama will over-perform under these conditions.
For perspective, Scott Rasmussen is among a handful of respected pollsters who believe the turnout will be something in between 2004 (a good year for the GOP) and 2008 (a good year for the Democrats). His latest poll finds the race tied at 46%. And when you press "leaners," Romney leads 48% to 46%. My friends, ignore the liberal media! Don't fall for their biased polling. Most of these polls are propaganda intended to demoralize the conservative base. (Gary Bauer)
Netanyahu Defends Western Civilization

Netanyahu Defends Western Civilization
The United States of America, in spite of all its economic difficulties, is still the world's strongest military power and the greatest force for good in this world. This week, our president walked into the United Nation's General Assembly and addressed a handful of democracies and a room full of thugs and dictators. Obama offered a mixed message with contradictory lines about the value of free speech and statements like "the future does not belong to those who slander the prophet of Islam."
In contrast, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu took to the podium and delivered a passionate defense of human dignity, as well as a stern warning against the spread of radical Islam.
With Western Civilization under increasing attack, the Muslim Brotherhood on the march, an American ambassador and three other U.S. citizens killed in Libya, and Iran developing nuclear weapons, it was left to the leader of a small nation of seven million people to deliver the kind of address that one would expect from a confident American president.
Prime Minister Netanyahu's speech was powerful, and I encourage you to watch it in its entirety. (Gary Bauer)
ECI Report from the United Nations

ECI mission to the UN accomplished
- Israeli warning to the world community must be taken seriously
New York, 28th September, 2012 - After an intensive week of diplomatic meetings and outreach at the UN in New York, members of the European Coalition for Israel will be returning to Europe on Friday evening. Although the General Debate of the Opening Session of the 67th General Assembly continues until Monday, the high drama of the week came to a climax on Thursday lunchtime. This was when Israeli Prime Minister, Benyamin Netanyahu, addressed the General Assembly in one of his most important speeches ever. In his address to world leaders, he made it perfectly clear that time is running out for stopping Ahmadinejad from acquiring nuclear weapons. In a graphic presentation of how a nation can acquire nuclear capability, he illustrated just how close Iran really is to getting a nuclear bomb.
-'Allowing Iran to acquire nuclear capabilities would be the same as giving Al-Qaeda a nuclear bomb', he said.
The speech was a clear rebuke aimed at the Iranian leader who earlier in the week had asked for a new Islamic world order and stated that "the Jewish people have no history in the region." In his opening remarks the Israeli Prime Minister reminded the audience that "the Jews have a history of 3000 years in the land and they intend to stay there forever."
In New York, ECI Director Tomas Sandell, summarized the events of the week by saying that while the Iranian leader did not explicitly call for the destruction of the Jewish state, he did in fact call for world chaos and destruction in order to usher in the 12th Imam, an apocalyptic vision found in the Koran.
-'The good news is that the Iranian leader did not "cross the red line" in calling for the annihilation of the Jewish state or denying the Holocaust. The alarming fact however, is that he did speak about the need to replace the current world order with a global caliphate under the 12th Imam', Sandell said.
'Although this should not come as a surprise to anyone who has followed the Iranian leader over the years, the fact that the international media and the political classes at large have failed to understand and report the real meaning of his rhetoric, is a great disappointment and cause for concern.
'A man who is calling for world chaos and destruction is not the kind of person you can entrust with nuclear capabilities', Sandell concluded.
'Although the Palestinian statehood bid did not receive as much attention this year as it did last, it is way too early to write it off. The Palestinian Authority has promised to bring back its unilateral declaration to the table after the US elections.
In their meetings at the UN, ECI stressed that peace can only come through negotiations and not through unilateral declarations.

40-Day Prayer Guide For Elections - Day 1
(Excellent!)
The following is an excerpt from Day One of this excellent Prayer Guide.
A note from Cindy Jacobs:
The upcoming general election on November 6 is, what many leaders have called, the most crucial election in our nation's history. So much is on the line. So much is at stake. So much prayer is needed!
You are aware of the vital necessity of intercession during this electoral season, but many of you may be asking: how and what do I pray for this election? Well, we are here to help you with that! Below you will see day one of a 40-day prayer guide, written by Rick Scarborough and published by our friends at Charisma Magazine. We will be sending this prayer guide to you on a daily basis until November 6.
Please use this incredible tool to aid you in interceding for our nation as we prepare to participate in an election that, no doubt, will dramatically shape our nation and and write her history for decades to come.

Day One:
Dear Father in Heaven, in Jesus' name I humbly approach Your throne. You are worthy of all praise and glory. Great is Your faithfulness, Oh Lord. We fully understand and are grateful for the fact that America was birthed first in Your heart. We acknowledge that America has been a blessed nation above all the nations of the world. Hallelujah!
But we also acknowledge that we have forgotten as a people that it was You and Your laws that made this country the land of freedom and opportunity that has been the envy of the world for more than two hundred years. Dear Lord, forgive us of our pride and apathy that has allowed men to call good, evil; and evil, good. We acknowledge that we have grown calloused to the daily deluge of sinful activity, degradation and speaking that has become the routine in American life, and we repent.
Reignite our love for purity and holiness, and create in us a will to initiate the changes in our society that will allow You to once again bless our beloved America. Awaken the Pastors and Christians of America to fall on their knees and repent of their sins, so that You can heal our land. Start with us who pray this prayer.
We love You and adore You, precious Lord. May we see a great awakening in our generation! This, I pray, in Jesus' name. Amen.

David's Tent:
We Must "Change History"
(This report was submitted by Harry Valentine, Founder/President of Capitol Hill Prayer Alert. Thank you, Harry!)
On Thursday I had the privilege of attending the Worship Convocation at David's Tent which is within eyesight of the White House. It is quite an extraordinary place.
I was speaking with Jason Hershey, one of the founders of the Tent, and he was telling me of the great miracles which took place just in getting the Tent permitted and approved. The police constantly raised impediments to the Tent; each one was miraculously removed by the Lord. The Tent will continue until Election Day.
I was looking at all the stuff which was required including the Tent itself, hundreds of volunteers and 480 worship teams, half of which will come from all over the country. . .
Praying and Acting are not options for us. If we love historic America and Truth, Righteousness and Justice, we must join the many thousands of Remnant groups PRAYING right now, with all their hearts; Praying at home, on the job, in a car or on a walkway are certainly great options.
" . . . he appointed those who should sing to the Lord, and who should praise the beauty of holiness, as they went out before the army and were saying:
'Praise the Lord, For His mercy endures forever.'
Now when they began to sing and to praise, the Lord set ambushes against the people of Ammon, Moab, and Mount Seir, who had come against Judah; and they were defeated." (2 Chronicles 21-22)

Praise report on the National Day of Repentance!
Praise report on the National Day of Repentance !
At last count at the close of this auspicious day we had 168 ministries in 35 States and 5 other nations participating today in the national day of repentance, set to coincide with Yom Kippur.
In one case, one of the participants actually brought together 11 local ministries in their community for a combined repentance service. Additionally, we believe from the many email inquiries we received that many more held services without ever officially signing up as a "participating" site---
So we pray that a beginning and very timely statement has been made by our brothers and sisters in Christ to turn from our wicked ways, individually and as a nation, and to seek the Lord's mercy. God willing, we will continue to build this repentance team for His Glory---- thanks for your prayers,
God bless you,
