Manhunt for Hayat Boumeddiene

Saturday, January 10, 2015

"When the enemy comes in like a flood, The Spirit of the Lord will lift up a standard against him." (Isaiah 59:19)

Manhunt in France for Terrorist Accomplice

French Authorities Search for Terrorist Accomplice

Frantic search in France for suspect who may have info on other terror cells

French police forces continued Saturday the intense manhunt for the wife of one of the terrorists who was killed after taking hostages the day before at a kosher grocery store in Paris.

Hayat Boumeddiene, who is suspected of being involved in the killing of a policewoman in a Paris suburb on Thursday is also believed to have been an accomplice for her boyfriend, Amedy Coulibaly, who was killed in the police raid at the store Hyper Cacher. Four hostages were killed before authorities gained entry.

Early reports indicated that Boumeddiene was inside the store at the time of the hostage taking, but there is no evidence to support that information.

Boumeddiene married Coulibaly in an Islamic religious ceremony in July 2009 -- a union not recognized by French law. A circular distributed Friday by French police said Boumeddiene should be considered dangerous and potentially armed. The couple reportedly travelled several times to the French countryside to fire crossbows.

It is unclear what, if any, links Boumeddiene has to the store attack, but prosecutors said she has ties to Cherif Kouachi, one of the brothers whose attack on Charlie Hebdo magazine Wednesday left a dozen dead. Cherif and his brother Said, who both died Friday in a separate raid at a printing facility about 25 miles outside Paris, were radicalized and are believed to have ties to Al Qaeda in Yemen.

The Paris prosecutor's office told The New York Times that Boumeddiene had been in "constant and sustained" contact with Cherif's girlfriend. The report said Cherif and Couibaly were followers of a French-Algerian jihad supporter named Djamel Beghal. He served time in prison for involvement in a plot to blow up the U.S. Embassy in Paris and was released. (Fox News) Read more.
- Lord God, today we link arms with the French authorities, and others, who have launched this nationwide manhunt to capture Hayat Boumeddiene. Father God, our Omnicscient Lord, we know that You know and see all things, so we cry out unto you that this dangerous terrorist be found and captured quickly. We ask, too, for her life: Abba, let her be found alive, that she might come to know You as her Savior and her Lord; and so that the authorities can then gain more information, revealing more details about the terrorist network now embedded within the nation of France. We ask this in Jesus' mighty name, amen and amen.
- For her capture:
"For nothing is hidden, except to be revealed; nor has anything been secret, but that it would come to light." (Mark 4:22)

- For her salvation:
"I permitted Myself to be sought by those who did not ask for Me; I permitted Myself to be found by those who did not seek Me." (Isaiah 65:1) "The Lord is not slow in keeping his promise, as some understand slowness. Instead he is patient with you, not wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repentance." (2 Peter 3:9)

- Stand on the authority of the Blood of the Martyr as you pray for the nation of France. For many years, the Huguenots (French Protestant Calvinists) stood for the uncompromised Gospel, and died for their faith. (The most infamous incident of their martyrdom was the St. Bartholomew's Day Massacre, which took place on August 24, 1572. On that day, a massacre of the Huguenots began in Paris, which then spread over the next few weeks throughout France, taking the lives of thousands of believers.)

In this day, cry out unto the LORD that their blood was not shed in vain, but will reap the harvest of souls He has planned to bring into His kingdom.

- "And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony, and they did not love their lives to the death." (Rev.12:11)

Global Travel Warning

US issues global travel warning after terror attacks
The United States has issued a global travel warning after recent terror attacks in France, Australia and Canada. The alert comes hours after French police killed three hostage-takers in a pair of incidents. Two of the men are believed responsible for Wednesday's attack on a satirical magazine in Paris. Twelve people were killed in that assault, France's deadliest terror incident in decades.
The State Department's warning says attacks against Americans are becoming increasingly prevalent. It also cites an increased risk of reprisals against U.S. and Western targets for the U.S.-led intervention against Islamic State militants in Syria and Iraq. The warning also cited last month's hostage standoff at a Sydney cafe and the October killing of a soldier near Canada's parliament. (AP)
- Father, we lift up prayers for all who must travel today, anywhere in the world. We ask that the authorities in every airport be especially alert for any unusual activity around them, and quick to apprehend any who must be detained. We ask, too, for the same spirit of vigilance to rest upon each traveler. We ask this prayer in Jesus' name, asking protection for all. Amen.
- "He shall give His angels charge over you, To keep you in all your ways." (Psalm 91:11)

Mass attacks planned on West

Britain's MI5 chief warns al Qaeda in Syria planning mass attacks on West

Al Qaeda militants in Syria are plotting attacks to inflict mass casualties in the West, possibly against transport systems or "iconic targets", the head of Britain's MI5 Security Service said on Thursday.

Speaking after gunmen killed 12 people in an assault on a French satirical newspaper, MI5 boss Andrew Parker warned a strike on the United Kingdom was highly likely.

"A group of core al Qaeda terrorists in Syria is planning mass casualty attacks against the West," Director General Parker said in a rare public speech at MI5 headquarters in London. His last public speech was in October 2013. (Yahoo News) Read more.

- Lord God, only You can put a stop to these plans, and only You can move with a heart of forgiveness towards these criminals, leading them to salvation. In our helpless estate, we cry out to You for mercy in time of need. Help us, O Lord, we pray. In Jesus' name, amen and amen.
- "He delivered me from my strong enemy, From those who hated me, For they were too strong for me." (Psalm 18:17)

- Father God, this morning we offer up to you prayers of repentance for our own sins in America, which are great. We repent and ask for your forgiveness, Lord, in Jesus' name, amen.

- " . . . if that nation I warned repents of its evil, then I will relent and not inflict on it the disaster I had planned." (Jer. 18:8)

Shields Up! Terrorist Networks Planning Attacks on Western Nations

The radical, Islamic terrorist network Al-Qaeda is planning 'mass casualty attacks' against western nations. This is according to MI5, Britain's intelligence agency.

The last few days have been intense for France and Europe as a whole as a number of Jihadis launched a series of attacks in Paris. On Wednesday, two brothers (Cherif and Said Kouachi) stormed the offices of Charlie Hebdo, a satirical magazine that ridiculed the Islam prophet, Mohammed. Before escaping, the Kouachi brothers slaughtered a dozen people with automatic weapons, including two policemen (see above image). Shortly after, the two brothers and two accomplices took hostages at a printing plant in Dammartin-en-Goele, and a Jewish market in east Paris. Before French security forces simultaneously moved in on both places and killed three of the four radicalized terrorists, four hostages were murdered and at least four were wounded. There is a manhunt underway for the fourth terrorist.

Of the terrorist incidents, French President Francois Hollande said, "France has been struck directly in the heart of its capital, in a place where the spirit of liberty--and thus of resistance--breathed freely."

This tragic situation is eerily similar to the Boston Marathon bombing that took place in Boston in April of 2013, where another pair of radicalized brothers killed a number of people.

A Deeper Root

Reports are now surfacing that reveal that the Kouachi brothers were both trained and funded by Al-Qaeda. In fact, records indicate that Said had actually traveled to Yemen in 2011 to fight alongside Al-Qaeda, and Cherif was convicted of terrorism charges in France in 2008.

Just recently this afternoon (Friday) a Yemen branch of Al-Qaeda confirmed this link by taking responsibility for the attacks.

How to Pray

Since the form of ISIS and its subsequent rampage in Syria and Iraq and threats against western nations (including one that threatened that the ISIS flag would be raised over the White House), there has been a rise in security concerns for the United States and Europe. We, as prophetic intercessors, have felt a strong inclination to call for prayer in all aspects--over our ports of entry, border and military bases. Even now, US leaders are deciding over what new military action to take against this form of radical, Islamic terrorism that shows mercy to no one and seeks to establish Sharia law worldwide. However, this is an issue that only God Himself can resolve. Let's lock our shields together, and pray:

1. Pray, first and foremost, for God to comfort all those who have lost loved ones or have been affected by this atrocious display of religious fanaticism in Paris. Ask God to comfort the nation of France at this time. (Psalm 147:3)

2. Many believe that political correctness and the inability to take a strong and active stance against Islamic terrorists is weakening the security of the United States and strengthening our enemies' resolve. Our leaders must call this for what it is--Islamic terrorism. Pray that as our nation's officials decide how to respond to such threats and attacks, they would have the courage and wisdom to stand up to evil. (1 Timothy 2:1-2)

3. Pray for God's hand of protection to rest securely over our ports of entry, military bases, places of gathering and borders. Also pray that God would expose to our intelligence agencies what needs to be exposed for our nation to be secure and for our enemies' plans to be thwarted. (Psalm 91)

4. Lastly, pray for the salvation of the Muslim world--that their eyes would be opened to the Truth of the Gospel and the saving power of love that is found in Christ Jesus. (Revelation 22:17)

Thank you for praying with us! Together, we believe that our prayers will effective and powerful!

Dear Sara,

To all the saints in Jesus Christ, Grace to you and peace from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ!

I thank God for all of you and for your faithfulness unto God.

As I sought the Lord for His word of direction for the new year, 2015, I felt He shared some insights regarding the "Proclamation of our voices" and "The house of the enemy."

In light of ongoing terrorist attacks, most recently in France and because of the ongoing verbal threats against Western Europe and the United States, I am calling for the nations to join me on an International Prayer Call.

At our recent conference Graham Cooke stated that, "Warfare has changed. We are moving to another level and we must come to a new level ourselves. There is much suspended over us at this time. "

TIME: 7:00 PM Pacific Standard Time, 10 PM Eastern Standard Time (Please convert this to your own time zone.)

THE CALL NUMBER IS: 712.432.3066

I will share what I sensed the Lord speak to me in relation to the joining and lifting our voices together.

Thank you for your attention to this matter. The time is now!
