BEFORE BUNDY: Rancher, ex-chief wages his own range war with feds - Fox News LONG BEFORE CLIVEN BUNDY faced down federal agents in his dispute with the Bureau of Land Management over grazing rights, fellow Nevada rancher Raymond Yowell, left, an 84-year-old former Shoshone chief, watched as the BLM seized his herd - and since 2008, as it's taken his Social Security checks. (Read more)
- Oh Father, we lift Mr. Yowell up to You in prayer and ask that by divine justice and intervention, this man's cattle and grazing rights and his Social Security money and the money from the sale of all his cattle be restored to him tenfold by the BLM. Tie up the BLM until all is made right with Mr. Yowell. In the Name of Jesus we pray.
- To the BLM: "Thine own wickedness shall correct thee, and thy backslidings shall reprove thee: know therefore and see that it is an evil thing and bitter, that thou hast forsaken the Lord thy God, and that My fear is not in thee, saith the Lord God of hosts." (Jeremiah 2:19)
2. US Supreme Court to look at 'born in Jerusalem' passport case - Ynet News
Confronting an issue fraught with Middle East politics, the Supreme Court has agreed to hear - for the second time - a passport dispute centering on whether Americans born in Jerusalem may list their place of birth as Israel.
The challenge to the passport rule was brought by parents of an American boy named Menachem Zivotofsky, who was born in a Jerusalem hospital soon after the law was passed.
Had Zivotofsky been born in Tel Aviv, the State Department would have issued a passport listing his place of birth as Israel. The regular practice for recording the birth of a US citizen abroad is to list the country where it occurred. But the department's guide tells consular officials, "For a person born in Jerusalem, write Jerusalem as the place of birth in the passport." (Read more here.)
- Oh God in heaven, we ask for justice for these American citizens who were born in Israel, as this case comes before our Supreme Court. We ask that the law of our land align with Your Holy Law, as written in Your Word, for Jerusalem is the capital city of the nation of Israel. May America recognize Jerusalem as "part of Israel" and may these passports state one's citizenship as ISRAEL, the sovereign state that it is. We ask this prayer in Jesus' name, amen.

3. IRS Revokes Tax-Exempt Status of Conservative Group - Washington Free Beacon
The Internal Revenue Service has revoked the tax-exemption for a conservative charity, saying the group's criticism of Hillary Clinton and John Kerry violated rules against political activity.
The Patrick Henry Center for Individual Liberty engaged in "deliberate and consistent intervention in political campaigns," according to the IRS decision released Friday and first reported by USA Today. The IRS said the group's tax-exemption would be revoked as of July 1 unless the decision is successfully appealed. (Read more)

4. U.S. Releases Another $1 Billion to Iran - Washington Free Beacon
The United States has released $1 billion in cash assets to Iran in April alone under the interim nuclear deal aimed at ratcheting back Iran's nuclear program, according to the White House. (Read more)
- God and Father, this is a blatant statement from the leaders of America that they condone Iran's nuclear program and are backing a country who is gearing up this program with full intent of erasing Israel and the Jewish people from the face of the earth. Oh God, we pray that judgment does not fall on America because our leaders have boldly sided alongside Israel's greatest enemy. In Jesus' Name we pray, amen.
- "And I will bless them that bless thee, and curse him that curses thee: and in thee shall all families of the earth be blessed." (Genesis 12:3)
5. Report: Ukraine Synagogue Firebombed Just Days After Distribution of Anti-Semitic Flyers - Algemeiner
The Nikolayev Synagogue in Ukraine was reportedly firebombed by vandals at approximate 2 AM on Saturday morning, according to Chabad blog Shturem and closed-circuit footage of the attack, uploaded to YouTube at the weekend. (Read more)
- Father God, deal with the souls of these vandals who were motivated by evil spirits who hate all that is godly and save their souls. All people will reap what they sow, and this act is the desecration of a synagogue that conveys worship of God. Deal with them with holy justice. In the Name of Jesus we pray.
- "God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Therefore will not we fear, though the earth be removed, and though the mountains be carried into the midst of the sea." (Psalm 46:1-2)
6. Boy Scouts revoke Seattle church's charter over gay scout leader - Reuters
The Boy Scouts of America has severed ties with a Seattle church that has insisted on allowing a gay man to remain as a troop leader, the youth organization said on Monday. (Read more)
- Father God, we are so thankful that the Boy Scouts of America have taken a position of standing strong on Biblical principles against homosexuality. Praise the Lord. Thank You Father, in Jesus' Name, amen.

IRS blocks free speech in Virginia
The IRS just picked a fight with one of the biggest supporters of free speech and the Constitution--The Patrick Henry Center for Individual Freedom. The unconstitutional and unelected IRS has revoked the tax-exempt status of the organization for "repeated statements supporting or opposing various candidates by opinion of the respective candidate's character and qualifications." Translated, the IRS thought police cracked down on The Patrick Henry Center for criticizing Hillary Clinton and John Kerry. The Washington Times reports that IRS Commissioner John Koskinen said that the IRS is likely to rewrite guidelines to better define "candidate-related political activities." Guidelines vs First Amendment...really?
The IRS struck at the heart of conservatism in America. The Patrick Henry Center Board of Directors and Advisory Board reads like a "Who's Who" of conservative thought. Former Reagan Attorney General Ed Meese, Gary Aldrich, Mark Levin, Lt Col Robert "Buzz" Patterson, Alan Sears, Oliver North, Beverly LaHaye, Howard Phillips, and Bob Barr--just to name a few. The Patrick Henry Center's mission statement reads: "Patrick Henry once noted that, "When the American spirit was in its youth, the language of America was different: Liberty, sir, was the primary object." The Patrick Henry Center for Individual Liberty is committed to fostering, promoting, and advocating the restoration of Liberty as the primary object of American society."
The Center often promotes the restoration of Liberty by calling out the enemies of Liberty. How else could it truly operate? Hillary Clinton, John Kerry and the host of other leading socialists are devoted to undermining Liberty as the primary object of American society. The actions they take and the issues they support are representative of the sin nature of man. The Apostle Paul wrote in Galatians 5:1,"Stand fast therefore in the liberty wherewith Christ has made us free, and be not entangled again with the yoke of bondage." Whether an organization is religious in nature or is just exposing those who articulate an anti-God philosophy, it is attempting to stand fast in true liberty. They are not enemies to the state.
In reality, the IRS charter--whatever that is--should be revoked. It has assumed the role as the keeper of the key to free speech for those who believe speech should be free for some and not for others. The mere suggestion by the IRS Commissioner that the IRS intends to rewrite guidelines to better define free speech is evidence that this extra-Constitutional agency should be disbanded. Free speech is a right guaranteed by the Constitution's First Amendment. It is essential to Christian evangelism and making disciples. Let us encourage all those, including the Patrick Henry Center, to speak boldly as they ought to speak. This is not about taxes, it is about free speech. The IRS should be the one limited, not free speech.

HOW DO WE GET THE WORLD TO RECOGNIZE THAT
ABORTION IS A CRIME AGAINST HUMANITY?

Prayer Warriors! We need your help! We need to remove the blinders from people's eyes and bind the abortion power. We need your prayers!
How do we get the world to recognize that abortion is a crime against humanity? That is the problem before us. For we know that abortion is a crime against humanity; but the world and international courts of justice would probably fail to recognize this if presented with such a case at this time. Instead, the cultural and power elites of the world, especially in the Western countries, are rushing to proclaim that abortion is a fundamental human right. They try to say it over and over and over again, as if by repeating it often enough people will believe it and it will become part of international customary law and then it will become part of each country's internal law, and then it will be worldwide law.
However, injustice can never be a true law. The truth is abortion is not yet a fundamental right, instead it is a crime.
How do we get the world to recognize this truth?
First, do you believe it yourself? We must first get the prolife movement to agree among itself that abortion is a crime against humanity.
What is a crime against humanity?
The Rome Statute and the International Criminal Court Explanatory Memorandum states that crimes against humanity are particularly odious offenses in that they constitute a serious attack on human dignity, or a grave humiliation, or a degradation of human beings. Thus, criminal element number one is a particularly odious offense against human dignity or human beings. Second, they cannot be isolated or sporadic events; instead they must be part of a government policy. They can be part of a wide practice of atrocities condoned by a government.
The first crime in most lists of the crimes against humanity is murder and extermination.
. . . How do we can convince the world? I believe there are three steps. First, you pray it. Second, you say it over and over again until millions believe it on a wide scale. Third, you go to national and international tribunals to establish it in the human courts of law.

Last week we had a public hearing of the One of us citizen's initiaitve which calls for a ban on all funding in which the destruction of human embryo's is pre-supposed.
Now IPPF is on our heels! They published this letter together with a whole list of our adversaries.
The EU is scheduled to send us their reply on or before May 28th, a week after the EU elections. Formal vote of the initiative will be later this year if the EC decides to pass on our legislative proposal to the Parliament.

Israel's underground hospital signals war readiness
Israel, a young, modern, 21st century nation, has not only thrived in spite of enormous challenges to its very existence, but has often been one step ahead of the rest of the world. Unlike any other nation, the tiny Zionist state copes with the daily threat of incoming rockets and with the hard reality that an estimated 200,000 missiles, amassed by Israel's hostile neighbours, are pointed in its direction and have the capacity to reach every corner of the nation.
In 2006, during the Second Lebanon War, northern Israel's largest medical facility, one of the most advanced emergency treatment hospitals in the world, came under direct rocket attack . . .
Six years and 420 million shekels later the Sammy Ofer Fortified Underground Emergency Hospital emerged - a sparkling new three-level, 1500 car underground parking lot that can be converted into a 2000-bed hospital in 72 hours. In a recent preparedness and logistics drill Rambam Hospital staff tested their efficiency at transferring large departments and medical units from the hospital's main building to the adjacent underground emergency hospital. Chief of Nephrology, Dr. Suheir Assady, believes they are ready: "This is the first drill. In case of need all my staff can work without pressure, without panic."

In the 1920's the world of Germany and Austria were ripe with disillusionment and hopelessness. With the defeat in WWI, the dismemberment of their empires, the stock market crash and the great depression in full swing - a man of vision and hope suddenly appeared. Adolph Hitler, through intrigue, deception, intimidation, terror and murder - suddenly became Chancellor of Germany. The rest of the story - we refer to as "History".
It is ironic for us to use the phrase "history always repeats itself", when we unwittingly reflect the past. We love to study, analyze and philosophize about history and those who went before us - and yet, many times we seem to be blind to the realities of today.

Anti-Semitism is being used again as a tool to gain power, intimidate and plunder.
* Ukraine - Jews are seeking escape to Israel over a letter demanding they 'register' with pro-Russian forces - these political factions are using the Jews as a pawn for their own agenda.
* Hungary - The Jobbik party, whose newly elected leaders have depicted Hungarian Jews as a threat to national security - are now Europe's most successful ultranationalist faction.
* The Nations - The 2014 "Israeli Apartheid Week" was held in over 150 cities around the world.

That Made His Abductor Release His Terrified Kidnap Victim

(Atlanta, GA)-Earlier this month, 9-year-old Willie Myrick went missing for three hours after a stranger-who is still on the loose-abducted him from the front yard of his home. Numerous sources say the young boy was so terrified, but he was able to quell his fear by singing the Gospel song "Every Praise" by Hezekiah Walker out loud. (Photo via 11Alive.com)
According to Willie-who was eventually let go unharmed-his kidnapper yelled and cursed at him to stop singing, and eventually got so sick of it, he opened the car door and threw Willie out. "He told me not to tell anyone," said Willie.
Fast forward to last Thursday, where Willie-a member of Mt. Carmel Baptist Church-was the guest of honor at a celebration of his life. But he wasn't the only guest of honor. Hezekiah Walker, who wrote the song Willie sang over-and-over during his abduction, had flown from New York to Atlanta to be a part of the celebration. (Photo via 11Alive.com)
"It's just emotional to me because you never know who you're going to touch," Walker told 11Alive News. "I just wanted to hug him and tell him I love him."
According to a WFMY news report, Walker entered Mt. Carmel Baptist Church to a standing ovation and hugged Willie tightly as tears "streamed down the boy's face," before leading out in the song that saved Willie's life. "I really believe that God spoke through me to save that young man's life," said Walker. (Reported by Breaking Christian News)

The Only Thing Stopping a City-Destroying Asteroid Is Blind Luck
So you know how we all kind of thought that our odds of getting destroyed by an asteroid were remarkably low? Yeah, that was wrong. According to new research, the odds of a large-scale asteroid impact are actually three to ten times higher than we thought. And the only thing stopping total and utter destruction? Sheer, dumb luck.
The unsettling revelation, which was presented in full by three former NASA astronauts on Tuesday, is the result of a new visualization of data from a nuclear weapons warning network. The B612 Foundation found that 26 atomic-bomb-size explosions have happened around the world in (thankfully) remote locations since 2001. Ed Lu, the Foundation's CEO, explains:
"It shows that asteroid impacts are NOT rare-but actually 3-10 times more common than we previously thought. The fact that none of these asteroid impacts shown in the video was detected in advance is proof that the only thing preventing a catastrophe from a 'city-killer' sized asteroid is blind luck. "

We're not totally helpless, though. Funded by the B612 Foundation and Ball Aerospace, the Sentinel Infrared Space Telescope will head into a Venus-esque orbit around the sun when it launches in 2017. From orbit, the Sentinel should have a better vantage point for spotting rogue, humanity-destroying asteroids than we've ever had before.
We'll get a better picture of what this all means come Tuesday, when the astronauts present their findings at the Museum of Flight in Seattle at 9pm EDT. So just to be safe, maybe hold off on rewatching Armageddon for now. (NBC News) Read more.
