1. Russia Gives Iran Ultimatum on Enrichment - Int'l Herald Tribune

Russia has informed Iran that it will withhold nuclear fuel for Iran's nearly completed Bushehr power plant unless Iran suspends its uranium enrichment as demanded by the United Nations Security Council, European, American and Iranian officials say.

2. Report: Iran Ponders Kidnapping U.S. Troops - Fox News

Iranian forces are threatening to retaliate -- against U.S. forces -- for a series of suspected kidnappings of high-ranking officers of its elite Revolutionary Guards unit.

4. IRAN PREPARES SHIHAB-4 - MENL

Iran has been preparing an extended-range ballistic missile termed Shihab-4. The missile, believed to have been designed to contain a nuclear warhead, was detailed in a report of the Washington-based Center for Strategic and International Studies. Author Anthony Cordesman said Shihab-4 could have been tested but remains not operational.
