WELCOME TO THE NIGHTWATCH!

Come celebrate the Fourth of July with us,
as we launch another NIGHTWATCH!

Call 605-313-5111; Access code 343076#
Beginning on July 4th at 11:50 p.m. EDT; and
ending six nights later, on July 10th at 11:50 p.m.
Details are shared below.

WELCOME . . . or WELCOME BACK!

> > > What is the NIGHTWATCH?

The NIGHTWATCH is a call to prayer during the night, when most are sleeping. We begin at 12:00 a.m. and continue through 5:00 a.m. that morning, interceding for the protection of our nation and for the blessing of Israel.

Month by month, different national teams of intercessors "man the watch" for the nation, under the leadership of their own leaders. Each ministry team carries the TORCH for the NIGHTWATCH in their own designated dates, passing the TORCH on to the next team with the Changing of the Guard.

> > > Why do we pray at night?

To be honest, our worst "enemies" -- the witches, the warlocks and others who practice occult rituals -- normally become active at 3:00 a.m. each night.

We come in ahead of them each night, praying the heart of the Father for them: releasing forgiveness and then dismantling their works through spiritual warfare. THIS IS WAR!

As we do so, we are warring for their souls: to come to know Jesus Christ as their own Savior and Lord, amen!

> > > What prayer resources do we use in the NIGHTWATCH?

For the one we will launch on the Fourth of July, CHPP will utilize the prayer requests noted on the Daily Brief, as well as the document we published this past weekend, called "ANGEL ARMIES: COME!"

In addition, each NIGHTWATCH team is free to use any prayer guide that is approved by their own leadership structure. THANK YOU!
> > > What is the conference line and the access code for the NIGHTWATCH?

Conference number is: 605-313-5111
Access Code is: 343076#

> > > Is there anything else we need to know as we plan to join you on the NIGHTWATCH this week?

Yes, there are two things to note: First, after our opening prayer at midnight, we begin each watch by sharing the Cup of Communion, led by the facilitator.

We also sing "GOD BLESS AMERICA" whose lyrics include that GOD stands, "in the night with a light from Above!"
Then, at the end of the watch (5:00 a.m. EDT), we finish by reciting The Lord's Prayer. Amen and amen!
WELCOME TO THE NIGHTWATCH!

Focus on Israel

1. Syria says 4 killed as Israel hits targets in Homs and Damascus in major strike - Times of Israel

Syria said Israeli jets attacked several military sites near the capital Damascus and the central city of Homs early Monday, killing four civilians, including an infant. The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, a Britain-based war monitor, said Israel launched strikes both from the air and sea, targeting Iranian-linked bases near Homs and at least 10 targets near Damascus, including a base where Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps forces are headquartered and a weapons research center.

Israel did not comment on the attack - one of the most extensive series of strikes in several months, coming less than a week after a trilateral summit with Russia and the United States concerning Tehran's activities and military presence in the region.

2. Syrian S-300 air defense system now fully operational - Israel National News

The Russian-made S-300 air defense system is now completely deployed in Syria's northwestern Masyaf. Masyaf is near Homs and Hama, both of which have suffered recent airstrikes.

An image published Sunday by ImageSat International shows four S-300 batteries and two advanced radar systems, and the IDF announced that the system seems fully operational.

An Israeli satellite imagery analysis company noted that until now, only three of the four surface-to-air launchers had been fully erected.

3. Police arrest 6, increase security efforts in east Jerusalem - Jerusalem Post

Disturbances in several locations in east Jerusalem continued overnight, according to police.

Israeli police forces, including border police, acted against these disturbances, which included the throwing of stones and other large objects at officers, as well as igniting fireworks.

Further, security forces arrested six suspects who they believe took an active part in earlier disturbances, including those aimed at damaging the light rail.

Two police officers were lightly injured and received medical treatment.

A spokesperson for the police said that forces will continue their activities against those who are trying to disrupt the peace in East Jerusalem.

4. Ehud Barak vows to do 'whatever necessary' to defeat Netanyahu - JNS

In an attempt to hand Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu the second defeat of his long political career, former Prime Minister Ehud Barak announced last week the formation of a new left-wing party that will compete in Israel's September election.

Barak told JNS that his goal with the new party, which a Channel 13 poll found would win six seats if the election were held today, is to bring Netanyahu's "tenure to an end" and to reform Israeli society.

The former prime minister was critical of Blue and White's effort to topple Netanyahu in the April election, implying the party's campaign had been too kind. Barak said that he, on the other hand, was prepared to do "whatever necessary, within the confines of the law, in order to win."

Though Blue and White and Netanyahu's Likud party tied with 35 mandates apiece, 65 Knesset members recommended Netanyahu as prime minister, compared to just 45 for Blue and White leader Benny Gantz.

5. Danger hidden in Trump peace plan, Israeli editor warns - World Israel News

One of the leaders of the right-wing camp in Israel has publicly rejected the economic part of President Trump's "Deal of the Century" that was discussed last week in a conference in Bahrain.

Calling it "a mixture of primeval sympathy for Israel with a flattery of political correctness," Hagai Segal, editor of Makor Rishon, attacked the premise underlying the American plan in Sunday's paper.

The U.S. president's point men on the Middle East, Jared Kushner and Jason Greenblatt, "are still assuming that the West Bank (Judea and Samaria) is Palestinian territory," he charged. "Even the most pro-Israel administration in history is also devoted to the narrative of the Israeli occupation and the oppressed Palestinians."

The details of the economic plan reflect that they have now "formally adopted" that narrative, according to Segal, who gave several examples that he says proves his point.

These include the fact that the half a million Jews who live in Judea and Samaria aren't even mentioned in the plan.

6. Trump's Israel Ambassador Sledgehammers his Way to the Third Temple - Breaking Israel News

President Donald Trump's Israel envoy including Ambassador David Friedman and Middle East Advisor Jason Greenblatt hammered through the final wall to reconnect a 2,000-year-old road that Ancient Jews used to bring sacrifices up to the Second Temple to sounds of the shofar in the background. The City of David discovered the 'Pilgrim's Road' which was used by Israelites during the Second Temple period (516 BCE-70 CE) to bring sacrifices from the Valley of Siloam up to the Temple Mount, the site of the Second Temple and the Third Temple (which has not yet been built).

Tchiya Luria, a digger with the City of David explained that when her crew began digging, they realized that there was a road in the location. However, she "didn't know exactly where it started". But as soon as she uncovered the stairs, Luria realized that that was where the road began. "In the past six years, we've been working on excavating intensively," says Archaeologist Dr. Joe Uziel. "The Pilgrim Street which led from the Siloam Pool up to the Temple Mount, about 600 (656 yards) meters long, 8 meters (8.7 yards) wide would have housed the thousands of pilgrims which arrived in Jerusalem from surrounding areas in order to take part in the ceremonies on the Temple" Uziel added. The Daily Brief

1. Trump To Unleash Hell On Europe: EU Announces Channel To Circumvent SWIFT And Iran Sanctions Is Now Operational - Raw Conservative

With the world waiting for the first headlines from the Trump-Xi meeting, the most important and unexpected news of the day hit moments ago, when Europe announced that the special trade channel, Instex, that will allow European firms to avoid SWIFT and bypass American sanctions on Iran, is now operational.

Following a meeting between the countries who signed the Iran nuclear deal, also known as the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA), which was ditched by US, French, British and German officials said the trade mechanism which was proposed last summer and called Instex, is now operational.

As a reminder, last September, in order to maintain a financial relationship with Iran that cannot be vetoed by the US, Europe unveiled a "Special Purpose Vehicle" to bypass SWIFT. The mechanism would facilitate transactions between European and Iranian companies, while preventing the US from vetoing the transactions and pursuing punitive measures on those companies and states that defied Trump. The payment balancing system will allow companies in Europe to buy Iranian goods, and vice-versa, without actual money-transfers between European and Iranian banks.

The statement came after the remaining signatures of JCPOA gathered in Vienna for a meeting that Iranian ministry spokesman Abbas Mousavi called "the last chance for the remaining parties . . . to gather and see how they can meet their commitments towards Iran." (Read more)

- Father, we pray that You will stop the European entities from their underhanded ways that enable Iran to continue their evil actions.

- "Should you help the wicked and love those who hate the Lord? Therefore the wrath of the Lord is upon you." (2 Chronicles 19:2)

2. Iran nuclear deal: Tehran exceeds enriched uranium limit - Al Jazeera

Iran has exceeded the limit on the amount of enriched uranium in its stockpile set out in the 2015 nuclear deal with world powers, Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif has said, according to the country's semi-official ISNA news agency.

"Iran has crossed the 300-kilogramme limit based on its plan," Zarif told ISNA on Monday.

Later on Monday, the United Nations' atomic watchdog confirmed Iran had breached the cap on enriched uranium set out under the agreement.

"We can confirm that IAEA Director General Yukiya Amano has informed the Board of Governors that the Agency verified on 1 July that Iran's total enriched uranium stockpile exceeded [the deal's limit]," an International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) spokesman said in a statement.

The move marks Iran's first major departure from the unraveling agreement a year after the US unilaterally withdrew from the accord and reimposed punishing sanctions on Tehran. (Read more)

3. Breaking: Dow Closes Week Setting New Record Not Seen in over 80 Years - Western Journal

The Dow Jones Industrial Average closed up more than 73 points Friday, putting a close to a successful June the likes of which had not been seen since prior to World War II.

The Dow closed at just under 26,600, according to CNBC.

While Friday's individual gains were moderate, it was a historic month overall for the Dow.

s CNBC noted: The Dow "rallied 7% this month, notching its best June performance since 1938, when it surged 24.3%."

The Dow wasn't the only index that did well this month. The S&P 500 was up roughly 6.2 percent this month, making it the index's best June showing since 1955, according to Fox Business. (Read more)

4. U.S. Oil Production Hits 12 Million Barrels a Day for First Time - Breitbart

A new government report shows the United States crude oil output as reaching new heights in the month of April.

The report said production grew from 2.1 percent in April to 12.16 million barrels a day. Shale production in areas such as the Permian Basin of West Texas have recently experienced a boom, causing U.S. oil production to overtake that of Saudi Arabia and Russia.

"We continue to see the Permian representing the key driver of global oil supply growth for the next five years," Goldman Sachs analyst Brian Singer told clients in a statement on June 10.

Rystad Energy said earlier this year that the United States would likely produce 12.5 million barrels of oil per day during the month of May. Reports state that an estimated 4 million of those barrels will come from shale oilfields and those numbers are expected to rise by the end of 2020. (Read more)

5. Supreme Court Hands Huge Free Market Win to Business Owners with Disabled Daughter - Western Journal

The Supreme Court just delivered an important victory for economic freedom and the free market. Wednesday's decision centered on whether Doug and Mary Ketchum could open Kimbrough Wines & Spirits in Memphis, Tennessee, even though they did not meet the requirements of the 21st Amendment of Tennessee's Constitution. The 21st Amendment prohibits people from selling liquor in the state until they have been a resident within the state for two years. The court ruled in favor of the Ketchums in a 7-2 decision and held that the amendment was unconstitutional.

"The Ketchums had moved to Tennessee from Utah in 2016 to save the life of their 34-year-old daughter, Stacie, who suffers from cerebral palsy and quadriplegia," the Institute for Justice reported. "When one of Stacie's lungs collapsed during a temperature inversion that severely worsened the air quality in the Salt Lake valley, her doctor urged the Ketchums to move to a healthier climate or risk losing Stacie within a year, prompting their move to Tennessee."

Shortly after their move, the Ketchums applied for a license to operate a liquor store in the heart of the city. Although the Tennessee Alcoholic Beverage Commission intended on signing off on the application, a problem arose.

The Tennessee Wine and Spirits Retailers Association threatened a lawsuit against the TABC if it granted the Ketchums' license. In response, the TABC filed in state court and requested a declaratory judgment that the 21st Amendment was unconstitutional.

The case was removed to the United States District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee where the court found the durational residency requirements to be unconstitutional. At this point, the Ketchums were issued their liquor licenses. (Read more)

- Lord, we thank You that this family was granted a win in the court. We pray that You will touch their daughter for healing and life.

- "Bless the Lord, O my soul, and forget not all His benefits; Who heals all your iniquities, Who heals all your diseases." (Psalm 103:3)

6. Cuomo signs legislation outlawing 'gay panic' defense in NY - Fox news

New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo has signed legislation that would bar people who attack or kill a gay person from arguing they panicked over their victim's sexuality. The Democrat signed the bill on Sunday in Manhattan, where he was taking part in the city's LGBTQ pride march. The state Legislature passed the measure earlier in June.

Previously, those accused of violent attacks could argue that they were under extreme distress, that they panicked after the victim made a sexual advance or otherwise revealed their sexuality. The legislation made it that such an excuse could not be considered a "reasonable explanation" for a violent crime. (Read more)

- Lord, it is already illegal to assault and harm someone. We pray that somehow You will bring light into the dark recesses of laws across the nation that create unnecessary special protected categories.

7. The deadly poison sarin was detected in a mailbag at Facebook's offices in California - Business Insider

A Facebook spokesperson said the company evacuated four buildings in response to the news, three of which have now been brought back into use.

Sarin is a man-made nerve agent used in chemical warfare. Exposure can cause loss of consciousness, convulsions, paralysis, respiratory failure, and death, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. (Read more)

ALSO: Alerts USA is now reporting that "Army Nat'l Guard 95th Weapons of Mass Destruction Civil Support Team now involved in ongoing Facebook sarin investigation."

- Lord God, we thank You that, so far, no one is reporting symptoms associated with exposure to sarin gas. We thank You, too, for the swift response by all parties involved when this event took place. As the Army National Guard, and others, now launch an investigation into this incident, we ask that the perpetrators of this planned attack be found quickly and brought to justice. We ask in Your name, amen.

- "For there is nothing hidden which will not be revealed, nor has anything been kept secret but that it should come to light." (Mark 4:22)

8. NEW THREAT: Antifa Plans Acid Attack on D.C. Free Speech Rally, Promises To Blind Attendees - Big League Politics

A person utilizing artwork created by a Rolling Stonejournalist who writes favorably about Antifa has threatened to attack attendees of the Demand Free Speech rally with "muriatic acid, wax, and balloons" on July 6 in Washington, D.C.

The threats were made on a popular right wing Telegram channel. A user with the name "POUND ON YOUR BOY" made several threats against the rally, prompting co-organizer Enrique Tarrio to contact the FBI and DHS, who are now planning to provide additional security to the event.

Over the course of about 10 minutes last night, the "POUND ON YOUR BOY" account asked how the D.C. event is "coming along", and referenced muriatic acid multiple times. (Read more)

- Lord, we thank You that You have revealed this plan to all. We take authority in the Mighty Name of Jesus over the plan, and declare it null and void. We pray Your Holy Protection over rally participants in DC this week. We take authority over the demonic forces that run Antifa and bind them from being able to do anything.

"Behold, I give you authority to trample on serpents and scorpion, and over ALL the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt you." (Luke 10:19)

9. Trump Wants Tanks for July 4 Event - Newsmax

Among President Donald Trump's requests for the July 4 celebration in the nation's capital is to have tanks and armored vehicles sitting on the National Mall.

According to The Washington Post, the White House is planning the event . . . The Pentagon knows of the request and is working on a plan for it, the Post reported, which could include parking the vehicles on the Mall rather than parading them down the city streets - which would risk damaging the roads because of the vehicles' weight and the tanks' tracks.

There also will be a flyover of military aircraft, including one of the jets used as Air Force One and the Blue Angels.

There is also a lengthy fireworks display of 35 minutes planned, which will merge a regularly scheduled show put on by New Jersey company and another one worth $750,000 put on by two other companies. Trump plans to speak at the event as well. (Read more)

- Lord God of Israel . . . given the reports of the plans of terrorists to harm our people (above), we thank You for giving us a President who is not afraid to demonstrate our strength . . . a strength that yields peace on the land. Thank You, Lord, we pray, amen.

10. U.N. Chief Sees Climate Doom Everywhere: 'Floods, Drought, Heatwaves, Wildfires and Super Storms' - Breitbart

U.N. chief Antonio Guterres warned Sunday climate-related devastation is striking the planet on a weekly basis and global action must be undertaken immediately with U.N. agencies in the lead or else the earth is doomed.

"We are here because the world is facing a grave climate emergency," Guterres told a two-day Abu Dhabi climate meeting ahead of a Climate Action Summit in New York in September.

"Climate disruption is happening now. It is progressing even faster than the world's top scientists have predicted," the UN secretary general said. "It is outpacing our efforts to address it. Climate change is running faster than we are.

"Every week brings new climate-related devastation . . . floods, drought, heatwaves, wildfires and super storms." Guterres warned the situation would only deteriorate unless "we act now with ambition and urgency", and called for greater carbon taxes, an end to building power plants and a change in the way the world does business. (Read More)

- Father, the bottom line to these doomsday scenarios is that they do not know YOU. We declare Your Lordship over the "climate change" agenda and place every thought at the foot of the Cross. We ask that Your Spirit move over the earth, changing minds and hearts.

NY Times, Washington Post advocating for hate

The beacon of socialism and the standard-bearer for political intolerance and ideological bigotry, The Washington Post, published an editorial by Stephanie Wilkinson. You may recall that Wilkinson is the infamous owner of a restaurant in Lexington, VA who in June 2018 refused to serve White House spokeswoman Sara Huckabee Sanders because she was part of an administration that is "inhumane and unethical." She explained refusing Sanders and her family service because her restaurant must uphold standards of "honesty, and compassion, and cooperation [see the hypocrisy?]."The Post is sending the message that it's OK to deny food and harass people because of their political beliefs.

Wilkinson also defended another recent incident where a waitress spat on President Donald Trump's son Eric in a trendy Chicago bar. Wilkinson wrote in the Post, "If you're directly complicit in spreading hate or perpetuating suffering, maybe you should consider dining at home . . . no one in the industry condones the physical assault of a patron," and then she declared that Americans should understand that a "frustrated person" such as a restaurant employee will "lash out at the representatives of an administration that has made its name trashing norms and breaking backs. If you're an unsavory individual, we have no legal or moral obligation to do business with you."In other words, if you disagree with Wilkinson's standards, you should be denied food.
Another editorial in the New York Times perpetuated the myth of the ignorant resistance that border facilities for illegals were akin to concentration camps. Writing for the Times, Kate Cronin-Furman, an assistant professor of human rights at University College London (really?), outrageously claimed that the border guard treatment of illegal immigrant children is the type of behavior "which has been shown to have played a huge role in atrocity commission and desistance in the Holocaust, Rwanda, and elsewhere. The campaign to stop the abuses at the border should exploit this sensitivity."Her solution was to publicly identify and shame customs and border security workers for their association with such jack-boot policies.
These are the ones who judge and accuse of hate while hating and stirring up hatred against those who disagree with them. The Post and Times are culpable co-conspirators for lending their platforms to such nonsense. Imagine what would happen if a Christian business refused service for someone because of their political views. Oh, wait! They have and were taken all the way to the Supreme Court over it. Hundreds of thousands of dollars spent, over a wedding cake. But this isn't an apple to apple comparison. The Times and Post are advocating public harassment, violence, and refusing food to those with whom they disagree. This is dead wrong. What did Christ say in Matthew 7:12, "Therefore, whatever you want men to do to you, do also to them, for this is the Law and the Prophets." It's the Golden Rule, and it should be widely practiced by all.

Have a blessed and powerful day,

President Trump Addresses the Troops

President Trump Addresses the Troops in South Korea During his Visit There

(The following is an excerpt of his remarks to the troops on Sunday, June 30th.)

. . . "Very shortly, we will have the most ready, the best - we already have the best military in the world, but we're going to have it at a level that we've never been at before. Our equipment - whether it's the missiles or the planes or the ships or the equipment for the soldiers. It doesn't matter. We have the best, and we have the budget to do it," Trump said.
"And that wasn't easy because, I will tell you - this is not a political speech, but the Democrats were not going to give it you. That I can tell you. [Laughter and applause.] They weren't going to give it to you, folks. They weren't going to. They want open borders and to hell with the military. That's not good."
. . . Trump said that above all, America's greatest weapons are the men and women of its armed forces.

"You're feared by your foes, and you're respected by all. You are so respected, and I just want you to know that. Sometimes you don't hear that. You don't hear it enough. You are totally respected. And, I can tell you, there's nobody that respects the military more than your President, Donald Trump. Nobody," he said.

Trump then looked ahead to the July Fourth celebration in Washington, D.C.

"I will celebrate Independence Day with a special 'Salute to America' on our National Mall. July Fourth. I hope everybody can be there. It's going to be big. We're making it especially big because we're more proud of our country today than we have been in many, many, many decades," he said.

"I want you to know that, as we pay tribute to armed forces this July Fourth, we will be thinking of you - the brave service members far from home, preserving American independence and all of that American great, great feeling of independence, and defending our great American flag.

"Americans are born free, and as long as we have brave soldiers and sailors and airmen and Marines, we know that our freedom will never, ever die," he said.

Classic Hymns

WHEN WE ALL GET TO HEAVEN

"In My Father's house are many rooms . . . I am going there to prepare a place for you." (John 14:2)

Lyrics

Sing the wondrous love of Jesus, Sing His mercy and His grace. In the mansions bright and blessèd He'll prepare for us a place.

Refrain

When we all get to Heaven,
What a day of rejoicing that will be!
When we all see Jesus,
We'll sing and shout the victory!

While we walk the pilgrim pathway,
Clouds will overspread the sky;
But when traveling days are over,
Not a shadow, not a sigh.

Refrain

Let us then be true and faithful,
Trusting, serving every day;
Just one glimpse of Him in glory
Will the toils of life repay.

Refrain

Onward to the prize before us!
Soon His beauty we'll behold;
Soon the pearly gates will open;
We shall tread the streets of gold.

Signs and Wonders

Mexico: Freak storm buries Guadalajara in 2-meter deep hail

At least six neighbourhoods woke to find their streets covered in ice pellets up to two metres deep.

A freak hail storm has struck Guadalajara, one of Mexico's most populous cities, burying vehicles in a deluge of ice pellets up to two metres deep.

"I've never seen such scenes in Guadalajara," said the state governor, Enrique Alfaro. "Then we ask ourselves if climate change is real. These are never-before-seen natural phenomenons," he said. "It's incredible."

. . . While children scampered around and hurled iceballs at each other, civil protection personnel and soldiers brought out heavy machinery to clear the roads.

Nearly 200 homes and businesses reported hail damage, and at least 50 vehicles were swept away by the deluge of ice in hilly areas, some buried under piles of pellets.

While no casualties were reported, two people showed "early signs of hypothermia," the state civil protection office said. (The Guardian UK) Read more.

The Good News Corner

Supreme Court Judge: Abortion is the "Dismemberment
of a Living Child"

"Earlier this Term, we were confronted with lower court decisions requiring States to allow abortions based solely on the race, sex, or disability of the child . . . Today, we are confronted with decisions requiring States to allow abortion via live dismemberment. None of these decisions is supported by the text of the Constitution." - Justice Clarence Thomas

(Washington, DC) - [Christianheadlines.com] The US Supreme Court declined Friday to revive Alabama's ban on a specific grisly abortion procedure, but not before Justice Clarence Thomas criticized the institution for its moral logic. The case involved a 2016 Alabama law prohibiting dilation and evacuation (D&E) abortion-a late-term procedure in which an unborn baby is torn apart limb by limb, until the womb is empty. Pro-life critics, including Alabama Attorney General Steve Marshall, have labeled it "dismemberment abortion."
