URGENT! "JIHAD IN JERUSALEM"

URGENT ALERT FROM GARY BAUER

"JIHAD IN JERUSALEM"

There is breaking news this morning of a barbaric attack on a Jerusalem synagogue. Four Israeli worshippers were reportedly murdered. This is raw, demonic evil.

If history is any guide the Palestinian attackers will be hailed as heroes in Gaza and the West Bank. Three of the dead were American citizens, one was a British citizen. But the jihadists weren't checking passports. Their goal was to murder Jews.

I urge Congress to immediately take steps to stop American taxpayer subsidies from flowing to any Palestinian entity. The Obama Administration's bashing of Israel must stop.
Jerusalem is not a settlement. It is the undivided capital of the nation of Israel. The Obama Administration should immediately stop its harassment of the Israeli government for simply building homes for its citizens in its own capital. The constant harangues by Secretary Kerry and the White House are helping create an atmosphere that made today's disgusting Palestinian jihadist attack possible.
In addition, the Obama Administration, the United Nations and the European Union should admit the obvious: There cannot be a two state solution as long as the new state would be a home filled with Jew-haters like those responsible for today's carnage.

It is obscene for the United States and Europe to push for the creation of another terrorist state in the Middle East. Instead, we should standing proudly with the only free nation that shares our values -- the nation of Israel.

Prayer Request from Capitol Hill Prayer Partners:

Lord God, we lift up this horrific news before Your Throne of Grace, and we grieve with You over what has happened today in Jerusalem. We ask that You visit those who mourn with Your tender mercies, and that You, by Your grace, lead the authorities to discover who, exactly, has carried out this attack.

God, Your Jewish people have suffered so much; help us to know how to stand with them, to comfort them, and to let them know they are NOT ALONE in their time of need. We ask this in the Name of Yeshua, amen and amen.

"They said to Samuel, "Do not stop crying out to the LORD our God for us, that he may rescue us from the hand of the Philistines." (I Samuel 7:8)

1. After rabbi stabbed in Belgium, Jewish group calls for more safety of European Jews - Jerusalem Post

Motives still unknown behind knife attack that wounded rabbi in Antwerp; police have detained one suspect, according to local media reports.

A pan-European Jewish organization called on Saturday for European authorities to ensure the security of the continent's Jewish citizens after a rabbi was stabbed and hurt in Antwerp.

"Jews in Europe have lost a normal sense of security that worsens with every attack on Jews and Jewish institutions which are taking place with alarming regularity," said European Jewish Congress (EJC) President Dr. Moshe Kantor (Read more)

- Abba Father, we come before You to ask for protection and mercy for Your special people who live in the European Union. Bigotry and anti-semitism is very much on the rise as evidenced by this action and other ones of reported violence and threats. Have mercy, Father, and protect and guide Your people as they respond to this tragedy. We pray this in Yeshua's Name and under His Shed Blood, Amen and Amen.

- "Help me, O Lord my God! Oh, save me according to Your mercy, that they may know that this is Your hand-that You, Lord, have done it!." (Psalm 109:26-27 NKJV)

6. Jewish Worshippers Massacred During Morning Prayers - BFP

The seething situation in Jerusalem took a turn for the worse early Tuesday morning [Nov. 18] when Palestinian Arab terrorists entered a local synagogue and attacked Jewish worshippers conducting traditional morning prayers.

Two Muslim assailants entered the Kehilat Yaakov synagogue complex in the religious Jerusalem neighborhood of Har Nof shortly after dawn armed with a pistol, knives and axes.

Four Israelis were killed and another nine were wounded, many of them seriously, during the bloody rampage. Eyewitnesses who survived the attack said the terrorists did not wear head covering, but were shouting "Allah Akbar"-"Allah is Greater"-as they shot and hacked at their Jewish victims. (Read more)

7. Netanyahu: We Will Respond with a Heavy Hand - BFP

Tuesday, 18 November 2014 - Israel's Prime Minister Netanyahu has called for a special "security consultation" this afternoon.

In this morning's related press release, Netanyahu blamed Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas and Hamas for today's slaughter of four Israelis worshiping in their synagogue in western Jerusalem near the nation's Holocaust museum and memorial, Yad Vashem.

"This is the direct result of the incitement being led by Hamas and Abu Mazen, incitement which the international community is irresponsibly ignoring.

"We will respond with a heavy hand to the brutal murder of Jews who came to pray and were met by reprehensible murderers," Netanyahu said. (Read more)

8. Abbas Condemns Attack-and Israel for Inciting It - BFP

Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas on Tuesday [Nov. 18] condemned the deadly attack at a synagogue in Jerusalem earlier in the day, and called for an end to what he said was Israeli provocation over the Temple Mount.

"The presidency condemns the attack on Jewish worshippers in their place of prayer, and condemned the killing of civilians no matter who is responsible," said a statement from Abbas' office.

"We condemn all acts of violence from all sources, and demand an end to the invasions of Al-Aqsa Mosque, the provocations of settlers and the incitement by some ministers in the Israeli government."

The statement said that, "It's time to end the occupation and to put an end to everything that makes violence and tension." (Read more)

9. Hamas Released Video Calling for More Attacks in Jerusalem - BFP

[Tuesday, 18 November 2014 | Hamas released a video calling for more terror attacks in Jerusalem. The video threatened] acts of revenge after the death of Yusuf Hassan al-Ramouni, an Egged bus driver who was found hanged in a bus in Jerusalem on Sunday. Members of the Arab sector and al-Ramouni's family refused to accept the death was a suicide despite an official autopsy by the Forensics Institute reporting no foul play.

The video released by Hamas was made in colloquial Hebrew and warned of an "eye for an eye" and mentioned the previous hit and run attacks in Jerusalem as well as the death of the Arab bus driver. (Read more)

1. Missouri governor declares state of emergency in Ferguson - CNN

Missouri Gov. Jay Nixon declared a state of emergency Monday ahead of an expected grand jury decision in the case of Michael Brown.

In his executive order, Nixon cited the "possibility of expanded unrest." He said that people have the right to protest peacefully but that citizens and businesses must be protected from violence and damage. Brown, a black teen, was fatally shot by Darren Wilson, a white police officer, on August 9. The grand jury is weighing whether to indict Wilson. (Read more)

For details, go here.

- Father, we ask that your peace would indeed penetrate and permeate the community of Ferguson, Missouri, and that your peace would pass all understanding throughout that community and the far-reaching effects it has had even around the globe, Father. May the world look to You for understanding beyond what it can see and understand on its own.

- "Ah, Lord God! Behold, You have made the heavens and the earth by Your great power and outstretched arm. There is nothing too hard for You." (Jeremiah 32:17)

2. Darren Wilson's fatal encounter with Michael Brown was brief, report says - Fox News

As a grand jury weighs the option of indicting a St. Louis officer on charges of shooting and killing 18-year-old Michael Brown, new video shows the encounter between the two individuals was very brief. Video and records obtained by the St. Louis Post-Dispatch show police officer Darren Wilson leaving for the hospital two hours after the shooting with his union lawyer and other officers.

Wilson returned to the station about two and one-half hours later. Wilson was searching for a thief that matched Brown's description, the paper reported. Brown allegedly attacked Wilson prompting the officer to fire upon Brown.

After calling for backup, Wilson reportedly continued his search on foot, but claimed Brown charged at him prompting more gun fire. Witness accounts vary. (Read more)

- Heavenly Father, we come before Your throne and ask that Truth and Justice will arise! Father, we ask that You direct what is decided in this case and be in the midst of all planned negative and destructive responses, shutting them down by inserting the Blood-bought stake of the Cross through their actions. We pray this in Jesus' Name and under His Shed blood, Amen and Amen.

- "These are the things which you should do: speak the truth to one another; judge with truth and judgment for peace in your gates." (Zechariah 8:16)

3. Sierra Leone surgeon brought to US for Ebola treatment dies - The Guardian

A surgeon from Sierra Leone who was being treated for Ebola at a Nebraska hospital has died on Monday, according to the hospital. Dr Martin Salia, a permanent US resident, is the second patient to die of Ebola in the US. He arrived in Omaha on Saturday, having left Freetown on Friday by air ambulance. He was immediately transported to Nebraska medical center, where he began treatment. (Read more)

- Lord God, we ask that You comfort Dr. Salia's family, who mourn today. We thank You, too, that even today, Congress is holding hearings on the Ebola crisis to determine how to contain this fatal disease in our nation. Grant us Your wisdom, Oh Lord, we pray, in Your Name, amen and amen.

- "Call unto me, and I will answer thee, and show thee great and mighty things, which thou knowest not." (Jeremiah 33:3)

4. Conservative Stand Against Obama's Executive Amnesty Leaves White House in Disarray - Breitbart

The White House must have thought Republicans in Congress would fall in line behind Speaker John Boehner and let President Barack Obama do what he's "gotta do" on executive amnesty for millions of illegal aliens. Politico reports that as Republicans have instead organized behind incoming Senate Budget Committee chairman Sen. Jeff Sessions (R-AL) to oppose the President, the Democrats and White House-including Obama himself-are showing signs of weakness.

Obama showed his frustration during a press conference in Myanmar on Friday, Politico's Seung Min Kim and Carrie Budoff Brown wrote late Friday night. "They [Republicans] have the ability to fix the system," Obama said. "What they don't have the ability to do is to expect me to stand by with a broken system in perpetuity."

Obama added that his vision of "immigration reform" is something that "is way overdue. And we've been talking about it for 10 years now and it's been consistently stalled." (Read more)

- Heavenly Father, we ask You to firmly confront President Obama on his 'desired' actions as to illegal immigration, putting the fear in him of Who You are. Shut down his actions, Lord. We ask this in Jesus' Name, Amen and Amen.

- "As in water face reflects face, so a man's heart reveals the man." (Proverbs 27:19 NKJV)

5. Obama's immigration overhaul could put burden on states - Fox News

President Obama's looming announcement on major changes to the U.S. immigration system could take a financial and economic toll on the states, some critics say - as undocumented residents come out of the shadows and, in some cases, become eligible for benefits.

The White House has not confirmed the details or the timing of the president's executive action plan, but the president has vowed to act before year's end. As Fox News reported on Wednesday, the president could act as early as next week - and a draft document calls for giving millions of illegal immigrants a deportation reprieve as part of that plan.

This would immediately raise questions about the impact on states where illegal immigrant populations are concentrated. "State and local governments and taxpayers will pay the price if President Obama takes immigration into his own hands," Republican Texas state Sen. Kelly Hancock told FoxNews.com in a statement. (Read more)

- Heavenly Father, we again seek Your mercy as we see this rising threat of blanket amnesty for illegal immigrants in our nation. Have mercy, Father, and raise up Your right hand to shut down this action by our leadership which will cause a widespread financial burden on our citizens and their state governments. Help us, Lord, in the Name of Jesus and under His Shed Blood we pray, Amen and Amen.

- "Give us help from trouble, for the help of man is useless. Through God we will do valiantly, for it is He who shall tread down our enemies." (Psalm 108:12-13)

6. State Dept computers hacked, email shut down - Federal News Radio

The State Department has taken the unprecedented step of shutting down its entire unclassified email system as technicians repair possible damage from a suspected hacker attack.

A senior department official said Sunday that "activity of concern" was detected in the system around the same time as a previously reported incident that targeted the White House computer network. That incident was made public in late October, but there was no indication then that the State Department had been affected. Since then, a number of agencies, including the U.S. Postal Service and the National Weather Service, have reported attacks.

The official said none of the State Department's classified systems were affected. However, the official said the department shut down its worldwide email late on Friday as part of a scheduled outage of some of its internet-linked systems to make security improvements to its main unclassified computer network. The official was not authorized to speak about the matter by name and spoke on condition of anonymity.

The official said the department expects that all of its systems will be operating as normal in the near future, but would not discuss who might be responsible for the breach. Earlier attacks have been blamed on Russian or Chinese attackers, although their origin has never been publicly confirmed. (Read more)

- Lord God, it seems that no one is safe now from the attempts of hackers to disrupt our communications systems. Constant Contact, too, had some kind of "event" yesterday, that threw its thousands of customers, including our own ministry, in limbo. We appeal to You, Abba, in the High Court of Heaven, to do battle for us against all hackers, so that every segment of cyberspace in America is kept safe under Your Shed Blood. Amen and amen.

- "Do not be afraid or discouraged because of this vast army. For the battle is not yours, but God's." (2 Chronicles 20:15)

7. Pastor Rick Warren speaks at Vatican conference on family, marriage - OC Register

Rick Warren spoke on the "Biblical Meaning of Marriage" Tuesday at the Vatican, where he is among 30 global religious leaders examining the changing roles of marriage and family in the world. Warren joined leaders from 23 countries and 14 religions invited by Pope Francis on at the kickoff Monday to The Complementarity of Man and Woman: An International Colloquium.

Participants, who included Southern Baptist evangelist Russell Moore as well as Muslim, Jewish and Latter-day Saints representatives, will consider topics such as traditional marriage, cohabitation and same-sex marriage.

"Clearly this is a conversation that Pope Francis and the Vatican want to get ahead of," said Juan Martinez, vice provost of Fuller Theological Seminary. "People of faith want to give a faith response, and that's important." (Read more)

- Father, we note that today is day two of this three-day conference. We note, too, from other sources, that the guests at the Vatican this week include Tony Perkins (President, Family Research Council) and Pastor Jim Garlow. We ask for Your hand of protection to rest upon all who are truly Your own at this meeting, and for a spirit of boldness to come upon each one so that biblical truth regarding traditional marriage be proclaimed clearly in the halls of the Vatican. Thank You, Lord, for heraing our prayer, in Jesus' name. Amen and amen.

- "But Peter and the apostles answered, "We must obey God rather than men."
(Acts 5:29)

8. Christian booted from National Cathedral speaks out - WND

It was supposed to be a shining moment for proponents of the interfaith movement. The Islamic "jummah," or Friday call to prayer, would be held on America's grandest Christian stage - the National Cathedral in Washington, D.C. . . The stage was set. The prayer rugs were neatly arranged facing Mecca. The lights shone down on the imam for his opening remarks.

Not so fast. Christine Weick, a 50-year-old Michigan woman . . . rose from the packed National Cathedral, the hall of halls in terms of religious prominence in America, and moved toward the front of the church. She pointed to the cross hanging overhead. That cross seemed to be the one thing nobody wanted to look at, she told WND Saturday in an exclusive interview. . .

"Jesus Christ died on that cross. It is the reason we are to worship only Him. Jesus Christ is our Lord and Savior," she said. "We have built enough of your mosques in this country. Why don't you worship in your mosques and leave our churches alone?"

She immediately heard voices in the crowd yelling for security. She was promptly escorted out of the sanctuary by two men in suits, who handed her off to a police officer. (Read more)

The house of representatives allowed an IMAM to praise Allah on the Floor of the house and give the opening prayer today, November 13th, 2014. (Go here)

- Heavenly Father, we lift up a chorus of praise that this woman spoke up for You in the midst of this abomination that took place inside National Cathedral last Friday. Father, we repent that we were not a mighty 'army' of protestors outside, voicing the same type of declarations that You alone are our God, and declaring that this type of service should not be occurring in a church that supposedly reflects the basic Christian beliefs for our nation. Forgive us, O Lord, we pray in Jesus' Name, Amen and Amen.

- "But Peter and the apostles answered, "We must obey God rather than men." (Acts 5:29)

9. Obama calls American hostage's beheading by ISIS 'pure evil' - CNN

American aid worker and former soldier Peter Kassig was beheaded by ISIS terrorists, the White House confirmed Sunday, hours after a video claiming to show the victim surfaced online. ISIS held Kassig as a hostage and in previous communications had threatened his life. The video shows the aftermath of a beheading in which the victim is not clearly recognizable.

President Barack Obama confirmed the 26-year-old's beheading, saying Kassig "was taken from us in an act of pure evil by a terrorist group that the world rightly associates with inhumanity."

Kassig, who converted to Islam in captivity, also went by the name Abdul-Rahman Kassig. (Read more)

- Lord God, we are grieved today, not only that this American citizen has joined the growing list of those who have been beheaded by ISIS brutes, but that Mr. Kassig apparently converted to Islam before his death. O, Lord, have mercy! We know that we cannot pray for those who have passed on; their fate in eternity rests with you. But Lord God, we ask that You move upon the hearts of many, to understand that, unless we receive You as our Savior and our Lord, we are doomed to spend eternity separated from You. Lord, we pray for mercy for those who remain . . . let revival spring forth quickly, we ask in Jesus' name, amen and amen.

- " . . . it is appointed for men to die once and after this comes judgment . . ." (Hebrews 9:27)
