1. Iranian TV airs simulated bombing of Tel Aviv, US aircraft carrier - Times of Israel
Iranian state TV on Friday ran a documentary featuring a computerized video of Iran's drones and missiles bombing Tel Aviv, Haifa, Ben Gurion Airport and the Dimona nuclear reactor in a hypothetical retaliation for an Israeli or American strike on the Islamic Republic.
- Father, we bind up this vain imagination against Israel and against our country by the principality of Persia. We declare all evil plans of destruction powerless to proceed. In the name of Jesus, we call for our Mighty God to erect a wall of protection over Israel and over our fleet.
- "For I, saith the Lord, will be unto her a wall of fire round about, and will be the glory in the midst of her." (Zechariah 2:5)
2. US-Russia rift widens - The Hill
The Olympic Games, created to bring countries together around sports, appear to be having the opposite effect on U.S.-Russia relations.
- Dear Lord, we see that man's ways of doing things does not work unless they partner with You in the effort. We pray for arrogance to give way to humility and truth so that there be cooperation at least on a level of mutual respect for each other. We speak peace into this event and pray for word of Your wonderful salvation to spread to the teams of many countries in spite of any attempts to stop it.

3. Egypt, Russia Seal $2B Arms Deal - Arutz Sheva
Egypt has concluded an arms deal with Russia worth $2 billion, a senior official source told Egyptian daily newspaper Al-Masry Al-Youm, noting that the Egyptian and Russian sides reached agreement on all details of the agreement over the past few weeks.
-We know You keep an eye on all activities surrounding Israel and the Middle East and that nothing is hidden from Your sight including the hearts of those involved and their motives. We ask that You would cause all wicked plans to fall to the ground and only that which benefits Your people will proceed. We bind up all ungodly alliances and the trouble they produce, in the name of Jesus. Amen.

4. DNI, HHS urged to shut Obamacare website until security issues resolved - Washington Free Beacon
President Barack Obama and two senior aides are being urged to suspend all use of the Obamacare computer network until recent U.S. intelligence warnings of potential cyber attacks from Belarus are resolved.
- Father, we pray that Obama and his senior aides will listen to this advise, and suspend the Obamacare network until these cyber attacks are resolved. We pray protection over the private information of all U.S. citizens involved in this network. In Jesus Name.

5. 91 million Americans aren't looking for jobs - CNN
The unemployment rate isn't always the best measure of the job market, because it only includes people who have actively searched for work within the last four weeks. Many Americans just aren't looking for jobs.
- Father, we speak Your wisdom over unemployment, the job market, and lost hope. Father, we look to You to fix this problem. Father, provide jobs for those who desire them, stir up the desire for those who have lost hope in finding a job, prosper Corporations and the economy to hire for jobs. We pray You bring all this into balance and cause the government - who is only to provide temporary help - to find a solution to the widespread unemployment in our country.

The arts and crafts business Hobby Lobby filed a Supreme Court brief Monday asking that its owners be protected from violating their religious beliefs by complying with the ObamaCare contraception mandate.
- Father, we pray favor over Hobby Lobby and their desire for protection from the ObamaCare contraception mandate. We pray much success and prosperity for this company and their desire to stand for Your principles.

U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry told The Washington Post over the weekend that Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu opposes Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas' proposal to have NATO forces stationed in a future Palestinian state.

The Palestinian Authority's Religious Affairs Minister said Jerusalem's Western Wall, the holiest site in Judaism outside the Temple Mount, must be brought under Palestinian sovereignty in any peace agreement between Israel and the Palestinians.

Income Inequality: Trojan Horse to Godlessness
The occupant of the Oval Office has been harping a lot lately on his concept of "income inequality." It is couched in equal pay for equal work. But a deeper dive into his speeches on the topic reveals his concept is more akin to communism than to free enterprise, and it is being set into motion by the executive actions of spiraling government debt and an ever expanding government assistance initiative ostensibly to give a helping hand to those out of a job. In reality, in the president's own words, he intends to expand government assistance programs because "these programs of social insurance benefit all of us" (December 4, 2013 speech to the socialist Center for American Progress).
Connecting the dots between statistics from the Bureau of Labor, Commerce Department, and Health and Human Services reveals big trouble. The total available labor force is 246.8 million. Only 155 million are participating in the workforce. Over 91.8 million have given up on having a job. Some 10.2 million of the 155 million are unemployed. Total unemployment, therefore, is 43.7% or approximately 108 million people, roughly a third of the US population. As of January 1, over 65 million were receiving Welfare, Food Stamps or Unemployment. So we have 138.8 million people (the employed labor force) supporting over 65 million plus another 48 million teetering on the edge of government assistance. If things don't change, all of us who work soon will be supporting our own family AND someone else's who doesn't work.
The president's answer to income inequality is to educate children and raise the minimum wage. Did you know that in 39 states, welfare pays more than $8 per hour? In 8 states, welfare pays more than the average public school teacher's salary. The president's proposal to the Center for American Progress would make it better to collect welfare than to teach in the public schools. In other words, he wants everyone to be educated well enough to have a good job; he wants to tax corporations to pay for that education; and by raising the minimum wage, he is incentivizing people to collect welfare rather than get a meaningful job, such as teaching. This is not only bad logic, it is unbiblical.

They shall not labor in vain." The statist plan of the president is against God's plan for your life. You have a say, say it. You have a life, live it.

The Week of Feb. 10th-14th
Fellow Conservative Patriots,
This is yet another week in which the D.C. oligarchy will work together against conservatives. Democrats and Republicans will continue to work behind the scenes to grease the skids for amnesty. It really is us versus them. Concurrently, the House and the Senate will begin working on raising the debt ceiling and extending long-term unemployment benefits by using the reinstatement of military pensions as the excuse to do so. It's time for conservatives to record a vote of no confidence in their leadership and begin working towards firing Speaker John Boehner.
Debt Ceiling/Military Pensions
Although the debt ceiling law was reinstated as of last Friday, the Treasury will use "extraordinary measures" to forestall the deadline until February 27. At present the gross federal debt stands at $17.258 trillion, over $500 billion more than it was when Congress last suspended the debt ceiling in October. Sadly, Republicans have bought into the Democrat myth about defaulting on our credit. They are prepared to roll over and raise the debt ceiling in return for one of a few shiny objects they can sell to voters come election time.
The latest plan from Speaker Boehner would raise the debt ceiling for an entire year. What would Republicans get in return? Nothing. Under the proposed plan, Republicans would actually agree to increase spending in return for raising the debt ceiling. They would agree to bump up Medicare physician payments in the form of a temporary "doc fix" bill for the remainder of the year. In addition, they would reinstate the $6 billion cut from military pensions in the Ryan-Murray deal last December.
This last provision is particularly reprehensible. Conservatives never supported that ridiculous deal which identified military pensions as the only expenditure to incur real cuts. Now, GOP leadership plans to place conservatives in a tough position; forcing them to pick between voting to raise the debt ceiling or voting against restoring military pension spending - something they never agreed to cut in the first place!
Meanwhile, on the Senate side, they are engaging in the same chicanery using military veterans as pawns to leverage larger growth of government. On Monday evening, the Senate will vote on cloture to proceed with S. 1963, sponsored by Sen. Mark Pryor (D-Ark.), which would reinstate the $6 billion in cuts to military pensions. Once again, this bill will likely be used to attach another extension of long-term unemployment benefits, forcing conservatives to support a bad bill in order to reinstate pension cuts they never supported in the past budget bill.

Who are the Radicals, Reformers and Revivalists?
Washington, D.C., February 11, 2014) -- Today marks the 35th anniversary of the Islamic Revolution in Iran. Hundreds of thousands of Iranians turned out on the streets to mark the occasion. Many denounced America as the "Great Satan." Many also shouted, "Death to Israel," which they believe is the "Little Satan."
The fall of the Shah in 1979 and the rise of the Ayatollah Khomeini was a game-changing moment in the modern history of the Middle East. Iran suddenly shifted from a friend and ally of the United States (and even quietly allied with Israel), to a serious enemy. It started with the seizure of our Embassy and taking our diplomats hostage for 444 days.
But it has gone much worse over time. Iran has been implicated in killing Americans in the Beirut bombing of our Marine barracks, and at the Khobar Towers in Saudi Arabia. They have funded, trained and armed terror groups around the world. Now they are actively developing a nuclear weapons program even as the world refuses to take decisive action to stop them.
But for all the attention the Islamic Revolution in Iran has received over the years, it is important to understand it in its fuller context.
As I noted in my 2009 non-fiction book, "Inside The Revolution: Why the followers of Jihad, Jefferson and Jesus are battling to dominate the Middle East and take over the world," there is not simply one revolution underway in the Islamic world - today there are three revolutions competing for the hearts and minds of some 1.5 billion people.

Carman Cancer Free after Extensive Testing!
Los Angeles, CA)-Christian singer Carman Licciardello, who just recently sent out an SOS for prayer when an infection during his battle with cancer put him in the hospital, has now put out this praise report on his Facebook page. We thank God for His healing touch and continue to pray that this man of God be healed completely, in Jesus' Name!

GREAT NEWS ABOUT A GREAT GOD!
Greetings from the other side of the Valley : ) Well things are progressing unexpectedly well. I met with my Doctor on Tuesday for a routine checkup and heard some great news. The last dose of Chemo (Melpholine) on Jan 16 was pretty brutal but within 10 days I was recovering much faster than I expected.
The pneumonia virus I caught was intercepted by the nurses and doctors at the hospital and shut down before it could develop. Thank You JESUS.
. . . They took tests (and there will be more) P.E.T., MRI, Bone biopsies, etc., and could find NO trace of Cancer. That's amazing.
We're talking about drilling into your bone to search for a cancer cell and coming up empty. And I can feel the difference too. My red blood count is climbing daily and so my cardio is steadily coming back to normal. I've actually got back on the treadmill and could breathe - I was so excited I did 3 miles walking uphill and jogging. I felt normal for the first time in 3 years.
The great news is that I'm doing so well that they are cutting my treatments short by 6 weeks. So I'll be going home earlier than expected. I might even have a bit of hair to start the tour with. I only said a bit, lol.
I want to start posting news about the tour and the record and other good things but I needed to get this bit of news out first. You all have been the best friends, brothers, sisters and prayer warriors I could ever hope for in this life. I want to thank you again.
Finally, to quote the lyrics to the title song on my new CD: The roads been a long one, It's always been a fight but God had my back, deep into the night. He's been my "Plan-A" Now everyone can see, I'm livin' for The Lord And there's "No Plan-B"

Terrifying Volcano Eruption Spawns Towering Tornado-Like Twisters
Like Volcanoes Aren't Scary Enough, Now They're Spawning Twisters
The Indonesian volcano Sinabung was dormant until pretty recently. In 2010 it kicked into action, but in January 2014, it switched to high gear, blasting out massive amounts of ash high into the atmosphere. Then a lava dome collapse on Feb. 1 created a pyroclastic flow, a rapid wave of hot gas and rock that thundered downslope.
These flows are incredibly dangerous (15 people were killed by Sinabung's flows when they ventured inside the 5-kilometer exclusion zone) and are for my money one of the most terrifying events on Earth.
And now I find out they can create tornado-like vortices! And they've been caught on camera. Here is some video of the flow, which cuts to the towering funnels about a minute in . .
. . . Sinabung's eruption has been very dangerous and has caused the evacuation of over 30,000 people from nearby villages. When I saw the picture above of one of the eruptions, my instinct was to curl up into a tight little ball and scream into my own belly. Remember, that's not just smoke you're seeing; it's vaporized rock, millions of tons of it! And it's superheated to glowing, which can then flow downhill at hundreds of kilometers per hour, laying waste to whatever it touches. (Author: Phil Plait)
