Amid Russia's stepped up military activity in Syria and increased tension between Moscow and Washington, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu spoke with Russian President Vladimir Putin on Friday, while Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev is expected to come for a visit on November 10.

As has been the case in the past, the Kremlin issued a brief statement about the Netanyahu-Putin call, while the Prime Minister's Office did not issue any kind of read-out.

2. Netanyahu: International community must pressure PA to release succah guests - Jerusalem Post

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu called on the international community to pressure the Palestinian Authority to release four Palestinians who were arrested for visiting a succah in the Efrat settlement.

"I call on the international community to work to help free these innocent Palestinians whose imprisonment is yet one more proof of the Palestinian refusal to make peace," Netanyahu said in a statement he posted on his Facebook page Sunday toward the end of the Succot holiday.

The four Palestinians, from the West Bank village of Wadi al Nis, were part of a group of 30 Palestinians who had attended a Succot celebration at the home of Efrat council head Oded Revivi on Wednesday morning.

3. UNESCO chief after Temple Mount vote: I'll fight 'distorted visions' of history - Jerusalem Post

The director-general of UNESCO, Irina Bokova, has further attempted to distance herself from preliminary approval by the UN body's member states of a resolution that denies Jewish ties to the Temple Mount and the Western Wall.

Israel harshly condemned the October 13 vote to expunge any Jewish connection to the religion's top holy sites and refer to them only by their Muslim names, leading Education Minister Naftali Bennett to freeze all Israeli cooperation with UNESCO.

4. Liberman to Palestinian media: The next Gaza war will be the last - Jerusalem Post

Channel 2 News reporter Efrat Lachter, who is covering the fighting around Mosul, Iraq between the coalition forces and ISIS, has been added to the terror organization's most wanted list.

Please note:
Every prayer below is presented to our Lord in the Name of Jesus Christ, amen.

1. Is Hillary REALLY Ahead in the Polls? Explosive New Wikileaks is a Smoking Gun for "Rigged" System (Washington, DC)-[Charisma News]

In 2008, a group of Democratic operatives were trying to figure out how to skew the polling conducted by liberal mainstream media outlets and political think tanks to promote their candidates and agendas.

The end product was what we've been telling you about for the past several weeks: "oversampling" of key demographics that are more likely to support those candidates and agendas. And now WikiLeaks has provided the "smoking gun" email that demonstrates the Clinton campaign's close ties to the effort. In the email, Tom Matzzie, who was a campaign consultant-billed as a "pioneering digital activist"-wrote to George Rakis, then the campaign manager for America Votes, a George Soros-funded PAC aimed at getting Democrats elected, and Andy Meyer, research director at The Atlas Project. He asked them for a meeting to discuss oversampling: Hey, when can we meet? I also want to get your Atlas folks to recommend oversamples for our polling before we start in February. By market, regions, etc. I want to get this all compiled into one set of recommendations so we can maximize what we get out of our media polling.

- Father, we intercede over this election. We pray that any and all actions taken to manipulate the vote will backfire on those who have tried to cheat the system. We plead the blood of Jesus over each and every vote to be registered fair and square for the intended candidate. Stop every dishonest, manipulative action, in Jesus name.

- There are six things that the Lord hates, seven that are an abomination to him: haughty eyes, a lying tongue, and hands that shed innocent blood, a heart that devises wicked plans, feet that make haste to run to evil, a false witness who breathes out lies, and one who sows discord among brothers. (Proverbs 6:16-19)

2. Obamacare premiums to go up by double digits - McClatchy DC (Washington Post)

Insurers are raising the 2017 premiums for a popular and significant group of health plans sold through HealthCare.gov by an average of 25 percent, more than triple the increase for this year, according to new government figures.

The spike in average rates for the 38 states that rely on the federal marketplace created under the Affordable Care Act was announced by federal health officials on Monday. The figures serve broadly to confirm what has become evident piecemeal in recent months: Prompted by a burden of unexpectedly sick ACA customers, some insurers are dropping out while many remaining companies are struggling to cover their costs.

- Father God, our people are suffering due to the mismanagement of our healthcare system. Please help them connect the policies that have led to this disaster directly to those responsible and refuse to elect anyone who would perpetuate this system.

-You drink the milk, wear the wool, and butcher the best animals, but you let your flocks starve. You have not taken care of the weak. You have not tended the sick or bound up the injured. You have not gone looking for those who have wandered away and are lost. Instead, you have ruled them with harshness and cruelty. (Ezekiel 34:3-4)

3. Reid: 'I have set the Senate' for nuclear option (re: SCOTUS appointments) - The Hill

The outgoing Democratic leader told Talking Points Memo that he's paved the way for what would be a historic change of the Senate's rules, allowing Supreme Court nominees to bypass a 60-vote procedural requirement and be approved by a simple majority.

"I really do believe that I have set the Senate so when I leave, we're going to be able to get judges done with a majority," he said. "It's clear to me that if the Republicans try to filibuster another circuit court judge, but especially a Supreme Court justice, I've told 'em how and I've done it, not just talking about it. I did it in changing the rules of the Senate. It'll have to be done again."

Reid's comments come as Senate Republicans have refused to give Obama's Supreme Court nominee, Merrick Garland, a hearing or a vote for more than eight months. They argue that the vacancy from Justice Antonin Scalia's death should be filled by the president's successor. Reid, who has previously floated changing the rules in 2017, added to TPM that if Republicans "mess with the Supreme Court, it'll be changed just like that in my opinion. So I've set that up. I feel very comfortable with that."

With Reid retiring, any push to change the filibuster rules if Democrats win back the Senate would have to come from Sen. Chuck Schumer, who is expected to be the next Democratic leader. The New Yorker's office declined to comment Monday on Reid's remarks. Schumer also sidestepped a question about a potential rules change on Supreme Court nominations earlier this month, telling CNBC's John Harwood, I hope we won't get to that. And I'll leave it at that."

- Heavenly Father, we plead with You to grant us Godly men and women to serve in all our federal courts, especially our Supreme Court. We pray those currently serving would experience Your Presence and honor You as they make decisions.

- "Devise a plan, but it will be thwarted; state a proposal, but it will not stand, for God is with us." (Isaiah 8:10)

4. EX-FBI Asst Director Becomes Highest Ranking Fmr FBI Agent To Endorse Trump - Political Insider

James Kallstrom, the former Assistant Director of the FBI is breaking ranks! He is tired of do-nothing politicians betraying this country. He's sick of special interests running things and only enriching themselves. He's a close friend of Donald Trump and knows he is a man of integrity and character.

"I'm endorsing Donald Trump. I've know him 40 years. I've never endorsed a candidate. He's a good human being. He's a generous person."

This is a powerful and grand indictment of the cabal that empowered the FBI to release Hillary of her crimes. Kallstrom is well-known by many as the lead investigator of the TWA 800 explosion. (Read more)

- Father, we thank You for this endorsement. May we each be careful to weigh not only the policies that each candidate will bring to the Oval Office, but also those who will stand alongside them, as this former FBI official has done. In Your name, amen.

- "Thy Kingdom come, Thy will be done on earth, as it is in heaven." (Matthew 6:10)

5. Joe Arpaio on the ropes as illegal immigrants join fight to oust 'America's toughest sheriff' - Washington Times

Maricruz Ramirez can't even vote, but she's doing everything she can to get others to turn out on Election Day to defeat Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio. An illegal immigrant from Mexico, Ms. Ramirez led a group of immigrant rights activists Saturday as they went door to door, hoping to find young or infrequent voters they could entice to turn out, emboldened by the prospect of taking out the Republican lawman who's been dubbed "America's Toughest Sheriff."

- Father God, we pray for these tensions around immigration to finally be resolved with true law and order. May both the citizen and immigrant feel our system is fair and well-managed. We also lift up Sheriff Arpaio, we ask for Your Holy Spirit to encourage him.

- "At that time I instructed the judges, 'You must hear the cases of your fellow Israelites and the foreigners living among you. Be perfectly fair in your decisions and impartial in your judgments. (Deuteronomy 1:16-17a)

6. Franklin Graham: Battle Against Godless Secularism Is for the Soul of the Nation - The Christian Post

Besides the election, there is a more important battle taking place, Franklin Graham says, and the battle against godless secularism is for the soul of the country.

Writing on his Facebook page Sunday, the president of Samaritan's Purse and the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association said that the "forces of godless secularism want to remove the name of God and his son Jesus Christ" from the United States, and that those battles have been rising with for several years with more intensity.

The candidates may be focusing on the key battleground states and the electoral college but the real battle, Graham said, is in the heavenly realm.

- Father God, we come into agreement with Franklin Graham and pray for our nation to turn back to You.

- For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand. (Ephesians 6:12-13)

Debate Takeaway 3-Border Security

Presidential debate moderator Chris Wallace said he wanted to clear up Democratic candidate Hillary Clinton's position on border security and immigration reform. He said, "..,in a speech you gave to a Brazilian bank, for which you were paid $225,000, we've learned from the WikiLeaks, that you said this, and I want to quote, "My dream is a hemispheric common market with open trade and open borders." So that's the question...Is that your dream, open borders? Clinton tried to discredit WikiLeaks by saying that it was a Russian conspiracy to influence the US elections, but she did say that "I do want us to have an electric grid, an energy system that crosses borders." This ignores her stance on brining in thousands of un-vetted immigrants from Islamic nations that support terrorism and from across the Southern border of the US.

Trump answered for Clinton, "She wants open borders. People are going to pour into our country. People are going to come in from Syria. She wants 550% more people than [sic the current "president"], and he has thousands and thousands of people." Then Clinton deterred the talk from immigration to Russian conspiracy, but the fact remains that her immigration policy is a continuation of the current "president's", but more as documented on her website. As Homeland Security head John Roth told the Senate in March, "we may be admitting individuals who wish to do us harm." This policy will continue under a Clinton Administration.

Moreover, the Center for Immigration Studies has analyzed the "president's" immigration policy from data released by Immigration and Customs Enforcement. The analysis concludes that since 2010, ICE has released 124 aliens who have been charged with 135 new homicides--some have been released multiple times. In 2014, ICE released a total of 30,558 criminal aliens. These aliens had already been convicted of 92,347 crimes before they were released by ICE. As of July 25, 2015, a total of 1,607 aliens had been convicted of a crime after being freed by ICE. The total number of new crimes for which these aliens were convicted after ICE released them was 2,560, including: 298 dangerous drug offenses, 185 assaults, 40 weapons offenses, 28 sex offenses, 10 sex assaults, four kidnappings, two arsons, and one homicide.

It is obvious that these people do not wish to follow the law, nor do they want to assimilate as Americans. The political goal by Clinton is to promote anarchy to trigger socialist change. The Bible is very clear about how to handle immigrants. Exodus 22:21 says, "You shall neither vex a stranger, nor oppress him." This is repeated in Leviticus and Deuteronomy. In context, Exodus 12:49 says, "One law shall be to him that is home-born, and unto the foreigner who sojourns among you." This is also repeated in Numbers and Leviticus. One law for all. In this context it is God's law, but these people neither want to submit to the laws of the nation or to God's laws. If they are here illegally, they have broken the law as their first act. Hard as it is, policymakers must address this, otherwise our country is in danger.

Have a Blessed and Powerful Day!

In Memoriam: C. Peter Wagner

Apostolic Pioneer C. Peter Wagner Goes on to Glory

At the beginning of the 21st century, C. Peter Wagner, widely regarded as one of the foremost authorities on church growth, said the "body of Christ is poised for the most radical transformation in the history of the church."

Wagner, who worked tirelessly to bring the Great Commission to fulfillment and establish God's kingdom on earth and served for nearly three decades as a professor at Fuller Theological Seminary's School of World Mission, died Friday at 2:30 p.m. He was 86.

. . . "The Great Commission has been central to my life," Wagner wrote in a 2012 article for Charisma magazine. "I committed myself to missions the night I was saved when I was 19. I spent my first 16 years of ministry as a field missionary and the next 30 years as a professor of missions." (Charisma Magazine) Read more here.
