The Daily Brief
1. Holder: Courts' Power To Review Constitutionality Of Laws 'Beyond Dispute' - (Sometimes?) - CNSNews.com
In his court-ordered letter to the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals, Attorney General Eric Holder affirms that the power of courts to review the constitutionality of laws is "beyond dispute" - then proceeds to cite limitations and qualifiers regarding that power.
- Hussein Obama's refusal to fully embrace the authority of the judicial branch of government may prove, in time, to be his undoing. His rebellion against our law cannot bring blessings to his administration, but only the opposite. Pray for the soul of Obama, that he might find humility and repentance before our God, and before our people. Pray!
- "Pride goes before destruction, and haughtiness before a fall." (Proverbs 16:18)
2. DOJ threatens to sue Arpaio over treatment of Hispanics - ABA Journal
The U.S. Justice Department is threatening to sue a controversial Arizona sheriff for civil rights violations because of his treatment of Hispanics. The department's civil rights division revealed a possible lawsuit after settlement talks broke down with Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio.
- Stand tall with Sheriff Arpaio in prayer and support against the oppressive moves of the DOJ in this matter. He is only doing his job!
- "Vengeance is mine; I will repay, saith the Lord." (Romans 12:19)
3. Pentagon formally charges 9/11 mastermind - AP
The Department of Defense approved of charges Wednesday against Khalid Sheikh Mohammed and four other Guantanamo Bay prisoners for their involvement in the Sept. 11 attacks. Each person will be sentenced to death if convicted of the charges.
- Offer praise that these terrorists will pay for their crimes. May each one submit to the Lordship of Christ while there is yet time. Pray!
- "The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance." (2 Peter 3:9)
4. Obama: Jesus Is 'A Son of God' - CNSNews
Speaking to a group of Christian clergy at the Easter Prayer Breakfast he hosted at the White House on Wednesday, Hussein Obama referred to Jesus Christ as "a son of God." This goes right along with the Mormon belief system. Besides honoring the Moslem cult he is a Mason and that explains a lot about his warped theology.
"It's an opportunity for us to reflect on the triumph of the resurrection, and to give thanks for the all-important gift of grace," Obama said of Easter, which is this Sunday. "And for me, and I'm sure for some of you, it's also a chance to remember the tremendous sacrifice that led up to that day, and all that Christ endured--not just as a Son of God, but as a human being."
This was the third annual Easter Prayer Breakfast that Obama has hosted at the the White House. It was attended by Christian clergy from across the country. [To view his remarks, go here.]
[Correcting the record] The Christian faith teaches that Jesus is the only Son of God. John 3:16-18: "For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through Him. Whoever believes in Him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe stands condemned already because they have not believed in the name of God's one and only Son."
- Offer prayer that men and women of faith not be confused by smooth-sounding words, but go directly to the Word of God to know the truth that sets us free. Pray!
- "Be diligent to present yourself approved to God, a worker who does not need to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth." (2 Tim. 2:15)

White House admits official meetings with the Moslem Brotherhood
After supporting the terrorist sponsoring Muslim Brotherhood in overthrowing several Middle Eastern governments for "democracy's" sake, Fox and Politico report that White House officials are meeting with Moslem Brotherhood representatives. It is a well known fact that Secretary of State Hillary Clinton's top aide Huma Abedin has close ties to the MB, and that several appointees to Homeland Security and the Pentagon are associated in some way with the terrorist organization. All the disclaimers have been made that the Moslem Brotherhood is no longer an advocate of violence, but of democracy. Lies all. And there are deceivers and dangerous traitors amongst America's top echelon of leaders. |
The MB creed is as follows: "Allah is our objective. The Prophet is our leader. The Qur'an is our law. Jihad is our way. Dying in the way of Allah is our highest hope." In the Texas Holy Land Foundation trial, the MB was recognized as an unindicted co-conspirator in laundering money through charity groups to terrorists. Documents submitted to the courts contained a detailed plan for the MB to take over North America through several methods, one called "settlement." It said, "The process of settlement is a "Civilization-Jihadist Process" with all the word means...a kind of grand Jihad in eliminating and destroying the Western civilization from within and "sabotaging" its miserable house..."
Yet White House spokesman Tommy Vietor told POLITICO on April 4: "Following Egypt's revolution, we have broadened our engagement to include new and emerging political parties and actors. The meeting Tuesday with working-level NSS officials is just one in a series of meetings between US officials, members of Congress, and representatives of the Moslem Brotherhood." White House press secretary Jay Carney refused to give names, saying, "I don't have names. I don't have names for you. It is a matter of fact that the Moslem Brotherhood will play a prominent role in Egypt's political life going forward...But lower-level officials here at the NSC did have meetings with them."
2 John 7 says, "For many deceivers are entered into the world, who confess not that Yeshua Ha Mashiach is come in the flesh. This is a deceiver and an antichrist." What can be clearer? This Moslem Brotherhood infatuation by our nation's leaders--not only at the White House, but also in Congress--is akin to King Hezekiah revealing all things of his nation to the emissaries of Babylon (2 Kings 20:13). The result was prophesied by Isaiah in 2 Kings 20:17, "Behold, the days come, that all that is in thine house, and that which thy fathers have laid up in store unto this day, shall be carried into Babylon: nothing shall be left, saith YHVH." Where is the outcry from We the People? We are in great danger.
Have a Blessed and Powerful Day!

Who but You, could breathe and leave a trail of galaxies and dream of me?
What kind of Love is writing my story till the end with Mercy's pen?

What kind of king would choose to wear a crown that bleeds and scars to win my heart?
What kind of Love tells me I'm the reason He can't stay inside the grave?
You. Is it You? Standing here before my eyes, every part of my heart cries
