Russia could site cruise missiles in Kaliningrad, the Russian enclave between Poland and Lithuania, if the US goes ahead with plans for a missile defense shield in central Europe, Russia's first deputy prime minister warned on Wednesday.

*Lord, we take authority over the threats from Russia over the proposed defense shield, and declare them null and void. Like Nehemiah we lay their threats before You, and ask that the defense shield be deployed for our protection and not be compromised for the purposes of our enemies.

*Nevertheless we made our prayer to our God, and because of them we set a watch against them day and night.( Nehemiah 4:9)
