The United States of America IS a Christian Nation
and . . .
Washington, D.C. IS The District of Christ
DECLARATION OF DEPENDENCE and A NEW NAME!
WE the PEOPLE OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA in order to form a more Perfect Union, DECLARE DEPENDENCE upon YHWH the GOD of the BIBLE, and Confirm before the World that WE are a CHRISTIAN NATION.
Whereas, The FEDERAL GOVERNMENT of the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, seated in WASHINGTON, District of Columbia, was built upon THE DECLARATION OF INDEPENDENCE;
THE UNITED STATES CONSTITUTION and THE BILL OF RIGHTS, all of which have their FOUNDATION in the BIBLE as quoted by the Founders,
** Whereas, When newly formed, this Government of the United States of America, recognized and knew the GOD of the BIBLE, relying upon HIM and HIS WORD, in establishing a Nation where HIS DIVINE LAW would flourish producing HUMAN RIGHTS to LIFE, LIBERTY, and the PURSUIT OF HAPPINESS,
** Whereas . . . Over time, this same Government of the United States of America, chose to no longer honor and glorify HIM as GOD by ignoring THE FOUNDATION of HIS DIVINE LAW,
** Whereas, This Federal Government seated in WASHINGTON D.C. has become un-thankful to HIM as GOD nor does it honor HIM for HIS Abundant Blessings and Protection,
** Whereas, This Nation's Government has instead become futile and Godless in their thinking [with vain imagining, foolish reasoning, and stupid speculations],
** Whereas, Because of pride and self exaltation, the United States Government seated in Washington D.C., has become darkened and senseless in their minds, calling on man's wisdom rather than the WISDOM of the GOD who created them,
** Whereas, This Government claims to be wise, they have become fools [professing to be smart, they made simpletons of themselves],
** Whereas, The Federal Government of the United States America has exchanged the Glory and Majesty and Excellency of the Immortal GOD, for themselves, (mere humans) and for the things in this earth, ALL of which, were created by the very GOD they reject,
** AND Whereas, This Nation's Government seated in WASHINGTON D.C., has exchanged the truth of GOD for a lie and worshiped and served the creature . . . rather than the CREATOR, Who is BLESSED FOREVER AND EVER AMEN!!.
** Resulting in the President of the United States of America declaring that we no longer are a CHRISTIAN NATION . . .
LET IT BE KNOWN, that on DECEMBER 12, 2009, the 209th Anniversary of the establishment of WASHINGTON, D.C., as Capital of the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, WE THE PEOPLE... HAVE CHOSEN THIS DAY TO STAND AND DECLARE DEPENDENCE, UPON JESUS CHRIST (YESHUA), SON OF THE LIVING GOD, LET IT BE KNOWN, THAT AS OF THIS DECLARATION OF DEPENDENCE, 12-12- 2009, WE THE PEOPLE of the United States of America ARE NOW DECLARING BEFORE THE WORLD THAT WE ARE A CHRISTIAN NATION, DO REPENT OF OUR BACKSLIDINGS and are now humbly RE- ESTABLISHING RELATIONSHIP WITH OUR GOD, ACKNOWLEDGING THAT HE IS THE GREAT I AM, CREATOR GOD, ALPHA AND OMEGA/ THE BEGINNING AND THE END . . . UNDER WHOM WE AS INDIVIDUALS, FAMILIES AND NATION DO NOW WILLINGLY SUBMIT.
WE THE PEOPLE from this Date, 12-12, 2009, because of our re-established RELATIONSHIP with our GOD, do humbly RE- DEDICATE and SUBMIT the United States of America, to HIS PLUMB-LINE of RIGHTEOUSNESS, by which "a Nation is exalted", and WITH HIS HELP, give Glory to HIM by ALIGNING THIS NATION'S LAWS to HIS WORD.
WE THE PEOPLE, in ALIGNING with HIS PLUMB LINE OF RIGHTEOUSNESS, do also RE-DEDICATE and SUBMIT to HIS MEASURING LINE of JUSTICE AND JUDGMENT, the MEASURING LINE originally intended by our Founders as the STANDARD of JUSTICE in the COURTS OF OUR LAND, THEREBY ESTABLISHING PEACE AND SECURITY.
WE THE PEOPLE do, from this Date of 12-12, 2009, WILL FOREVER GIVE THANKS TO OUR GOD FOR HIS FORGIVENESS, FAITHFULNESS AND LOVE . . . ACKNOWLEDGING HIM AS SOVEREIGN LORD OVER THESE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, GIVING THANKS TO HIM FOR HIS ABUNDANT PROVISION AND PROTECTION. HIS MERCY ENDURES FOREVER!

. . . and as a result, Her Governmental seat no longer will be known as "Washington D.C.," for "the District of Columbia" . . .

• "It is apprehended that Jews, Mahometans (Muslims), pagans, etc., may be elected to high offices under the government of the United States. Those who are Mahometans, or any others who are not professors of the Christian religion, can never be elected to the office of President or other high office, [unless] first the people of America lay aside the Christian religion altogether, it may happen. Should this unfortunately take place, the people will choose such men as think as they do themselves.
James Madison: " We've staked our future on our ability to follow the Ten Commandments with all of our heart." "We have staked the whole future of American civilization, not upon the power of government, far from it. At the Constitutional Convention of 1787, James Madison proposed the plan to divide the central government into three branches. He discovered this model of government from the Perfect Governor, as he read Isaiah 33:22;
"For the LORD is our judge, the LORD is our lawgiver, the LORD is our king; He will save us." [Baron Charles Montesquieu, wrote in 1748; "Nor is there liberty if the power of judging is not separated from legislative power and from executive power. If it [the power of judging] were joined to legislative power, the power over life and liberty of the citizens would be arbitrary, for the judge would be the legislature if it were joined to the executive power, the judge could have the force of an oppressor. All would be lost if the same . . . body of principal men . . . exercised these three powers." Madison claimed Isaiah 33:22 as the source of division of power in government. In Benjamin Franklin's 1749 plan of education for public schools in Pennsylvania, he insisted that schools teach "the excellency of the Christian religion above all others, ancient or modern." In 1787 when Franklin helped found Benjamin Franklin University, it was dedicated as "a nursery of religion and learning, built on Christ, the Cornerstone."

Samuel Adams, quotes about Usurpation: If men, through fear, fraud, or mistake, should in terms renounce or give up any natural right, the eternal law of reason and the grand end of society would absolutely vacate such renunciation. When you won, you divided the profits amongst you, and when you lost, you charged it to the bank. You tell me that if I take the deposits from the bank and annul its charter, I shall ruin ten thousand families. That may be true, gentlemen, but that is your sin!
