1. House passes repeal of health-care law - Washington Post
The House voted Wednesday evening to repeal the health-care law enacted last year. Lawmakers voted 245 to 189 to approve the repeal of President Obama's signature domestic-policy achievement last year; the measure moves now to the Senate, which has no plans to take it up. Read more.
- Offer a great chorus of PRAISE for this victory in the House. The Washington Post may say that the Senate "has no plans to take it up," but God may be of a different opinion! Continue in prayer until every feature of this health care bill is repealed and made null and void. Nothing is too difficult with God.
- "Ah, Sovereign LORD, you have made the heavens and the earth by your great power and outstretched arm. Nothing is too hard for you." (Jer. 32:17)
2.Chinese President Hu Visits Washington This Week - IFA
In the past two years, according to FT.com, China topped the World Bank in lending money to other developing countries, a signal that securing natural resources is high priority on Beijing's agenda. China's overseas loans reinforce the nation's effort to decrease reliance on western export markets. Meanwhile, President Hu Jintao arrived in town yesterday to "enhance strategic mutual trust" and "set the tone" for another decade of Washingon-Beijing dialogue. The US visit will probably be Hu's last before he's expected to step down in 2012. It is hoped that this week's discussions will help establish stability after one of the most challenging years in US-China relations.
- Pray for the talks today as the outcome is critical for the future of our nation and the global economy. Pray for sensitivity for both heads of state, and for the ability to address delicate issues and confront areas of disagreement. Intercede that talks with President Hu would bring about transparency, exposing issues that need to be brought to light. Intercede for mercy and grace for America as leaders discuss our enormous debt to China.

3. China got stealth tech from Russia: US lawmaker - AFP
China got the technology for its first stealth fighter jet from Russia, a senior US lawmaker said Tuesday, one week after the airplane apparently made its maiden flight.
- Father, You are God of the air and God of the sea and God of the land. Hinder and restrain the evil that is brewing in China and Russia until Your appointed time. Ground every airplane that would be sent on a mission of death or destruction. In Jesus Name.
- "For, lo, He that formed the mountains, and created the wind, and declared unto man what is his thought, that makes the morning darkness, and treads upon the high places of the earth, The Lord, The God of hosts, is His Name." (Amos 4:13)
4. Missiles off target in major Taiwan drill - AFP
Taiwan held a major missile drill Tuesday just days after rival China unveiled an aircraft that uses stealth technology, but several misses spoiled the exercise.
- God, we thank You for stepping in by causing this exercise to fail. You are the God over all nations. The wicked and the workers of iniquity, are those which speak peace to their neighbors, but evil is in their hearts. May they repent and turn from their wicked way. In Jesus Name.

5. Hawaii governor can't find Obama birth certificate - WorldNetDaily
Suggests controversy could hurt Obama's re-election chances
Hawaii Gov. Neil Abercrombie suggested in an interview published today that a long-form, hospital-generated birth certificate for Barack Obama may not exist within the vital records maintained by the Hawaii Department of Health. Abercrombie told the Honolulu Star Advertiser he was searching within the Hawaii Department of Health to find definitive vital records that would prove Obama was born in Hawaii, because the continuing eligibility controversy could hurt the president's chances of re-election in 2012. - Offer praise that the facts related to this birth certificate (or absence thereof) are now coming to light in a definitive way. Pray that the Supreme Court will soon take action in this matter, rather than setting this issue aside. The U.S. Constitution requires that a man or woman who serves in the Office of the President of the United States must be a natural born citizen of this nation. Bind the spriti of Jezebel and rebellion that would seek to defy the law of the land, rendering us helpless. We say YES to the truth of this evidence; and NO to all other opinions. In Jesus' Name, amen.

6. Abortion Doctor Kermit Gosnell Charged With 8 Counts of Murder - AOL News
PHILADELPHIA -- An abortion doctor who catered to minorities, immigrants and poor women was charged with eight counts of murder in the deaths of a patient and seven babies who were born alive and then killed with scissors, prosecutors said Wednesday.
- Father God, we ask that the brutality committed by this doctor be severely judged and he be sentenced with full penalty for his deeds done against humanity. This is a stench in the nostrils of Almighty God and will be handled from heaven as God oversees all that proceeds from this date. May your mercy be given to all those who indeed need mercy. In Jesus Name.
- "How much more abominable and filthy is man, which drinks iniquity like water?" (Job 15:16)
7. Palestinian U.S. mission raises flag in Washington for first time - Ha'aretz
In a symbolic gesture, the Palestinians raised their flag over their diplomatic mission in Washington for the first time on Tuesday, as they continue in their quest for recognition by the international community.
- Lord God, lay Your hand on this snare of the enemy on our land and cleanse us. We declare by the power of God vested in us that there will be no recognition by America nor the international community of this Palestinians' diplomatic mission in Washington, D.C. By the blood of Jesus, and the Word of God, Jerusalem and all the Land of Israel was given to the Jews as their homeland. No act of man shall dislodge this truth nor topple this Word from God. In Jesus Name.
"And the Lord said unto Abram, Lift up now your eyes, and look from the place where you are northward, and southward, and eastward, and westward: For all the Land which you see, to you will I give it, and to your seed forever. Arise, walk through the Land in the length of it and in the breadth of it; for I will give it unto you." (Genesis 13:14,15,17)

8. Russian President Medvedev Takes Historic Middle East Tour - IFA
Yesterday Russian President Dmitry Medvedev began a historic Middle East tour, sending a message to the world that "Palestinians are ready for statehood and independence." Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas held a joint press conference in Jericho with Medvedev, and the two planned to sign agreements in agriculture, sports and communications. As one of the first nations to recognize the Palestinian state in 1988, Medvedev reaffirmed Russia's position and has granted Palestinians full diplomatic representation in Moscow.
- Pray for continued security and economic blessing for Israel and her leaders. Intercede for wisdom, discretion and a godly perspective for US leaders in their diplomacy towards Israel, especially as nations are aligning with Palestine and those in support of Israel may find themselves isolated in the days ahead. Give thanks for Canada and Greece who are currently strong allies of Israel. Intercede that the hearts of Israelis would find their hope and trust in God, and recognize Him as their true "alliance" and everlasting Redeemer.
- "We also have the prophetic message as something completely reliable, and you will do well to pay attention to it, as to a light shining in a dark place, until the day dawns and the morning star rises in your hearts." (2 Peter 1:19)

1. 'Hezbollah simulates coup of Beirut as Lebanon tensions grow' - Ha'aretz
Unarmed militants take to various sites across the capital dressed in black and carrying hand-held radios, according to Lebanese media reports.
2. Palestinian U.S. mission raises flag in Washington for first time - Ha'aretz
In a symbolic gesture, the Palestinians raised their flag over their diplomatic mission in Washington for the first time on Tuesday, as they continue in their quest for recognition by the international community.
3. Russia won't change stance on Palestinian state - Jerusalem Post
Russian President Dimitry Medvedev said Russia will not change its stance towards Palestinian statehood during a visit with Palestinain Authority President Mahmoud Abbas on Tuesday.

Prophetic Warning: US gives PLO permission to fly flag in Washington
The United States and Russia have taken historic steps to recognize a Palestinian state within pre-1967 borders without the cooperation of Israel. These actions, along with seven South American countries recently recognizing "Palestine," represents an incredible shift in worldwide pressure on Israel to give up its land to Palestinian terrorists under the false pretense that the two will live in peace. It also represents a historic change in policy by the United States to throw its lot in with traditional enemies of Israel in deference to supporting the only free democracy in the Middle East. The days, weeks and months ahead will most certainly define the prophetic direction of America under the current pro-Palestinian regime.
The Associated Press reports that the White House gave permission to the terrorist Palestinian Liberation Organization to officially hoist its flag over its Washington, DC mission building. On Wednesday, the PLO flag was raised over the mission for the first time in history. The PLO is the terrorist organization from which the Palestinian Authority emerged. The PLO has been dedicated to the destruction of Israel since its inception. PLO Mission Chief Maen Areikat told AP that the gesture "means that the administration is serious, that they want to see the struggle of the Palestinian people concluded and the establishment of a Palestinian state."
Israel Today reported on Wednesday that America and Russia implicitly recognized a Palestinian state. It said Russian President Dimitry Medvedev, noting that Russia already recognized a Palestinian state when Yasser Arafat first declared independence in 1988, said at a news conference in Jericho, "We have supported the establishment of an independent state with east Jerusalem as its capital since the last century, and we still support it." Hours after Medvedev's declaration, the White House gave permission for the PLO to raise its flag over its mission in Washington. The conclusion can be drawn that Russia and the United States are working in unison against Israel.
The PLO long has been supported by the communist-based Soviet Union, communist China and other anti-Israel nation-states. The United States long has stood its ground in not being swayed by the anti-Israel communists, until the past two Administrations. This departure from longstanding US policy has been accelerated by this White House, a president who has indisputable deep-rooted ties with socialists and communists. From a prophetic standpoint, the United States is in great jeopardy, and every citizen could be impacted. In Zechariah 12:9 the LORD says, "And it shall come to pass in that day, that I will seek to destroy all the nations that come against Jerusalem." The warning can not be clearer.

Tennessee Legislature Takes Action to Shield Businesses from Gay Agenda
As local governments across the country continue to be encouraged by homosexual activists to adopt discriminatory "non-discrimination" polices, Tennessee legislators and pro-family leaders are stepping in to protect businesses.
State Rep. Glen Casada will introduce next week legislation that will prevent local governments from forcing businesses to adopt restrictive policies based on sexual orientation, gender identity or gender expression.
So far, gay activists have successfully convinced local governments to pass their legislative priorities. When implemented, city contractors must sign an affidavit agreeing that they will not discriminate on the basis of sexual orientation, gender identity or gender expression.
David Fowler, president of the Family Action Council of Tennessee, said Casada's legislation is intended to protect the state's businesses.
"(This bill is) about protecting intrastate commerce, encouraging competition for government contracts, and reducing regulation and risk of litigation," he said. "I think the Legislature will see this as a very positive step for our business environment here. I think businesses, if they're honest, will see that as well." (Source: CitizenLink)
