Election Issue: Voter Fraud

Election Issue: Week Eleven

Voter Fraud; Election Tampering

PART ONE: THE CHALLENGE

For most of the past year, we have been receiving numerous reports from all over the country, alerting us to the danger of an innacurate count being taken on November 6th, thereby compromising the results of our voter turnout. This "voter fraud" danger comes from two sources: 1) internal tampering with voting machines and/or with the counting of absentee ballots; and 2) external tampering by Russia to skew the results of this upcoming election.

Please find below just a few of the recent headlines that point to the danger of voter fraud in the Midterm Elections. Please see also today's Daily Jot, which follows.

1. Fraud charges an attempt to suppress Texas vote - Fort Worth Star Telegram

Recent charges alleging that four women are part of an organized voter fraud ring on the city's north side - announced just weeks before the Nov. 6 midterm election - are political moves geared to diminish minority voting in one of the state's reddest counties, two attorneys allege.. (Read more)

2. Georgia Purged About 107,000 People From Voter Rolls: Report -- WABE; Atlanta

Georgia purged an estimated 107,000 people largely for not voting, an APM Reports investigation shows A handful of states, most of them led by Republicans, are increasingly using someone's decision not to vote as the trigger for removing them from the rolls. No state has been more aggressive with this approach than Georgia, where Brian Kemp, the secretary of state, oversaw the purging of a growing number of voters ahead of his own run for governor, according to an APM Reports investigation. Voting rights advocates call it a new form of voter suppression, and they fear it will soon spread to other states. (Read more)

3. 19 foreign nationals charged for voting in 2016 elections - POLITICO

Nineteen foreign-born individuals have been charged with illegally voting in the 2016 election, the Justice Department announced on Friday, adding that the cases are part of an ongoing voter fraud investigation.

Robert J. Higdon, Jr., United States Attorney for the Eastern District of North Carolina, announced the indictments, and stated that the cases are being investigated as part of a new initiative in the Document and Benefit Fraud Task Force.

The push comes as President Donald Trump has pledged to root out voter fraud . . . (Read more)

4. Russia targeted election systems in 21 states, successfully hacking some - techcrunch

On Friday, the Department of Homeland Security notified nearly half of the U.S. states that their election systems were targeted by Russia-affiliated hackers in an attempt to influence the 2016 election. In most of the states targeted, the hackers were engaged in preliminary activities like scanning. In other states hackers attempted to infiltrate systems and failed, but in a small selection of states, with only Illinois confirmed so far, the election systems were compromised successfully. According to Homeland Security, none of these attempts were aimed at the systems that actually tabulate the votes themselves.

At least 21 states were the focus on these hacking attempts, including Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Illinois, Iowa, Maryland, Minnesota, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Texas, Virginia, Wisconsin and Washington, as confirmed by the Associated Press and the states themselves. States like Florida, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Virginia and Wisconsin are among the swing states considered critical to an electoral college victory last year. So far, other battleground states including Michigan, Nevada, New Hampshire and North Carolina are not among those confirmed in the hacking attempt. (Read more)

5. U.S. brings first charge for meddling in 2018 midterm elections - POLITICO

The Justice Department has brought its first criminal case over alleged Russian interference in the 2018 midterm elections. Elena Khusyaynova, 44, a St. Petersburg, Russia-based accountant, was charged in a criminal complaint with conspiracy to defraud the United States for taking part in a scheme to spend in excess of $10 million since the beginning of the year on targeted social media ads and web postings intended "to sow division and discord in the U.S. political system." (Read more)

6. Trump signs executive order to impose sanctions against any election interference - Fox News

President Trump signed an executive order Wednesday authorizing sanctions against any country that interferes with U.S. elections, declaring election meddling efforts a "national emergency." The executive order, signed just two months ahead of the November's midterms elections, addresses not only interference with campaign and election infrastructure, but also propaganda efforts.

The order, which is considered a national emergency due to sanctions authority requirements, instructs the Office of National Intelligence and the intelligence community to conduct regular assessments about potential foreign interference in elections. The process, according to Director of National Intelligence Dan Coats and White House national security adviser John Bolton, would take a total of 90 days. (Read more)

PART TWO: A PRAYER OF REPENTANCE:

"Abba, in Jesus' Holy Name, Your Word tells us that every soul is to be subject to the governing authorities which are appointed by You. (Romans 13:1). Those who resist bring judgment on themselves. (Romans 13:2).

Those who commit election fraud fall into that category. Father, we repent that, as Your Bride, we have not been diligent to hold wicked authorities to account as they have sought to sabotage our elections. Help us, Lord, to call them out, exposing them for going against Your will. We also forgive them, calling them to find You, the only Sovereign God.

Lord, we ask that You strengthen the hand of our governing authorities who rule with righteous integrity. We ask You to bless each one with grace to discern fraud where it exists, and to take appropriate measures to bring justice to our polling places. Protect this precious nation which You founded, Father God, to fulfill Your destiny on earth. In Jesus' Name we pray, AMEN."

PART THREE: A PRAYER OF FORGIVENESS

Father God, in obedience to Your Holy Word, we ask You to forgive any and all persons who are actively engaged in disrupting this year's election, for their own nefarious purposes.

We ask You to expose each one, and to humble them that they might come to repentance and find You as their Savior and their Lord. We ask this in Your name, amen.

PART FOUR: A PRAYER OF THANKSGIVING

Father, we thank You and praise You for allowing us to live in a nation that allows free and fair elections. We thank You for our Constitution, which places the ultimate authority to govern our nation in the hands of our people. We thank You that President Trump has signed an executive order imposing sanctions against any election interference

We thank You, too, for the tens of thousands of our citizens, in both political parties, who freely volunteer their time on Election Day to serve as judges at the polls. We ask that each one be graced with unusual strength to stand during those long hours, alert and sharp, and watchful for any potential irregularity in the voting. In Your Name we pray, O Lord, amen.

PART FOUR: A PRAYER FOR HEALING FOR OUR LAND

"This is what the LORD of Hosts says: 'If you walk in My ways and keep My instructions, then you will both govern My house and have charge of My courts; and I will give you a place among these standing here.' (Zechariah 3:7)

Cheating the vote

Power and politics are very seductive evils for many people in society. We can see what evil people are willing to do for them as exemplified by the Brett Kavanaugh Supreme Court confirmation process. People were willing to harass those who disagreed with them at their homes and in restaurants, even on the streets. Moreover, it cannot be forgotten that they tried to ruin a man's reputation by painting a picture of a serial sexual assaulter. How far will they go to grasp power? The Public Interest Legal Foundation (PILF), a nonprofit law firm dedicated to election integrity and fights against lawlessness in American elections, has produced evidence that the Texas Democratic Party is working to rig the state's election.

The PILF Thursday alerted local, state and federal law enforcement that the Democratic Party in Texas sent campaign mailers to non-citizens urging them to register to vote with the voting forms already marked that the recipients were citizens and legally eligible to vote. PILF stated: "Texas Democrat Party mailers circulated around the Rio Grande Valley region of south Texas landed in the hands of lawfully present noncitizens in late September and early October. The envelopes contained voter registration applications where the answers to questions "Are you a United States Citizen?" and "Will you be 18 years of age on or before election day?" were pre-printed "Yes" for each."

PILF presented an affidavit signed by David C. Kifuri, Jr., a former Public Information Officer for the 229thJudicial District Attorney. Kifuri, under penalty of perjury, stated that the voter registration mailer indicated that it was paid for by the Texas Democratic Party and the return address was listed as State Democratic Executive Committee. The mailer urged the non-citizen immigrants to update their voter registration immediately and before October 9. The applications contained in the mailer were pre-filled "Yes" on the questions of: "Are you a United States Citizen?" and "Will you be 18 years of age on or before election day?" Problem is that it is likely not a crime unless the non-citizen actually registers to vote. Then the non citizen has committed the crime and the Democratic Party is off the hook. Very cunning, no?

If the Texas Democratic Party is so bold to mail out pre-filled voter registrations to non-citizens, it stands to reason that the other state Democratic Parties are doing much the same. This is just one way socialists and communists rise to power in other countries-by cheating the vote. In places like Chicago, they have been doing it for years. Whenever someone wants to purge and update the voter rolls, the Democratic Party screams that it is an attempt to repress the minority vote. If they are willing to smear a Supreme Court nominee before his wife and children, they will also cheat the vote to gain power. That's why it's important to be a Romans 12:21 people, "Be not overcome of evil, but overcome evil with good." It's good to preserve your freedom of religious expression with your vote. And by voting, you thwart those evil ones who cheat the vote.

Have a Blessed and Powerful Day!

Nikki Haley Takes Action!

Haley demands UN punish Cuba, Bolivia after 'mob scene' at US event for Cuban political prisoners

U.S. Ambassador to the U.N. Nikki Haley is demanding the U.N. Secretary General take action against the Bolivian and Cuban delegations after they disrupted a U.S. event to draw attention to the plight of political prisoners in Cuba -- damaging U.N. property in the process.

The event on Tuesday, "Jailed for What? The plight of Cuba's political prisoners," which took place in the U.N.'s Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC) chamber, descended into chaos when diplomats from the two countries -- including Bolivian Ambassador Sacha Llorenti -- started banging on tables and screaming slogans in an effort to derail the event. Speakers, including former prisoners and relatives of those currently imprisoned under the communist regime, struggled to be heard over the noise.

In a letter to Secretary General Antonio Guterres, sent Friday and obtained by Fox News, Haley said the behavior by the Cuban and Bolivian diplomats was "outrageous" and called for action from Guterres. (Read more)

- Father God, we ask that this petition submitted by our U.S. Ambassador to the U.N. be honored, and that acts of accountability be rendered to these ambassadors from Cuba and Bolivia. In Your Name we pray, amen.

Beto O'Rourke's Campaign Gets Hit by a Class Action Lawsuit

It's bad enough for the campaign of Democratic Senate candidate Beto O'Rourke that despite raising massive amounts of money, he's trailing in the polls behind incumbent Republican Sen. Ted Cruz. But now, at least one Texan has found hearing from O'Rourke's campaign so obnoxious that he filed a class action lawsuit to ensure he won't get any more texts from the campaign.

The lawsuit claims that in texting without getting residents' permission, the campaign is violating the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, the Fort Worth Star-Telegram reported.

The suit was filed Friday in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas by Sameer Syeed of Collin County. Neither Syeed nor his attorney, Shawn Jaffer, have commented on the suit. The lawsuit claims that Syeed received nine texts from Beto for Texas without ever giving the campaign permission to contact him.

The suit also claims he wanted to stop the texts but could not text back. Attempts to call the number the texts came from resulted in error messages or a disconnect. The suit argues this proves the calls came from an automated phone system.

That's important for the lawsuit because the Telephone Consumer Protection Act bans sending texts without permission except in an emergency. (Western Journal) Read more.

News from the Border

Pompeo Welcomes Mexico-UN Plan to Deal With Migrant 'Caravan'
at Mexico's Southern Border

Secretary of State Mike Pompeo on Thursday night welcomed Mexico's request for the U.N. refugee agency to help Mexican authorities deal with the "caravan" of some 4,000 Central American migrants trying to transit Mexico en route to the United States.

In response to a plan to set up migrant processing centers along Mexico's southern border with Guatemala, Pompeo, who was in Panama ahead of a visit to Mexico on Friday, said the U.S. was ready to help Mexico and the U.N. High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) in the effort.

Earlier in the day, President Trump had urged Mexico in several tweets to "stop this onslaught," warning that failure to do so would prompt him to deploy the U.S. military to close the U.S.-Mexico border.

Then early evening, Trump linked to a video clip showing Mexican federal police arriving near the Mexico-Guatemala border, and tweeted, "Thank you Mexico, we look forward to working with you!" (CNSNews.com) Read more.

- Father God, we thank You for this answer to prayer and we pray for continued excellent cooperation between the military authorities in Mexico and our own. Thank You, Lord. Amen and amen!

- "The Lord . . . will complete his work, his mysterious work." (Isaiah 28:21)

News from England

Sir Michael Caine on Brexit:

'I'd Rather Be a Poor Master of My Fate' Than a Slave to EU Bureaucrats

Sir Michael Caine, the iconic British actor who has a net worth of $78 million, said he strongly supports Brexit -- the plan for England to leave the European Union (EU) next year -- and stressed that he doesn't listen to the liberal pundits who claim that Brexit will make people poorer and added that it is better to be "a poor master of my fate" than to rely on a stranger to supposedly make "me rich by running it." "I don't listen to all these pundits," said Caine on the Oct. 18 broadcast of BBC Radio 4 Today. "I'm a Brexiteer myself. Certainly." He continued, "People say, 'Oh, you'll be poor, you'll be this, you'll be that.'"

"I say I'd rather be a poor master of my fate than having someone I don't know making me rich by running it," said Caine, who is married and has two children and three grandchildren. (CNSNews.com) Read more.

An Eye to Eye Week:
A period of peace efforts, record hurricane and major disruption on multiple fronts

We must continue to pray for the people in Florida, North Carolina and South Carolina who have been greatly impacted and devasted by Hurricanes Michael and Florence over the past few weeks. These record-setting hurricanes, Florence for the massive rains and flooding and Michael for the third most powerful hurricane at landfall in U.S. history, have affected lives beyond our comprehension. Last year's Month of Elul Hurricane's Harvey, Irma and Maria and Florence and Michael will be in the top 10 costliest hurricanes in U.S. history.

The last time we had so many major record-setting hurricanes was in 2004 (Charlie, Jeanne, Frances and Ivan) and then 2005 (Katrina, Rita, Wilma and Dennis). One thing they have in common is that they all occurred during active peace efforts. George W. Bush was promoting the "two states for two peoples" in 2004 and 2005 and President Trump (and his son-in-law Jarred Kushner) the deal of the century in 2017 and 2018.
I documented in "Eye to Eye - Facing the Consequences of Dividing Israel" (version 1 and 2) "periods of political and national disruption" events that would take place when President George W. Bush and his top people were involved in the Israeli-Palestinian peace process. These periods lasted anywhere from one week to five weeks. The last nine days that we have observed are classic examples of periods of disruption.

Trump peace envoy Jason Greenblatt said it "was a pleasure" for him and the president's son-in-law and adviser Jared Kushner to meet with senators Lindsey Graham of South Carolina, Bob Corker of Tennessee, James Lankford of Oklahoma, Jim Risch of Idaho, Ben Cardin of Maryland, Chris Coons of Delaware, Jeanne Shaheen of New Hampshire, Robert Menendez of New Jersey, and Chris Van Hollen of Maryland. Their meeting took place Thursday, Oct. 4, on Capitol Hill.

> > > The following day Orlando's News 6 meteorologist Troy Bridges pointed to an area of low pressure near Honduras that then had a 60 percent chance of tropical development over the next five days. "Although strong winds in the upper levels are located just to the north of the system, the upper-level environment is expected to be conducive enough to allow for some minimal development," News 6 meteorologist Troy Bridges said. Bridges said, "A tropical depression could formulate this weekend or early next week over the northwestern Caribbean Sea or the southern Gulf of Mexico."
The next day, Saturday, Oct 6, the National Hurricane Center released the first advisory on a tropical depression for a storm that became Hurricane Michael 48 hours later. The advisory was released at 4 p.m. EDT, the exact same time as the Senate was taking a vote (with disruptions) on Brett Kavanaugh to the Supreme Court.
Michael became a monstrous Category 4 hurricane early Tuesday morning, Oct. 9.
