Pastor Brunson Returns Home

Pastor Brunson Prays for President Trump in the Oval Office

Pastor Andrew Brunson returned to the United States Saturday after two years of imprisonment and detention in Turkey.

"From a Turkish prison from the White House in 24 hours. That's not bad," said President Trump.

Trump welcomed Pastor Brunson home at the White House after helping secure his release.

Brunson prayed for the commander-in-chief in the Oval Office saying "I ask that you give him strength. I ask you to protect him.. make him a great blessing to this country and fill him with your wisdom and strength."

. . . "We are so grateful to so many people in Congress who stood with us, prayed with us and fought with us," Brunson said.

President Trump said the US did not give up anything in return for the evangelical minister's release and pushed back on reports he agreed to lift sanctions.

"Right now the whole world is a fan of yours, the whole world is a fan," Trump said. "It's a great honor to have you back home."

"Today we are just incredibly grateful after two very long years," Sen. James Lankford (R-OK) said. (CBN) Read more.

Witches Launching a 'Ritual to Hex Brett Kavanaugh', Still Working to #BindTrump

Justice Brett Kavanaugh officially joined the Supreme Court this week amid high political tensions. A throng of real-life witches are fighting back by hosting a spell-casting ritual against Kavanaugh in New York.

The event is set for Oct. 20th in Brooklyn, NY - and it's already sold out.

More than 10,000 people have "liked" the "Ritual to Hex Brett Kavanaugh" page, while some 900 others say they plan on attending.

Kavanaugh will be the "focal point, but by no means the only target," the page says.

"There will also be a second ritual afterward - 'The Rites of the Scorned One' which seeks to validate, affirm, uphold and support those of us who have been wronged and who refuse to be silent any longer," it continues.

Part of the event proceeds will go to Planned Parenthood.

Many people have turned to witchcraft to fight for progressive values in the run up to the midterm elections.

The #Witchthevote campaign on social media is instructing people on how to use occultic powers sway the vote in their favor.

"We can't do this alone: We need witches and progressive communities from all over the US to get involved. Send us your favorite progressive candidates and let's raise awareness for ballot questions that can change people's lives," reads a post on the Witch the Vote Instagram page.

Witches have been increasing their political involvement since Trump was elected, casting spells to "Bind Trump" - last year, 13,000 member Facebook group was casting regular spells on Donald Trump.
. . . Witchcraft has been steadily on the rise since the 1990s.

The Pew Research Center later discovered in 2014 that 0.4% of Americans, or about 1 to 1.5 million people, identify as Wicca or Pagan. (CBN) Read more.

---- PLEASE JOIN US IN OBEYING THE WORD OF THE LORD BY CANCELING THESE CURSES AND BY BLESSING THOSE WHO CURSE US. THANK YOU.
First, we decree:

"FATHER FORGIVE THEM, FOR THEY KNOW NOT WHAT THEY DO."
(Luke 23:34)

Next, WE DECREE THE WORD OF TRUTH FROM GOD'S HOLY WORD. AMEN.

- "As the bird by flitting, as the swallow by flying, so the curse without cause will not alight." (Proverbs 26:2)

- "Though they curse, you will bless! When they rise up, they will be put to shame, but Your servant will rejoice." (Psalm 109:28)

- "Nevertheless, the Lord your God was not willing to listen to Balaam, but the Lord your God turned the curse into a blessing for you because the Lord your God loves you." (Deuteronomy 23:5)
And finally, we place the Blood of the Lamb over each one who is practicing witchcraft, calling them to salvation, because it is written:

"The Lord is not slow to fulfill His promise as some understand slowness, but is patient with you, not wanting anyone to perish but everyone to come to repentance." (2 Peter 3:9)

AMEN!

Election Issues: Roe v. Wade; Healthcare

Election Issues: Week Ten

President Trump: the Pro-Life President

And: Issues Related to Health Care

PART ONE: THE ISSUE(S)

a. Overturning Roe v Wade

Two years ago, those who supported President Trump voted, in part, in the belief that he would begin placing justices on the Supreme Court who would eventually rule to overturn Roe v. Wade. By appointing two justices since then to the Court (Justice Kavanaugh and Justice Gorsuch), the President has held true to his word, as these men rule by the Constitution - the rule of law.

In recent weeks, the nomination of Justice Kavanaugh has triggered the "pro-choice" movement to take often violent action against this decision by President Trump. The die has now been cast; the war is on; and we must fight for our nation to remain "true to the true" to the principles of our Founding Fathers.

b. President Trump is a pro-life president.

In addition to his choices of nominees to fill vacant seats on the Supreme Court, President Trump has proven to be a "pro-life president" time and time again in the space of only two short years. One example is the Executive Order that overruled the infamous "Mexico City Policy", thereby banning aid for overseas abortion providers. (For details, go here.)

Turning to our own country, we see another clear example of President Trump's pro-life stand. Last year, the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS)has rescinded an Obama administration memo warning states against blocking Medicaid funding for providers that offered abortion. The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) now consider that 2016 letter to have overstepped federal regulations; they have restored their position to allow states to regulate their programs within reasonable standards. (Read more)

c. President Trump's Health Care Policy

Although the President, in the end, was not able to cause Congress to pass a new, national health care plan, he has nonetheless made great progress in this matter in other ways. Recently, for example, as Senate Democrats attempted to remove certain short-term health insurance plans from Americans' healthcare options, the White House reminded the public that President Trump's policies are helping to achieve greater choice and lower health insurance premiums. For details, go here.

And finally, the Washington Times has just reported that: "Trump on campaign trail emphasizes protections for pre-existing conditions." For details, go here.

PART TWO: A PRAYER OF REPENTANCE

Father God, as Your Bride, the church, we bow before You in repentance for not acting strongly enough to see that Roe v. Wade is overruled. We REPENT for the shedding of innocent blood, and for the fact that now, the lives of almost 60 million unborn babies have been snuffed out before each one saw the light of day.

We are grieved, Lord . . . have mercy, Lord . . . for the shedding of innocent blood on our land.

PART THREE: A PRAYER OF FORGIVENESS

Lord God, Holy One, we ask You to forgive those who have taken the lives of these 60 million souls. We cannot forgive them in our own strength, so -- as Jesus did when He hung on that Cross -- we first ask You to do this on our behalf.

May we then find the grace to say "We Forgive You!" thus fulfilling the obligation of Your Word, because it is written in John 20:23: "If you forgive the sins of any, their sins have been forgiven them; if you retain the sins of any, they have been retained." Thank You, Lord, amen.

PART FOUR: A PRAYER OF THANKSGIVING

Lord God, we thank You that President Trump has begun to turn our nation back to one that upholds LIFE. Thank You, Lord, for placing this man in the White House. We petition You for a new Congress to be elected in November that will continue to uphold these policies, in Your name, amen.

PART FOUR: A PRAYER FOR HEALING FOR OUR LAND

"Therefore this is what the LORD says: "If you return, I will restore you; you will stand in My presence. And if you speak words that are noble instead of worthless, you will be My spokesman. It is they who must return to you, but you must not return to them." (Jeremiah 15:19)

PRAYER TO BIND THE ABORTION POWER

Lord, in the Name of Jesus and by His blood, please forgive our nation of the terrible sin of legalized abortion. Nothing is worse than the shedding of innocent blood. It is written, "Greater is He who is in us than he who is in the world," so we ask you to bind the Enemy's stronghold on our legal system. We do not wrestle against flesh and blood (those who support legal abortion), but we ask that you would make the powers behind abortion powerless. We pray the covenant with death our country has made would be broken and Roe v. Wade would be reversed. May you deliver us from this evil, in Jesus' Name.

Prayers and Presidents

Prayers and Presidents:
Our 36th President: Lyndon B. Johnson

(1963-1969)

[Each week, we will publish one prayer that was spoken by each of our presidents, in chronological order. Today's prayer was written by our 36th President: Lyndon B. Johnson.]

The President's Thanksgiving Day Address to the Nation.
November 28, 1963

(Just after the death of President John F. Kennedy)

[Delivered from his office at the White House at 6:15 p.m.]
My fellow Americans:

On yesterday I went before the Congress to speak for the first time as President of the United States.

Tonight, on this Thanksgiving, I come before you to ask your help, to ask your strength, to ask your prayers that God may guard this Republic and guide my every labor.

All of us have lived through 7 days that none of us will ever forget. We are not given the divine wisdom to answer why this has been, but we are given the human duty of determining what is to be, what is to be for America, for the world, for the cause we lead, for all the hopes that live in our hearts.

A great leader is dead; a great Nation must move on. Yesterday is not ours to recover, but tomorrow is ours to win or to lose. I am resolved that we shall win the tomorrows before us. So I ask you to join me in that resolve, determined that from this midnight of tragedy, we shall move toward a new American greatness.

More than any generation before us, we have cause to be thankful, so thankful, on this Thanksgiving Day. Our harvests are bountiful, our factories flourish, our homes are safe, our defenses are secure. We live in peace. The good will of the world pours out for us.. .

. . . On this Thanksgiving Day, as we gather in the warmth of our families, in the mutual love and respect which we have for one another, and as we bow our heads in submission to divine providence, let us also thank God for the years that He gave us inspiration through His servant, John F. Kennedy.

Let us today renew our dedication to the ideals that are American. Let us pray for His divine wisdom in banishing from our land any injustice or intolerance or oppression to any of our fellow Americans whatever their opinion, whatever the color of their skins--for God made all of us, not some of us, in His image. All of us, not just some of us, are His children.

And, finally, to you as your President, I ask that you remember your country and remember me each day in your prayers, and I pledge to you the best within me to work for a new American greatness, a new day when peace is more secure, when justice is more universal, when freedom is more strong in every home of all mankind.

Thank you and good night.
