Introduction
Dear Friends,
This morning I awoke from having experienced a very long and a detailed dream.
I will not go into the specifics of that dream for now, but as I pondered its message, I sensed that the Lord was releasing the following word, and a set of "marching orders" to all of you on our list.
I submit these instructions to you now for your own, prayerful consideration.
These simple instructions are to be followed by each by all of us, daily, at 6:00 p.m. in your own time zone. Thank you for reading the following message, and then taking this before our Lord to see if you, too, will be in an attitude of PRAISE at 6:00 p.m. each day!

"Marching Orders"
"Yet you are holy, enthroned on the praises of Israel." (Psalm 22:3)
Every day, at 6:00 p.m., in whatever time zone you find yourself in, please stop and simply offer at least one worship song before our Lord.
Some of you may want to simply sing (for example) "Jesus loves me, this I know, for the Bible tells me so . . ." - the song we teach our children to sing.
Others of you may know many other worship songs that are always upon your hearts. Please feel free to worship Him as long as you feel led to do so.
The key is to do this act in UNITY, at the same "set time" each day. (You may wish to set an alarm clock on your cell phone as a reminder to do this.)
As we each lift up our own "chorus of praise," each day at 6:00 p.m., we will be releasing a WAVE of WORSHIP across our nation . . . east coast to west coast . . . time zone by time zone!
And, we will be doing this across ALL GENERATIONS -- from the oldest among us to the youngest.
In doing so, we will release a CORPORATE CHORUS OF PRAISE UNTO OUR LORD, which will be a delight unto Him! Indeed, it is written, "The Lord inhabits the praises of His people." (Psalm 22:3)
Our praises will unleash His very Presence among us in a new and a fresh way, each day.

Why 6:00 p.m.?

Why 6:00 p.m.?
According to the Hebrew calendar, 6:00 p.m. sets the FIRST WATCH for the next 24 hours of each day. This is the first of eight, three-hour watches, in all.
Hence, our "first fruits" of each day will be the fruits of praise unto our Lord! Hallelujah!!

In Closing:
Launching this TONIGHT, and every night to follow, until the day of His Return!
In closing, we simply ask each of you to consider following this simple "command from heaven" in an act of joyful PRAISE!
If our Lord nudges you to join thousands of others in entering into this "set time" of corporate worship, then thank You for obeying His voice!
Let's set ourselves to do this every day, until His soon return!
We welcome His Glory to invade our nation, through this unified act of PRAISE!
Lift up your heads, you gates; lift them up, you ancient doors, that the King of glory may come in. "Who is he, this King of glory? The Lord Almighty- he is the King of glory." (Psalm 24:9,10)
AMEN!!

Our Mission Statement
Capitol Hill Prayer Partners (CHPP) is a ministry which is positioned on Capitol Hill in Washington, D.C., helping members of the Body of Christ to "pray for those in authority over us" in our federal government. Our primary purpose is to offer intercession on site for the members of Congress and their staffs each day that the Senate and the House of Representatives are in session; and our chief prayer focus is that "God's will be done in earth, as it is in heaven." Because Jesus Christ has shed His blood for all, we, too, pray for ALL, in a nonpartisan manner. Also, because the scriptures indicate that "the effectual, fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much" (James 4:17), we are confident that fervent prayer, offered in the halls of the highest chambers of government in our land, can avail much for America. Capitol Hill Prayer Partners welcomes those who feel called to join us, engaging in this strategic work of intercession for our nation: "For there is no power but of God; the powers that be are ordained of God." [Romans 13:1]
