1. 5,000 Palestinians riot on Israel-Gaza border, 3 infiltrators detained - World Israel News

Approximately 5,000 Palestinians rioted at three locations on the Israel-Gaza Strip border on Friday, hurling rocks, firebombs and explosive devices at IDF troops.

According to health officials in Hamas-ruled Gaza, around 40 Palestinians were hurt in Friday's unrest.

No Israeli casualties were reported.

Friday violence on the border has been a near-weekly occurrence since the Hamas-orchestrated "Great March of Return" demonstrations began in March 2018.

Earlier this week, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu held a Security Cabinet meeting at an IDF base near the Gaza border.

2. Israeli diplomat appointed to important UN committee - Israel Hayom

Israeli diplomat Yaron Wax has been appointed special rapporteur of the Fifth Committee, which handles the organization's budget and administration, during the 74th General Assembly, the Israeli Mission to the UN announced on Thursday.

Wax has also been picked to represent the Western European and Others Group during the 74th General Assembly.

Israeli Ambassador to the UN Danny Danon congratulated Wax, saying that his appointment marked the latest in a long line of achievements Israel had made in recent years and comprised a vote of confidence in Israel by dozens of countries around the world.

3. Netanyahu: Iran's uranium enrichment steps are like those Nazis took in 1930 - Jerusalem Post

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on Sunday called Iran's decision to upgrade its uranium enrichment beyond the limits set by the 2015 nuclear deal a "dangerous step," likening it to the "small steps" the Nazis took in the 1930s that the world did not respond to, and which only whet their appetite for more.

Speaking at the start of the weekly cabinet meeting, Netanyahu said that he read an article in The Washington Post explaining that Iran's decision to go beyond the limit of 3.67% uranium enrichment was "not terrible, because it is just a "small step."

This type of thinking, Netanyahu declared, is a "mistake."

This enrichment, he said, "is for only one thing - to prepare nuclear weapons."

4. Jordan: No to deal that neglects Palestinian state - Israel National News

Jordanian Prime Minister Omar Razzaz said on Sunday that Jordan will not accept any deal that neglects the legitimate right of the Palestinians to establish a state.

In talks with Palestinian Authority (PA) cabinet leader Mohammad Shtayyeh, Razzaz underlined Jordan's support for the Palestinians in the face of "Israeli aggression", reported the Xinhua news agency.

Jordan will not accept any deal or solution that does not "end the occupation and lead to the creation of an independent Palestinian state along 1967 the borders with East Jerusalem as its capital," the Jordanian prime minister said.

Any economic solution as an alternative to a political solution will also not be accepted, he added, referring to the US-led Bahrain workshop held in late June in which the US unveiled the economic part of its peace plan.

5. Five soldiers injured in ramming attack - Israel National News

Five IDF soldiers were injured when a car rammed into them near Hizma, in northern Jerusalem.

Two of the soldiers were moderately injured, while the other three suffered light injuries. The victims were treated by Magen David Adom (MDA) and United Hatzalah paramedics, who transferred them to Jerusalem hospitals.

United Hatzalah volunteer EMT Ariel Ben David, who was one of the first responders at the scene, said: "I together with other first responders treated four young people, one woman and three men, who were injured in the incident. Following their initial treatment at the scene they were transported to Jerusalem hospitals for further treatment."

The Daily Brief

1. Trump Makes Ominous Promise After Addressing Pence's Canceled AF2 Trip - The Western Journal

President Donald on Friday deepened the strange mystery surrounding Vice President Mike Pence's canceled trip to New Hampshire earlier this week.

On Tuesday morning, Pence, who was already aboard Air Force Two, was called back to the White House due to what a spokesperson for the vice president originally characterized as an "emergency." Organizers for the event Pence was set to attend later clarified the change in plans was due to a "diversion," according to NBC Boston.

Asked about the situation by a reporter on the South Lawn of the White House, Trump said: "You'll know in about two weeks." "There was a very interesting problem that they had in New Hampshire that I can't tell you about," the president added.

Trump did note that the problem "had nothing to do with [the] White House." (Read more)

- Father God, we continue to hold this strange incident before Your Throne of Grace, Holy One, as You know all these details. We praise You that we are able to come to You, the Omniscient God, with all of our needs, and that You do bring the answers, in Your time and in Your way. We praise You, O Lord, and we cast the care of this incident upon Your shoulders now, in Your name, amen,

- "Cast your burden upon the Lord, and He will sustain you. He will never allow the righteous to be shaken." (Psalm 55:22)

2. California State Assembly dictates religious doctrine to state's clerics - American Thinker

In California, which is now a one-party state under Democrat control, solons are so impressed with their untrammeled power that they are telling religious leaders what their doctrines ought to affirm in the Brave New World of nobinary gender dogma, a revolution imposed from above.

Marvin Olasky writes in World Magazine, "The California State Assembly on June 24 turned the supposed "wall of separation" between church and state into a low speed bump: The chamber, which is 76 percent Democrat, passed a resolution proposing that all religious leaders affirm LGBTQ lifestyles and oppose "conversion therapy" designed to help gays and trans individuals to change, if that is their goal.

The resolution, ACR 99, has no legal force. It's part of what Spanish speakers call dictablanda, the soft dictatorship that pushes conformity to the reigning worldview, or else. Officials in China and California prefer dictablanda to dictadura, hard dictatorship. They do not need as many jailers if potential dissidents imprison themselves." (Read more)

- Father God, we pray for Your mighty power to reign over the State of California with their dictatorship that pushes conformity to the reigning worldview. We pray the hand of God abolish all anti-God spirits in California under the Blood of Jesus, who is the risen Lord, and there be an instant turning from sin to righteousness. We pray for a mighty outpouring of Your Spirit. In the Name of Jesus we pray.

- "For whoso finds God finds life, and shall obtain favor of the Lord. But he that sins against God wrongs his own soul: all they that hate God loves death."
(Proverbs 8:35-36)

3. Record 157,005,000 Employed - CNS News

After the Fourth of July fireworks, the fifth of July brings another reason for Americans to celebrate. A record 157,005,000 people were employed in June, the most since February and the 19th record of Trump's presidency, the Bureau of Labor Statistics reported on Friday.

And the economy added a strong 224,000 jobs in June, well above the estimate of 160,000. The unemployment rate, the lowest in 50 years, ticked up a tenth of a point to 3.7 percent.

And wages continue rising: In June, average hourly earnings for all employees on private nonfarm payrolls rose by 6 cents to $27.90, following a 9-cent gain in May. Over the past 12 months, average hourly earnings have increased by 3.1 percent. (Read more)

- Precious God, thank You for guiding President Trump in all his decisions regarding unemployment and has made provision for these 157,005,000 people to have jobs. Strengthen our President with myriads of angels over him, the White House, all of Washington, DC, the sky above Washington, and all the military bases in the United States. We pray in the Name of Jesus.

-"Hear for I the Lord will speak of excellent things; and the opening of My lips shall be right things. For my mouth shall speak truth; and wickedness is an abomination to My lips." (Proverbs 8:6-7)

4. New Koch-Soros foreign policy think tank headed by Iran deal advocates - Washington Examiner

D.C.'s newest foreign policy think tank, funded by libertarian Charles Koch and left-wing George Soros, was co-founded by a nonprofit leader who was integral to the passage of the controversial Iran nuclear deal. Koch has given millions to right-leaning causes through the Charles Koch Institute, which also advocates a noninterventionist foreign policy. Soros, a strident critic of U.S. foreign policy, has given billions to left-wing causes around the world through his Open Society Foundations.

Trita Parsi and the group's other four co-founders, Andrew Bacevich, Stephen Wertheim, Eli Clifton, and Suzanne DiMaggio, are all pro-Iran deal advocates, as well as harsh critics of U.S. foreign policy and of Israel. Parsi, the founder of the National Iranian American Council and an adjunct professor at Georgetown University, was a prominent and instrumental go-between for the governments of Iran and the U.S. during the nuclear deal negotiations.

The new Quincy Institute for Responsible Statecraft, funded with $500,000 each from the libertarian and left-wing billionaires, says it is named for President John Quincy Adams, who said that America "goes not abroad in search of monsters to destroy." (Read more)

- Almighty God in heaven, we pray that these billionaires are blocked by God from funding the devil's advocates in promoting wickedness in its rarest form across America. Override this evil with the righteousness of heaven and overcome all this wickedness by the reigning power of God. We pray in the Name of Jesus.

- "And then shall that Wicked be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the Spirit of His mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of His coming; Even him, whose coming is after the working of satan with all power and signs and lying wonders. And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish."
(2 Thessalonians 2:8-10)

5. President Trump can use 14th Amendment to put citizenship question back on the 2020 Census - American Thinker

Section 2 of the 14th Amendment provides that if a state denies the franchise to anyone eligible to vote, its allotment of House seats shall be "reduced in the proportion which the number of such citizens shall bear to the whole number of citizens in such state." This language is absolute and mandatory. Compliance is impossible without counting how many citizens live in each state.

The president should issue an executive order stating that, to comply with the requirements of Section 2 of the 14th Amendment, the citizenship question will be added to the 2020 census. In addition, he can order the Commerce Department to undertake, on an emergency basis, a new Census Act rulemaking.

That would trigger another round of litigation. Opponents would choose a federal district court likely to block it again, and the Justice Department would have to seek the Supreme Court's intervention during its summer recess. While rare, such an emergency review has happened before. With the justification for the citizenship question being clear and compelling, the administration should prevail. (Read more)

- Father God, we pray that President Trump will issue an executive order that, to comply with the requirements of Section 2 of the 14th Amendment, the citizenship question will be added to the 2020 census. We pray in the mighty Name of Jesus.

- "For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of darkness of this world, agains spiritual wickedness in the heavenlies." (Ephesians 6:12)

6. CrowdStrikeOut: Mueller's Own Report Undercuts Its Core Russia-Meddling Claims - RealClearInvestigations

While the Mueller report found no conspiracy between Donald Trump's campaign and Russia, it offered voluminous details to support the sweeping conclusion that the Kremlin worked to secure Trump's victory. The report claims that the interference operation occurred "principally" on two fronts: Russian military intelligence officers hacked and leaked embarrassing Democratic Party documents, and a government-linked troll farm orchestrated a sophisticated and far-reaching social media campaign that denigrated Hillary Clinton and promoted Trump.

But a close examination of the report shows that none of those headline assertions are supported by the report's evidence or other publicly available sources. They are further undercut by investigative shortcomings and the conflicts of interest of key players involved.

Authorized by the president to declassify documents, Barr could shed light on the role that CrowdStrike and other sources played in informing Mueller and the Brennan-directed ICA's claims of a Russian interference campaign. Mueller will likely face questions from Republicans regarding his decision to carry out a prolonged investigation of Trump-Russia collusion despite likely knowing quite early on that there was no such case to make. (Read more)

- Father God, we pray that the real culprit who instigated all these fake claims will be named and convicted of every lie they told. God, support Mueller's report that undercuts to the core all Russia-Meddling claims against President Trump, and bring this insidious attack down under the Blood of Jesus quickly. We pray in the mighty Name of Jesus.

- "Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man sows, that shall he (she) also reap." (Galatians 6:7)

7. Disagreement is not discrimination: 'Do No Harm Act' is a dishonest act to eject religion - USA Today

For several hours on June 25, I occupied a front-row seat in our country's ongoing debate over religious liberty. The House Committee on Education and Labor held a hearing on the "Do No Harm Act" - a misleading title if there ever was one.

The bill callously carves out pockets within American life where checks, specifically the Religious Freedom Restoration Act (RFRA), against government-sponsored religious discrimination would no longer apply to people of faith. I testified in opposition, demonstrating why every person should have the same opportunity to seek relief from government restrictions on their faith.

The hearing in which I participated exposed the true intentions of progressives with devastating clarity: When a neutral law like RFRA is used by those with beliefs and practices that progressives disagree with, they will use every power available - including the levers of government - to deny those disfavored religious groups from even having access to a fair hearing in court. (Read more)

- O righteous Father, disarm any and all legislation that would restrict the people in our country from standing for religious freedom and walking as a great army across the land declaring the divine gospel of the Word of God. Bring deliverance to our land. We pray in the Name of Jesus.

- "But God forbid that I should glory , save in the Cross of our Lord Jesus Christ, by whom the world is crucified unto us, and we unto the world." (Galatians 6:14)

8. Lawmakers Target Pentagon Pedophiles With Bipartisan Child Porn Bill - ZeroHedge

Bipartisan legislation introduced by Reps. Abigail Spanberger (D-VA) and Mark Meadows (R-N.C.) aim to halt the use of Department of Defense (DoD) computer networks for downloading or distributing child porn. The new bill, The End Network Abuse Act will require the Pentagon to enter into contracts with groups which will be involved in the effort, including law enforcement, social services, child protection services and trauma-informed healthcare providers. It would also provide for additional training and technical expertise among military investigators, according to The Hill.

Senators Brian Schatz (D-HI) and Lisa Murkowski (R-AK) have introduced similar legislation in the Senate. According to The Hill, "A spokesperson for Spanberger told The Hill that while there are no set dates in either the House or Senate for marking up the bill, the sponsors are trying to pass it "both as individual bills and as amendments" to other legislative packages." (Read More)

- Almighty God, we pray and trust that the House and Senate will speedily introduce strict contracts of legislation that will sponsor the bill targeting Pentagon Pedophiles with a Bipartisan Child Porn Bill, and pass it both as individual bills and as amendments to other legislative packages. We pray in the Name of Jesus.

-"Thus says the Lord, Cursed be the man that trusts in man, and makes flesh his arm, and whose heart departs from the Lord." (Jeremiah 17:5)

9. Trump doubles Obama level of Christian refugees welcomed in US, now 80% - Washington Examiner

The Trump administration has ended the surge of Muslim refugees into the United States during the Obama era, significantly boosting the percentage of Christians accepted into the country. In the last year, according to State and Homeland Security data analyzed by the Migration Policy Institute, 16% were Muslim and 80% were Christian. The shift came after the White House put new vetting requirements on Muslims and refugees coming from warring areas in the Middle East and after Christian groups pressed the administration for help. It also came as the White House cut the Obama-era goal of letting 110,000 refugees into the country every year by 73%, to just over 26,000, cuts that impacted refugees of all religions. (Read more)

- O righteous Father, how thankful we are that the level of Christian refugees coming into America are more in number than people of other religious backgrounds. Christ is the Lord and it was Christ who gave His life on the Cross so that all the world would believe on His sacrifice of Himself for all mankind and give their hearts to Jesus. Draw more people's hearts to believe in Jesus as their Messiah. We pray in the Name of Jesus.

- "That I should be the minister of Jesus Christ to the Gentiles, ministering the gospel of God, that the offering up of the Gentiles might be acceptable, being sanctified (made righteous) by the Holy Spirit." (Romans 15:16)

10. Detention of tanker loaded with Iranian crude is 'excellent news' - Times of Israel

White House National Security Advisor John Bolton applauded the interception by Britain's Gibraltar Thursday of a supertanker believed to be carrying Iranian crude oil to Syria, saying the ship was breaking international sanctions. "America & our allies will continue to prevent regimes in Tehran & Damascus from profiting off this illicit trade," he said. Iran condemned the detention of the tanker as an "illegal interception," but Gibraltar Chief Minister Fabian Picardo said in a statement that the cargo was believed destined for the Banyas Refinery in Syria, which is subject to European sanctions. "That refinery is the property of an entity that is subject to European Union sanctions against Syria," he said. (Read more)

- Heavenly Father, we thank You that Your power from above moves men to know what to do at the right time to prevent evil from spreading throughout the earth. Bless John Bolton and Britain's Gibraltar for stopping this Iranian ship from reaching its destination. Block the enemy's plans all over the earth. We pray in the Name of Jesus.

- "That men may know that You, whose Name alone is JEHOVAH, are the most high God over all the earth." (Psalm 83:18)

Jeff Epstein Arrested on Sex Trafficking Charges

Jeffrey Epstein Arrested For Sex Trafficking of Minors

Billionaire pedophile Jeffrey Epstein was arrested for allegedly sex trafficking dozens of minors in New York and Florida between 2002 and 2005, and will appear in court in New York on Monday, according to three law enforcement sources. The arrest, by the FBI-NYPD Crimes Against Children Task Force, comes about 12 years after the 66-year-old financier essentially got a slap on the wrist for allegedly molesting dozens of underage girls in Florida.

For more than a decade, Epstein's alleged abuse of minors has been the subject of lawsuits brought by victims, investigations by local and federal authorities, and exposés in the press. But despite the attention cast on his alleged sex crimes, the hedge-funder has managed to avoid any meaningful jail time, let alone federal charges.

The new indictment-which, according to two sources, will be unsealed Monday in Manhattan federal court-will reportedly allege that Epstein sexually exploited dozens of underage girls in a now-familiar scheme: paying them cash for "massages" and then molesting or sexually abusing them in his Upper East Side mansion or his palatial residence in Palm Beach. Epstein will be charged with one count of sex trafficking of minors and one count of conspiracy to engage in sex trafficking of minors-which could put him away for a maximum of 45 years. The case is being handled by the Public Corruption Unit of the Southern District of New York, with assistance from the district's human-trafficking officials and the FBI.

Several employees and associates allegedly recruited the girls for Epstein's abuse, and some victims eventually became recruiters themselves, according to law enforcement. The girls were as young as 14, and Epstein knew they were underage, according to details of the arrest and indictment shared by two officials. (The Daily Beast) Read more here.

Classic Hymns

HE GIVETH MORE GRACE

"He giveth more grace." (James 4:6)

Lyrics
He giveth more grace as our burdens grow greater,
He sendeth more strength as our labors increase;
To added afflictions He addeth His mercy,
To multiplied trials His multiplied peace.

When we have exhausted our store of endurance,
When our strength has failed ere the day is half done,
When we reach the end of our hoarded resources
Our Father's full giving is only begun.

His love has no limits, His grace has no measure,
His power no boundary known unto men;
For out of His infinite riches in Jesus
He giveth, and giveth, and giveth again.

SIGNS AND WONDERS

Signs and Wonders

The earth under Southern California is rumbling with about one aftershock every minute

The earth hasn't stopped rumbling under Southern California since Thursday, when a powerful 6.4-magnitude earthquake rattled Ridgecrest and the surrounding area.

The quake was followed by more than 1,400 aftershocks, according to scientists. On Friday, an even stronger quake -- with a magnitude of 7.1 --- rattled the region, leaving residents traumatized, Ridgecrest Mayor Peggy Breeden said Saturday morning.

"Many of them are sleeping outside tonight," Breeden said. "They're fearful to be in their homes. Many are choosing to just be with their neighbors ... in their sidewalks, in their driveways and some of them are in the streets."

There's been an average of one aftershock per minute since Friday's quake in the southern part of the state, according to the United States Geological Survey website.

More than 4,700 quakes have occurred since Thursday, said USGS geophysicist John Bellini. "They are coming in every 30 seconds, every minute," he said. After Friday's 7.1 quake, three quakes of magnitude 5 or greater struck within the first hour, he said.

After an earthquake as powerful as the one that hit Friday, residents can expect an aftershock reaching up to a magnitude of 6.0, officials said Saturday, and should even be prepared for a scarier shake.

'Constant vibration'

"I would probably start taking some stuff off the walls if they're not already down," Ridgecrest Police Chief Jed McLaughlin said Saturday morning. "Make sure you're not sleeping under something that's still hung up."

The chief warned residents to stay prepared and load up on supplies while stores are still open, "just in case that we have something bigger than we had today." He said residents should remain vigilant for the next two weeks.

"This isn't going to stop in the near future," he said. "The aftershocks, they haven't slowed down since the 7.1 (magnitude earthquake). For a period of time there was constant vibration." (CNN) Read more.

- Father God, as the residents of Ridgecrest, as well as all who are now feeling these aftershocks continue coping in this crisis, we ask for a miracle from Your Hand. Lord God, even those who are trying to sleep in their cars are being jolted awake every few minutes by these mini-quakes, we ask for Your divine intervention . . . that You would cushion each person, so that instead, each one can rest comfortably without having his or her sleep interrupted. We ask this in Jesus' name, amen.
- "Ah, Sovereign LORD, you have made the heavens and the earth by your great power and outstretched arm. Nothing is too hard for you." (Jeremiah 32:17)

- ". . . ye have not, because ye ask not." (James 4:2)

- (Additional Prayer Request)<

Lord God, it has now come to light that Ridgecrest (the epicenter of these quakes) is adjacent to a major naval base: the Naval Air Weapons Station China Lake. We ask You for added protection for all the equipment that is on this huge area of land, once again protecting this area by Your divine power. In Your Name, amen.

- "Nothing is too difficult for thee!" (Jeremiah 32:17)

The Good News Corner

'It Was Like Pentecost With the Many Nations Present': Events Were Cancelled All over the City, But God Showed Himself Strong Protecting the Worship in Times Square

"One day in glory, I look forward to talking with the angels who held back the storm and smiled with our heavenly Father on the worshippers and prayer warriors who gathered to build a holy altar in the center of NYC and in the center of all kinds of storms ... children who believed that God rules in the midst of His enemies, and that God loves it when we dare Him greatly. He loves it when we bring the great news of His matchless love to those who feel like outcasts." -David Beidel

[CharismaNews.com] As the sweet fragrance of worship intermingled with the Gospel infused the streets, thousands of people were drawn to experience the movement of God. People would stop, listen, engage, receive free books and ask questions. Some stopped for five minutes, some for hours. People from all walks of life and belief systems were mesmerized by the presence of God that permeated the area.

Pastor Darnell Harper exclaimed: "It was like Pentecost with the many nations present. I had a number of people from other countries tell me that they were taking the material back to their country with them . . . one sister led a Buddhist to Christ who wanted a Bible after he received salvation."
