Update: the Mueller Hearings

Update: the Mueller Hearings

Fallout from this week's hearings:

Headlines to note

(Repeating from last week)

- Father God, we lift up the Mueller investigation, testimony, and related misconduct by federal employees. We ask You for Justice in all these matters and we pray for the permanent removal of all federal employees who have misused their positions for personal or political benefit.

- Take away the wicked before the king, and his throne will be established in righteousness. (Proverbs 25:5)

1. What Mueller Was Trying to Hide - Wall Street Journal

His investigation was about protecting the actual miscreants in the collusion hoax

"Special counsel Robert Mueller testified before two House committees Wednesday, and his performance requires us to look at his investigation and report in a new light," Kimberly Strassel writes in The Wall Street Journal.

"We've been told it was solely about Russian electoral interference and obstruction of justice. It's now clear it was equally about protecting the actual miscreants behind the Russia-collusion hoax. The most notable aspect of the Mueller report was always what it omitted: the origins of this mess."

What were those origins? "Christopher Steele's dossier was central to the Federal Bureau of Investigation's probe . . . The report ignored Mr. Steele's paymaster, Fusion GPS, and its own ties to Russians. It also ignored Fusion's paymaster, the Clinton campaign, and the ugly politics behind the dossier hit job." (Read more)

2. Beyond Mueller's 'Purview' - Wall Street Journal

Nine times during Wednesday's hearing, Robert Mueller answered that something was not in his "purview" to investigate. And each time, it was "in response to questions about the origin story of the FBI counterintelligence operation against the Trump campaign," The Wall Street Journal editorial board writes. "Americans need to know how and why a U.S. intelligence and law-enforcement agency came to spy on a presidential campaign . . . The good news is that [Attorney General] Barr does seem determined to find the truth." (Read more)

3. Trump: 'This Was Treason' - 'This Should Never Be Allowed to Happen to Our Country Again' - Breitbart

In an interview with Fox News Channel's Sean Hannity, his first since former special counsel Robert Mueller testified before the House Intelligence and Judiciary Committees, President Donald Trump decried the Mueller "fake witch hunt." . . .

"This should never happen to another president of the United States again," Trump said on Thursday's broadcast of Fox News Channel's "Hannity." "This is an absolute catastrophe for our country. This was a fake witch hunt, and it should never be allowed to happen to another president again. This was treason. This was high crimes. This was everything as bad a definition as you want to come up with. This should never be allowed to happen to our country again. Read more.

4. IS MUELLER JUST A FIGUREHEAD? - WorldNetDaily

Former special counsel Robert Mueller's congressional testimony Wednesday made people wince, with his testimony billed as "dazed" and "confused."

Rush Limbaugh verbalized what many people thought: Mueller is a figurehead. "I know this sounds unbelievable, but I think it's entirely possible that Robert Mueller does not know at least 50 percent of this story that you and I all know," Limbaugh said.

This leads to the obvious question: Who's behind Mueller? Read more.

5.ABC's Sr. Nat'l Correspondent Surrenders on Live TV, Admits 'Impeachment's Over' - The Western Journal

During a discussion of the special counsel's appearance, ABC's senior national correspondent Terry Moran declared that impeachment talks had been totally stifled by Mueller.

"Was the ball advanced?" veteran anchor George Stephanopoulos asked.

Moran didn't even hesitate.

"No," the political expert replied. "Impeachment's over."

Moran and the rest of ABC News are certainly no Trump cheerleaders, which make this appraisal even more damning. And he isn't the only member of the establishment media to say the same thing.

Both CNN's Jake Tapper and NBC's Chuck Todd gave Mueller's performance very low marks. (Read more)

5. The Mueller Retort - Family Research Council

"Finally, Washington sort of agrees on something," the New Yorker half-joked. "Mueller bombed." After 124 days of waiting, "painful" doesn't begin to describe the disjointed spectacle of former special counsel Robert Mueller's House hearing. The epic dud, proclaimed across the news networks as "sad," "embarrassing," and "a disaster" came to an anti-climatic end Wednesday for Speaker Nancy Pelosi's (D-Calif.) party. (Read more)

6. The Mueller/Media Meltdown- Gary Bauer

Prosecutors and special counsels either find there is enough evidence to issue an indictment or that there is not enough evidence to issue an indictment. Mueller found no evidence of collusion between the Trump campaign and Russia. That should have been the end of it. (Read more)

7. The Real News - Gary Bauer

If we actually had a functioning media with real journalists dedicated to reporting facts, then every American would know what yesterday's big news was. And it was this: Robert Mueller was clearly unfamiliar with the Mueller Report.

There are now serious questions about whether Mueller was used as a prop while a team of Clinton loyalists attempted to do what Hillary Clinton could not -- get Donald Trump out of the White House.

It would take a small book to outline all the episodes that occurred yesterday raising questions about who really ran this investigation, but here are just a few. (Read more)

8. Dems pursue 'impeachment investigation' with bid for grand jury info, insist Mueller delivered - Fox News

[Editorial comment: This is unbelievable!] Democrats on the House Judiciary Committee said Friday they are proceeding with what they called an "impeachment investigation," as they insisted former Special Counsel Robert Mueller delivered damning testimony against President Trump in this week's hearing despite concerns from many on the left that his appearance was faltering and broke little new ground.

As a major next step, Chairman Jerrold Nadler, D-N.Y., and the committee filed a petition in D.C. federal court on Friday to obtain grand jury materials from the former special counsel's investigation. The petition claims the panel needs the information in order to determine whether to recommend articles of impeachment, in an attempt to give the request more weight in the eyes of the court.

"To meaningfully consider whether to exercise this authority -- as well as to exercise its other pressing legislative and oversight responsibilities -- the Committee must obtain evidence and testimony in a timely manner," the filing reads. (Read more)

- Father God, for those whose hearts are intent on finding "evidence" to hold against our President, we thank You for the promise of Your Word. Amen.
- 15"Break the arm of the wicked man;
call the evildoer to account for his wickedness
that would not otherwise be found out.

16 The Lord is King for ever and ever;
the nations will perish from his land.
17 You, Lord, hear the desire of the afflicted;
you encourage them, and you listen to their cry,
18 defending the fatherless and the oppressed,
so that mere earthly mortals
will never again strike terror."

(Psalm 10: 15 - 18)

The nation is at a prophetic crossroads

The nation is at a prophetic crossroads

Christ said in Luke 8:17, " For nothing is secret, that shall not be made manifest; neither any thinghid, that shall not be known and come abroad." Ephesians 5:11-13 says, "And have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather reprove them. For it is a shame even to speak of those things which are done of them in secret. But all things that are reproved are made manifest by the light: for whatsoever does make manifest is light." The dog and pony show at the House of Representatives testimony of former Special Counsel Robert Mueller exposed much and brought a lot of things to light, none of which the Democratic Party coup-makers wanted exposed.

First and foremost, Mueller was not on his game-or was he? He came across as absent-minded, hard of hearing, having a lack of understanding of the context of questions, stuttering, stammering, unconfident. In fact, other than some yes and no answers, he was not a credible witness for his own report on the findings of Russian collusion with presidential candidate Donald Trump to throw the 2016 election, and possible obstruction of justice by Trump during the investigation. Both came up a big "goose egg." It is not difficult to see how the Bill and Hillary Clinton machine got their people appointed to the Special Counsel and became the puppet masters of Mueller and his three-year, $35 million-plus waste of taxpayer money.

Boil it down to two opposing views after Mueller's testimony. The Democrats and the media say that it is a national security issue that Trump colluded with the Russians to influence the election, and then he obstructed the investigation into it. The Republicans say that it is a national security issue that the Clinton presidential campaign, the Obama White House, the FBI and the CIA conspired to create a false narrative that Trump and Russia were working together to influence the election, spied on the president-elect's transition team, and then stacked the investigation against Trump with Clinton-supporting minions who tried to undermine a duly elected president. After the smoke cleared on the Mueller testimony, the truth landed more on the Republican side of the aisle.

Since 2016, there has been an ongoing political coup attempt to remove a sitting president based on an entire falsehood. There has been virtually no progress on looming issues that face this country if progress required the coup-makers to participate-they have been too busy stirring up trouble. They have been too invested in labeling Americans as bigots, racists, homophobes, Islamophobes, misogynists, and other derogatory descriptions than doing what they were elected to do. Like the woman who was willing to allow Solomon to slay the baby that she claimed was hers because "it shall neither be mine or thine," these coup-makers would be satisfied with a divided, dead country, so long as they rule over it. We are, as a nation, at a prophetic crossroad. There comes a time when this nonsense needs to stop for the greater good.

Have a Blessed and Powerful Day!

Prophetic times: The world in headlines

If we were visiting from another place in time and just heard the headlines, what would we think? If we were voting for an election, and look at what people said who are elected or running for office, would we vote for them? Let's just look at some of the headlines of only today, who said them, and how foolish or sad they are. Think about the agenda of the people behind them, what they are trying to portray, and at whom they are aimed. Think about the long-term consequences of what these headlines could mean for you, your family, your community, your state, and your nation. Think about how the Lord perceives them and how Christ might respond to them.

CNN Editor Mohammed Elshamy resigns over anti-Semitic tweets, including celebrating the deaths of Jewish pigs . . . Trump calls Mueller investigation treason-should never happen again to a president . . . Democrat presidential hopefuls rush to oppose revival of federal death penalty . . . Comedian and actor D.L. Hughley say President Donald Trump's supporters are morally inferior to devil worshippers, asserting that "you could worship the devil and be a better human being" . . . Bette Midler: Trump paying black people to create 'Background' at rallies . . . Ilhan Omar trashes America-again-in New York Times Op-Ed . . . Omar tells Al-Jazeera 'Our country should be more fearful of white men' than Islamic terror.
Boko Haram kills 16-year-old Christian schoolgirl in captivity for refusing to renounce her Christian faith . . . Joe Biden: Christians made a 'Faustian Bargain (sold their soul to)' with Donald Trump . . . Despite disastrous Mueller testimony 2020 Dem hopefuls still call for impeachment . . . Biden: Trump close to treasonous . . . Trump schedules executions for 5 child killers, Dems oppose . . . Actress-comedian Sarah Silverman says Trump would be behind bars if he wasn't president . . . Google has almost total control over key elements of elections . . . Buttigieg quotes scripture to shame Trump for cutting food stamps . . . Elijah Cummings begs Americans to pay attention to Trump accusations in Mueller report.
This is what you are barraged with every single day. People are experiencing news fatigue with depressing results, and in reading just one day's worth of headlines, we can see why. The foolishness of this world and the people who are running it far outweighs the wise in the balance of these headlines. As the prophetic end times draw nearer, this nonsense will keep increasing. Just remember these verses in Proverbs and Psalms: Proverbs 18:7 says "A fool's mouth is his destruction, and his lips are the snare of his soul." Psalms 14:1 says, "The fool hath said in his heart, there is no God. They are corrupt, they have done abominable works, there is none that doeth good." Be wise. Be blessed. Be joyous in the Lord.

Have a blessed and powerful day,

On the Border/Wall: A Supreme Court Victory!

Supreme Court clears way for Trump administration to use military funds for border wall

The Supreme Court sided with the Trump administration on Friday in lifting a freeze backed by a lower court that had halted plans to use $2.5 billion in Pentagon funds for border wall construction.

The decision, which split the bench along ideological lines, allows the administration to move ahead with plans to use military funds to replace existing fencing in California, Arizona and New Mexico.

The conservative justices on the court ruled in favor of the administration. Liberal justices Elena Kagan, Ruth Bader Ginsburg and Sonia Sotomayor dissented. And Justice Stephen Breyer issued a split opinion, agreeing in part with both sides.

The president celebrated the ruling on Twitter: "Wow! Big VICTORY on the Wall. The United States Supreme Court overturns lower court injunction, allows Southern Border Wall to proceed. Big WIN for Border Security and the Rule of Law!"

"We are pleased that the Supreme Court recognized that the lower courts should not have halted construction of walls on the southern border," Justice Department spokesperson Alexei Woltornist said in a statement. "We will continue to vigorously defend the Administration's efforts to protect our Nation."
The American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU), which opposes the funding for the wall, vowed to keep fighting.

"This is not over," said Dror Ladin, a staff attorney with the ACLU's National Security Project. "We will be asking the federal appeals court to expedite the ongoing appeals proceeding to halt the irreversible and imminent damage from Trump's border wall. Border communities, the environment, and our Constitution's separation of powers will be permanently harmed should Trump get away with pillaging military funds for a xenophobic border wall Congress denied."

The ruling means the Trump administration can tap the funds and begin work covered by four contracts it has awarded.

A trial court initially froze the funds in May and an appeals court kept that freeze in place earlier this month. The Trump administration asked the Supreme Court to take up the issue.

Earlier this month, a divided three-judge panel of the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in San Francisco agreed with a lower-court ruling that prevented the government from tapping Defense Department counterdrug money to build high-priority sections of the planned wall in the three aforementioned states.

At stake is billions of dollars in funding that would allow Trump to make progress on a major 2016 campaign promise heading into his race for a second term. (Fox News) Read more.

- Father God, we thank You that You have given us a President who never stops fighting, and who continues to stand for that which is right and good. Protecting our southern border IS right and good. Thank You, Lord, amen.

- " . . . fight the good fight of faith. . ." (I Timothy 6:12)

"In God We Still Trust"

"In God We Still Trust"

(Lyrics)

You place your hand on His Bible, when you swear to tell the truth. His name is on our greatest monuments an' all our money too. An' when we pledge allegiance, there's no doubt where we stand: There's no separation, we're one nation under Him. In God, We Still Trust, Here in America, He's the one we turn to every time the going gets rough. He is the source of all our strength, The one who watches over us. Here in America, in God, we still trust.

Now there are those among us, Who wanna push Him out. And erase his name from everything, This country's all about. From the schoolhouse to the courthouse, They're silencing His word . . .

An' now it's time for all believers, To make our voices heard. In God, We Still Trust, here in America, He's the one we turn to every time the goin' gets rough. He is the source of all our strength, the one who watches over us. Here in America, in God, we still trust. Here in America, Here in America, Here in America, in God, we still trust. Here in America, in God, we still trust. Here in America.

"Operation Restoration"

This initiative is based upon the Move of the Spirit that was launched last month during Operation Refiner's Fire. The LORD has shown us that He has used those fires to ignite the FIRE of the HOLY SPIRIT to visit our people, which He now yearns to keep burning among our people until the day of His return!

"Operation Restoration" is based on the promise of Scripture, recorded in
2 Chronicles 7:14,15.

It is written:

. . . "and if My people who are called by My name humble themselves and pray and seek My face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, will forgive their sin and will heal their land.

"Now My eyes will be open and My ears attentive to the prayer offered in this place."

This is a weekly Solemn Assembly, where saints can feel free to gather each Sunday, to offer prayers of repentance before our Lord, for the many sins our nation has committed before Him.

Abba so desires to hear our prayers . . . He is just waiting to heal us!

You can join us, any Sunday, beginning at 9:00 a.m. EST by calling:
712-770-5350
Access Code: 150411#
Each week, our conference line for Operation Restoration will remain open until Monday morning at 9:00 a.m.EST -- allowing for 24 hours of nonstop prayer before our King of Kings, that He might, indeed, "heal our land." Amen.
