1. Israel may intensify air campaign against Iranian army, PM warns- Israel National News
Israeli Premier Binyamin Netanyahu said his country was prepared to escalate its attacks on Iranian military forces deployed in Syria, if necessary, to prevent Iran from entrenching itself in the war-torn country.
Netanyahu met with IDF soldiers stationed in northern Israel Sunday afternoon, as part of Operation Northern Shield, which was launched last month to locate and destroy cross-border terror tunnels built by Hezbollah from southern Lebanon into Israeli territory. IDF Deputy Chief of Staff Eyal Zamir joined the Prime Minister during the tour, as did IDF northern command chief Gen. Yoel Strick and other army top brass.

2. Netanyahu confirms airstrike on Iranian weapons storehouses in Syria -World Israel News
At the start of Sunday's cabinet meeting, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu confirmed Syrian media reports over the weekend accusing Israel of bombing their capital's airport.
"Just in the last 36 hours, the air force attacked Iranian warehouses with Iranian weapons at the international airport in Damascus," the prime minister stated. "The accumulation of recent attacks proves that we are determined more than ever to take action against Iran in Syria, just as we promised."
The Syrians filed a formal complaint Saturday with the United Nations Security Council over the attack on a "Ministry of Transport warehouse" at the Damascus airport late Friday night. Netanyahu clarified that the airstrike was part and parcel of the Jewish state's ongoing efforts to stop Iran's military from setting up a permanent presence in close proximity to Israel.

3. Syria Files Complaint With UN: US Enabling Israeli Airstrikes - Breaking Israel News
The Syrian government accused Israel of launching an airstrike on Friday night at around 11:15 PM. SANA, the Syrian state news agency, reported that Syrian army air defenses successfully intercepted "over eight targets" though an ammunitions warehouse adjacent to the airport was hit in the attack. No Syrian casualties were reported.
Sana quoted a Syrian military source as saying, "At 11:15 before midnight Israeli warplanes coming from Al-Jalil area launched many missiles towards Damascus area and our air defenses intercepted them and downed most of them."
The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights reported that the attack targeted missile depots that belong to Hezbollah in the Al-Kiswah area as well. Hezbollah's Al-Manar TV said that Israeli aircraft were also operating in Lebanese airspace. According to Arab media reports, Israeli naval vessels were off the southern Lebanese coast during the attack.

4. Sixth Hezbollah Tunnel Discovered in Final Days of IDF Operation - Breaking Israel News
A sixth Hezbollah tunnel was discovered on Saturday as the IDF wrapped up Operation Northern Shield along the border with Lebanon. The IDF said the tunnel was the largest discovered to date, dug 180 feet underground. Originating in the village of Ramyeh, Lebanon, it traversed 2,624 feet before penetrating several dozen yards into Israel.
The tunnel reportedly contained railed tracks for transporting heavy loads and carried electrical lines and lighting. The IDF said they plan on destroying the tunnel in the upcoming days.
Israel notified the United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon (UNIFIL) charged with keeping the peace and monitoring compliance with international law along the border. UNIFIL has already confirmed the existence of four tunnels, two of which crossed the border in violation of UN Resolution 1701. UNIFIL refused to acknowledge Hezbollah or Lebanese government responsibility for the tunnels.

5. Pompeo invites Netanyahu to conference against Iran - Israel National News
US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo invited Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu to attend an international conference against Iran in Warsaw on February 13, Channel 10 News reported on Friday.
The conference will be attended by Arab foreign ministers from countries such as Egypt, Jordan, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Morocco, and the United Arab Emirates, among others.

7. 2018 Sets Record for Tourism to Israel as More than 4 Million Visit - Bridges for Peace It took Israel 69 years to reach 3 million tourists visiting in one year. It took just one year to reach 4 million tourists in a year. 2018 set a record for the number of tourists to visit Israel in one year, with more than 4.1 million arriving in the Holy Land. "This is the second consecutive record-breaking year in incoming tourism to Israel and this year we have crossed the threshold of 4 million tourists in a year," Tourism Ministry Director-General Amir Halevi said in a Sunday press release from the Tourism Ministry. ". . . What was considered a fantasy a few years ago is today a reality: Israel is a preferred tourist destination among tourism destinations around the world." (Read more)

1. Trump to Democrats: I'm waiting at the White House to make wall deal and end shutdown - Washington Examiner
In several tweets Saturday morning, Trump said that he was waiting at the White House for Democrats to make a deal that would both end the government shutdown and allocate money to construct a physical barrier at the southern border. "Democrats should come back to Washington and work to end the Shutdown, while at the same time ending the horrible humanitarian crisis at our Southern Border," Trump tweeted. "I am in the White House waiting for you!"
Several federal agencies ran out of funding Dec. 21. Trump and congressional Democrats are at an impasse, as they cannot come to an agreement on a bill that would both reopen the government and fund the border wall. This partial government shutdown is now the longest in U.S. history, entering its fourth week Saturday.
Trump has maintained that he would not sign a bill that does not include the $5.7 billion he says is needed for the border wall, and Democrats have said they would not agree to a funding bill that included any money for a physical barrier. In an Oval Office address Tuesday, Trump did not declare a national emergency, but did explain why the situation at the southern border was a humanitarian crisis, citing illegal immigrants bringing drugs, human trafficking practices, and crime into the U.S., issues he cited in his Saturday morning tweet thread. 2. Pompeo, at site of Obama's address to Muslim world, rebukes his legacy: 'Age of self-inflicted American shame is over' - Fox News
"Our eagerness to address only Muslims, not nations, ignored the rich diversity of the Middle East, and frayed old bonds. It undermined the concept of the nation-state, the building block of international stability," he said. "And our desire for peace at any cost led us to strike a deal with Iran, our common enemy."
But he promised his audience that the Trump administration was ushering in a new era of U.S. foreign policy. "The good news is this: The age of self-inflicted American shame is over, and so are the policies that produced so much needless suffering. Now comes the real 'new beginning,'" he said. His speech emphasized America as a force for good in the region.
"Our aim is to partner with our friends and vigorously oppose our enemies, because a strong, secure, and economically viable Middle East is in our national interest - and yours," he said. "Let me be clear: America will not retreat until the terror fight is over." (Read more)

3. A New Mideast Order Is Taking Shape - Prophecy News Watch
The era of chaos in the Middle East is drawing to a close, and a new phase, which contains its own set of dangers, is taking shape, a senior former intelligence official has told JNS. Brig. Gen. (res.) Eli Ben Meir, former head of the Assessment Department at the Israel Defense Force's Military Intelligence Directorate, said the period of the "Arab Spring," marked by tectonic instability and dramatic changes, is drawing to a close.
The Arab Spring period featured large-scale civil wars, uprisings and the involvement of external elements in failed states, as old orders fell apart. "In recent years, one would get up in the morning and didn't know who controlled Syria, or what was happening in Iraq and Yemen," said Ben Meir, who headed the strategically vital Assessment Department in 2015 and at the start of 2016. "This was a period in which frameworks broke apart, and the old order underwent change. But from 2018 onwards, those states that were a mess have begun stabilizing. The assessment is that this will continue in the coming year."(Read more)

4. Trump Admin Plots With Arab Allies to Expel 'Every Last Iranian Boot From' Syria - FreeBeacon
The Trump administration, via Secretary of State Mike Pompeo, is beginning to build a coalition of Arab allies that will help the United States expel "every last Iranian boot" from Syria and ensure the Islamic Republic's march across the Middle East is stopped in its tracks, according to U.S. officials.
Pompeo found a receptive audience during his meetings, as Bahrain has emerged as a leading critic of the Iranian regime and has been working closely with U.S. military and diplomatic envoys to counter the regime. "Bahrain is a staunch supporter of countering Iran's malign efforts and works in close coordination with the United States to expose and counter Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) proxies. Bahrain continues efforts to investigate and counter Iranian sanctions evasion and combat illicit maritime activity," the State Department said.
In meetings with Bahraini officials, Pompeo urged the creation of a "Middle East Strategic Alliance, anchored by a united Gulf Cooperation Council, to stand against the Iranian regime's malign influence and advance the prosperity, security, and stability of the region," according to a State Department spokesperson. 5. A Sculpture Celebrating Saudi Arabia Has Been Erected on Ground Zero - Observer
A sculpture celebrating Saudi Arabia's place in the G20 Summit was erected on the World Trade Center grounds last week, a stone's throw away from the 9/11 memorial. Shaped to resemble a piece of candy, the nine-foot-tall statue bears the Kingdom's emerald flag emblazoned with the Arabic inscription, "There is no god but Allah, and Mohammed is the prophet." [Editor's note: we cancel these words and the curse that goes with them by the Blood of Christ, and we ask God to forgive these people, for they know not what they do. Amen.] It was created by French sculptor Laurence Jenkell in 2011 as part of the larger installation "Candy Nations" which depicts G20 countries as sugary delights, and has since been featured in over 25 countries.
The installation was curated and installed by the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey. When reached for comment, the organization pointed Observer to a December press release announcing the exhibit. "Each of the sculptures features flags from countries in the G20 summit, and the art work was commissioned by companies and organizations including the Chanel Foundation, the International Olympic Committee and Coca-Cola." 6. Ginsburg absence shakes court: White House makes preparations, coming weeks seen as key - Washington Times
Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg's absence this week from Supreme Court oral arguments - her first since joining the bench - has touched off a burst of speculation as well as low-key planning from the White House about the possibility of a departure. At the same time, observers aren't convinced the liberal backbone of the court is going anywhere. And as she recovers from early-stage lung cancer surgery, they suggest talk of a vacancy is premature.
"We shouldn't read too much into the fact that she's missed three days of oral arguments," said Elizabeth Slattery, host of the conservative Heritage Foundation's "Scotus 101" podcast. "She famously was back on the bench the day after her beloved husband Marty passed away so she's obviously very committed to the job. But clearly she needs time to recuperate."
The court, meanwhile, has not offered a timetable on Ginsburg's return, noting only that she is continuing to recuperate at home, fully involved in the caseload. Three days of oral arguments resume next week, then the court goes on a month-long recess. While the current recuperation is to be expected, there may be renewed concern if Ginsburg is not back for the Feb. 19 public session. (Read more)

7. Another Caravan: New Migrant Group Forms, Prepares To Head North To U.S. Border - DailyWire
While Washington Post fact-checkers argue among themselves about whether or not the situation at the border constitutes a humanitarian crisis, the outlet reports that in Honduras another migrant caravan is preparing to start the long trek north. Though most of the migrants from the previous caravan have found themselves stuck in Mexico, the Post notes that down in Honduras, El Salvador and Guatemala, "there is a widespread perception that the earlier group succeeded."
As with the previous caravan, a flier has been "circulating on Honduran social media" announcing the plan to form a new group to head north. The flier provides the location where the new caravan is gathering - San Pedro Sula, a city close to the northern Honduran border - and says the group will set out at 5 a.m. on Jan. 15.
The Mexican government is already preparing for the new caravan's arrival at the southern border with Guatemala, interior minister Olga Sánchez Cordero said at a press conference Monday. After having failed to stop thousands of migrants from illegally crossing into the country last year, Sánchez Cordero said this time they plan to more effectively lock down the border, in part by placing guards at 370 potential crossing points, the Post reports. 8. San Diego TV station says CNN rejected local view on border after finding out 'wall works' - Washington Times
A San Diego television station says CNN requested their "local view" on the southern U.S. border and then declined to use their report after finding out it revealed that the "wall works." Mike McKinnon, owner of KUSI-TV, issued a statement Thursday saying CNN placed a phone call to the KUSI newsroom Thursday morning and asked "if one of our reporters could give them a local view of the debate surrounding the border wall and government shutdown."
"We believe CNN declined a report from KUSI because we informed them that most Border Patrol Agents we have spoken to told us the barrier does in fact work," he continued. "We have continuously been told by Border Patrol Agents that the barrier along the Southern border helps prevent illegal entries, drugs, and weapons from entering the United States, and the numbers prove it." 9. Google, Soros Fund Facebook's New Fact Checkers - NewsBusters
It is important for anyone who identifies as a 'fact-checker' to be as objective and neutral as possible. The "charity" Full Fact was announced on January 11 as the new fact-checkers for Facebook. The BBC reports that the organization will "review stories, images and videos and rate them based on accuracy."
These fact-checkers might have a bigger agenda, according to their funding page. Google and liberal billionaire George Soros have donated extensively to Full Fact in 2018 alone. There are no conservative fact-checkers left in the Facebook fact-checking family. With the close of the Weekly Standard, Facebook has yet to name a conservative successor to fact-check.
The lead editor at Full Fact is Tom Phillips, formerly editor at Buzzfeed UK. According to Wired, pieces that have been determined to be "fake news" by Full Fact will not be deleted, but they will be "shown lower in users' news feeds, a move intended to decrease the number of people who end up seeing the content." 10. US Workers Are Winning, Big Time - New York Post
Lost in all the headlines about the federal shutdown and the war over the wall is some hugely important news: The US economy has taken a seriously worker-friendly turn. America is enjoying its best job market in decades, with unemployment at a nearly 50-year low, people rejoining the workforce in droves and hourly wages continuing to rise.
The December jobs report showed an astonishing gain of 312,000 jobs across nearly all sectors of the economy. Manufacturing added 284,000 jobs last year, up 12 percent over 2017. Hispanic unemployment is at a record low; for African-Americans, nearly so. As National Economics Council director Larry Kudlow says, this is "an economic boom that most folks thought impossible."
Even the stock market, despite a few weeks of setbacks, is headed back up and still stands 27 percent ahead of where it stood when Trump won the White House. (Read more)
- Father in heaven, we thank You for guiding President Trump to create the most worker-friendly job market in 50 years, with 312,000 jobs and 284,000 manufacturing jobs last year. Praise God for this economic boom, which was guided by the hand of God. Bless our President, Lord. In Jesus' Name we pray.

From now until the end of May when the Davids Tent DTS outreach team returns from Israel, DTDC is short-handed. Ryan Montgomery (Assistant Director of DTDC) and I did the math and we are in need of 6 volunteer staff to keep the tent going. 3 of them need to be worship leaders. The other three just need to be radical servants!
Arrival date: YESTERDAY . . . As soon as possible!
Exit date: Stay as long as you can.
Cost: For those moving here from elsewhere, $350/month for room and board, to stay with us in community housing at the missions base.

Magnetic Poles Are Moving Rapidly as Never Before -
Precursor to a Pole Shift?
The magnetic poles on the Sun flip about every 11 years. Since nobody lives there, we really have no idea what the effects would be. On Earth, the major pole shifts that are permanent tend to be in the 720,000 years range. So once again, there was nobody around to record what really happens. I have previously warned that the North Magnetic Pole was moving away from Canada and headed in the opposite direction toward Europe.
For most of the 1900s, the physical North Pole was moving westwards around 10 cm each year towards Canada's Hudson Bay. Then all of a sudden, in 2000, it changed direction moving 75 degrees eastwards and began moving east at a rate of around 17 cm annually. Nobody has ever witnessed such a change. This is completely unprecedented! Now the North Magnetic Pole is moving rapidly and erratically. Today it is now moving at a pace of 55km PER YEAR!!!!! This is creating a real crisis because the entire world GPS system was based upon a fairly stationary location for the North Pole.
. . . A pole shift can be far more rapid than previously anticipated. I believe that people prefer to assume uniformity rather than a catastrophe. A stalagmite-based paleomagnetic record of the post-Blake excursion reveals details of repeated polarity drifts have occurred during periods of low geomagnetic field intensity at 100,000 years before present. One surprisingly abrupt centennial reversal transition occurred in 144,000 years prior provides unprecedented evidence that raises fundamental questions about the speed of geomagnetic field shifts. Such rapid polarity changes could severely affect satellites and human society in the future if the current geomagnetic field intensity continues to decrease. This sudden rapid movement of 55km a year may be a warning of such a pending shift becoming imminent.
. . . This rapid movement is striking alarm bells everywhere from a navigational perspective. During the past 150 years, the pole shift has been in the same direction. The most astonishing fact is that since 2000, the magnetic North Pole has shifted nearly half of the total distance of the past 50 years! In other words, the pole shift has apparently picked up speed so much so that they have had to re-calibrate airports and their GPS signals so planes can still find them. This rapid movement of 55km a year can really alter transportation.
They are calling 2017 the Year without an Arctic Summer. The Greenland Ice Sheet gained near-record amounts of ice. Very little melting has occurred this summer. The Canadian Coast Guard reported that the Atlantic Ice in Canada was increasing in the winter of 2018. The extreme cold temperatures and the high winds have been combining to expand the Arctic ice this season. There is a natural cycle to this and they have reported that the seasonal "freeze up" is occurring three to four weeks ahead of normal and above the 30-year average. This winter is once again extremely cold. It has only been in the 60/70s here in Tampa and the same is true in Abu Dhabi. If next year 2019/2020 is colder still, this will be the fourth year and at then we would decline at a bare minimum very steeply into 2021/2022, where our models on markets are predicting a shocking event.

This Missouri Town is More Than Ready to Defend Ground Zero Cross:
"If God be For You, Who Can Be against You?"
The Freedom From Religion Foundation [FFRF] has earned its reputation as a notorious gang of atheists, agnostics and freethinkers waging a wicked crusade against Christian symbols on public property. The Wisconsin-based group is especially fond of preying on small town America where many communities cannot afford to fight back against their baseless legal threats.
But the Freedom From Religion Foundation may be having second thoughts about their latest targets-because the folks in Camden County, Missouri plan to fight back.
Last November, the FFRF sent a letter to the county clerk demanding that a painting depicting the "Ground Zero Cross" be removed from a hallway. Rescue workers discovered two steel beams in the rubble of the twin towers that resembled a 17-foot-tall cross. The image brought hope and comfort to many Americans during those terrible days.
But the FFRF said Camden County's September 11th memorial violates the Establishment Clause of the Constitution.
Attorney Colin McNamara said the "cross is draped in cloth, similar to crosses displayed at Easter and "a reasonable observer would view the displays in your office as an endorsement of religion, and they are accordingly unconstitutional."
Regardless, local residents packed into the courthouse on Tuesday to demand their elected leaders stand up to the out-of-town bullies.
