And it begins
The new era in America kicked off Thursday with a circus of indicators for 2019. At a celebration of the new Democratic-controlled House of Representatives held by the socialist group Moveon.org, the newly elected Islamist Rashida Tlaib (D-MI) told the crowd "We're gonna impeach the mother------." Socialist Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) will champion a "Green New Deal" which calls for a socialist committee to dictate climate change taxes to fund reducing greenhouse gasses AND universal income, wealth redistribution, free education and universal health care. Brad Sherman (D-CA) reintroduced his impeachment bill, charging President Trump with obstruction of justice.
Expect the bizarre in 2019. CNN already carried a segment on how a CNN reporter bought House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) her favorite ice cream in Baltimore. Expect the civil war against traditional values to continue and escalate in 2019. The shrillness of Tlab and Ocasio-Cortez will get worse as they are emboldened. Expect the news media to become even more deceptive in 2019. AP already reported emphatically that "Polls show a majority of Americans oppose the border wall, although Republicans strongly support it." Actually, depending on the poll, Americans are mixed on the wall-some polls say 51% support it, others say 56% don't. Making a blanket statement that Americans oppose the wall, but Republicans support it is a politically-motivated statement aimed to deceive.
New House Financial Services Committee Chairman Maxine Waters (D-CA) told supporters, "Those who say I'm going to spend all my time trying to get subpoenas and trying to do investigations, and I'm not going to do that. I'm just going to spend some of my time." Pelosi told the New York Times that the Constitution gives her equal power to President Trump. In reality, the Constitution places the Speaker of the House third in line of secession from the President, after the Vice President. She reiterated in her inaugural speech that the Constitution makes the Legislative branch co-equal to the Executive and Judicial branches. Fact is, she only leads one of the two houses of the Legislative branch. She is not Constitutionally co-equal to the President, but to a lawless generation, what do the facts matter?
This is the kind of idiocy that will be posed as not only fact, but as mainstream America. It's so far beyond common sense that one has to suspend innate disbelief to grasp that these people are serious. They are fomenting revolution in this nation, twisting the meaning of laws, morals, and the Constitution, reshaping America into a socialist ideal. What would have been rejected in 1950's-era cold war communism, is accepted and amplified by the media as normal today. To me, this is an antichrist spirit-not the antichrist, but a type and shadow, as described in Daniel 7:25, "And he shall speak great words against the most High, and shall wear out the saints of the most High, and think to change times and laws." Is this not what these people do? Don't be worn out by them. Stand on what you know is right and speak it when appropriate.
Have a blessed and powerful day,

Trump Unloads on New Muslim Congresswoman Who Profanely Attacked Him
To some, she may seem more like an activist than a representative of the people. Michigan's Democratic Rep. Rashida Tlaib has been making headlines with some of the stunts she has pulled, not the least of which was to shock both sides of the aisle in Congress by using a profane attack against President Donald Trump.
The Hill reported that the remark occurred at a MoveOn rally just hours after the representative was sworn into office. With cameras all around her, she unleashed the epithet.
She said, "When your son looks at you and says, 'Momma, look you won. Bullies don't win.'"
"And I said, 'Baby, they don't. Because we're going to go in there and impeach the [expletive deleted.]'"
Anyone who has paid any attention to President Donald Trump would rightly guess that he wouldn't let that kind of thing slide. When asked about it in the Rose Garden, he said he didn't know her, but added his opinion about her statement.
"I thought her comments were disgraceful. This is a person I don't know, I assume she's new."
"I think she dishonored herself and she dishonored her family. Using language like that in front of her son and whoever else was there, I thought that was a great dishonor to her and to her family," Trump added.
"I thought it was highly disrespectful to the United States of America."
Trump was not the only one who was critical of her attack. In fact, members of Congress on both sides of the aisle spoke out against it.
The Hill reported that Missouri Democratic Rep. Lacy Clay did not approve. "I have never said that in a public setting. The choice of words is inappropriate."
Maryland's Democratic Rep. Elijah Cummings echoed the sentiment. "You cannot accomplish very much of anything unless you have civility and show respect for your colleagues. And I think those kind of comments do not take us in the right direction." (Conservative Tribune) Read more.
- Father, we thank You that President Trump has demonstrated elegant grace under fire. We ask that You would cause Ms. Tlaib to be humbled, to repent, to apologize, and to yield to the wooing of our Savior, in Your name, amen.
- "But I tell you not to resist an evil person. But whoever slaps you on your right cheek, turn the other to him also." (Matthew 5:39)

Jawdropping Alteration Seen on Map in New Muslim Congresswoman's Office
Compared to Ilhan Omar of Minnesota, Rep. Rashida Tlaib hasn't received as much attention. Both became the first two Muslim congresswomen to take office on Thursday, but Rep. Omar has a much longer history of controversy, particularly given anti-Semitic tweets and support for the BDS movement.
However, on moving-in day, Rep. Tlaib - or someone in her office - certainly managed to do a bit of catch-up work.
In a picture posted by BuzzFeed News' Hannah Allam, a world map in the Michigan Democrat's office shows Israel covered over with a post-it note saying "Palestine" and an arrow pointing to the country.
"Someone has already made a slight alteration to the map that hangs in Rashida Tlaib's new congressional office," Allam, who covers Muslim life in America, said in her tweet.
It's not clear who made the alteration or whether Tlaib was aware of it. As of Friday morning, despite the story being well over 12 hours old, she had not apologized, however, or elucidated on how the post-it note got on the map. Apparently, wiping a country off the map is perfectly fine so long as that country is Israel.
. . . "There is no country called Palestine," Simon Wiesenthal Center Associate Dean Rabbi Abraham Cooper told the Jewish Journal.
"The territory upon which the word 'Palestine' is affixed on this map is called the Palestinian territories," he continued. "Palestinian statehood will be achieved, if and when, the Palestinian leaders are prepared to recognize the validity of the Jewish State as their neighbor." (Conservative Tribune) Read more.
Day One
By Gary Bauer

Yesterday was a big day in Washington. As newly-elected members of Congress were sworn in, control of the House of Representatives flipped from Republican to Democrat. While this is usually a run-of-the-mill process, a lot of things happened yesterday that should concern anyone who cherishes American values and who was hoping for compromise from the new Congress.
1. Senator Kyrsten Sinema (D-AZ) refused to take her oath of office on the Bible. Instead she used a law book. I don't know which law book, but I do know this: Long after the senator and whatever book she took her oath on are gone, the word of God will endure.
2. Rep. Rashida Tlaib (D-MI) took her oath on what she called "Jefferson's Koran." She said, "Some of our Founding Fathers knew more about Islam than some members of Congress now." Obviously she doesn't know very much. Jefferson got a translation of the Koran so he could understand the Islamic Barbary Pirates against whom he would later, as president, wage war. Thus the phrase, "To the shores of Tripoli" in the Marines' Hymn. But she is probably right -- the Founders understood what many elites today do not: Radical Islam is a deadly threat to freedom.
- Unfortunately, Tlaib wasn't done. She later went to a reception sponsored by the radical group MoveOn.org. Referring to a conversation she had with her young son about her election, Rep. Tlaib declared, "We're gonna go in there and impeach the [expletive deleted.]'"
- And there's more. The world map on the wall in Rep. Tlaib's office had a Post-It note on it labeled "Palestine" over the state of Israel.
3. Rep. Tlaib is not the only newly elected member of Congress who is hostile to Israel. Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN) lied to her constituents about her support for efforts to boycott and sanction Israel. The election of these two Muslim women, along with socialist Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY), has been hailed by cultural and media elites as "the wave of the future." Just to be clear, they are celebrating the victory of anti-Semites. Some future.
4. Rep. Jennifer Wexton (D-VA) posted the transgender flag outside of her office.
5. Rep. Steve Cohen (D-TN) introduced a constitutional amendment to abolish the Electoral College.
6. Rep. Brad Sherman (D-CA) introduced articles of impeachment against President Trump.
7. Not to be out done, Nancy Pelosi made history herself by becoming the first woman to become Speaker of the House twice. And the first bill she pushed through the House late last night was an appropriation bill that gave an additional $12 billion in foreign aid to multiple countries and provided more money to promote abortions overseas, but did not provide one dime for better border security to protect American citizens.
And that, my friends, was just Day One of the new Democrat House!

Operation Restoration
Once each week, on Sunday mornings and for 24 hours, join with others in OPERATION RESTORATION . . .
"Operation Restoration"
This initiative is based upon the Move of the Spirit that was launched last month during Operation Refiner's Fire. The LORD has shown us that He has used those fires to ignite the FIRE of the HOLY SPIRIT to visit our people, which He now yearns to keep burning among our people until the day of His return!
"Operation Restoration" is based on the promise of Scripture, recorded in
2 Chronicles 7:14,15.
It is written:
. . . "and if My people who are called by My name humble themselves and pray and seek My face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, will forgive their sin and will heal their land.
"Now My eyes will be open and My ears attentive to the prayer offered in this place."
This is a weekly Solemn Assembly, where saints can feel free to gather each Sunday, to offer prayers of repentance before our Lord, for the many sins our nation has committed before Him.
Abba so desires to hear our prayers . . . He is just waiting to heal us!
You can join us, any Sunday, beginning at 9:00 a.m. EST by calling:
605-468-8850
Access Code: 221654#
Each
week, our conference line for Operation Restoration will remain open until
Monday morning at 9:00 a.m.EST -- allowing for 24 hours of nonstop prayer
before our King of Kings, that He might, indeed, "heal our land."
Amen. Access Code: 221654#

Intercessory Prayer Targets Offered by the National Prayer Embassy
Week of January 6 - 12, 2019
Two special events occur in America every year near the third week of January, with special notice all across the nation, and special needs for prayer. The third Monday, this year on January 21st, is the national holiday commemorating the birth of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., the famous civil rights leader from the 1950's and 60's. January 22nd each year is the anniversary the 1973 Roe versus Wade Supreme Court decision that legalized unrestricted abortion across America. Dr. King's birthday is a reminder to pray for racial justice and harmony; the Roe versus Wade anniversary is a reminder to pray about the abortion issue, which this year will be featured at the Annual March for Life in Washington, D.C. on January 18th.
Let's pray about all of this today: "Father God, in the name of Jesus, we thank You for giving our leaders Your wisdom concerning the issues of racism and abortion in our land. In the name of Jesus we bind the devil and all of his evil forces involved in any way in these two issues. According to 2nd Chronicles seven verse 14 we humble ourselves and pray and seek Your face Lord God and turn from all wicked ways, and we trust You to hear from heaven, forgive our sin and heal our land, and help our leaders do what's best for all concerned, in making the best possible decisions concerning these two issues, in Jesus' name, amen!"
