Dear Prayer Partners,
This morning, I awakened with a deep sense of SHALOM in my Spirit . . . the peace that passes all understanding that only our Messiah can bring . . .
As I continued to wake up, I knew that this SHALOM has been birthed by many are now heeding this "sudden" call to fast and pray for our nation. Thank you!
I also want to thank ALL OF YOU today who have written wonderful responses to this Call to Fast and Pray! I truly had not anticipated this outpouring of encouragement and confirmation that this fast has been called by our God!
I had not planned to do anything else in this Call to Fast, but I
now feel compelled to publish a number of your wonderful comments and
additional prayers to our entire network, both today and on the next two days
that remain in this prayer vigil. Hence, please see below letters from four of

10 Tips for Healthy Fasting
(Published by Charisma Magazine)
Editor's note: We offer this guide to help you plan these three days of fasting. Each of us will be led by the Holy Spirit, the Great Physician, to know how best to honor this time of fasting. For sure, our Lord does not want us to "wipe out" during this period, but rather to be refreshed in our hearts and in our minds as we each draw near to Him for times of refreshing.
Thank you for seeking Him to know your own plan of fasting in this time, and may our Lord grant us the discipline and grace to adhere to our own special guidelines of eating and behavior over these three days.
"Repent, then, and turn to God, so that your sins may be wiped out, that times of refreshing may come from the Lord . . ." (Acts 3:19)
"Is this not the fast that I have chosen:
To loose the bonds of wickedness,
To undo the heavy burdens,
To let the oppressed go free,
And that you break every yoke?" (Isaiah 58:6)

Repentance for the Sins of the Church . . .
Must Come First!
Sara! Sara! Sara!
It's more than suspending your normal Way of living for three days. It's about a deep to the root foundational change of the way the church functions perceives and thinks.
I would suggest, in a sense, in a real sense, that we stop thinking that the problem is in the government or the country. I said it again. The problem is in the church. And the problem in the government is the reflection of what's going on in the church. In a way you're kind of close in speaking about looking for man to save the situation. I would rather phrase it that till now man has been running the situation. The foundation and focus of the church has not been according to God's Ways and principles and desires so simply and clearly set forth in Scripture.
. . . Perhaps the answer to what God is saying is not so complicated. Perhaps, God is not saying anything. But that the nation simply is reaping the fruit of its actions according to what is written in Scripture. A House divided against itself cannot stand. We all know very well that there has never been this depth and breadth of division in America. I really don't think that even the war in Vietnam brought this kind and degree of division. Perhaps it was close along with the civil rights issue. But this seems of a different nature. In those former times the protests were focused on specific issues wherein people had different positions. This time around it's against the president. It's a blatant refusal to submit to the will of the majority and bring the whole system down to make way for a one-world fascist government.
I am fully convinced that the actual root is in the church. Meaning the visible division in the government is the reflection of the state of the body of the Messiah. Furthermore it is our long held contention and conviction that the foundation of the church for at least the last 50 years of which we are personally aware, is Man centered, bless me centered and not God centered as would concern his interests.
I'll stop here. . . Thanks for all your work -
Blessings and Grace to you,

Message #2 from Laura Densmore:
Reflections on the Torah: What is sin?
Sara,
Here is something to ponder regarding WHAT we need to pray into and repent of:
You quoted this verse:
"For the Lord is our judge, The Lord is our lawgiver, The Lord is our king; He will save us." (Isaiah 33:22)
The Lord, that is, Yeshua, is our LAWGIVER. But what does that mean? It means that YESHUA gave us the Torah at Mt Sinai!
There are many sins we can repent of. But I am interested in getting to the ROOT, not just the FRUITS!
What
IS sin?
Here is a Biblical definition of sin:
Whosoever committeth sin transgresseth also the Torah: for sin is the transgression of the Torah. 1 John 3:4
Remember, Torah = entire Bible from Genesis to Revelation.
We need to repent of TURNING AWAY from and NOT FOLLOWING Yeshua's Torah!
We need to repent of TURNING AWAY from and NOT FOLLOWING the whole counsel of the Word of God! We have become a "lawless" nation. A nation WITHOUT the Word of God.
So, after we repent of departing
from the WHOLE word of God, what do we do? Here is a Biblical definition of sin:
Whosoever committeth sin transgresseth also the Torah: for sin is the transgression of the Torah. 1 John 3:4
Remember, Torah = entire Bible from Genesis to Revelation.
We need to repent of TURNING AWAY from and NOT FOLLOWING Yeshua's Torah!
We need to repent of TURNING AWAY from and NOT FOLLOWING the whole counsel of the Word of God! We have become a "lawless" nation. A nation WITHOUT the Word of God.
We RETURN to following and keeping the Torah of Yeshua BY the HOLY SPIRIT!
How does that happen? Jeremiah 31:31-33 has the answer: It happens when we get a NEW HEART, a heart of flesh instead of a heart of stone, and then we step into a RENEWED covenant:
Behold, the days come, saith the LORD, that I will make a NEW COVENANT with the house of Israel,(that's us) and with the house of Judah (that's the Jews) Not according to the covenant that I made with their fathers in the day that I took them by the hand to bring them out of the land of Egypt; which my covenant they brake, although I was an husband unto them, saith the LORD: But this shall be the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel; After those days, saith the LORD, I will put my TORAH in their inward parts, and write it in their hearts; and will be their God, and they shall be my people. (Jeremiah 31:31-33)
Sara, THANK YOU for calling a three day fast! Thank you for calling us to repentance! THANK YOU for initiating and launching the Bible Readathon where the WHOLE COUNSEL of the Word of God is read and spoken out! May Yahweh reveal more and more to us as we PRESS IN to HIM, into HIS TORAH and into HIS HEART!

From Pamela:
Military Needs to be Paid!
I read this first part about our military not getting their checks. This is really WRONG. They are protecting/serving our country in a vital way, and this is wrong to keep them from their means of support; and it should NOT BE. They should not have to be concerned about their financial means of survival while they are on the front lines for our country. Congress is the one who should be losing their checks while they are uncooperative to solve the budget issues. Hopefully, they are. That might speed them along to be willing to work together and solve the problems.
I pray that the Spirit of the LORD will come visit this country's leadership in the House and Senate seats, and bring swift repentance to these men and women for not paying our military men and women immediately what is theirs this month and in the months to come. May the Spirit of the LORD bear down upon those who are the problem, whomever that is. Of course, we can still all repent and seek the LORD, with our military being paid.
I don't know why exactly, but I just had to write this and speak it into the atmosphere. Thank you for listening. Thank you for your faithful news and leading us in prayers over our country. Sincerely, Pamela
From Christine:
Thank you for this call!
Thank you for the Call to turn our hearts to home - to reject resentment and turn our hearts to one another to help, to hold, to serve, and to love one another; not just in word but in deed , considering the interests of others so that we give our lives to them as God gave and gives His life for and to us. Amen Hallelujah !
