250,000 People Just Asked the Supreme Court to Overturn Legalized Abortion
The high court doesn't begin its new term until next week, and already people are gathering out in front of the court, hoping to have their pleas heard. Tuesday it was dozens of those who feel they have a chance to greatly reduce if not end abortion.
Many people say, "Legalized abortion: it's settled law. Give up trying to get rid of it." But this group that showed up at the Court Tuesday say, "We disagree. It's time to overturn Roe v Wade."
Massive Scroll Rolled Out in front of the Court
These pro-life partisans unrolled a massive scroll outside the Supreme Court labelled the Moral Outcry - 250,000 signatures calling for the end of Roe.
Denny Thybault, whose wife first felt the call to organize this petition effort, summed up what they're asking of Americans, saying, "Will you be a voice? Will you stir up a moral outcry in the land that would provoke the people to see what the Lord's trying to do in the land? And He's trying to overturn something: the shedding of innocent blood."
Organizers hope to gather a million signatures through the website MoralOutcry.com. They insist the justices actually pay attention to such petitions.
Alan Parker of the Justice Foundation told CBN News, "When you sign the petition, you are severely criticizing Roe v Wade, and that's one of the reasons itself for overturning a Supreme Court decision."
. . . The Justice Foundation's Parker suggested, "I think we need to repent. I think pastors need to preach. We need to be able to say to America, 'Don't kill the baby, don't hurt yourself.'"
Many folks say, "You can't mess with abortion; it's a right." Others ask, "What about the rights of those unborn babies facing abortion? What about the right to life?" (Read more)

1. Benny Gantz Cancels Meeting With Benjamin Netanyahu - Jerusalem Post
A Rosh Hashanah holiday weekend full of political turmoil climaxed Tuesday night when Blue and White leader Benny Gantz canceled a meeting with Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu set before the holiday that was expected to be a last-ditch attempt to form a unity government led by Netanyahu.
The head of Blue and White's coalition negotiating team, Yoram Turbowicz, called his counterpart in Likud, Tourism Minister Yariv Levin, to tell him that there was no point in the two leaders meeting on Wednesday night. He also canceled coalition talks that had been scheduled for Wednesday morning.
"The minimum conditions have not ripened for a meeting that would be beneficial," a Blue and White spokeswoman said.

2. Netanyahu to meet leaders of national camp tomorrow - Israel National News
Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu will meet tomorrow morning with the leaders of the national camp. The meeting was announced after the Blue and White party cancelled a meeting with the Likud party's negotiating team tomorrow.
"At this stage the most basic conditions to hold an additional meeting between the negotiating teams have not ripened." the Blue and White party said. "For this reason no such meeting will be held tomorrow."

3. More Than 130,000 Sephardic Jews Apply for Spanish Citizenship by Deadline- Algemeiner
More than 130,000 descendants of Sephardic Jews expelled en masse from Spain in 1492 have requested Spanish citizenship in the past four years, the Justice Ministry said on Tuesday, hours after a deadline for applications expired.
About half of the 132,226 applications were submitted in the past month alone as the deadline drew near, it said. The bulk of applications came from Latin American countries, mainly Mexico, Colombia, and Venezuela. For the past four years, Spain allowed the foreign Sephardim to apply to become Spanish nationals without giving up their current citizenship. They had to present proof of their Sephardic background through their surnames, language, or ancestry.

4. Israel quietly lets in thousands of Gaza workers, in bid to ease tensions - Times Of Israel
GAZA CITY, Gaza Strip - Israel is quietly allowing thousands of Palestinians to enter from the Gaza Strip to conduct business and work menial jobs, apparently as part of understandings with the ruling Hamas terror group aimed at preventing a fourth war in the blockaded territory.
Israel effectively revoked thousands of work permits when it joined Egypt in imposing a crippling blockade on Gaza after Hamas seized power from rival Palestinian forces in 2007. The blockade, along with three wars between Hamas and Israel, has devastated the economy in Gaza, where unemployment is over 50%.

5. Fatah rebuffs initiative to end rift with Hamas - Jerusalem Post
The Palestinian ruling Fatah faction has dismissed as "futile" a new initiative aimed at resolving its dispute with Hamas.
Fatah's rejection of the initiative, announced by eight Palestinian factions in the Gaza Strip last week, is seen by Palestinian political analysts as a setback to Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas's plan to hold general elections.
During his recent speech before the United Nations General Assembly, Abbas said that upon his return to Ramallah, he would call for holding long overdue general elections in the West Bank, Gaza Strip and east Jerusalem.

1. US And North Korean Officials To Meet 'Within The Next Week' - Daily Caller
The United States and North Korea will hold talks "within the next week" after months of silence, the State Department announced Tuesday. North Korea's state news agency KCNA said officials agreed to working-level talks that will be held on Oct. 5.
Discussions addressing North Korea's nuclear and missile programs between the two countries were put on pause since President Donald Trump's second meeting with North Korean leader Kim Jong Un's meeting in Vietnam in February, which concluded without any kind of agreement, according to Reuters.
The president said during the February meeting that North Korea has "tremendous economic potential" if it agrees to denuclearize. (Read more)
- Father, we continue to ask for North Korea to be saved - the entire nation, from Kim Jong Un to the lowliest orphan. Bring about Your will, in Jesus Name.
- Ask me, and I will make the nations your inheritance, the ends of the earth your possession.
(Psalm 2:8)
2. Mitch McConnell: Senate would have 'no choice' but to hold trial if House votes to impeach Donald Trump - USA Today
Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell said Monday the Senate would have "no choice" but to hold a trial on whether to remove President Donald Trump from office if the House votes to put forward articles of impeachment. The Kentucky Republican told CNBC that the obligation to hold a trial is part of Senate rules, and it would take a two-thirds vote of the chamber to change that.
House Speaker Nancy Pelosi announced an impeachment inquiry last week over whether Trump improperly pressured Ukraine to investigate his political rival Joe Biden. It would take a simple majority of the House (218 votes) to submit articles of impeachment to the Senate. Impeachment would be akin to an indictment in a court proceeding. A trial would then be held in the Senate where it would take at least two-thirds (or 67 votes) to convict Trump and remove him from office. The chief justice of the Supreme Court would preside over the trial. (Read more)
- Father, we place President Trump's potential impeachment into Your capable hands. You know what is best to expose those who have corrupted our nation.
- They spread a net for my feet- I was bowed down in distress. They dug a pit in my path- but they have fallen into it themselves. (Psalm 57:6)
3. Mike Pompeo: House Democrats' Subpoenas Meant to 'Intimidate' State Dept. - Breitbart
Secretary of State Mike Pompeo on Tuesday wrote a letter to the House Foreign Affairs Committee declaring that Democrats are attempting to "intimidate" State Department officials and calling their scheduled depositions related to an impeachment inquiry "not feasible."
Three House committees have scheduled depositions with five current and former State Department officials over the next two weeks, including former ambassador to Ukraine Marie "Masha" Yovanovitch and Kurt Volker, the Ukrainian envoy who resigned last week.
The chairmen of the House Foreign Affairs, Intelligence, and Oversight committees set an October 4th deadline for Pompeo to produce documents related to their investigation of President Donald Trump's interactions with Ukraine. The investigations are part of a formal impeachment inquiry sparked by a partisan CIA officer, who in a so-called "whistleblower" complaint alleged the president attempted to pressure Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky to investigate Hunter Biden, the son of former Vice President and 2020 White House contender Joe Biden. (Read more)
- Father God, we pray the Democrats will be unsuccessful in laying perjury traps for anyone in the Trump administration.
- Whoever leads the upright along an evil path will fall into their own trap, but the blameless will receive a good inheritance. (Proverbs 28:10)
4. Amid Ukraine complaint, GOP questions move to drop 'first-hand' info requirement in whistleblower form - FoxNews
Republicans on Monday challenged intelligence community officials to explain why a key whistleblower form was apparently changed to drop a requirement for "first-hand information," questioning whether the timing was related to the explosive complaint on President Trump's call with the leader of Ukraine.
That anonymous complaint, which spurred congressional Democrats to launch an impeachment inquiry last week, was based on second-hand accounts from "more than half a dozen U.S. officials."
In a detail first reported by The Federalist, a key form was recently revised to drop a requirement that such complaints include first-hand information in order to be sent to Congress. In a letter obtained by Fox News, top House Republicans urged Intelligence Community Inspector General Michael Atkinson to preserve all records related to that revision, allegedly made sometime in August. (Read more)
- Father, we thank You for bringing this information to light and ask You to expose the motives of the officials who changed the reporting form.
- He will speak against the Most High and oppress his holy people and try to change the set times and the laws. (Daniel 7:25, excerpt)
5. AG Barr Is Ramping Up His Probe of CIA, FBI Activities In 2016 - Daily Caller
Attorney General William Barr has met with foreign intelligence officials, including during a trip to Italy earlier in September, regarding an investigation into surveillance activities against the Trump campaign, The Washington Post reported. Barr was joined in the meeting by John Durham, the U.S. attorney in Connecticut.
"As the Department of Justice has previously announced, a team led by U.S. Attorney John Durham is investigating the origins of the U.S. counterintelligence probe of the Trump 2016 presidential campaign," department spokeswoman Kerri Kupec told Politico in a statement. "Mr. Durham is gathering information from numerous sources, including a number of foreign countries. At Attorney General Barr's request, the President has contacted other countries to ask them to introduce the Attorney General and Mr. Durham to appropriate officials."
Barr tapped Durham earlier in 2019 to lead a broad investigation into FBI and CIA activities in the run-up to an investigation into whether the Trump campaign colluded with the Russian government. (Read more)
- Father God, we pray nothing will remain hidden from Attorney General Barr, John Durham and all those within the Department of Justice who are doing their jobs with integrity.
- "Thus says the Lord of hosts: Execute true justice, show mercy and compassion everyone to his brother. Do not oppress the widow or the fatherless, the alien or the poor. Let none of you plan evil in his heart against his brother." (Zechariah 7:9-10)
6. New Evidence Suggests Prosecutors Pressured Michael Flynn To Lie - The Federalist
The evidence of prosecutorial misconduct in the Michael Flynn case continues to grow. And with each new court filing by Flynn's new criminal defense attorney, Sidney Powell, the public learns more about the events leading up to Flynn's guilty plea and the government's manipulation of Trump's former national security advisor.
Powell posited that prosecutor Brandon "Van Grack was determined that Mr. Flynn would testify in the Rafiekian case that he had knowingly signed a false FARA registration, even though Mr. Van Grack knew that was not true and Mr. Flynn had not agreed to that in the course of his plea agreement."
For Van Grack to demand Flynn testify he knowingly filed false FARA statements under these circumstances is troubling and suggests Powell was not using hyperbole when she charged Van Grack with "asking my client to lie." (Read more)
- Father God, we pray these revelations will cause all charges against Lt. General Flynn to be dismissed with prejudice, and for him to be reimbursed for all his attorney's fees. We also ask for the prosecutors in this case be disciplined and /or disbarred for compelling his guilty plea and misrepresenting the evidence against him.
- The judges shall investigate thoroughly, and if the witness is a false witness and he has accused his brother falsely, then you shall do to him just as he had intended to do to his brother. Thus you shall purge the evil from among you.
(Deuteronomy 19:18-19)
7. Contracts Awarded for 65 Miles of New Texas Border Walls - Breitbart
Federal officials announced the awarding of approximately 65 miles of new walls along the Texas Border. Officials reported the new wall is not funded under President Donald Trump's National Emergency Declaration or any other Department of Defense funding.
"The border wall system will include an 18-30 foot tall steel bollard wall, all-weather roads, lighting, enforcement cameras, and other related technology to create a complete enforcement zone," officials stated. "Construction is anticipated to begin in early 2020, pending availability of real estate, and will take place in locations where no barriers currently exist."
"These projects will improve the RGV Sector's ability to impede and deny illegal border crossings and the drug and human smuggling activities of transnational criminal organizations, CBP officials concluded. (Read more)
- Father, we pray these contractors will complete this work quickly. We also ask for Your protection to cover these workers and their families from the Mexican cartels and their allies.
- When all our enemies heard [the wall was completed], and all the nations surrounding us saw it, they lost their confidence; for they recognized that this work had been accomplished with the help of our God. (Nehemiah 6:16)
8. With liberal bloc aging, Trump may get more Supreme Court appointments - Reuters
With 86-year-old liberal Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg enduring a series of health scares, the question of whether President Donald Trump will get to make yet another U.S. Supreme Court appointment before the 2020 election lingers as the nine justices prepare to begin their new term next week.
Two of the four liberal justices are over 80 years old, including Stephen Breyer, who turned 81 last month. Ginsburg, a justice since 1993, underwent radiation therapy in August to treat a cancerous tumor on her pancreas after having two cancerous nodules in her left lung removed last December.
With Trump's fellow Republicans in control of the Senate, which wields confirmation power over federal judicial nominations, Majority Leader Mitch McConnell is well placed to push through another Trump Supreme Court appointment even if the vacancy arises close to the November 2020 election. (Read more)
- Father, we pray each person currently serving and all who are destined to serve on our Supreme Court will have hearts fully surrendered to Your Son, Jesus.
- The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom, and the knowledge of the Holy One is understanding. (Proverbs 9:10)
9. Court Rules University of Iowa Officials Must Pay From Their Own Pockets For Their Religious Discrimination - CBN News
In a stunning decision, a federal judge has ruled that officials at the University of Iowa violated the law when they kicked InterVarsity Christian Fellowship off their campus and that they are personally responsible for costs incurred by InterVarsity in defending its rights. The court held that this discrimination was so egregious that the officers involved - and possibly even the University's president - would be personally accountable for any money InterVarsity lost fighting to stay on campus.
The court noted that it had already warned the University of Iowa about discriminating against religious groups. In February, the court ruled "the University of Iowa can't strip a Christian group of its status as a registered student organization based on its requirement that leaders follow its statement of faith." (Read more)
- Father, we pray this case will be a warning to college officials around the country - that they cannot discriminate against religious organizations on campus.
- But when Jesus saw this, He was indignant and said to them, "Permit the children to come to Me; do not hinder them; for the kingdom of God belongs to such as these. (Mark 10:14)
10. U.S. Adversaries Will Exploit Washington Crises - National Review
Russian military specialists are flying to Venezuela, Iran is increasing its drone threats to Saudi Arabia, and Turkey is blustering about a new military operation in eastern Syria.
U.S. adversaries watch American domestic politics carefully, as evidenced by their own state media playing up internal divisions in the U.S. Iran, Turkey, and Russia all seem poised to leverage the current crisis and distraction in the U.S. to their own benefit.
It will be difficult for U.S. policymakers to emphasize that our policy is consistent amid the current crises that lay open White House conversations with foreign leaders, but the U.S. doesn't want to be on the back foot in both Syria and Iraq, potentially jeopardizing U.S. partners in eastern Syria and in the Kurdish region of northern Iraq. Any U.S. retreat in Iraq or Syria would be capitalized on by Iran and used to threaten U.S. allies, particularly Israel. In northern Iraq, where U.S. forces are standing shoulder to shoulder with Kurdish peshmerga against the continued ISIS threat, there are also concerns that Iranian-backed militias increasing their presence and threats. - Father God, we pray for President Trump to have great wisdom in confronting and diffusing threats around the world.

Clinton's, Biden's and the DNC's Ukraine fingerprints
Failed presidential candidate Hillary Clinton is making another round of media appearances, drawing speculation that she may run again for president. About President Trump, Clinton told Jane Pauley on CBS News' Sunday Morning that. "I believe he knows he's an illegitimate president. So of course he's obsessed with me. And I believe it's a guilty conscience, in so much as he has." It seems, however, that Clinton and her Democratic Party leadership is actually obsessed with Trump and wanting to remove him from office by accusing him of dirty shenanigans with Ukraine. As it turns out, Clinton also used Ukraine to dig up dirt on Trump during the 2016 election. The plot thickens.
Chairman of the Senate Finance Committee Charles Grassley (R-IA) and Chairman of the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee Ron Johnson (R-WS) have asked Attorney General William Barr to investigate Clinton's and the Democratic National Committee's role in asking Ukraine's government to "collect evidence that Trump, his organization and [campaign manager Paul] Manafort were Russian assets, working to hurt the US and working with [Russian President Vladimir] Putin against US interests." Grassley and Johnson quoted from The Hill's May 2, 2019 story that the Ukrainian Embassy confirmed that a DNC contractor solicited Trump dirt in 2016.
The senators' letter to Barr also points out that Ukraine government officials have said they have been trying unsuccessfully to provide the Justice Department with more information available on presidential candidate Joe Biden's attempts to influence Ukraine regarding investigations into his son's business dealings. Additionally, they stated that representatives from Hunter Biden's company met with the new Ukraine prosecutor to apologize for US representatives disseminating false information about the investigation into the owner of Burisma Holdings (Hunter Biden's company). The senators asked Barr to provide documentation on these matters, and the Clinton-Ukraine connection by October 14.
This is an example of the common stratagem of the Clintons and the DNC of doing dirty deeds, and trying to cover them up by accusing someone else of doing the same thing. Interesting that Ukraine is the common ground of accusations about Russian influence and digging for dirt on candidates. It is exposing just how far reaching the corruption is within US political parties and the government itself. It reminds me of Ezekiel 8:8-9, "Then he said unto me, Son of man, dig now in the wall: and when I had dug in the wall, behold a door. And he said unto me, Go in, and behold the wicked abominations that they do here." The more we dig, the more abominations we find. I had written in 2016 that Clinton was boss of an organized crime cartel. Hopefully, this impeachment fervor will expose it all.
