"Standing United Together . . . Under the Cross of Christ"

President Trump versus the U.N.

PRESIDENT DONALD J. TRUMP IS DEFENDING OUR SOVEREIGNTY AND CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS FROM THE UNITED NATIONS' ARMS TRADE TREATY

"We will never surrender America's sovereignty to an unelected, unaccountable, global bureaucracy." - President Donald J. Trump

PROTECTING AMERICA'S INTERESTS:

President Donald J. Trump is putting America first and ensuring we are not bound by the United Nations' (UN) misguided Arms Trade Treaty (ATT).

Today, President Trump announced that he will never ratify the ATT and will ask the Senate to return it.

> The ATT purports to set international standards for trade in conventional arms, including everything from firearms to military aircraft.

> The previous Administration signed-on to the treaty in 2013, but it waited three years to ask the United States Senate to ratify it in the 11th hour of that Administration.

> The ATT is being opened up for amendment in 2020 and there are potential proposals that the United States cannot support.

> The ATT unnecessarily constrains our ability to sell arms to our allies and partners, while failing to truly address the problem of irresponsible arms transfers.

> The President has made clear that he will never surrender American sovereignty and rights.

DEFENDING OUR SOVEREIGN RIGHTS:

President Trump is protecting our country's sovereignty and standing up for our constitutional rights.

President Trump has pledged to defend America's sovereignty and always put America first and this decision follows through on that pledge.

> The President has repeatedly acted to protect and preserve our sovereignty, including by taking strong action to head off possible investigation of United States military and intelligence personnel by the International Criminal Court.

> There is a track record of the ATT being used by groups to try and overturn sovereign national decisions on arms exports.

> For example, organizations sued the United Kingdom under the treaty to try and prevent a legal transfer of arms to Saudi Arabia.

By announcing the United States will not join the ATT, President Trump is ensuring this agreement will not harm Americans' Second Amendment rights.

- The United States export controls have long been considered the gold standard for engaging in responsible arms trading and we will continue to use them under our own laws.

> The ATT is simply not needed for the United States to engage in responsible arms trade.

> America will continue to abide by United States laws that ensure our arms sales are implemented after careful legal and policy reviews.

A MISGUIDED AGREEMENT:

The ATT fails to actually address the problem of irresponsible arms transfers

- The ATT will only constrain responsible countries while allowing the irresponsible arms trade to continue.

- Currently, 63 countries are completely out of the agreement, including major arms exporters like Russia, China, and India.

- The ATT cannot achieve its chief objective of addressing irresponsible arms transfers if these major arms exporters are not subject to it at all.

- Father God, we see by this report that President Trump is a man of his word. During his campaign in 2016, President Trump promised to defend and to restore America's sovereignty. By refusing to sign this U.N. Arms Trade Treaty, our President is doing exactly that. Thank You, Lord, for President Trump. Amen.
"I urge, then, first of all, that petitions, prayers, intercession and thanksgiving be made for all people- for kings and all those in authority, that we may live peaceful and quiet lives in all godliness and holiness." (I Timothy 2:1,2)

Breaking News!

"BREAKING: FISA Court Report Shows Obama's FBI Hired Contractors To Surveil American Citizens To Hurt Repubs in 2016"

Joe DiGenova was interviewed tonight on the Ingraham Angle by host Mike Huckabee. DiGenova is known as the country's leading authority on the FISA Court because of his previous experiences on that court. He stated that the chief judge on the FISA court has already submitted a report to U. S. Attorney General William Barr which details that for at least four years under Obama, four contractors were hired by the FBI to do illegal surveillance of Americans to be used against the Republican Party in the 2016 elections.

DiGenova said that Admiral Michael Rogers, who was the head of the NSA under Obama, was the person who found out about the contractors and went to the FISA Court with his information. This got the investigation going, and DiGenova said that Admiral Rogers is the real "hero."

Under Obama, James Comey was the head of the FBI; John Brennan was the head of the CIA; Loretta Lynch succeeded Eric Holder as head of the DOJ in 2014; James Clapper was the head of the Department of National Intelligence (DNI); Sally Yates was the U. S. Deputy Attorney General

All of these people and more will be in the crosshairs of AG Barr's investigation of the illegal and criminal surveillance done under Obama. DiGenova believes these people will be held responsible for their illegal acts.

Every American should be outraged that any of us could be surveilled for political purposes by the highest security agencies in the United States.

- Father, we thank You that the wheels of justice have been turning, and what has been uncovered will be revealed for all to see. Help our nation come into unity against these illegal acts and those who committed them.

- Also in Judah the hand of God was on the people to give them unity of mind to carry out what the king and his officials had ordered, following the word of the Lord. (2 Chronicles 30:12)

Immigration Update

Massachusetts judge faces federal charges for blocking immigration arrest

BOSTON, April 25 (Reuters) - U.S. federal prosecutors on Thursday charged a Massachusetts judge and court officer with conspiracy and obstruction, saying they blocked an Immigration and Customs Enforcement officer from arresting an illegal immigrant at a 2018 court proceeding.

The move marks the latest skirmish over immigration between President Donald Trump's administration and local governments who have resisted his crackdown. The state's Democratic attorney general called the charges "politically motivated."

The charges target Massachusetts District Court Judge Shelley Joseph, 51, and Massachusetts Trial Court Officer Wesley MacGregor, 56.

They focus on an April 2018 hearing in Newton District Court, outside Boston, where an Immigration and Customs Enforcement officer intended to arrest an unidentified suspected illegal immigrant from the Dominican Republic facing a drug charge.

They described a huddled conversation between the judge and the defendant's lawyer in which Joseph asks, "ICE is gonna get him?" and later says, "I'm not gonna allow them to come in here."

She then arranged for the suspect to be released through the court's rear door while the ICE agent waited in the courtroom's lobby for him to emerge.

The state Supreme Judicial Court suspended Joseph without pay, but said its move "in no way reflects any opinion on the merits of the pending criminal case."
One of Trump's top priorities in office has been cracking down on illegal and legal immigration and he has regularly railed against "sanctuary" cities and states that do not cooperate with all aspects of federal immigration enforcement. (Reuters) Read more.

While the nation perishes

Daily Jot sources with first-hand knowledge of the situation at the US-Mexico border have been expressing frustration about the lack of attention the crisis is receiving in Washington, D.C. When asked if the conditions there were as bad as being reported, one source said, "Far worse." Concerns are that the crossings into the US are bringing with them disease, drugs, crime, and most unfortunately, human trafficking. Facilities are stressed to the max. Border patrol personnel are frustrated, and there seems to be no end in sight to throttle the massive invasion coming through Mexico to the US. One reliable inside source gave a detailed assessment of the problems, which are well known to those trying to deal with them.

He writes, "For you information, I saw a Memo today that says in the first six months of this fiscal year (Oct-Mar), the U.S. Border Patrol reported 361,000 apprehensions across the Southwest border. This exceeds all apprehensions in Fiscal Year 2017, and is twice as many compared to this timeframe last year. Over 225,000 of those apprehended - 62 percent - are family units and unaccompanied children mostly from Guatemala, Honduras and El Salvador. The Memo went on to say these vulnerable populations need a special level of care while in custody and the Border Patrol simply does not have facilities or the personnel needed to care for, transport and process them, and "In short, this crisis has overwhelmed the Border Patrol's capacity and resources.""

He continued: "I personally don't know the conditions in those three named countries. If something could be done to help those small countries so their own citizens could have a hope to build a life in their own land, it would help on all fronts. There are those in Congress who are complaining that President Trump isn't doing anything about that . . .but one can't ignore the crisis at the Border either . . . Politicians should come together to address both sides of the problem . . . Oh wait, that's the REAL problem, isn't it? They are politicians and not leaders!! Wasting all their time attacking each other and NEVER ADDRESSING, LET ALONE SOLVING, ANY REAL PROBLEMS OR ISSUES FACING THE PEOPLE OF OUR OWN COUNTRY. The whole of Congress is a disgrace - each individual, bar none - for their failure to lead."
Ezekiel 22:30 is often quoted as an encouraging verse. Part A says, " And I sought for a man among them, that should build up the wall, and stand in the gap before me for the land, that I should not destroy it." What is often not quoted from this verse is the rest of it. Part B says, "but I found none." America is in a position right now that there are no statesmen to light the way to solve our many challenges. They are too busy fighting one another, standing in the path of progress, while the enemy floods the gaps in the wall. So many people ask me "What can be done." It is so difficult to say. It starts with prayer. May we come to unity in faith, wisdom and action. We need those who will stand in the gap that we as a people do not perish.

Have a Blessed and Powerful Day!

What Are We Waiting For?

A Sacred Assembly in Your Prayer Closet or Your Church
April 30th, 2019

For godly sorrow worketh repentance to salvation not to be repented of: but the sorrow of the world worketh death. ~ 2 Corinthians 7:10 (KJV)

Dear Christian Warriors:
Are you grieved for our nation's spiritual health? We've made such a mess only He can begin to fix it.

The Lord is looking for repentance to begin at the grassroots; to you and me. In due season church or government officials will call for such a day but in the meantime, we are His people called by His name. If we humble ourselves, and pray, and seek His face, and TURN, really repent, more than just feeling sorry--- from our wicked ways, THEN He will hear from heaven, forgive sin, and heal our lands. (2 Chronicles 7:14).

Can you set aside 60 to 90 minutes on the 30th of April? For the eighth year in a row NDR is calling for a National Day of Repentance. Join thousands not just in the USA but in other nations who will join us in repenting.
According to 2 Chronicles 7:14 and 15, when you or I, anyone in the Body of Christ, His Bride, repents, the LORD promises that He will "heal our land."
" . . . if my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land.

Now my eyes will be open and my ears attentive to the prayers offered in this place."
Like Daniel, and Nehemiah, it's time to repent for personal and national sins.

Once each week, on Sunday mornings and for 24 hours, join with others in OPERATION RESTORATION . . .

"Operation Restoration"

This initiative is based upon the Move of the Spirit that was launched last month during Operation Refiner's Fire. The LORD has shown us that He has used those fires to ignite the FIRE of the HOLY SPIRIT to visit our people, which He now yearns to keep burning among our people until the day of His return!

"Operation Restoration" is based on the promise of Scripture, recorded in
2 Chronicles 7:14,15.

It is written:

. . . "and if My people who are called by My name humble themselves and pray and seek My face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, will forgive their sin and will heal their land.

"Now My eyes will be open and My ears attentive to the prayer offered in this place."

This is a weekly Solemn Assembly, where saints can feel free to gather each Sunday, to offer prayers of repentance before our Lord, for the many sins our nation has committed before Him.

Abba so desires to hear our prayers . . . He is just waiting to heal us!

You can join us, any Sunday, beginning at 9:00 a.m. EST by calling:
712-770-5320
Access Code: 150411##
Each week, our conference line for Operation Restoration will remain open until Monday morning at 9:00 a.m.EST -- allowing for 24 hours of nonstop prayer before our King of Kings, that He might, indeed, "heal our land." Amen.

Our Weekly Prayer Focus

Our Weekly Prayer Focus:

(for the week of April 28 - May 4, 2019)

From the National Prayer Embassy

The first Thursday of each May is the official National Day of Prayer in America. On May 2nd this year many special prayer vigils and rallies are being planned for cities and towns across our nation. Public school students will gather around their flagpoles for 7:00 a.m. prayer. Citizens will gather at their closest city halls or other government buildings for noon hour prayer. Throughout the day and especially in the evening of May 2nd many communities will hold joint church prayer services.

Some are organizing prayer tours using vehicles to pass the main buildings associated with the government, media, economy and military in each community, using them as reminders to pray for each specific concern. Let's pray about all of this today:

"Father God, we thank You for helping us to bring forth on the National Day of Prayer those fervent and effectual prayers based on Your word, led by Your Spirit and multiplied in unity that will avail much good for our nation and world. We thank You, Lord, for good weather leading up to and on May 2nd to facilitate all of the outdoor prayer meetings.

We thank you, Lord, for helping all those working now to organize prayer meetings for the National Day of Prayer, and for helping us to make every day a day of prayer by our nation and for all nations, in Jesus' name. Amen!"
