1. Iran Claims to Have Formula for Nuclear Bomb - Washington Free Beacon
A senior Iranian official said over the weekend that the Islamic Republic has the chemical and technical know-how to produce a nuclear weapon, according to Farsi language remarks independently translated for the Washington Free Beacon.
Ahmad Khatami, a senior member of Iran's Assembly of Experts, which enjoys close ties with Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei, claimed in recent comments that having a nuclear missile "is vital for Iran to confront the U.S. and its allies," according to Farsi language comments made over the weekend.
"Having missile[s] and nuclear authority is vital for Iran to confront the U.S. and its allies." Khatami was quoted as saying in remarks in which he also referred to the United States as a thug. (Read more)

2. CIA, Mossad, MI6 Smuggle Iranian Nuclear Scientist to UK - Breitbart
TEL AVIV - An Iranian nuclear scientist was reportedly smuggled out of the Islamic Republic to the UK in a dinghy in a joint operation conducted by the CIA, Mossad and Britain's MI6, the UK's Sunday Express reported.
Citing unnamed sources, the British paper said the nuclear technician has information on Iran's nuclear program. He also helped plan the assassination of Mostafa Ahmadi Roshan, a nuclear scientist who died in a car bombing in Tehran in 2012, the newspaper alleged. (Read more)

3. Netanyahu confirms Israel attacked Iranian targets in Syria - World Israel News
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu spoke to reporters before departing for Poland on Tuesday, explaining that Israel enjoys "very good relations" with every country in the region "except Syria." He also confirmed Israel carried out a strike against Iran in Syria a day before.
According to Netanyahu, the focus of Wednesday's Mideast conference in Warsaw will be Iran, an issue he says "unites Israel, the United States, many countries in the world."
Wednesday's conference is co-hosted by the U.S. and Poland and its official focus is Mideast peace and security. Around 80 countries are participating, including Israel. Iran was not invited, nor will the Palestinians have any representation at the summit. Netanyahu says he doesn't think the Trump administration's "Deal of the Century" peace plan will be discussed. 4. Syrian Army Sends Reinforcements To Golan Heights Border- Report - Jerusalem Post
The Syrian Arab Army has sent reinforcements to a base in the Quneitra area bordering the Golan Heights, according to the Lebanese news site, Al-Masdar News. This comes just 24 hours after the Syrian Army placed their air defense forces on high alert across western Syria. This is the first time Syria has reinforced the border since beginning their military operation in the Quneitra area.
Reinforcements from the National Defense Forces (NDF) militia which fights alongside the Syrian Army joined the Syrian forces on the border.
On Monday, IDF tanks attacked 3 sites in Quneitra, resulting in the destruction of two Syrian Army garrisons and the former Al-Quneitra Hospital. Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu confirmed the strike on Tuesday before leaving to Poland for a Mideast conference saying, "We are operating every day, including yesterday, against Iran. All the time. Against Iran and against its attempt to entrench itself in the area," Reuters reported. (Read more)
5. ALERT!! Trump blasts Muslim congresswoman for anti-Semitism: 'She should be ashamed of herself' - World Israel News
President Donald Trump said that Freshman Democratic congresswoman Ilhan Omar "should be ashamed of herself" for the accusation she had made against AIPAC. "And I don't think her apology was adequate," he added, speaking to reporters aboard the presidential Air Force One jet, according to The Washington Times.
The Minnesota congresswoman apologized for remarks she made on Sunday that conjured up the anti-Semitic trope of Jews buying power with money, insinuating that the pro-Israel American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC) buys off U.S. politicians to support Israel. Omar said on Monday that "anti-Semitism is real and I am grateful for Jewish allies and colleagues who are educating me on the painful history of anti-Semitic tropes. My intention is never to offend my constituents or Jewish Americans as a whole." However, she still insisted that AIPAC held too much power.
However, the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) defended comments made by Omar and Rep. Rashida Tlaib, another Muslim congresswoman who has sharply criticized Israel and - like Omar - called for boycotting the Jewish State. (Read more)
6. Israel, Iran to Join Russia-led Free Trade Agreement - Jewish Press
Israel is expected to sign a free-trade deal with the Russian-led Eurasian Economic Union, or EAEU, in the near future - along with Iran - according to officials in Jerusalem and Moscow. However, Israel and Iran will each sign their own free-trade accord with the bloc, meaning that the adversaries can not trade freely with one another.
"The negotiations with the EAEU were launched in Moscow in April 2018, following positive results of a comprehensive Joint Feasibility Study conducted by the parties," a spokesperson for the Economy Ministry told The Times of Israel on Monday.
"The agreement will cover various aspects of trade in goods, such as rules of origin, customs cooperation, technical barriers to trade, sanitary and phytosanitary measures, e-commerce, dispute settlement and others," added the spokesperson. (Read more)
7. Saudi King to Abbas: We support establishment of Palestinian state - Israel National News
Palestinian Authority chairman Mahmoud Abbas met on Tuesday in Riyadh with King Salman of Saudi Arabia.
The official Saudi news agency reported that during the meeting, the king stressed the kingdom's support for the independence of the Palestinian people and for the establishment of an independent state with eastern Jerusalem as its capital. It was also reported that Abbas discussed with the king of Saudi Arabia the current political situation and the dangers facing the Palestinian issue, especially regarding Jerusalem.(Read more)
8. Shaked on whether AG should delay PM graft decision: I have total faith in him - Times of Israel
Justice Minister Ayelet Shaked said Tuesday she had complete confidence in the attorney general, and was sure he would make the right decision regarding a possible announcement of plans to indict Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu ahead of the April 9 elections.
Netanyahu has argued that it would skew democracy were Attorney General Avichai Mandelblit to announce a decision to indict him in the next two months in one or more of the three corruption probes against him, since any such decision would mean Netanyahu could ask for a hearing to put his case, and this hearing process could not possibly be completed before election day.
But Shaked, asked by Times of Israel Editor David Horovitz in a public interview Tuesday night whether she supported the prime minister's argument, or rather believed Mandelblit need not delay a decision, said she had complete faith in Mandelblit and didn't want to say anything to interfere with his decision-making process. 1. Rare George Washington Letter Surfaces, Praising God for the US Constitution - CBN News
After spending decades out of the public eye in a private collection, a letter written by George Washington about God and the Constitution is up for sale. In the document, Washington praises God for the ratification of the US Constitution, which had been written in Philadelphia a year before. Washington's letter was written at a time when states were questioning the Constitution. Some even wanted to hold a second convention to possibly rewrite it, according to Fox News.
"It would seem from the public Gazettes that the Minority in your State are preparing for another attack of the - now - adopted Government; how formidable it may be; I know not," Washington wrote. "But that Providence which has hitherto smiled on the honest endeavors of the well-meaning part of the People of this Country will not, I trust, withdraw its support from them at this crisis." The letter from Washington to Richard Peters, speaker of the Pennsylvania General Assembly, and a former member of the Continental Congress, is signed Sept. 7, 1788.
"Washington, who was the General in Chief of the Continental Army during the war and President of the Constitutional Convention makes a remarkable statement in this powerful letter: his victory in battle and his stewardship over the Convention that led to our Constitution came with the guiding influence of a higher power," Nathan Raab, president of the Raab Collection, said in a statement. 3. American Jews Thank Trump in Full Page New York Times Ad - The Jewish Voice
American Jewish leaders took out a full-page advertisement in the New York Times on Thursday to thank President Donald Trump for his efforts to combat anti-Semitism across the globe and criticize Democrats for their open embrace of causes advocating the destruction of Israel.
"Anti-Semitism must be confronted and defeated," the advertisement declares. It also contains a direct quote from Trump in which he declares, "The scourge of anti-Semitism cannot be ignored, cannot be tolerated, and it cannot be allowed to continue."
"We wish to congratulate and to thank President Donald Trump, Secretary of State Mike Pompeo, and the entire Trump administration for the recent appointment of Mr. Elan S. Carr to the position of State Department Special Envoy to Monitor and Combat Anti-Semitism. Anti-Semitism ranks among the oldest, most destructive forms of bigotry," the advertisement says. 4. Donald Trump Not Happy with Bipartisan Border Security Deal - Breitbart
President Donald Trump said Tuesday he was not impressed by the border security deal reached by bipartisan members of Congress but did not say whether he would sign it. According to reports, the compromise funding bill would only fund $1.375 billion for only 55 miles of physical border barriers and cap the level of detention beds for ICE. The president and Congress have until February 15 to reach a deal or face another government shutdown.
Trump said he would have additional meetings on the proposal, hinting that he was glad that some progress was being made. Trump suggested he could use "additional methods" to build the wall, citing money elsewhere that could be used to fund it. He also left open the possibility of declaring a State of Emergency on the border to direct funding for physical barriers without Congress. (Read more)

5. WH Spokesman: Will Dems Tell Us Into Which Congressional Districts We Should Release Criminal Aliens? - CNS News
A White House spokesman on Tuesday said if Democrats insist on limiting detention beds for criminal aliens, they'll have to specify which congressional districts those overflow criminals should be released into.
The compromise border security deal reportedly gives the president $1.375 billion for a border "barrier" (not a wall); keeps ICE detention capacity for criminal aliens at the current 40,520 level; and appropriates an additional $1.7 billion to upgrade border technology, ports of entry, and other security measures.
I will tell you, the president obviously wants to protect the American people. He's been clear about what he wants. And so far, all we've heard from Democrats are proposals that included letting people out of jail who were convicted criminals. Some of those include rapists and murderers. That's completely unacceptable. Gidley said the proposal to reduce or limit ICE detention capacity came as a surprise, because of the "insanity" of releasing criminal aliens into U.S. communities. 6. Federal Judge Declines to Block Citizenship Question From 2020 Census - The Lid
A federal judge Friday said privacy concerns were not a sufficient reason to immediately block a question about citizenship from the census, declining a request to offer a preliminary injunction.
It is still unclear whether the citizenship question will appear on the 2020 census because other lawsuits to block it are still pending. In a different case, a federal judge in New York issued a ruling last month that the citizenship question was unlawful. The Supreme Court is deciding whether to take that on appeal.
According to Benny Huang, illegal aliens warp the census data, so that big, liberal states such as New York and California receive more representation in Congress than they are entitled to. They are literally stealing House seats from other states. (Read more)

7. Lawyer: Mueller won't issue report - WND
While special counsel Robert Mueller has been investigating for nearly two years claims of collusion between the 2016 Trump campaign and Russia, members of the U.S. Senate have been conducting a parallel probe. And like Mueller, the senators have found no evidence of collusion.
ABC News reported lawyer John Dowd, who headed the president's legal team for a time, believes Mueller's work will fizzle. "I don't think there'll be a report," he told the network. "I will be shocked if anything regarding the president is made public, other than 'We're done.'" He said there's no merit to the investigation that was fueled in part by an unverified, anti-Trump dossier funded by the Hillary Clinton campaign and the Democratic National Committee. Dowd told ABC he wouldn't be surprised if nothing comes of the Mueller investigation. "I know exactly what [Mueller] has," Dowd said. "I know exactly what every witness said, what every document said. I know exactly what he asked. And I know what the conclusion or the result is." His belief? "This is one of the greatest frauds this country's ever seen." (Read more)

8. Senate will vote on AOC's 'Green New Deal' - Washington Examiner
Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell said Tuesday he'll soon bring up Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez's "Green New Deal" resolution, a move designed to put Democrats on the spot on the controversial measure. Ocasio-Cortez, D-N.Y., along with Sen. Ed Markey, D-Mass., introduced the resolution last week, and it currently has 67 co-sponsors, all Democrats, in the House.
"I've noted with great interest the Green New Deal and we are going to be voting on that in the Senate," the Kentucky Republican said Tuesday after meeting privately with senators. "We'll give everyone an opportunity to go on record and see how they feel about the Green New Deal."
Senate Republicans said holding a vote on the resolution in the Senate would force lawmakers to go on record as to whether they back the plan. Leaders did not say when the vote will be scheduled. "It's an opportunity for members on both sides to weigh in on that," Sen. John Thune, R-S.D., said. "Most of us in our conference believe a lot of the ideas contained in the 'Green New Deal' are going to be disastrous for our economy and for the American people." (Read more)

9. Donald Trump calls on freshman Democrat Ilhan Omar to 'resign from Congress' over Israel comments - Fox News
President Donald Trump has called on freshman Democratic Rep. Ilhan Omar to resign over her controversial Israel comments. "Anti-Semitism has no place in the United States Congress," Trump told reporters during a Cabinet meeting. "I think she should either resign from Congress or she should certainly resign from the foreign affairs committee."
The call for Omar's resignation came after Trump said Monday the Minnesota Democrat "should be ashamed of herself". Omar apologized Monday for comments in which she implied that a prominent pro-Israel lobby compensated lawmakers for their support of the Jewish state, but insisted on what she called "the problematic role of lobbyists in our politics."
She drew condemnation from members of both parties after she tweeted Sunday evening that AIPAC has been paying members of Congress to support Israel. On Monday, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., called on Omar to apologize, saying that "her use of anti-Semitic tropes and prejudicial accusations about Israel's supporters is deeply offensive." 10. The 2019 Dirty Dozen List Revealed - Covenant Eyes
Each year the National Center on Sexual Exploitation (NCOSE), based in Washington, DC, publicly calls out twelve major, mainstream organizations that financially benefit from degrading human dignity. This naming of names puts pressure on these groups to clean up their act or face continued public scrutiny. "No corporation should profit from or facilitate sexual exploitation," said Haley Halverson, Vice President of Advocacy and Outreach at the National Center on Sexual Exploitation. Major brands like Amazon, Google, Netflix, Sports Illustrated, Twitter, and United Airlines made the list this year. The State of Nevada made the 2019 list for legalizing and normalizing prostitution. As a result of their change in legislation, Nevada has the highest rates of illegal sex trade in the country.
NCOSE named United Airlines as one of the worst commercial transportation services for its sexually charged climate. Netflix also finds itself on the 2019 Dirty Dozen List for producing [pornography] in shows meant for teen and younger audiences. (Read more)

The deceitful web of election meddling
he Departments of Justice and Homeland Security Tuesday issued a joint statement saying the results of their classified joint study on the 2018 midterm election concluded there was no foreign interference on the election and political/campaign infrastructure. The statement said, "Although the specific conclusions within the joint report must remain classified, the Departments have concluded there is no evidence to date that any identified activities of a foreign government or foreign agent had a material impact on the integrity or security of election infrastructure or political/campaign infrastructure used in the 2018 midterm elections for the United States Congress." This means that Russia did not alter the election infrastructure.
The statement also indicated: "Throughout the 2018 midterm election cycle, the Departments of Justice and Homeland Security worked closely with federal, state, local, and private sector partners, including all 50 states and more than 1400 local jurisdictions, to support efforts to secure election infrastructure and limit risk posed by foreign interference. Efforts to safeguard the 2020 elections are already underway." This statement comes in the wake of a February 2018 testimony by Director of National Intelligent Dan Coats before the Senate Intelligence Committee that Russia was poised to use "propaganda, social media, false-flag personas, sympathetic spokespeople and other means of influence to try to exacerbate social and political fissures in the United States."
Despite the Democratic Party's and media's relentless self-generated propaganda that the 2016 Presidential election was somehow rigged by a Donald Trump-Russia conspiracy, the intel agencies (who are also not to be trusted) are certifying that the US election infrastructure was sound. This does not, however, absolve what went into the election infrastructure. Voters are always influenced by what they hear, see and read. Russia used America's limitless freedom of speech to create opportunities to influence and confuse voters, probably no differently than the campaign efforts of the US politicians themselves. Voters cast their votes based on what they surmised on a candidate's positions, likeability or other factors.
The problem with election meddling is the action that occurs inside the voter booth-not the infrastructure. We have documented cases of illegal voting inspired by out-of-date voter rolls, fraudulent registration and other scurrilous actions that suppress voting or fix outcomes. This is where the emphasis should be placed instead of worrying about the Russians, who have been trying to influence US elections for decades. In other words, we are all responsible for how we voted, whether we voted legally, illegally, liberal or conservative or not at all. The entire narrative is a ruse to cover up the dark deeds of the accusers, who have woven an intricate web of deceit. As Christ said in Matthew 24:4, "Take heed that no man deceive you."

Beto Forced To Pause After Trump's Thunderous Crowd Noise Fills Anti-Trump Rally
What America needed on a Monday night in mid-February was a pair of dueling rallies.
Because why not? There's not another election until next November, but we've got a showdown over the border wall and we've got Betomania going on.
Amid that backdrop were two large gatherings down in El Paso, Texas. The first was President Donald Trump's "Finish the Wall" rally in the El Paso Coliseum. The second was a counter-rally by former Rep. Robert "Beto" O'Rourke, who really ought to just officially change his name to "Potential Democratic Presidential Candidate Beto O'Rourke."
"In the first dueling rallies of the 2020 campaign season, Trump's 'Finish the Wall' rally in El Paso went head-to-head against counterprogramming by former Rep. Beto O'Rourke, a former Democratic congressman and potential Trump rival in 2020, who argued that walls cause more problems than they solve," The Associated Press reported.
"The rallies across the street from each other served as a preview of the heated yearslong fight over the direction of the country that has now begun in earnest. And they made clear that Trump's long-promised border wall is sure to play an outsized role in the presidential race, as both sides use it to try to rally their supporters and highlight their contrasting approaches."
There's a pretty big contrast in the level of energy the rallies were able to corral.
The best indication of the difference between the two rallies might be summed up by this one clip.
As you can see, the sound from Trump's rally can be heard over O'Rourke's (See article).
Well, that's what happens when you host something right across the street from a bunch of people who want the wall to be finished.
At his rally, Trump belittled the size of the O'Rourke gathering.
"A young man who's got very little going for himself except he's got a great first name. He challenged us. We have say 35,000 people tonight, and he has, say, 200 people, 300 people," Trump said during the rally, according to The Hill.
"Not too good. In fact what I would do, that may be the end of his presidential bid."
He later put the number even lower.

While railing against border walls at his El Paso, Texas, rally on Monday evening, Rep. Beto O'Rourke stood safely on a stage that walled off supporters behind barriers, fences, and barricades.
. . . O'Rourke railed against border walls at the U.S.-Mexico border while enjoying personal security at his rally. Located at the Chalio Acosta Sports Center in El Paso, O'Rourke's rally came with baseball field fences - already on the property and not placed there by O'Rourke's staff - that walled off onlookers and kept the congressman's stage secure from the back.
The fence can be seen behind O'Rourke while he spoke on stage.
Additionally, supporters were barricaded away from O'Rourke's stage behind traditional metal pedestrian barricades and crowd control walls, similar to those used at sporting events and concerts.
O'Rourke's walled off supporters can be seen in photos, where rally-goers grip to the front of the barriers and even take photos with the congressman while standing behind the barricades.

One Wall Street Journal reporter said she was laughing so hard she nearly cried and that the proposal looked like a parody of the Democratic Party by the Republican Party.
But here is the truth. The astounding proposal that has as its objectives the elimination of all fossil fuels in ten years, the replacement or upgrading of all buildings in America, guaranteed compensation for all in America even those unwilling to work, the end of air transportation, and so much more is not a laughing matter.
Here should be our reaction:
- Shock and great concern that a member of Congress would introduce such a plan so devoid of rational thought or understanding of key issues.
- Shock and great concern that a Senator from Massachusetts and three announced candidates for the Democratic nomination for president in 2020 would immediately back this plan. In fact now it appears more Democratic candidates for president are on-board as supporters.
- Shock but eventual recognition of how far evil has gone in deceiving so many in America.
- Recognition that normal discussions and rationally developed responses to issues of the day are likely not going to be the norm in this nation anymore.
Just what kind of people do we have in Congress these days? Just what kind of people do we have in America? What kind of people elect these lost people who are putting forward such inane and even truly evil proposals that if enacted would be the death knell of the country and the extraordinary freedoms Americans have enjoyed?
And how long will it be before the Lord comes?

Is the Party over for Dem Extremists?
Rep. Roger Marshall (R-Kans.) isn't the only one asking himself, "What's happened to our nation when the president of the United States has to ask legislators to save babies from being murdered?" Overwhelming majorities of pro-choicers are just as startled as he is.
Too often over the past 46 years, the issue of abortion has been reduced to a political issue. Very little thought has gone into the coarsening of America's collective conscience, which has brought us to this point today -- where leaders not only look away, but advocate and defend infanticide. Fortunately, what we've seen in the last few weeks is that the hardening of our country's heart hasn't extended much beyond the party's leaders and militant abortion activists.
When AUL and YouGov put the Democrats' infanticide agenda before the public, Americans were universally horrified. Large majorities in the country already objected to third-trimester abortions (79 percent) and birth day abortions (80 percent) -- but it was tough to find anyone who thought leaving newborns on a metal table to die was just another "personal decision" between a woman and her doctor. On the question of legal infanticide, 82 percent said absolutely not.
If those numbers don't make Democrats cringe, maybe these will. Of "pro-choicers," 77 percent agree with the Republicans' push to protect abortion survivors. Another 66 percent percent aren't on board with abortions in the third trimester, and 68 percent disagree with any law that destroy a baby on its due date. Throw in the taxpayer-funded part of these procedures -- another piece of the Democratic platform -- and the Left's abortion agenda is a one-way ticket back to the political minority.
Making matters worse for the Left, every day that a Republican walks to the floor of the House and demands a vote on the Born-Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act is a reminder of just how fanatical Democrats are. On Monday, they got another glimpse when Rep. Mark Walker (R-N.C.) took his turn asking for unanimous consent on the bill. He, like three Republicans before him, was denied. And while most liberals aren't exactly knocking down the doors of the press to talk about their wildly controversial stance, some Democrats are saying enough for everyone.

Polar bear invasion:
Parents scared to send children to school in remote Russian archipelago
Parents in a remote Russian archipelago are scared to send their children to school after a "mass invasion" of polar bears into residential areas, state news agency TASS reported.
Novaya Zemlya, located off Russia's northeastern arctic coast, has been swarmed by dozens of polar bears since December. The region's largest settlement, Belushya Guba, with a population of about 2,500 people, has reported more than 50 sightings.
Local administrator Alexander Minayev said bears had attacked people and entered buildings. A state of emergency was announced on Saturday, with up to 10 polar bears reportedly on the settlement's territory at any given time.
"People are scared. They are frightened to leave homes, and their daily routines are broken," Minayev said. "Parents are afraid to let the children go to school or kindergarten."
The World Wildlife Fund (WWF) has helped set up patrols in some arctic communities to prevent potentially fatal encounters, introducing deterrence tools such as noise making machines, brighter lighting in public spaces, bear-proof food storage containers and safety protocols for when bears do enter communities. Proving the Bible by Finding the City of Ai
Dr. Scott Stripling is in the process of having his theory concerning the precise location of the Biblical city of Ai and if it is accepted, it may be a major step in proving the Bible is a valid source for archaeologists.
Dr. Stripling, provost at The Bible Seminary in Katy (Houston) Texas, is a man with a deep faith in the Bible as well as a passion for scientific truth. These seemingly conflicting forces have driven him to sift through the sands of Israel for over 20 years. Dr. Stripling serves as the archaeological director for the Associates for Biblical Research (ABR), a Christian organization that brings together Biblical research and archaeology to mutually advance both disciplines.
According to the Book of Joshua, the City of Ai was conquered by the Israelites on their second attempt. After an initial attempt failed due to a sin committed by an Israelite name Achan resulted in a demoralizing defeat, a God-directed ambush led to the Israelites conquering the city. The king is captured and hanged on a tree until the evening. His body is then placed at the city gates and stones are placed on top of his body. The Israelites then burn Ai completely.
Then Yehoshua burned down Ai, and turned it into a mound of ruins for all time, a desolation to this day. (Joshua 8:28)
As a site that plays a prominent role in the Exodus narrative, Biblical scholars and archeologists have always been intensely interested in locating Ai. Based on a surface survey he conducted in the region in 1924, W.F. Albright concluded that et-Tell, 10 miles north of Jerusalem, was the location of the Biblical city of Ai. After excavating the site from 1933-1935, Judith Marquet-Krause, she concluded that the village was built on top of the Early Bronze Age remains. (Breaking Israel News) Read more.
