A Lot Can Happen in 3 Days!
Never underestimate what YHVH can accomplish on our behalf in just 3 days! Look what He did in a single 3-day period of time!
Despair changed into hope
Bondage turned into freedom
Darkness turned into glorious light
Sadness tuned into elation
Brokenness turned into wholeness
Rejection turned into intimate embrace
Confusion turned into revelation understanding
Doubt turned into faith
Disappointment turned into delight
Accusation turned into vindication
Friendship turned into passionate discipleship
Scattering turned into gathering
(To read the WHOLE list, go here!)
A tortured, slain, Passover Lamb became fully alive again, to reveal that He is the total SOVEREIGN KING OVER EVERYTHING!
Continue what Yeshua started and secured in your life; knowing that every promise recorded in Scripture will be accomplished. More than 2,000 years ago, He proved that His Word was authentic and eternally authoritative . . . and He did it in just 3 days!
Blessed Passover and Resurrection Day!

The Moment the World Changed

The Moment the World Changed
By Faye Higbee, Contributing Editor,
The Daily Brief
" But He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our iniquities, the chastisement for our peace was upon Him, and by His stripes we are healed. All we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned, every one, to his own way; and the Lord has laid on Him the iniquity of us all." (Isaiah 53:5,6)
In 33 A.D., the world dramatically changed, but many didn't see it. For them, the world continued on as it always had, and they had no idea that anything was different. But in reality, something was totally new...Jesus was sacrificed for the sins of mankind.
When Jesus Christ died on the cross, there was a rent in the heavy curtain that covered the Holy of Holies in the temple (Luke 43:45)- showing the new relationship of God to His people... One on one, face to Face.
The earth quaked and the dead walked (Matthew 27:52)- showing the life-giving, healing power of God. The breaking free of the bondages of death.
Frightening signs, the darkness, the earthquake, the temple veil... all accompanied His death to the point that the Roman Centurion who stood near Him spoke of it by saying that Jesus was "Truly this was the Son of God!" (Matthew 27:54)- revealing that God now had opened the eyes of even the Gentiles.
Yet the vast majority went about their business, oblivious to what had just transpired. With a short period of time, the Jewish temple was destroyed. It was no longer needed- the ultimate Sacrifice had been made once and for all.
The Lord, the Son of God, the Spotless Lamb is often rejected by men. Don't become complacent by thinking things will always go on as they have before. Be aware of what is happening in the world.
One man "turned aside to see" the burning bush- his name was Moses. Few people saw the coming of Jesus at His Birth. Few cared that He died - the vast majority consented to it by asking Pilate to free a criminal- Barabbas.
Be seeking God, watching, and get ready for His coming. Live each day as if it were your last - don't let your lamp go out, keep it filled. (Matthew 25:1)
The world is about to change yet again- be prepared! Love, Faye

A Worship Song: HE LIVES!!

HE LIVES!!
"He is not here: for he is risen, as he said."
(Matthew 28:6)
Lyrics:
I serve a risen Saviour,
He's in the world today;
I know that He is Living, whatever men may say;
I see His hand of mercy, I hear His voice of cheer,
and just the time I need Him, He's always near
Refrain:
He lives, He Lives Christ Jesus lives today!
He walks with me, He talks with me
Along life's narrow way.
He lives He lives, salvation to impart,
You ask me how I know He lives?
HE LIVES WITHIN MY HEART!
In all the world around me I see His loving care,
And though my heart grows weary I never will despair.
I know that He is leading, thro' all the stormy blast;
The day of His appearing will come at last.
(Refrain)
Rejoice, rejoice, O Christian! Lift up your voice and sing
Eternal hallelujahs to Jesus Christ, the King!
The Hope of all who seek Him, the Help of all who find,
None other is so loving, so good and kind.
(Refrain)
Melody:
Go here.
This hymn was composed in 1933 by Alfred Henry Ackley (1887-1960)
