3. Scientists: Strong Solar Storm Heading to Earth - ABC News

A strong solar flare is blasting its way to Earth, but the worst of its power looks like it will barely skim above the planet and not cause many problems.

It has been several years since Earth has had a solar storm of this size coming from sunspots smack in the middle of the sun, said Tom Berger, director of the Space Weather Prediction Center in Boulder, Colorado. The flare on the sun barely hits the "extreme" on forecasters' scale, but with its worst effects missing Earth it is only looking "potentially strong" at most when it arrives at Earth as a solar storm, he said. (Read more)

- Father, we thank You for Your mighty hand of deliverance from this solar storm. We apply the Blood of Jesus over our power grid, over all communications worldwide, and we rejoice in Your protection.

President Obama on Wednesday authorized a major expansion of the military campaign against rampaging Sunni militants in the Middle East, including American airstrikes in Syria and the deployment of 475 more military advisers to Iraq. But he sought to dispel fears that the United States was embarking on a repeat of the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan. (Read more)

Sen. Ted Cruz was booed offstage at a conference for Middle Eastern Christians Wednesday night after saying that "Christians have no greater ally than Israel." Cruz, the keynote speaker at the sold-out D.C. dinner gala for the recently-founded non-profit In Defense of Christians, began by saying that "tonight, we are all united in defense of Christians. Tonight, we are all united in defense of people of good faith, who are standing together against those who would persecute and murder those who dare disagree with their religious teachings." An Army officer from Rochester, Michigan was denied entry into his daughter's high school by four members of its security staff, and told that his uniform might "offend" some students. "Before he was allowed in, the security guard stopped him and said sorry you're not allowed in the school. Security told him men and women in uniform weren't allowed because it may offend another student," Lt. Col. Sherwood Baker's wife, Rachel, told a local Fox affiliate. (Read more)

8. Missouri lawmakers pass 72-hour abortion waiting period, override gov's veto - Fox News

Missouri lawmakers enacted one of the nation's most stringent abortion waiting periods Wednesday, overriding a veto of legislation that will require women to wait 72 hours after consulting with a doctor before ending a pregnancy. The vote by Missouri's Republican-led Legislature overrules the veto of Democratic Gov. Jay Nixon, who had denounced the measure as "extreme and disrespectful" toward women because it contains no exception for cases of rape or incest. About half of the states, including Missouri, already have abortion waiting periods of 24 hours. (Read more)

9. Has the New York Times Just Provided Proof of Muslim Brotherhood Influence Operations in the U.S.? - Breitbart

For years, a handful of national security experts, NGOs, and members of Congress have been trying to raise a red flag over what they suspected were active influence operations by the Muslim Brotherhood in the United States.

On June 13, 2012, five members of Congress called for an investigation into Muslim Brotherhood influence operations in the Obama administration. The five members-- Michele Bachmann (R-MN), Trent Franks (R-AZ), Louie Gohmert (R-TX), Tom Rooney (R-FL), and Lynn Westmoreland (R-GA)-- were widely criticized for doing so, even by their own Republican leadership, including John McCain (R-AZ), John Boehner (R-OH), and Mike Rogers (R-MI).

At the time, Rep. Keith Ellison (D-MN) said, "It's not right to question the loyalty of fellow Americans without any evidence." Well, now we have the evidence. (Read more) > > > Repeating from yesterday's Brief, with correct link included!

- We praise God that the TRUTH is now being clearly exposed of the infiltration of our federal government by members of the Moslem Brotherhood. We thank God, too, that the allegations of the five members of Congress have now been vindicated. We ask for justice in this matter, and the "flushing out" of all who mean us harm from holding positions of authority in our government. In Jesus' Name, amen.

- "Oh let the wickedness of the wicked come to an end; but establish the just." (Psalm 7:9)

Foreign Minister Avigdor Liberman said on Tuesday that the repeated bouts of fighting with Hamas only serve to make the organization stronger and that it now enjoys majority support among the Palestinian public.

"Every confrontation strengthens Hamas politically," Liberman said at a conference by the International Institute for Counter-Terrorism at the Herzliya Interdisciplinary Center. "In recent polls Hamas has become the dominant factor."

The minister noted that the recent Operation Protective Edge was the third conflict Israel has fought with Hamas in six years and the Gaza-based group has survived each time. (Read more)

The Daily Jot

White House continues Arab Spring with your money

Once again the "president" came to the American people to convince them it is in the best interest of humanity to arm so-called "moderates" in Syria to fight the onslaught of both Bashar Assad's dictatorship and the Islamic State. The IS, formerly al Qaeda Iraq, is armed with weapons and tactics of the US because this is the once "moderate" group that the "president" designated to take out the Assad regime. Now, he intends to arm and train even more Islamists using tax payer dollars. He said, "...we will increase our support to forces fighting these terrorists on the ground...Across the border, in Syria, we have ramped up our military assistance to the Syrian opposition." But we are arming "terrorists."

The "president" said that he is asking Congress for money to arm the so-called "moderates" which are of the very same ilk that he claims to be wanting to destroy: "I again call on Congress to give us additional authorities and resources to train and equip these fighters. In the fight against ISIL, we cannot rely on an Assad regime that terrorizes its people; a regime that will never regain the legitimacy it has lost. Instead, we must strengthen the opposition as the best counterweight to extremists like ISIL, while pursuing the political solution necessary to solve Syria's crisis once and for all." So he is once again using our tax dollars to equip and train another radical Islamic group, which is exactly what he did with the IS.

This "president" is asking Congress for bipartisan support to arm and train yet another group of radicals bent on establishing Sharia law in the Levant. Do you see the pattern here? Yes, he will throw a few bombs at the Islamic State, "we will expand our efforts beyond protecting our own people and humanitarian missions, so that we're hitting ISIL targets as Iraqi forces go on offense." But his core theme is to place another 475 US soldiers on the ground to train, provide intelligence and equipment. This is the Muslim Brotherhood's dream of dreams: to get an enemy like the United States to fund, train and equip its effort to establish a worldwide caliphate by uniting Islamic factions--it is a page out of their plan.

While he is hoodwinking Congress for money to water the growth of his malignant plant, he asked Americans for time for it to grow: "Now, it will take time to eradicate a cancer like ISIL." He stressed that this effort "will not involve American combat troops fighting on foreign soil." His intent is to use Muslims to fight against Muslims. This strategy did not work in Libya, Egypt or Syria to eradicate terrorists, it just assisted them in growing stronger and establishing Sharia under the guise of democracy. The American people should shout a resounding "NO" to this strategy to continue to arm Islam with their tax money. Jesus said in Matthew 24:4, "Take heed that no man deceive you." This is bold deception in plain view.

Have a Blessed and Powerful Day!

9/11 -- 13 Years Later

9/11 -- 13 Years Later

Thirteen years ago today our country was attacked by radical Islamists. Yes, Islamists. They struck our financial center and symbols of America's economic power. They struck the Pentagon, the symbol of America's military power and our commitment to defending freedom around the world.

They planned to strike a symbol of our republic, perhaps the White House or the Capitol. That plot was foiled when the brave passengers of Flight 93 organized the first American counterattack in what has been a long and difficult war.

This evening I will be speaking at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, reflecting on the events of that day, the attack on our consulate in Benghazi two years ago today and the war against Islamofascism that continues. Eight years ago, on that very campus, a jihadist drove his SUV into a group of students to "avenge the death of Muslims around the world."

Pray that America never loses the resolve to stand firm in the face of tyranny. Pray that future generations will answer the call as our fathers, grandfathers and Founding Fathers did, and as our brave men and women in uniform are doing today. Pray that America remains forever the land of the free and home of the brave. (Gary Bauer)

Obama's Strategy

Obama's Strategy

President Obama delivered a prime-time address to the nation last night laying out his strategy for confronting ISIS (ISIL). Reaction to the president's address was mixed.

Obama apologists were in full campaign mode, arguing that Republican critics were simply playing politics. But there was considerable criticism from the left. For example:

- MSNBC's Chris Matthews didn't get a thrill up his leg this time. "I didn't hear in there how we're going to encourage . . . the Islamic world to go after ISIS," Matthews said. He added that Obama's other steps "didn't sound sufficient." - Richard Engel, NBC's chief foreign correspondent, said that Obama's references to Yemen and Somalia as models of success were, "wildly off base, frankly. I think, it's an oversimplification of the problem."

- ABC's Rick Klein wrote that Obama was playing "catch-up with the public and himself," hoping to "reverse perceptions that he's been slow to respond" to ISIS. But, Klein adds, Obama "did not announce any new actions."

The fact is Obama's speech was little more than political theater. Does anyone believe that Obama now fully understands the danger we are facing?

Reuters notes that "As recently as August 8 . . . Obama dismissed as 'a fantasy' the argument that arming Syrian rebels earlier would have made a difference." Now Obama is going to arm the Syrian rebels.

Earlier in the year, Obama dismissed ISIS as a "JV" or junior varsity team. Now he says it is a "cancer" threatening the Middle East and America that must be destroyed.

Remember when Obama said he had no strategy? Now his strategy appears to be largely what everyone already knew -- more airstrikes and arming the Kurds. He needed a few more days to figure that out?

No, they needed a few days to see the polls and craft a speech to fit the politics of the hour.

But if you really want the evidence that he is not serious about the dangers we're facing, read on. (Gary Bauer)

Obama Defends Islam - Again

Obama Defends Islam . . .Again

Obama wasn't very far into his speech last night before he launched into a defense of Islam. First he said, " Now let's make two things clear: ISIL is not 'Islamic.'"

Well, Mr. President, the first "I" in "ISIL" stands for "Islamic." One hundred percent of its members are avowed Muslims. The one characteristic of every Westerner who has joined ISIL is that they were either born Muslim or converted to Islam. Practicing Baptists and Catholics need not apply.

Moreover, the first thing ISIL does when it conquers territory is impose Sharia or Islamic law, which they wouldn't care about if they weren't devout Muslims. Many Muslims bristle under Sharia law, but the imposition of Sharia is what ISIL members believe Allah demands of them.

Then Obama said this: "No religion condones the killing of innocents." Obama needs to check his Koran and talk to Hussein bin Mahmoud. The Koran specifically calls for the smiting or killing of the infidel. And, Mr. President, if you are an infidel, according to fundamentalist Muslims, you're not innocent.

It's true that many Muslims disagree. But a 2013 Pew poll of just 11 Muslim countries found that 13% of the respondents supported Al Qaeda. That equates to approximately 100 million Muslims. For the president to act like Al Qaeda, Hamas, Hezbollah, Islamic Jihad and ISIL (ISIS) are part of a fringe conspiracy to smear a peaceful religion is ludicrous.

Obama noted that "the vast majority of victims have been Muslims." Well, Mr. President, that's the point. ISIL sees their Muslim victims as insufficiently committed to the faith, as apostates. The reason the overwhelming majority of victims have been Muslim is a matter of geography -- ISIL operates in a predominately Muslim region . . . for now.

If ISIL, Hamas and Hezbollah ever get to Israel, the great majority of their victims will be Jews. On the morning of 9/11, whose anniversary we are marking today, the great majority of victims were Americans -- Christians, Jews, members of other faiths and those with no faith.

Rather than going on TV to deny the obvious, our leaders, including George W. Bush, should be saying, "There is a war going on within Islam. The ascendant force within Islam wants to go back to its medieval roots of conquest. There is some resistance, but not nearly enough." (Gary Bauer)

Thank you for joining our call!

CHPP Hosts First-ever, "Pre-emptive 9/11 Prayer Strike" on the eve of 9/11 . . . Several HUNDRED joined in prayer for our nation!

When the enemy comes in like a flood, The Spirit of the LORD will lift up a standard against him. (Isaiah 59:19)

Dear Friends,

Last night we experienced a true move in history: our first-ever, CHPP nationwide call on the eve of 9/11.

Our partners called in from all across the nation and, throughout the night as we opened the phone line to hear ALL PRAY TOGETHER, our Lord raised up a GREAT CHORUS OF PRAYER that surely reached heaven and blessed our Father, amen.

After opening with worship and praise, we entered into a time of deep repentance, first for our national sins and then for our sins against Israel. The burden of the Lord was heavy, and the groaning of the saints was intense as we joined in acts of repentance before our Lord.
Next, we began to address a series of 9/11 prayer targets, including:

- protection for our power grids
- locating the 11 aircraft missing out of Libya
- protection from an EMP attack
- protection of all "soft targets" in our nation (schools, churches, shopping malls, sporting events, theatres)
- lifting up our "first responders"
- prayer for our military and intelligence agencies, as they seek to identify and confront the terrorists in our midst
- prayer for the president: that he would seek the Lord in every policy decision regarding ISIS
- prayers of comfort for the families of James Foley and Steve Sotloff, and others who have been killed by ISIS
- Job 42: all of us to be comforted in our affliction
- the blessing of all 9/11 prayer events to follow
- looking ahead at the Shmita year, which begins on Sept. 24th
- and finally, a beautiful prayer of benediction, including protection for all who prayed on the call
Each presenter did an outstanding job in prayer, but we especially want to take note of three prayer focus points, below:

Specifically, our intercession in repentance for our national sins, was led by Pastor Jeff Daly. He listed seven major sins we need to consider before the Lord:

1. Division in His body of believers---- contrary to the Lord's instruction in John 17
2. Participating in a culture of death: aborting 3,000 babies a day
3. Allowance of perversions including same sex marriage contrary to Jesus' clear definition in Matthew 19 and Mark 10
4. Allowing God to be taken out of the culture to be replace by other gods: humanism, mammon
5. Failure to honor Israel as the Lord has commanded, Genesis 12
6. Apathy--- 50% of Christians don't vote
7. Rebellion/ lukewarmness towards the Living God

Repentance for our sins against Israel were offered by "K," author of our Prayer Bullets during Operation Protective Edge. This was an in-depth, "agonizing" series of ways by which the U.S. has violated our covenant with Israel as our ally. These are too numerous to mention on this Brief, but can be read and printed out by going here.
And finally, an indepth look at our power grid structure and prayers to cover this threat were released by RaJean Vawter. Her document is now available here.

Remarks at the Pentagon

Remarks at the Pentagon:

Patriot Day and National Day of Service and Remembrance

11 September 2014

The following are the remarks made at the Pentagon on this Day of Remembrance.

To view the full document, please go here. Thank you.

Thirteen years have passed since we endured the worst terrorist attack in our Nation's history. And in that time, America has transcended the tragic images and fearful memories of that day. We have forged a new narrative of resolve and resilience. That recovery, in very large part, has been made possible thanks to the drive, determination and willing sacrifices of America's Soldiers, Civilians and Families.

Like America itself, our Army's spirit and dedication have remained indomitable over these past 13 years of near-continuous war. The strength and integrity of our Soldiers, Civilians and Families are a powerful example of the values we hold and the virtues to which we aspire.

On this observance of Patriot Day 2014, we ask that each of you continue to honor the legacy of the victims who lost their lives that day. We also ask that you continue in your unwavering support for our Soldiers, Veterans, Families and Civilians who help keep America safe and secure. Army Strong!

A Great Prayer Strategy!

FIZZLE! FIZZLE! FIZZLE!
(A word, with scriptures to decree, submitted by one of our readers . . .)
THAT'S WHAT I HEARD THE LORD SAY WHEN I SAW THIS MUSHROOM CLOUD. I WAS ON MY WAY HOME AFTER PRAYING WITH A FRIEND FOR OUR NATION.
. . . "ARE YOU READY! GET READY! GET READY! GET READY! "I AM" COMING SOON. I HAVE PREPARED A PLACE FOR YOU TO LIVE WITH ME FOR ETERNITY." "DON'T WALK IN FEAR. WALK IN FAITH! SAY TO THE ENEMY'S PLANS: FIZZLE! FIZZLE! FIZZLE!"

The Good News Corner:

Revolutionary New Treatment for Colon Cancer "Gobbles Up Poison"

A new immunotoxin works by getting shuttled into cancer cells, selectively destroying colon cancer, thanks to a quirk of biology.

(Philadelphia, PA)-These days, cancer researchers aim to design targeted and specific therapy-those that kill cancer but spare the surrounding tissue. Immunotoxins, which use cancer-targeted antibodies linked to deadly toxins such as ricin, are one such therapy. However, few have succeeded to date in part because cancer cells share many molecules with normal cells, and because it can be challenging to unlock the deadly chemical only after the antibody has homed to the diseased tissue.

Now researchers at Thomas Jefferson University have discovered the unique biological properties inherent to colon cancer that make it a perfect candidate for immunotoxins - an antibody that won't attach to normal cells and a toxin-delivery system that takes advantage of a fluke of biology: Colon cancer cells will gobble up poison if it's attached to a key receptor on the cell's surface. Indeed, the researchers demonstrated that the novel immunotoxin they created could reduce the lung metastasis in mice, which had grown out from colon cancers, by more than 80 percent with only 6 doses, in research published September 8th, 2014 in the journal Oncotarget.

"These studies pave the way for effective antibody-directed therapy for metastatic disease in colorectal cancer, which currently carries a greater than 90 percent chance of mortality" says Scott Waldman, M.D., Ph.D., Chair of the Department of Pharmacology & Experimental Therapeutics and the Samuel MV Hamilton Professor at Thomas Jefferson University.

Dr. Waldman's laboratory first discovered that the colon cancer receptor GUCY2C (pronounced by the researchers as "goosy toosy") would act as a homing signal in 1993. Although GUCY2Y also is expressed by normal cells, not just colon cancers, the normally expressed receptors are "hidden" from the immune system in the so-called immunoprivileged sites of the brain and the surface of the digestive tract that faces the food and water.

Meteorologists Predict Record-Shattering Snowfall Coming Soon

Bread & Milk Prices Expected To Soar

Silver Spring, MD - Chances are you will hear a lot about El Niño in the next month or two. Meteorologists and weather science experts at the National Weather Service (NWS) say that there is a 99% chance that the we will start to see a massive cold-front sooner in the year than has ever happened, which will produce not just record-breaking snowfall, but according to Dr. Boris Scvediok, a doctor of global weather sciences, record shattering snow storms across the board, affecting the entire United States.

"For the sake of comparison to the past winter, lets say that your area received a total of twenty inches of accumulative snow for the season. Because this year the snowfall is predicted to start by the end of September or the beginning of October, you can expect to multiply that number by up to five, ten, maybe even twenty times in some areas. In the worst zones, you could see 50 times the amount of snow you've had in the past. This is the type of winter the American public needs to prepare for. Several meteorologists are saying not to buy into what the models are showing. I can tell you from forty years of scientific weather research, they are doing you a disservice," Dr. Scvediok told the Associated Press on Friday. "The Northeast, Ohio Valley, and Midwestern states will definitely get hit the hardest."

Edward F. Blankenbaker, Senior Administrator of Meteorologists, also told the media that this will be a once-in-a-lifetime kind of snowy winter.

"Pretty much everyone will see snow like they never have in their lives. Most younger people don't even know what an actual blizzard looks like, but by the end of March, they will be seasoned survivalists," Blankenbaker said. "Everyone needs to make sure they have their weather emergency kits prepared and ready to go. There will undoubtedly be mass power outages, which along with freezing temperatures and enough snowfall to immobilize entire cities, will most likely, and unfortunately, be a very dangerous recipe. Safety always comes first and the time to prepare is right now."

Along with the mention of severe winter weather, the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) predicts supply and demand could cause shortages, causing the prices of bread and milk to increase substantially. FDA spokesperson Rebecca Miller suggests alternatives in preparation of the coming months.

"We are encouraging that you go out and purchase bulk amounts of dry, powdered milk which can be stored in your cupboards. This will prevent frantic trips to grocery stores and super markets as the onslaught of storms begin to fall upon your respected region." Miller said. "As far as bread, we suggest you buy as much as you can efficiently store in your freezer. Bread can be frozen and thawed without compromising the integrity of its quality. Preparations such as these are crucial and the fact that technology has brought us to a time and place in which such events can be predicted is quite remarkable. So stock up on your powdered milk and fill your freezer with loaves of bread, because once the blankets of snow begin to fall, brave souls will confront the elements to raid stores of these products like some sort of scavenger hunt. Don't be a part of the Snowpocolypse, it's a dangerous battlefield of crazed shopping winter bitten weather zombies." (Empire News)

"And there will be signs in the sun, in the moon, and in the stars; and on the earth distress of nations, with perplexity, the sea and the waves roaring; men's hearts failing them from fear and the expectation of those things which are coming on the earth, for the powers of the heavens will be shaken. Then they will see the Son of Man coming in a cloud with power and great glory. Now when these things begin to happen, look up and lift up your heads, because your redemption draws near."

Indeed, let's move together in obedience to the Lord's mandate in I Timothy 2:1-4. It is written:
"I urge, then, first of all, that petitions, prayers, intercession and thanksgiving be made for all people - for kings and all those in authority, that we may live peaceful and quiet lives in all godliness and holiness. This is good, and pleases God our Savior, who wants all people to be saved and to come to a knowledge of the truth."
