A Special Message from Sara Ballenger
Dear Friends,
"Grace and peace to you from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ." (Philippians 1:2)
This evening, we are sending this special alert out to all of you, which includes an amazing word from the LORD as well as a special message of appeal for help from our IT Specialist, William (Bill) Lee.
Working alongside me, Bill knows our situation, which is now becoming increasingly desperate. Whereas our friends have been faithful throughout the summer months and during the past year in their giving, for some reason, since this fall, our level of offerings has dropped dramatically.
At the same time, given the events now transpiring on the Hill with the "impeachment" hearings, and the looming battle to undergird our President during the Election 20/20, the need for targeted, Word-based and Word-oriented intercession has never been greater.

A Word from the LORD!
IT IS TIME TO RISE UP!
A Vision of "The Boots!"
The following word was received on the morning of Wednesday, November 6, by a member of our Board of Directors. Our own CHPP team of local intercessors have been greatly strengthened and encouraged by this message; and we wish to send it out now to ALL of you, too, as a blessing.
We are releasing this message to you now for your own prayerful consideration. Feel free to forward this on, as you wish.
Hi Sara,
The morning after the election, I was grieving over the results here in Virginia. I heard the Lord say "I am grieving too." I asked the Lord, "What happened?"
I heard plainly. "The church and GS " I asked: "What can we do ?"
I saw then in the spirit standing in my living room a large pair of boots about 4 feet tall. They were made out of a rubber looking material similar to those a fireman wears. I heard the Lord say, "Get in them"' Since they were up to my shoulders I heard myself saying "how?" to myself.
I didn't question Him as He said to me "Come Up Higher!" I reached for a chair and got into them.
[When He speaks we must not question but immediately look for a solution. We are getting ready to go through a new awakening. It's being birthed right now!]
The need for the boots became clear as He showed me thick, slime looking stuff that we would have to walk through. It looked like maybe swamp land we were walking through. Very Deep mire!
As I prayed over this, I believe that the church itself did not do enough speaking it from the platform that abortion is murder because they did not want to offend some in their congregations. They did not tell their congregations the pitfalls of socialistic agendas. So the church allowed them to be deceived! GS poured much money into this election and again the people were deceived!
Now what can we do from preventing this from happening in 2020? We as intercessors, MUST COME UP HIGHER! Holding President Donald Trump's arms up higher as he fights for this nation. Are the intercessors going to help him pull the plug on the swamp? The real battle is just beginning, we have invaded Satan's kingdom. We are now walking through the swamp along with our President.
God has given us the provision of the boots. We now have to find the solution to draining the swamp. Can you hear the Father saying?, " Come up higher and get in. Persevere. Don't allow the President to go it alone. I gave him to you. Now fight for him!!"
Isaiah 60: 1 "Arise, shine, for your light has come, And the glory of the Lord has risen upon you."
Exodus 15:2 "The Lord is my strength and my song; he has given me victory."
Romans 8:31 "What, then, shall we say in response to these things. If God be for us, who can be against us?"

A Message from our Tech Specialist:
Greetings to All, and Asking for Your Help
Dear Capitol Hill Prayer Partners,
My name is William Lee and I have been working for Sara Ballenger and CHPP for almost 20 years as her tech specialist. Together we have weathered many storms regarding hacks and security issues of various types. The Lord has been very good to us, because in every instance He has delivered us!
We know that He watches over every aspect of our ministry. We truly rejoice in this irrefutable fact. With great joy we enter into every day knowing that the Lord will order our daily work for Him.
This why I write to you today. Our weekly operational funds are dangerously low in order to carry out our normal work load.
Due to the fact that Sara does not focus on raising money, but working to get the issues for prayer before her prayer partners, our financial reserve has not kept up the pace. And I am sure that being servants that love this ministry, a call for help will solve this issue that we are now facing.
I can assure you that as long as I have been working for Sara, I have never known a time when funds were miss spent or misappropriated.
Would you please prayerfully consider making a financial contribution to our ministry?
There are so many issues for prayer that keep us busy, and the worry over paying our bills should not become our main focus. It never has, and I am sure that it never will, as long as our focus is prayer and service unto our Lord.
So I am putting this need before you today. Thank you in advance for your help!

Our Mission Statement
Capitol Hill Prayer Partners (CHPP) is a ministry which is positioned on Capitol Hill in Washington, D.C., helping members of the Body of Christ to "pray for those in authority over us" in our federal government. Our primary purpose is to offer intercession on site for the members of Congress and their staffs each day that the Senate and the House of Representatives are in session; and our chief prayer focus is that "God's will be done in earth, as it is in heaven." [Matthew 6:10].
Because Jesus Christ has shed His blood for all, we, too, pray for ALL, in a nonpartisan manner. Also, because the scriptures indicate that "the effectual, fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much" (James 4:17), we are confident that fervent prayer, offered in the halls of the highest chambers of government in our land, can avail much for America. Capitol Hill Prayer Partners welcomes those who feel called to join us, engaging in this strategic work of intercession for our nation: "For there is no power but of God; the powers that be are ordained of God."
