More on Mueller Report

What You Need To Know:

President Trump Has Been Completely and Totally Exonerated

COMPLETE AND TOTAL EXONERATION:

President Trump was completely and totally exonerated by the Special Counsel report and the Department of Justice.

- The Special Counsel ended its investigation without finding any collusion or obstruction by President Trump and this was confirmed by the Department of Justice.

> These findings from the Special Counsel investigation and the Department of Justice represents are a total and complete exoneration of the President.

> The investigation took 22 months and cost millions of taxpayer dollars and found what the President has been saying all along, no collusion and no wrong doing.

- This is a win for America - dishonest Democrats and others tried to steal an election from the forgotten men and women of this country based on a flat out lie.

NO COLLUSION:

The findings could not have been clearer - there was no collusion.

- President Trump won in 2016 because he was a better candidate, ran a better campaign, and won by a landslide because he had a better vision for the country.

- No one in the Trump Campaign was found to have conspired with any foreign country, including Russia, to win the 2016 election.

- As the Attorney General wrote: "The Special Counsel's investigation did not find that the Trump campaign or anyone associated with it conspired or coordinated with Russia in its efforts to influence the 2016 U.S. presidential election. As the report states: '[T]he investigation did not establish that members of the Trump Campaign conspired or coordinated with the Russian government in its election interference activities.'"

NO OBSTRUCTION:

The President has been totally exonerated from claims of obstruction.

- As the Attorney General's letter stated: " . . . the report identifies no actions that, in our judgement, constitute obstructive conduct . . ."

- Following the Special Counsel's report, the Attorney General and Deputy Attorney General concluded that the President did not commit obstruction.

> As the letter states: "After reviewing the Special Counsel's final report on these issues; consulting with Department officials, including the Office of Legal Counsel; and applying the principles of federal prosecution that guide our charging decisions, Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein and I have concluded that the evidence developed during the Special Counsel's investigation is not sufficient to establish that the President committed an obstruction-of-justice offense."

TIME TO MOVE FORWARD:

It is time for Congress to focus on moving forward and working for the American people.

- Congressional Democrats are already criticizing the Special Counsel's findings and are planning their own politically-motivated investigations of the President.

- The President and the Administration fully cooperated with the investigation.

> Dozens of interviews were conducted and thousands of pages were turned over.

> There was nothing to hide because there was no collusion and no wrongdoing.

- The summary was approved by Attorney General Barr and Deputy Attorney General Rosenstein. The report contains sensitive information that prevents it from being fully released to the public.

> If there were any more indictments it would have been revealed when Mueller submitted his report.

- The President, the Administration, and the American people are ready to leave this baseless investigation in the past.

- The President will continue to do what he has done since the first day of his Administration, achieving results for the American people.

> Now that the investigation has been concluded, it is time to move forward, passing USMCA, building new infrastructure, and lowering drug prices.

- Congressional Democrats have an opportunity to leave these pointless investigation in the past and join with the President to achieve what's best for the American people.

> > > Statement from President Donald J. Trump:

"So after a long look -- after a long investigation, after so many people have been so badly hurt, after not looking at the other side, where a lot of bad things happened, a lot of horrible things happened, a lot of very bad things happened for our country, it was just announced there was no collusion with Russia - the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard. There was no collusion with Russia. There was no obstruction and none whatsoever, and it was a complete and total exoneration. It's a shame that our country had to go through this. To be honest, it's a shame that your president has had to go through this for, before I even got elected, it began and it began illegally, and hopefully somebody's going to look at the other side. This was an illegal takedown that failed and hopefully somebody's going to be looking at the other side. So it's complete exoneration, no collusion, no obstruction. Thank you very much. Thank you." - President Donald J. Trump

> > > Statement from WH Press Secretary Sarah Sanders:

"The Special Counsel did not find any collusion and did not find any obstruction. AG Barr and DAG Rosenstein further determined there was no obstruction. The findings of the Department of Justice are a total and complete exoneration of the President of the United States." - Press Secretary Sarah Sanders

However, Ahmad Alamolhoda, the custodian of the holy shrine in Mashhad and a close ally of Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei, is quoted as saying on Friday that "in the past few days, Iran's cyberattacks have resulted in hacking the mobile telephone of a candidate in Israeli elections and access to all the information."

8. US Secretary of State in Israel: The Golan, the Peace Plan and the Western Wall - BFP

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu used his platform last night to reiterate Israeli sovereignty in the Golan Heights as he met with US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo on the second leg of Pompeo's three-stop tour across the Middle East this week. "It's time that the international community recognizes Israel's stay in the Golan, the fact that the Golan will always remain part of the State of Israel," Netanyahu said in a press conference with Pompeo yesterday.

Ultimately, Pompeo's visit was to reaffirm the strong ties between Israel and the United States. Both Netanyahu and Pompeo frequently touted the familiar slogan: "Israel has no greater friend than the United States." "The Israeli people can have confidence that President Trump will maintain this close bond," Pompeo told Netanyahu as he reiterated American support for the Jewish state and its right to defend itself. It was the fourth and last meeting between Abbas and Trump, the Palestinian Authority president said.

"He [Trump] said he was in favor of the two-state solution," Abbas said. "This is documented in protocols of the meeting. He said he would announce, within one week, his support for the two-state solution."

The Daily Brief

1. ISIS caliphate has crumbled and last stronghold liberated, Fox News has learned - Fox News

The caliphate has crumbled, and the final offensive is over. While the official announcement hasn't yet been made - Fox News has been told that the last ISIS stronghold is liberated.

It's the first time since we've been here in Syria for five days that the bombs have stopped dropping and the gunfire has disappeared. We have witnessed the end of the caliphate - the brutal empire that once ruled over 8 million people - is gone.

Troops here are now bringing down the black flags of ISIS. The flags no longer fly over the town, instilling fear. The last five days, Fox News has witnessed the last major offensive up close -- with U.S.-backed SDF forces attacking ISIS from three sides, pushing the fighters back, house to house, then tent to tent, against the Euphrates River. (Read more)

- Father God, we are so very thankful that You guided those in Syria in such a divine way as to bring an end to the ISIS caliphate. When God steps in, He moves people into the correct slot to bring about total victory over the wiles of the devil. We praise and pray in the Name of Jesus.

- "Follow peace with all men, and holiness, without which no man shall see the Lord." (Hebrews 12:14)

2. Trump's Executive Order to Colleges: Protect Free Speech or Risk Billions in Federal Grants - Daily Signal

Trump's executive order, "Improving Free Inquiry, Transparency, and Accountability at Colleges and Universities," directs federal agencies, including the departments of Education, Health and Human Services, and Defense, to withhold money from colleges that censor student speech.

The executive order would affect at least $35.8 billion in research grant money doled out to universities and colleges each year, a senior administration official said. It would not affect federal student aid programs.

"Under the guise of speech codes, safe spaces, trigger warnings, these universities tried to restrict free thought, impose total conformity, and shut down the voices of great young Americans, those here today," Trump said. "Taxpayer dollars should not subsidize anti-First Amendment institutions, and that's exactly what they are, anti-First Amendment." (Read more)

- Heavenly Father, we are so thankful that You have intervened in protecting free speech in our colleges by Your guidance of President Trump's Executive Order to Colleges that will get everything in place to bring about this major change. Thank You, Lord.

- "So that we may boldly say, The Lord is our helper, and we will not fear what man shall do unto us." (Hebrews 13:6)

3. Trump says he will nominate Fed critic Stephen Moore for central bank appointment - CNBC

President Donald Trump is set to offer a position on the Federal Reserve to economic commentator and former campaign advisor Stephen Moore, CNBC has learned. The president is waiting for Moore to get through the nominee clearance process.

Moore, 59, currently is a visiting fellow at the Heritage Foundation and former Wall Street Journal editorial board member and has been a Trump supporter since the 2016 election. In October 2018, he released the book with economist Art Laffer, "Trumponomics: Inside the America First Plan to Revive Our Economy."

Moore also has been a frequent Fed critic, saying the central bank's policies of keeping short-term rates near zero and buying bonds to stimulate growth were misguided and would spur inflation. "If I were to do it I would certainly want to try to influence the Fed to a stable dollar and pro-growth monetary policy," he told CNBC. (Read more)

- Father God, how thankful we are that President Trump is stepping in and stabilizing the future of the Federal Reserve. We pray that the nomination of Mr. Moore will be cleared and he will become a strong influence to stabilize our dollar and pro-growth monetary policy. Thank You, God.

- "Now the God of peace make you perfect in every good work to do His will, working in you that which is well-pleasing in His sight, through Jesus Christ; to whom be glory forever and ever." (Hebrews 13:21)

4. As Russia collusion fades, Ukrainian plot to help Clinton emerges - The Hill

After nearly three years and millions of tax dollars, the Trump-Russia collusion probe is about to be resolved. Emerging in its place is newly unearthed evidence suggesting another foreign effort to influence the 2016 election - this time, in favor of the Democrats.

Ukraine's top prosecutor divulged in an interview aired Wednesday on Hill.TV that he has opened an investigation into whether his country's law enforcement apparatus intentionally leaked financial records during the 2016 U.S. presidential campaign about then-Trump campaign chairman Paul Manafort in an effort to sway the election in favor of Hillary Clinton.

Lutsenko [also] accused the Obama-era U.S. Embassy in 2016 of interfering in his ability to prosecute corruption cases, saying the U.S. ambassador gave him a list of defendants that he would not be allowed to pursue and then refused to cooperate in an early investigation into the alleged misappropriation of U.S. aid in Ukraine. (Read more)

- Heavenly Father, we pray that Your mighty power will come upon Lutsenko to see clearly all the corruption from his Ukranian government, and the Obama-era government in the 2016 presidential campaign. Praying God withstands all the evil influence and hatred coming against Trump through this newly devised satanic attack. We pray in the powerful Name of Jesus.

- "Be strong and of a good courage, fear not, nor be afraid of them: for the Lord your God, He it is that does go with you; He will not fail you, nor forsake you." (Deuteronomy 31:6)

5. 'Final Batch' Of Emails Clinton Tried To 'Delete Or Destroy' Uncovered: Contain More Classified Material - DailyWire

Nearly four years after filing a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit seeking all emails sent and received by Hillary Clinton and her staff via her unsecured private email server when she served as Secretary of State, Judicial Watch has finally received what appears to be the "final batch" of emails Clinton "tried to delete or destroy" that the FBI managed to recover.

Among this newly uncovered batch of emails, which amount to over 700 pages of documents, Judicial Watch uncovered what appear to be five more email exchanges containing classified information. In 2017, the FBI uncovered 72,000 pages of documents Clinton attempted to delete or did not otherwise disclose." Judicial Watch notes that this should be "the final batch" of emails because the production of documents in this case has now "concluded." In total, the FBI was only able to recover or find less than a fifth, about 5,000 of the 33,000 government emails Clinton "took and tried to destroy." (Read more)

- Almighty God, we trust in You to show the FBI where the other 27,000 remaining emails are located and that they go on an intensified search that will unearth, discover where they are hidden, lost, or kept secret, by investigation until they locate all of them. We bind under the Blood of Jesus all the evil, ungodly powers of darkness, and render them powerless to stay hidden. We pray and trust in Jesus' Name.

"The Lord has broken the staff of the wicked, and the scepter of the rulers."
(Isaiah 14:5)

6. VP Pence gets ovation at Hispanic evangelical summit; new 'Life Manifesto' unveiled - Christian Post

Vice President Mike Pence gave a closed-door address and received a standing ovation last Thursday before a gathering of the largest Hispanic evangelical coalition in the United States. Over 300 faith leaders gathered for the National Hispanic Christian Leadership Conference's annual Justice Summit hosted at the Museum of the Bible in Washington, D.C.

The summit also saw the unveiling of the NHCLC's new "Life Manifesto." The document is essentially a declaration on how to apply "biblical justice" to issues of immigration reform, racial reconciliation, education equality and sanctity of life.

"Regardless of ethnicity or background, when you gather that many men and women of God all in one space, you should expect God to move, and that's exactly what happened," Rodriguez, an Assemblies of God pastor, said. "We devoted ourselves and our ministries to addressing, seriously, issues of life, racial reconciliation and immigration reform." Rodriguez added that those social issues are ones that the Hispanic-American pastors present at the conference are "uniquely positioned to bind up the wounds of this country." (Read more)

- Father in heaven, this is what is needed all over the United States to bring this nation back to serve the living God in heaven. We pray this message reach the public and be well-receive so that hearts believe in the Lord Jesus Christ as Savior of their souls. We pray in the Name of Jesus.

- "That if you shall confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus, and shall believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you shall be saved." (Romans 10:9)

7. Overwhelmed ICE Facilities Forced To Release 100,000 Illegal Aliens In Past Three Months - Daily Caller

ICE detainment centers have become so overwhelmed with illegal aliens that the agency has been forced to release over 100,000 migrant family members in the past three months. Nathalie Asher, a senior official with Immigration and Customs Enforcement, revealed that her agency has had to reallocate resources as it deals with a "crushing" surge of illegal aliens on the country's southern border.

ICE has not only been forced to reduce its activity in the interior of the U.S., but the agency's overcrowded detainment centers have released 107,000 migrant family members in the past three months, averaging more than 1,000 illegals a day.

"I want to cut through the politics today to tell you loud and clear: There is no 'manufactured' crisis at our southern border. There is a real-life humanitarian and security catastrophe," Homeland Security Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen said Monday during a speech at George Washington University. "The system is breaking, and our communities, our law enforcement personnel, and the migrants themselves are paying the price," Nielsen continued. (Read more)

- Father God, we pray that the solution that comes from the mouth of God be heard in the minds of all those in charge of the ICE Facilities, so that these illegal aliens not be released to create mass destruction in the United States. We pray in the Name of Jesus.

- "Better is the poor that walks in his integrity, than he that is perverse in his lips, and is a fool. The foolishness of man perverts his way: and his heat frets against the Lord." (Proverbs 19:1,3)

8. Facebook, Google and other big tech giants are about to face a 'reckoning,' state attorneys general warn - LMT Online

Some of the country's most powerful state attorneys general are signaling they're willing to take action against Facebook, Google and other tech giants, warning that the companies have grown too big and powerful - and that Washington has been too slow to respond.

For many of these top law enforcement officials, the fear is that Silicon Valley has amassed too much personal information about web users and harnessed it in a way that's jeopardized people's privacy and undermined competition, often without much oversight.

"I think what we've found is that big tech has become too big, and that while we may have been asleep at the wheel, they were able to consolidate a tremendous amount of power," Jeff Landry, the Republican attorney general of Louisiana, said in an interview. (Read more)

- Almighty God, because all this knowledge has come to light by the state attorneys general, we pray that the power invested in them by the office they hold, will immediately be subjected to the almighty wisdom, knowledge and understanding of God, and God will move them to take action to subvert, overthrow, destroy and undermine the corruption in Silicon Valley. We trust and pray in the Name of Jesus.

- "Therefore will I also deal in fury: mine eye shall not spare, neither will I have pity: and though they cry in my ears with a loud voice, yet will I not near them."
(Ezekiel 8:18)

9. U.S. Concerned Sale of American Warplanes to Turkey Could Boost Russian Intel Ops - Free Beacon

The Pentagon is urging caution surrounding a contested military deal with Turkey that would see it purchase several American-made F-35 warplanes that U.S. officials fear could be exploited for intelligence purposes by Russia, which has parallel military deals with Turkey. U.S. defense officials, speaking to the Washington Free Beacon, expressed concern about the arms deal, warning that Turkey's Russian allies could exploit the F-35s advanced computer systems by hooking them into the Moscow-made S-400 missile defense systems, which Turkey also operates.

The competing military interests have complicated the arms deal and are prompting the U.S. defense establishment to put the breaks on the F-35 transfer as it works to pull Turkey away from regimes like Russia and Iran. (Read more)

- Almighty God, take the blinders off the eyes and minds of those at the Pentagon to realize Turkey is an enemy nation against the United States and is in league with Russia. God, place an angel of the Lord between the Pentagon and Turkey and disintegrate any agreement to provide them with F-35 U.S. planes that will equip them to later come against the U.S. as our enemy. In the Name of Jesus we pray.

- "And I heard another voice from heaven, saying, Come out of them my people, that you be not partakers of their sins, and that you receive not of their plagues. For their sins have reached unto heaven, and God has remembered their iniquities."
(Revelation 18:4-5)

10. Treasury Sanctions Chinese Companies for Illicit N. Korea Trade - Free Beacon

The Treasury Department on Thursday imposed sanctions on two Chinese companies linked to illicit cargo transfers to North Korea in violation of U.S. and U.N. sanctions. The sanctions imposed by Treasury block U.S. companies, including banks, from doing business with the Chinese firms, a designation that prevents the companies from using the international banking system.

The two companies, Dalian Haibo International Freight Co. Ltd., and Liaoning Danxing International Forwarding Co. Ltd., helped Pyongyang evade sanctions by facilitating ship-to-ship transfers of refined petroleum and other acquisitions that violate sanctions.

"Treasury will continue to enforce our sanctions, and we are making it explicitly clear that shipping companies employing deceptive tactics to mask illicit trade with North Korea expose themselves to great risk," said Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin. (Read more)

- Father God, we pray that You strengthen the power of sanctions placed against two Chinese companies and close them down that they not be allowed to ship freight ever again. Praying their deceptive tactics to mask illicit trade be exposed before making connection for future business. In the powerful Name of Jesus we pray.

- "And the merchants of the earth shall weep and mourn over this; for no man buys their merchandise any more." (Revelation 18:11)

The Church self exam

Yeshua Ha Mashiach, our beloved Jesus Christ, reviews the seven churches in Revelation 2 and 3. He speaks of those things he hates and those things he likes. For example, He says of the Church in Pergamos, "I know your works, and where you dwell, even where Satan's seat is: and you hold fast my name, and have not denied my faith, even in those days wherein Antipas was my faithful martyr, who was slain among you, where Satan dwells...but I have a few things against you, because you have there them that hold the doctrine of Balaam...also them that hold the doctrine of the Nicolaitanes, which thing I hate." As we prepare to worship, let us examine our church and ourselves.

Christ says of Ephesus that they should repent because they "left thy first love." Jesus encourages the poor church in Smyrna to overcome and be "faithful unto death, and I will give you a crown of life." To Thyatira, Jesus says he knows their works of charity, service and faith, but that they suffer, or tolerate, the spirit of Jezebel, "which calls herself a prophetess" and teaches seduction, fornication and to eat things sacrificed to idols. To Sardis, he says, "that you have a name that you live, and art dead." To Philadelphia, he writes, "I know thy works: behold I have set before you an open door, and no man can shut it: for you have a little strength, and have kept my word, and have not denied my name."

To Laodicea he said: "I know your works, that you art neither cold nor hot: I would you were cold or hot. So then because you are lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will vomit you out of my mouth. Because you say, I am rich, and increased with goods, and have need of nothing; and knows not that you art wretched, and miserable, and poor and blind, and naked. I counsel you to buy of me gold tried in the fire, that you may be rich; and white raiment, that you may be clothed, and that the shame of your nakedness do not appear; and anoint your eyes with eye-salve, that you may see. As many as I love, I rebuke and chasten; be zealous therefore, and repent."

We most likely all "fit" in one or more of these end time churches. In fact, our church leaders are leading in the manner that Christ describes in one or more of these ways. If we wonder why our children, our families, our communities, our states, and our nation are in the condition they are in, they are likely a reflection of one or more of these churches. If we are honest, we can identify in ourselves some of the very things Jesus sees in his churches--both good and bad. In the cases of each church, the Lord says there is reward for "He that overcomes." He also tells most of them to repent. Let us honestly examine ourselves and determine what we have to overcome and how we are to repent. Then let's do it!

Have a blessed and powerful day,

Classic Hymns

HOW GREAT THOU ART

"O Lord, how great are Thy works!" (Psalm 92:5)

Lyrics

O Lord my God, when I in awesome wonder
Consider all the *worlds thy hands have made,
I see the stars, I hear the *rolling thunder,
Thy power throughout the universe displayed:

Refrain

Then sings my soul, my Savior God, to thee:
How great thou art! How great thou art!
Then sings my soul, my Savior God, to thee:
How great thou art! How great thou art!

When through the woods and forest glades I wander
And hear the birds sing sweetly in the trees,
When I look down from lofty mountain grandeur,
And hear the brook and feel the gentle breeze:

Refrain

And when I think that God, his Son not sparing,
Sent him to die, I scarce can take it in,
That on the cross, my burden gladly bearing,
He bled and died to take away my sin.

Refrain

When Christ shall come with shout of acclamation
And take me home, what joy shall fill my heart!
Then *I shall bow in humble adoration,
And there proclaim, "My God, how great thou art!"

Signs and Wonders

U.S. farmers face devastation following Midwest floods

WINSLOW, Neb./CHICAGO (Reuters) - Midwestern farmers have been gambling they could ride out the U.S.-China trade war by storing their corn and soybeans anywhere they could - in bins, plastic tubes, in barns or even outside.

Now, the unthinkable has happened. Record floods have devastated a wide swath of the Farm Belt across Iowa, Nebraska, South Dakota and several other states. Early estimates of lost crops and livestock are approaching $1 billion in Nebraska alone. With more flooding expected, damages are expected to climb much higher for the region.

As river levels rose, spilling over levees and swallowing up townships, farmers watched helplessly as the waters consumed not only their fields, but their stockpiles of grain, the one thing that can stand between them and financial ruin.

"I've never seen anything like this in my life," said Tom Geisler, a farmer in Winslow, Nebraska, who said he lost two full storage bins of corn. "We had been depending on the income from our livestock, but now all of our feed is gone, so that is going to be even more difficult. We haven't been making any money from our grain farming because of trade issues and low prices."

The pain does not end there. As the waters began to recede in parts of Nebraska, the damage to the rural roads, bridges and rail lines was just beginning to emerge. This infrastructure is critical for the U.S. agricultural sector to move products from farms to processing plants and shipping hubs.

The damage to roads means it will be harder for trucks to deliver seed to farmers for the coming planting season, but in some areas, the flooding on fields will render them all-but-impossible to use.

- Father, we lift up these wonderful farmers whose livelihood has now been devastated by these floods. Lord God, we ask that You meet their immediate needs, and we call forth the promise of Philippians 4:19 for each one, in Your name, amen.

- "And my God will supply all your needs according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus." (Phil. 4:19)

"I will show wonders in the heavens above and signs on the earth below, blood and fire and billows of smoke." (Acts 2:19)

The Good News Corner

'Angels of the Sky': Private Citizens Rally to Help Flooded Nebraska City

"Angels of the sky" have organized in an amazing way to bring much-needed relief those whose lives were upended this week in Nebraska by severe flooding.

Over the past weekend, deadly flooding decimated Nebraskan communities, turning cities into flood plains and in the case of Fremont, an island. The waters separated families, destroyed homes, and wiped out the entire crops of some farmers, leaving many families in complete disarray.

With 53 counties in a state of emergency, people of good will began the herculean effort to get aid into these flooded areas. (Faithwire.com) Read more.

About CHPP

About Capitol Hill Prayer Partners

Our Mission Statement

Capitol Hill Prayer Partners (CHPP) is a ministry which is positioned on Capitol Hill in Washington, D.C., helping members of the Body of Christ to "pray for those in authority over us" in our federal government. Our primary purpose is to offer intercession on site for the members of Congress and their staffs each day that the Senate and the House of Representatives are in session; and our chief prayer focus is that "God's will be done in earth, as it is in heaven." [Matthew 6:10].

Because Jesus Christ has shed His blood for all, we, too, pray for ALL, in a nonpartisan manner. Also, because the scriptures indicate that "the effectual, fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much" (James 4:17), we are confident that fervent prayer, offered in the halls of the highest chambers of government in our land, can avail much for America. Capitol Hill Prayer Partners welcomes those who feel called to join us, engaging in this strategic work of intercession for our nation: "For there is no power but of God; the powers that be are ordained of God." [Romans 13:1]
