Former defense minister and IDF chief of staff Moshe Ya'alon criticized the Israeli government on Tuesday, accusing it of exaggerating threats and "scaring" citizens on matters of security, while also hinting that he would run in the next national elections.
Speaking at a medical conference in Jerusalem, Ya'alon doubled down on a statement he made last month that there "is currently no existential threat to Israel, and the national leadership should stop scaring citizens." (Read more)
2. IDF chief: 50,000 Palestinians enter Israel illegally each day - Times of Israel
IDF chief of staff Gadi Eisenkot on Tuesday urged Knesset lawmakers to complete Israel's security barrier along the Palestinian-controlled areas of the West Bank to prevent the thousands of Palestinians who enter Israel illegally each day and reduce the recent surge in terror attacks.
At a Knesset State Control Committee meeting, Eisenkot said that Palestinians "view terrorism as a political, social and religious tool to advance political goals," and attacks were a "daily occurrence that we are grappling with in Judea and Samaria," using the alternate, biblical name for the West Bank. The suspects were arrested at the beginning of June 2016 before they were able to carry out their attack. They have been indicted by the Judean Military Court. (Read more)
5. German bank funds 'Arabs only' water purification plant - Israel National News
The German bank KfW is funding a waste treatment plant in Samaria - on condition that it only serve the Arab population, the Legal Forum for Israel said on Tuesday.
According to the Forum, this same bank perviously funded the establishment of a water purification plant which has been noted for polluting the water flowing through the nearby valley of Wadi Kelt.
The Legal Forum warns that the establishment of the new waste treatment plant near the Jewish community of Rimonim will cause serious damage to a nearby archaeological site dating to biblical times. (Read more)

1. President Obama to Issue Transgender Order This Week - Charisma News
As the old saying goes, "You will be made to care."
According to a new report from BuzzFeed, the Obama Administration plans to unveil a new transgender mandate this week. This time, the executive order will impact all federal government facilities, and will require that bathroom, shower and dressing facilities must be accessible to employees and visitors based upon each person's gender identity.
BuzzFeed News obtained a draft notice circulated to federal agencies outlining the rule, which will apply to roughly 9,200 properties operated by the General Services Administration.
In addition to the estimated 1 million federal civilian workers employed in those spaces, GSA spokesperson Ashley Nash-Hahn told BuzzFeed News, the rule will cover anyone who enters the facilities-from people visiting courthouses to those stopping in at Social Security offices.
"This includes all kinds of Americans," Nash-Hahn said. "We wanted to make clear that a person can use facilities that match their gender identity, and we think that's a good thing."

2. Pro-Palestinian Activist Group Collects Data on Jewish Students - Refinedright
Students for Justice in Palestine demonstrators outside a rally in Maryland. A student advocacy group has begun collecting information about Jewish students, including physical addresses, according to a report by the Times of Israel.
Students for Justice in Palestine (SJP), an activist group promoting the Palestinian state, was alleged to be responsible for gathering information on the whereabouts of Jewish students. How this information was collected, and whether it will be released publicly, was not known at press time. SJP did not issue a statement confirming or denying the report. According to the report, students at New York University had been specifically targeted, but was not the only campus SJP had collected data from.
SJP, formed in 1993, advocates the sovereignty of the Palestinian state, protesting Israeli occupation and "war crimes" toward the Palestinian people, and works to boycott companies and organizations that support the nation of Israel. Formally affiliated with the Boycott, Divestment, and Sanctions (BDS) movement, its members have held demonstrations against the existence of the nation of Israel, and called for the UN to intervene to return the territory to the Palestinians. In a recent article by The Observer, SJP was linked to the Hamas terrorist network, with former student activists going on to work for organizations identified as offering material support to Hamas, among other groups.

- Father, protect Jewish students from this information gathering by activist groups. We pray college campuses in every state protect their students from this activity that targets certain groups of people.
- For if a man wearing a gold ring and fine clothing comes into your assembly, and a poor man in shabby clothing also comes in, and if you pay attention to the one who wears the fine clothing and say, "You sit here in a good place," while you say to the poor man, "You stand over there," or, "Sit down at my feet," have you not then made distinctions among yourselves and become judges with evil thoughts? (James 2:2-4)
3. Judge orders two U.S. swimmers to stay in the country- USA Today
RIO DE JANEIRO - A Brazilian judge has ordered two U.S. swimmers not to leave the country, according to court documents obtained Wednesday. Ryan Lochte and Jimmy Feigen were ordered to stay in Rio three days after they said they were robbed.
Judge Keyla Blank said there were inconsistencies in the testimony of the two swimmers, who said they were robbed at gunpoint after a late night out. Lochte has already left the country, his agent said.
Blank wrote in her filing that there were discrepancies about the time when they left France House and arrived at the athletes' village.
According to the documents, she watched surveillance video of the swimmers arriving at the athletes' village. "They arrived with their psychological and physical integrity unperturbed," she wrote, also noting that the swimmers appeared to be joking with each other and did not appear to be upset. Read more
- Father, we pray truth be revealed in this situation. We pray protection on the two swimmers and that the discrepancies will be cleared up.
- O LORD, who shall sojourn in your tent? Who shall dwell on your holy hill? He who walks blamelessly and does what is right and speaks truth in his heart; (Psalm 15:1-2)
4. Good Samaritan killed after helping 2 South Carolina teens pull SUV from ditch - Fox News
Two South Carolina teens were arrested on murder charges Monday after allegedly killing a Good Samaritan who helped the pair pull their vehicle out of a ditch. WCSC-TV reported that Deon Frasier, 17, and Michael Dupree-Taylor, 19, were denied bond Tuesday after they were arrested at a North Charleston apartment.
According to a North Charleston police affidavit, the two teens asked the victim, identified as 45-year-old Chadwick Garrett, to help them pull their 2016 Dodge Durango out of a ditch. Witnesses told authorities that Garrett agreed to help the pair with their SUV for $20.
Authorities said that after Garrett helped the pair pull the vehicle out of the ditch, Garrett asked Frasier and Dupree-Taylor about the $20 when Frasier took out a gun and allegedly fired several rounds and struck Garrett in the chest.
The station, citing the affidavit, reported that Frasier jumped into the passenger side of the SUV and Dupree-Taylor was in the driver's seat as they fled the scene. Read more
- Father, we are saddened to hear about this good Samaritan. We pray justice will be served to the two men who committed this murder. We pray for a revival to strike the hearts of the people of America. May we have a heart of service for one another.

5. North Korea says it has resumed plutonium production - Reuters
North Korea says it has resumed plutonium production by reprocessing spent fuel rods and has no plans to stop nuclear tests as long as perceived U.S. threats remain, Japan's Kyodo news agency reported on Wednesday. North Korea's Atomic Energy Institute, which has jurisdiction over its main Yongbyon nuclear facilities, also told Kyodo it had been producing highly enriched uranium necessary for nuclear arms and power "as scheduled".
"We have reprocessed spent nuclear fuel rods removed from a graphite-moderated reactor," the institute told Kyodo in a written interview.
The institute did not mention the amount of plutonium or enriched uranium it had produced, Kyodo said.
North Korea vowed in 2013 to restart all nuclear facilities, including the main reactor at its Yongbyon site that had been shut down.
North Korea had said in September that Yongbyon was operating and that it was working to improve the "quality and quantity" of its nuclear weapons.
North Korea conducted its fourth nuclear test in January. According to Kyodo, the North Korean institute said it had already succeeded in making "lighter and diversifying" nuclear weapons, and that it had no intention of halting nuclear tests.
"Under conditions that the United States constantly threatens us with nuclear weapons, we will not discontinue nuclear tests," the institute was quoted by Kyodo as saying.

- Father, give wisdom and foresight to our authorities on how to respond to this information about Korea resuming plutonium production.
11 Foresight will protect you. Understanding will guard you. 12 [Wisdom will] save you from the way of evil, from the person who speaks devious things, 13 from those who abandon the paths of righteousness to walk the ways of darkness, 14 from those who enjoy doing evil, from those who find joy in the deviousness of evil. 15 Their paths are crooked. Their ways are devious. (Proverbs 2:11-15)

Import Jihad, export Jobs
Did you know that the US "president" has taken in more Syrian "refugees" than all of the European Union? According to the Washington Examiner, the EU has taken in some 6,000 Syrian "refugees," outpaced by America's 8,000. If elected, Democratic Presidential candidate Hillary Clinton has vowed to continue the intake by up to four-fold. This is tantamount to an Islamic invasion of the US because the government has admitted there is not real way to vet against terrorists. All the while, Associate Press reports that 2.4 million jobs were outsourced overseas-just in 2015-and 3.2 million to China alone since 2001. The government's foreign policy appears to be simple: Import Jihad, export jobs.
Both the current "president" and the presidential wannabe, Clinton, have close ties to the Muslim Brotherhood, a terrorist group. During Arab Spring, which included US military use in Libya and the Benghazi attack that left four Americans dead, the Administration and then-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, said the Muslim Brotherhood was a foreign policy partner. Saudi Arabia and other Arab countries with ties to terrorism also have provided Clinton tens of millions of dollars in funding through contributions to the Clinton Foundation and the Clinton Global Initiative. There is no indication that Islamic colonization of America will come to a halt or slow down if Clinton is elected president.
At the same time, sending jobs overseas cost some $30 billion in wages in just 2015, put record numbers of people on welfare (which also costs taxpayers billions), and has contributed to over 14.2 million Americans dropping out the workforce since the current "president" took office. In 2013, the Pew Hispanic Center estimated there were 8 million illegal aliens in the workforce-that's just the illegals. "Refugees," also cost Americans in either jobs or tax-assisted government aid. A true refugee is forced to cross national boundaries and cannot return home safely. Muslims in Syria are not true refugees, however, Christians in Syria and Iraq are refugees-but this Administration does not allow them into the US.
The Muslim Brotherhood plan for America is colonization through a comprehensive "civilization Jihad" aimed at destroying America's "miserable house" from within (from the Muslim Brotherhood Strategic Goal for North America, May, 1991). The Democratic "president" and presidential wannabe both are assisting the Muslim Brotherhood's goals through their policies and platform. At the same time, they are contributing to an unsustainable economy through policies that export jobs overseas. Jeremiah 51:14 says of Babylon, which has similar characteristics to modern America: "I will fill thee with men as with locusts and they shall raise up a battle cry against thee." It's what happens when leadership abandons the precepts of the one true God and imports Jihad while exporting jobs. We need to repent and change leaders.
Have a Blessed and Powerful Day!

Classic Hymns:
Love Divine All Loves Excelling
"God is love. Whoever lives in love lives in God, and God in him."
(1 John 4:16)
Lyrics
Love divine, all loves excelling, Joy of heaven to earth come down; Fix in us thy humble dwelling; All thy faithful mercies crown! Jesus, Thou art all compassion, Pure unbounded love Thou art; Visit us with Thy salvation; Enter every trembling heart.
Breathe, O breathe Thy loving Spirit, Into every troubled breast! Let us all in Thee inherit; Let us find that second rest. Take away our bent to sinning; Alpha and Omega be; End of faith, as its Beginning, Set our hearts at liberty.
Come, Almighty to deliver, Let us all Thy life receive; Suddenly return and never, Never more Thy temples leave. Thee we would be always blessing, Serve Thee as Thy hosts above, Pray and praise Thee without ceasing, Glory in Thy perfect love.
Finish, then, Thy new creation; Pure and spotless let us be. Let us see Thy great salvation Perfectly restored in Thee; Changed from glory into glory, Till in heaven we take our place, Till we cast our crowns before Thee, Lost in wonder, love, and praise.

About the Author:
Words: Charles Wesley, 1747
Music: John Zundel, 1870
About the hymn:
In 1961, during the Manchester, England, crusade . . . just as the meetings were about to start, Billy Graham became quite seriously ill . . . Billy had been scheduled to speak to the ministers of London just before the crusade opened. You can imagine my feelings when he sent word that I should represent him and speak at that meeting. The British pastors are themselves thorough scholars and often brilliant preachers. And they were expecting to hear Billy Graham, not me!
At the beginning of that meeting in Westminster's Central Hall, the ministers joined in singing this great hymn of Charles Wesley. Most of these British clergymen were also well acquainted with hymn texts and hymn tunes, and they sang gloriously. Accompanied by the grand piano and the great pipe organ and using the Welsh tune "Blaenwern," these familiar words lifted our hearts in praise and prayer to God. I felt God's strength evident through the singing; He blessed our meeting together despite my fears and their disappointment.

Artificial black hole creates its own version of Hawking radiation
Result could be closest thing yet to an observation of the bizarre phenomenon. Jeff Steinhauer, an experimental physicist at the Technion-Israel Institute of Technology in Haifa, has created an artificial black hole that seems to emit such 'Hawking radiation' on its own, from quantum fluctuations that emerge from its experimental set-up. "That girl is the Olympic spirit right there!" New Zealand Runner Amazed by Unselfish Act of American Rival
American Olympic runner Abbey D'Agostina, like all her fellow Olympic competitors, was in the semifinal of the women's 5,000 meter race to win and to move up.
But thoughts of winning were pushed aside by compassion when New Zealand's Nikki Hamblin tripped and fell on the track causing Abbey to collide with her.
As she pulled herself up, Abbey didn't just start running again, she bent down and helped Nikki to her feet, encouraging her to finish the race.
But then, just meters later in the race, according to the KFOR NBC report, Abbey collapsed with what was later found to be a torn ACL.
This time it was Nikki Hamblin who wouldn't leave her rival's side, urging her to continue the race.
Finally Abbey told Nikki to go on without her; the American eventually hobbling across the finish line "a full two minutes after the winner."
