The Great American Eclipse:
God's Set Time for a Solemn Assembly
On Monday, August 21st, our Lord will place a total eclipse of the sun all across our nation, stretching in a huge band from the coast of Oregon to the coast of South Carolina.
This "path of totality" will form a band approximately 70 miles wide across our continent in a stunning celestial display. Millions of Americans are expected to travel many miles in order to view this total eclipse, as a spectacular display of nature.
But for God's people -- His Bride -- could He also be speaking His own message from heaven?
Is this event not a "set time" to repent, to "get right with Him," and to go forward in a new direction for the days to come?
Is this not a "set time" to "seek His face, and to turn from our wicked ways" that "times of refreshing" might visit us and revival follow in its wake?
Is this not the time to "prepare ye the way of the Lord?"
AMEN!!

An Introduction to the Call for Solemn Assemblies to Convene
All Across America Throughout the Day on Monday, August 21st
The following is a note from the author of Teshuvah Eclipse, Ron Allen.
Attached is an outline of a Teshuvah Sacred Assembly for August 21, 2017.
The first portion is a teaching which connects the symbolism of the Teshuvah Eclipse with the traditional Jewish Teshuvah scriptures of Psalm 27, inviting a return to God's presence, and Ezekiel 33, warning of judgment.
Next comes a prayer for personal repentance and return to God based Jesus' 40 Day temptation and the scripture segments He quoted to confound Satan. Then comes a prayer for the Church to be united in Christ, keying off of Jesus's prayer in John 17. Following this is the prayer to heal our land from 2nd Chronicles 7:14.
Lastly, there is a summary prayer for revival.
In an actual meeting there would also be worship and spirit led prayer.

August 21, 2017 is a day for us to choose who we are going to serve, personally and as a nation.
