2. Left-wing Israeli groups received $27M from Europe over 3 years - Israel Hayom

Some 24 Israeli non-governmental political advocacy organizations dealing with the Israeli-Palestinian conflict reported a total of nearly 105 million shekels ($27 million) in direct and indirect funding from foreign governments, especially in the European Union, from 2012 to 2014, according to an NGO Monitor report from earlier this year.

The organizations are required by Israel's NGO Transparency Law to disclose funding from foreign governmental bodies. NGO Monitor collected and analyzed the data provided about donations given directly by foreign governments and those given via governmental conduits.

According to the Foreign Ministry, many of these organizations focus on Israel's activities in Judea and Samaria, often encouraging pro-Palestinian activists and the Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions movement. (Read more)

3. Netanyahu to France: Renounce the miserable actions of Orange - Jerusalem Post

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu called on France Thursday to distance itself from comments made by the CEO of French Telecom giant Orange which were perceived in Israel as being in support of a boycott against the Jewish state.

"I call on the French Government to renounce publicly the miserable statements and the miserable actions of a company of which it holds partial ownership," he said.

Orange CEO Stephane Richard said Wednesday he wanted to end the licensing agreement with Israeli mobile firm Partner, even though there was a huge risk of financial penalties from doing so, and that the decision was in part due to the firm's relations with Arab countries. The French government owns 25% of Orange and it is under pressure to pull out of its Israeli activities because Partner operates in the West Bank.

"I call on all of our closest allies to say in a loud and clear voice that they unconditionally oppose all types of boycott against the Jewish State," Netanyahu said Thursday. (Read more)

5. Abdullah: "The Israeli-Palestinian conflict threatens world peace - Jerusalem Online

In a speech at the European Parliament in Strasbourg, the Jordanian King addressed the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, the rise of the IS in the Middle East and the relationship between the two. "The conflict causes violence and terrorism around the world," he stated. "Extremists use it to create legitimacy and recruit fighters from the West." (Read more)

6. IDF source: We'd evacuate a million Lebanese if war breaks out with Hezbollah - Jerusalem Post

In the event of a new conflict with Hezbollah, the IDF would seek to evacuate more than a million civilians in south Lebanon within 24 hours before proceeding to strike thousands of Hezbollah targets in some 240 villages and built-up regions, a senior military source said on Wednesday.

Large-scale Hezbollah rocket and missile fire would be met with civilian evacuations, massive Israeli aerial strikes, followed by a ground offensive, he said. (Read more)

1. China suspected in massive breach of federal personnel data - AP

WASHINGTON -- China-based hackers are suspected of breaking into the computer networks of the U.S. government personnel office and stealing identifying information of at least 4 million federal workers, American officials said Thursday Data stolen in the recent hack of U.S. government computers includes security clearance information and background checks dating to 1985, a U.S. official said, underlining the far-reaching scale of one of the largest known thefts of federal government data. This means that they potentially have information about retirees, and they could know what they did after leaving government," said the official, speaking on condition of anonymity.

Access to information from the breach at Office of Personnel Management computer networks, such as birthdates, Social Security numbers and bank information, could help hackers test potential passwords to other sites, including those containing information about critical weapons systems, said the official. - Lord, we are sad and troubled by this news of our enemy's breaching federal data of a minimum of 4 million of our citizens, for no good purpose.  Lord, surely the heart of man is always trying to find new ways to commit crimes, and use data for subversive purposes. We pray that You will continue to expose these works done in darkness, and reveal the person(s) responsible, that they may be made accountable, and the results of this travesty be neutralized. Lord, You are our Hiding Place, our identity if hidden in You! Protect us,we pray, O Lord, and bring these lawbreakers to justice, we pray.  Amen.

IRS Commissioner John Koskinen has confirmed to Congress that illegal immigrants granted amnesty under President Obama's new programs could claim back refunds even when they never filed returns to pay their taxes in the first place. (Read more)
- Abba, how can one be due a refund of money he/she never paid?  What a strange idea.  Masses of illegal aliens (who are actually breaking the law, by even being here) are being granted amnesty by this president, and given all kinds of "perks" they have never earned.  We ask that Congress intervene and correct this policy.  So many wish to come here legitimately, and work for a living . . . may they be the ones blessed with jobs, not those who try to come in the "back door". Obviously, this is not right, but we ask for Your intervention in making it right. Surely all those here illegally, will also be encouraged to vote for those who are giving them "handouts". We ask that Your righteous judgment prevail for all concerned.  In Your Name we pray, Amen.

3. Breaking! Muslim congressman sics Justice on mosque protesters - WND

'Hate speech creates a clear and present danger'

Rep. Keith Ellison, D-Minn., said in a tweet he is asking the Justice Department to launch an investigation about the legalities of a protest at a Phoenix mosque that included the participation of gun-carrying activists.. . Ellison in a tweet wrote: "@RepAndreCarson and I are asking the Obama Administration to investigate the armed rally at Phoenix mosque."

The protest Ellison was referring to occurred at the Islamic Community Center of Phoenix in late May, held in part to show solidarity with the "Draw Muhammad" contest in Texas. Approximately 250 protesters carrying American flags and depictions of the Prophet Muhammad assembled outside of the mosque that had previously been attended by the two gunmen from Phoenix who opened gunfire on the "Draw Muhammad" event. Various media outlets described the protest as heated to the point where police had to physically separate Muslims and rally participants, some of whom were armed.

Protest organizers, however, said the First Amendment guarantees them the right to rally, and police at the scene didn't dispute that fact. Still, Ellison and Carson wrote to Attorney General Loretta Lynch and asked for intervention. (Read more)
- Lord God, we come against this convoluted way of thinking, and we ask You grant the clarity of Your wisdom to those who are working to guarantee our right to free speech. We thank You, too, Lord, that this event in Phoenix did not bear the mark of violence seen in Garland, Texas; and we credit that scene of relative calm to the work of the intercessors, along with capable law enforcement officers. We do this in Jesus' name, amen and amen.

4. U.S. Productivity Falls 3.1% In First Quarter - Wall Street Journal

U.S. worker productivity fell in the opening months of 2015, underscoring an economic soft patch marked by weak business investment and tepid wage gains. The U.S. economy gained 280,000 jobs in May, while the unemployment rate rose slightly to 5.5 percent as more people began searching for jobs. Washington does not count people as unemployed unless they are actively seeking work.

Friday's report from the Labor Department says job gains occurred in business services, hotels and restaurants, and health care.  Jobs declined in the oil industry, as falling prices discouraged investment. (Read more)
- Father, we bring this whole economic situation to You.  You are our Source! We see that the gained 280,000 jobs in May, which sounds like good news, but then comes the word that the unemployment rate rose to 5.5 percent even with those additional jobs. There are still 8.7 million Americans seeking employment, as the oil industry appears to be faltering.  So many voices are now predicting economic disaster this fall for our nation.  Lord, may those who know You, look to You for Your wisdom, and creativity, and may You meet the needs of them and their families.  Give wisdom and discretion to those trying to balance a "tight budget" and provide for their families.  We praise You that You are the Answer!  Amen.

Merkel selected Elmau Castle for Sunday summit of richest nations, but the site has a mixed past from the days of the Third Reich. Group of Seven (G7) leaders will gather from Sunday in a quintessentially German venue handpicked by Chancellor Angela Merkel, a luxury hotel with a fairytale setting and a tumultuous past. Merkel has also said that she picked the spot for the way the castle's proprietors have owned up to its Nazi-era history. (Read more)

7. G-7 Summit: Huge Security Operation Around Castle Elmau, Germany - NBC News

ELMAU, Germany - World leaders including President Barack Obama will be guarded by 17,000 police officers when they arrive high in the southern German Alps for two days of meetings at the G-7 summit this weekend.

Located at more than 3,000 feet above sea level, Castle Elmau has created special challenges for organizers of this year's global conference, which begins on Sunday. The luxury hotel is surrounded by lush green fields, dense forests and Alpine mountains and has only with only one paved road leading up to it. Major highways are shut down and temporary border posts have been set up on at least one mountain trail in Bavaria's largest ever police operation.

Police spokesman Peter Reichl said that the limited infrastructure made the location challenging for security officials. "It makes it substantially more difficult," he told NBC News. "Of course we have a tactical advantage that Castle Elmau is difficult to reach, but we also have big logistical problems." "We have prepared for all possible scenarios," he said. (Read more)
- Lord God, even though some among these world leaders may be "set" upon enacting policies that are not according to Your will, nevertheless, we cry out for them, and ask You to keep them safe, for You died for them, too. 8. UN Urges Warring Sides in E. Ukraine to Uphold Minsk Agreement - VOA

The United Nations is urging all sides in the Ukraine conflict to fully respect the cease-fire agreement reached earlier this year.

It issued the call as top U.S. defense officials and diplomats were due to meet Friday at the headquarters of U.S. European Command in Stuttgart, Germany, to review the effectiveness of EU and U.S. economic sanctions against Russia and NATO's strategy in deterring further Russian actions in Ukraine.

"We are either looking at a return to a deepening, intractable conflict or a momentary upsurge in parts of the conflict zone. We cannot afford either scenario," U.N. political chief Jeffrey Feltman told an emergency Security Council meeting Friday. (Read more)
- Father, as these top U.S. defense officials and others are gathering today in Germany, we enlist You as the Great Negotiator, we pray.  Give wisdom as to how counter Russian military actions in Ukraine.  As Defense Secretary Ash Carter confers with generals and ambassadors based in Europe, we ask that You will enable those military minds to think like You think about such issues.  If it would be prudent to change the policy, then we pray it will be changed, and be more effective than previously.  We know You care about the "affairs of men" both militarily,and in every area of life.  We thank You that You are our Counselor, and we draw on Your wisdom to solve these issues. Amen.

9. US might deploy missiles in Europe to counter Russia - AP

The Obama administration is weighing a range of aggressive responses to Russia's alleged violation of a Cold War-era nuclear treaty, including deploying land-based missiles in Europe that could pre-emptively destroy the Russian weapons.

This "counterforce" option is among possibilities the administration is considering as it reviews its entire policy toward Russia in light of Moscow's military intervention in Ukraine, its annexation of Crimea and other actions the U.S. deems confrontational in Europe and beyond.

The options go so far as one implied - but not stated explicitly - that would improve the ability of U.S. nuclear weapons to destroy military targets on Russian territory.

It all has a certain Cold War ring, even if the White House ultimately decides to continue tolerating Russia's alleged flight-testing of a ground-launched cruise missile with a range prohibited by the treaty. (Read more)
- Abba, we thank You for bringing this violation to light, and we pray that You will give Your wisdom to those who need to address these issues.  We have also read that Russia's Putin is offering to build a second nuclear facility in Iran, further inflaming tensions and endangering many. This is a very serious situation, and one that concerns You, us, and Israel greatly. We ask for You to be present at these talks and incline the hearts of those involved to use discretion, and to protect Your people, we pray. Amen.

- "Behave yourselves wisely [living prudently and with discretion] in your relations with those of the outside world (the non-Christians), making the very most of the time and seizing (buying up) the opportunity.Let your speech at all times be gracious (pleasant and winsome), seasoned [as it were] with salt, [so that you may never be at a loss] to know how you ought to answer anyone [who puts a question to you]." New Trade Deal--evil deeds done in secret

This message from the "president" is quoted on the White House website: "My administration is committed to creating an unprecedented level of openness in government. We will work together to ensure the public trust and establish a system of transparency, public participation and collaboration. Openness will strengthen our democracy and promote efficiency and efffectiveness in government." Maybe the typo in the word "effectiveness" sums up the commitment. This White House is known for its secrecy from not responding to Freedom of Information Act requests to meetings with known Islamic extremists to socialist healthcare and now a secret trade bill that apparently globalizes your existence.

There is quite a bit of hype written on whitehouse.gov about the secret trade bill, well not really. There is much written about how the trade bill empowers women, but then the bait and switch to the White House trade policy being good for women. This is just an example--introduce the concept of the legislation, but then talk about policy without telling anyone what is in the legislation. That worked pretty well in passing the socialist Affordable Care Act that is neither affordable nor provides good care. This trade bill, however, must be a whopper because not even the Republicans, many who support it, are talking details--Former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi's "we have to pass it to find out what's in it" mentality prevails.
This trade bill is likely full of items that restrict your Constitutional liberties and are an offense to your faith. One provision is reported to impact where your personal records are sent, who can view this information, and how it can be used--raising questions about privacy. There are other concerns about climate change, immigration, gay rights, and abortion. Americans need a discernment decipher ring to reveal the codes. But here is a hint: Privacy is new code for spying on you; Climate change is new code for taxing businesses and wealth redistribution; Gay rights is new code for suppression of religion and free speech; Immigration is new code for no border security; Family planning is code for abortion. Get the picture?

Most politicians see the globalization of trade as a positive socio-economic step. This is why Republicans are supporting this trade pact. There are also reports that much of the trade pact must be kept secret for five years. This is not good for anyone, especially given the Islamist Marxist sitting in the Oval Office who has routinely lied about his commitment to an "unprecedented level of openness in government." Psalm 64 speaks of the secret counsel of the wicked. Verse 5 says, "They encourage themselves in an evil matter: they talk of laying snares secretly; they say, Who shall see them?" We do not have to "see" to discern. We should demand accountability to prevent commitments of evil made on our behalf.

While you're at it, please take all of your allies with you. Take the entire staff of MSNBC, Code Pink, the National Council of Churches, the USCCB, the entire State Department, John Boehner, Harry Reid, Nancy Pelosi, and Mitch McConnell with you. America will be better off without them.

We do not want you here destroying our nation and our way of life any longer.

- The Final blood moon of the tetrad will shine on the first day of Sukkot (9.28.15) over Jerusalem.

NEW ROADS LEADING TO SEPTEMBER:

- The UN Security Council Vote on the Palestinian Resolution is now tentatively scheduled to happen sometime in September.

- If my Jubilee chart calculations are correct (you test and discern) . . . Sept 23 is DAY 1 of a JUBILEE year.

- In the Jubilee article above, if the calculation is correct, if the interpretation is correct, and, I could be wrong, you test and discern . . . but if it is correct, then Daniel's final 7 weeks (from Dan 9:25) is completed on the LAST DAY of this Shemitah year (9.13.15). That is a seven week, 49 year road ending this September.

One thing is certain. Once the UN Security Council takes a vote on the Palestinian resolution to declare a decree Palestinian state, if the measure is green lighted and passes, Yahweh's gavel of judgment will hit the bench and His judgment will come upon the nations for the "controversy of Zion", for dividing the land of Israel . . . Once we see this event happen on the ground, we are there . . . the year of Yahweh's Jubilee begins, with great blessing and outpouring for humble, repentant people and with vengeance coming down on the nations/peoples who are in rebellion and defiance of Yahweh.
Will the Pope be "announcing" this unveiled Palestinian resolution at the UN General Assembly? Time will tell . . .

A lot of ink has been spilled lately with stories about NSA and FBI spying tactics. But let's not forget why we are having this debate: There are evil people around the world, and increasingly around the country, who are plotting to kill us.

Francis Taylor, undersecretary of intelligence and analysis at the Department of Homeland Security, said this week that 180 Americans have joined ISIS.

The FBI director recently acknowledged that his agency is monitoring ISIS recruitment efforts in all 50 states.
National Security reporter Patrick Poole warns that there is a "metastasizing Islamic terror threat in the American homeland." Poole notes that there have been 41 domestic terror arrests already this year. "At the current pace . . . the number of cases will exceed the number from the past two years combined," he writes.

While debates about the Patriot Act and preserving privacy are important, I worry that there is not enough debate about Islamic radicalization inside the United States.

Those engaging in violent acts are a minority. But we know from polling that there is broad sympathy for violence among Muslims around the world. How much sympathy is there for extremism among Muslims here? Is anti-Semitism among U.S. Muslims as bad as it is in Europe?
How many Muslims, when they are praying five times a day, are praying for the day when America will be governed by Sharia law and not the Constitution? I don't know. Shouldn't we know? Some Muslims in Minneapolis are not shy about their desire to see Sharia subjugate America.

The fact is Islam has a problem with violence. When artists insult Jesus and the Virgin Mary, Christians simply demand that taxpayer dollars not be spent on such "art." I am not aware of any attempts by Christians to kill the artists defaming their faith.
There is a significant tradition in Islam that declares that anyone who defames Mohammad should receive the death penalty. As we saw in Texas recently, there are Muslims here willing to execute that penalty. By the way, the Boston man killed for plotting to behead cops initially planned to attack Pamela Geller.

Here's the bottom line: Americans who wish to preserve our privacy and our freedom are right to keep a watchful eye on big government. But more importantly, they should demand that our government implement commonsense immigration and national security policies. Here's some encouraging news in the fight for life: There is a clear pro-life majority in America.

Terry Jeffrey at CNS News reports that 37 consecutive Gallup polls conducted over the past 21 years have found that most Americans would stop most abortions.

"In the past 20 years, the percentage who say abortion should be illegal in all circumstances or all but a few circumstances has never dropped below 54%," Jeffrey writes.

And we continue to make progress at the state level. Yesterday the North Carolina state House passed legislation requiring a 72-hour waiting period for abortions, sending the bill to Governor Pat McCrory desk. Gov. McCrory said he will sign the bill.

Last week West Virginia became the 11th state to ban late-term abortions (those performed in the second and third trimesters of pregnancy) after the legislature overrode Governor Earl Ray Tomblin's veto. (Gary Bauer)

Is it a lavatory or a laboratory for social change? Depends on who you ask. Under the Obama administration, what happens in the bathroom is an issue for the boardroom, thanks to the Department of Labor. In an announcement this week, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) is warning the country that it's "taking on" the issue of transgender politics -- and expects the business community to as well.
Big Brother has already been a big nuisance, piling on regulation after regulation under ObamaCare, the EPA, IRS, and now OSHA. Its latest intrusion is a memo demanding that the W.C. become P.C. by allowing workers in offices across America to use the restroom of their choosing. "Restricting employees to using only restrooms that are not consistent with their gender identity, or segregating them from other workers by requiring them to use gender-neutral or other specific restrooms, singles those employees out and may make them fear for their physical safety."
Apparently, OSHA is concerned with everyone's safety except the 99.7% of the country forced to cope with this brave new world of bathrooms. As part of the memo ("Guide to Restroom Access for Transgenders"), the agency made it clear that no proof was required to use a certain restroom -- despite the risks this all-comers policy poses. In this rush to embrace the Bruce Jenners of the world, no one seems to be talking about the real dangers these overcompensations cause.
As unnerving as a gender-free-for-all might be for workers, their fears probably have more to do with non-transgenders who might take advantage of such a policy. Giving people a license to use any bathroom is an open invitation for abuse. In a nation plagued by assault, employers may as well hang signs that say, "Sexual predators welcome!"

ISIS Fighter Converts to Christianity After Meeting Jesus
in a Powerful Dream: Like Apostle Paul

(The Middle East)-In a powerful story of redemption and grace, an Islamic State militant known for his brutal killing of Christians has converted to his victims' religion after dreaming of "a man in white" who offered him a dramatic message, according to one missionary's account.
"One of our YWAM workers in the Middle East was contacted by a friend earlier this year and they met up and he was introduced to an ISIS fighter who had killed many Christians already. I mean that's a horrible situation, and admittedly, he was probably on guard," Gina Fadely, director of Youth With A Mission Frontier Missions, Inc. (YWAM), said during a recent appearance on The Voice of the Martyrs Radio Network, Christian Post reported.

Fadely went on to reveal that the ISIS fighter confessed that prior to his conversion, he had "actually enjoyed" killing Christians.
"He told this YWAM leader that he had begun having dreams of this man in white who came to him and said, 'You are killing my people.' And he started to feel really sick and uneasy about what he was doing," Fadely continued. "The fighter said just before he killed one Christian, the man said, 'I know you will kill me, but I give to you my Bible.' The Christian was killed and this ISIS fighter actually took the Bible and began to read it. In another dream, Jesus asked him to follow Him and he was now asking to become a follower of Christ and to be discipled."
Kevin Sutter, the other YWAM director who appeared with Fadely on the VOM Radio program, shared that he has learned from one of his leaders in the Arab world that there is a "spiritual hunger" that was "unprecedented" among Muslims.

Two Dormant Volcanos In Arizona and Utah Struck By Rare Earthquakes,

Another dormant volcano is showing seismic activity in the Western United States.

A rare M2.7 earthquake struck in North Arizona at the long dormant Uinkaret volcanic field. The last eruption of this volcano occurred nearly 1,000 years ago (1100 A.D.).
Speaking of rare earthquakes at 1,000 year dormant volcanoes, just a few days ago (May 31st), a different earthquake struck in South Utah at the Markagunt Volcanic Plateau (just before the Oregon Earthquake swarm struck off the West coast this week).

The Markagunt volcanic plateau also has been dormant for approximately 1,000 years.

Both long dormant volcanic areas have been hit by earthquakes in the past few days, which is certainly a sign of greater unrest in the region, and possibly a sign of another larger West Coast seismic event coming in the near term.

The earthquake swarm off the coast of Oregon is occurring directly on the flanks of a large undersea unnamed dormant volcano , thus these dormant volcanoes showing movement on the West coast are a sign of building stresses below the plate. (RedFlagNews) Read more
