(Washington, DC)-Attorney General Holder confirmed at a news conference today that the FBI had successfully halted an alleged terror plot to bomb the Israeli and Saudi embassies in Washington, DC, and to assassinate the Saudi ambassador. Alleged Iranian-backed plot to kill Saudi diplomat flares tensions between Washington and Tehran as State Dept. and Saudi Embassy, seen left, call case a violation of international law and several U.S. lawmakers call plot an act of war.

- Make this headline a matter of urgent prayer. Lift up our own leaders at the White House, in Congress, and at the Pentagon, asking that they be led of the Lord in the next steps they will take. By Constitutional law, only Congress can declare an act of war. Please intercede accordingly.

- "The effectual, fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much." (James 5:16)

3. Congress still may be unprepared for a terrorist strike - Washington Post

Two weeks ago, the FBI arrested Rezwan Ferdaus and accused the 26-year-old Massachusetts man of planning to fly an explosives-laden model airplane into the U.S. Capitol. The plot's revelation sparked debate over the FBI's tactics in investigating Muslims and drew attention to the possibility that someone could use remote-controlled aircraft to carry out a terrorist attack.

- Lord, we pray that in mercy You would give wisdom to those in leadership regarding the safety of our land, and we, the people. We repent of our great sin, for in sinning against You we have opened our borders to aliens who would devour us. (Hos 7:9) We thank You for yesterday's victory, and we ask You to please have mercy on us Lord and protect us.

-"The beloved of the Lord shall dwell in safety by Him, Who shelters him all the day long" (Deut. 33:12)

4. Jobs Bill Fails in Senate Despite White House Push - Fox News

- Once again, we praise the Lord that the system of checks-and-balances, described in our Constitution, still works today. The unemployment crisis will not go away overnight; intercede and ask our Lord to grant His wisdom to Congress and the White House as they seek the way to develop true job growth in this economic climate.

- "I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will guide you with My eye." (Psalm 32:8)

- "Since you are precious and honored in my sight, and because I love you, I will give men in exchange for you, and people in exchange for your life." (Isaiah 43:4)

7. ACORN: Puppet Master of Occupy Wall Street - FrontPage Magazine

The Working Families Party, an infamous ACORN front group notorious for corruption, was instrumental in organizing the Occupy Wall Street protests, according to radical journalist Laura Flanders of Free Speech TV.

- Lord, we pray that You would bind those who despise your laws and sow corruption into the land. May their activities be fruitless, dispelled by division and ignorance within their own ranks. May those who sincerely seek truth find You, the embodiment of Truth.

- "Where there is no revelation, the people cast off restraint, but happy is he who keeps the law." (Prov. 29:18)

8. 6 protesters arrested in Senate building on Capitol Hill - WTOP News

- "No longer will violence be heard in your land, nor ruin or destruction within your borders, but you will call your walls Salvation and your gates Praise." (Isaiah 60:18)

9. Retrial Ordered for Iranian Pastor - Fox News

Facing Death Sentence for Christian Beliefs

Iran's Supreme Court has ordered a retrial for a pastor sentenced to death for refusing to renounce his Christian beliefs.

State media reported that the high court sent the case back to lower court because of concerns about the initial investigation.

"If there is an appeal and the case is returned to the supreme court, the case will be reviewed," read a statement quoted by ISNA, the Iranian student's news agency, AFP reports.
Jordan Sekulow, executive director of the American Center for Law and Justice, a Washington-based organization that is monitoring Nadarkhani's case, told FoxNews.com that the move was unusual and is part of the "secretive process" within the Iranian judicial system.

"Based on these reports, Pastor Youcef is alive and we have reached the highest level of Iranian government," Sekulow said on Monday. "I don't believe this would've ever reached the level of Khamenei without the media attention and outpouring of support we've seen."

Sekulow said the move to involve Khamenei in a case before a regional court is uncommon and indicates that "Iran is feeling the pressure" of the growing international community in support of Nadarkhani. Read more

- Claim the promise of the Word of God for Pastor Yousef Nadarkhani. Amen.

- "Since you are precious and honored in my sight, and because I love you, I will give men in exchange for you, and people in exchange for your life." (Isaiah 43:4)

This week, for all the headlines cited below, please join us in proclaiming THIS DECREE:

"Who is a God like You, who pardons iniquity, and passes by the transgression of the remnant of His heritage? He retains not His anger forever, because He delights in mercy. He will turn again; He will have compassion upon us; He will subdue our iniquities. You will cast all their sins into the depths of the sea. You will perform the truth to Jacob, and the mercy to Abraham, which You have sworn unto our fathers from the days of old." (Micah 7:18-20)

White House betrayal of Christianity worldwide

In the nation building business in Iraq, Afghanistan, Egypt, Gaza, Libya, and others, one of the stated main objectives of the current and immediate past White House occupants was to establish Constitutional religious freedom and the protection of human rights. It has cost America over $1.2 trillion and more that 6,300 American lives to help Afghanistan and Iraq establish Sharia Law constitutions that contain religious freedom language. America has spent billions more on elections that handed Gaza to terrorists, and assisted in overthrowing governments in Egypt and Libya in the name of human rights and religious freedom The result: genocide, persecution, and destruction of Christians in these nations.

Yes, nearly every constitution approved by these Islamic states has religious freedom requirements. But they are governed by Sharia Law, meaning that people have the freedom to choose Islam, Judaism, or Christianity. But under Sharia there are extreme consequences if Judaism or Christianity are chosen. That America's leadership willfully ignores this very fact is an egregious betrayal of the Christian majority in the United States. The establishment of Sharia in Iraq and Afghanistan signed the death warrant for the Christian Church there. In Egypt, Christians are systematically being persecuted, maimed and killed by the new democratic, yet Sharia-biased, leadership. Libya promises total Sharia.

Muslims in Egypt are killing Coptic Christians, or Egyptian Christians, by the dozens. Believing they were to see true religious freedom after decades of persecution, Coptic Christians (their beliefs are similar to Greek Orthodox and they are among the earliest Christians in Egypt dating back to the first century AD) at first embraced the "democratic" changes. But now they are finding that White House ally the Egyptian Muslim Brotherhood have allowed exponentially more persecution by Islamists. Vatican radio reports the Iraqi Christian population has declined from 800,000 to less than 150,000 due to Islamic attacks and religious intolerance. Christians are moving to safe zones in Northern Iraq to avoid persecution.

The State Department's 2010 International Religious Freedom Report says in Afghanistan "There is no longer a public Christian church." Additionally, the report says, the government's level of respect for religious freedom has declined, "particularly for Christian groups and individuals." American blood is being spilled that others have human rights and religious freedom, but our government is supporting the opposite. Isaiah 59:7 says, "Their feet run to evil, and they make haste to shed innocent blood: their thoughts are thoughts of iniquity; wasting and destruction are in their paths." Our government is a product of its people. The Christian Church in America must quit playing church and fear God.

Have a Blessed and Powerful Day!

One-State White House/CIA strategy: Islam arises, Israel dissolves

The White House is using a March 2009 CIA report strategizing the end of Israel by 2029 to leverage Israel into talks creating a Palestinian state that will eventually dissolve Israel and establish one nation. On behalf of the US president, Defense Secretary Leon Panetta met October 4 with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. Panetta delivered the message that the Arab Spring and Islamic Awakening throughout the Middle East combined with Israel's behavior toward the president is causing Israel to become increasingly isolated, just as the CIA report predicted.

Foreign Policy Journal (FPJ) reports that Panetta engaged "in frank discussions which included the White House displeasure at Netanyahu's repeated humiliation of the president over the past 18 months and Israeli threats to cut off Jewish aid to Obama's 2012 re-election campaign." The reports from Panetta's visit undoubtedly underscore the 2009 CIA strategic overview for a one-state solution to peace between Israel and Arab Islamists known as the Palestinian Authority. FPJ reports that it was Panetta's first day on the job as CIA director when he signed off on the CIA report. The report said that there would be hundreds of thousands of Jews immigrating to the US as a result of a one-state solution.

Revealed by Press TV on March 15, 2009, The CIA report suggested "an inexorable movement away from a two-state to a one-state solution, as the most viable model based on democratic principles of full equality that sheds the looming specter of colonial Apartheid while allowing for the return of the 1947/1948 and 1967 refugees. The latter being the precondition for sustainable peace in the region." This White House has been intimately involved in supporting the Arab Spring/Islamic Awakening movement with diplomatic and military assistance. These actions now appear to be part of an overarching strategy to isolate Israel and pressure it to accepting a Palestinian state on Islamic terms.

From a Biblical world view, this White House is courting disaster for America. There are many prophecies in the Bible about the treatment of Israel by other nations. As early as Genesis 12:3, the Lord says that He will "bless them that bless thee, and curse him that curseth thee." A latter day prophecy found in Zechariah 12:3 says, "And in that day will I make Jerusalem a burdensome stone for all people: all that burden themselves with it shall be cut in pieces." There are many more such prophecies. This Administration appears to be willfully and strategically creating a hostile environment for Israel. It is the Islamists who wish to drive Israel into the sea, and this White House is accelerating their desire. Not good.

Special Report: Terror Plot Foiled

Breaking News: Iran-tied Assassination, Bombing Plot Disrupted

Two men have been charged in what law enforcement officials say was a bombing plot in the United States approved by senior members Iran's Revolutionary Guard Quds Force.

The plot targeted the Saudi ambassador to the United States for assassination and may have included other targets including the Israeli embassy, ABC News reports.

During a news conference Tuesday afternoon, Manhattan U.S. Attorney Preet Bharara called the plot's details chilling, saying the suspects didn't care that they could kill dozens of civilians along with their targets.

The principle conspirator, 56-year-old naturalized American citizen Manssor Arbabsiar, repeatedly discussed the plot with what turned out to be a Drug Enforcement Agency informant. In conversations with the informant, who posed as a Mexican drug cartel representative, Arbabsiar mentioned bombing a restaurant where Ambassador Adel Al-Jubeir often eats. He also discussed attacking the Saudi embassy.

The informant claimed to be tied to a cartel which "has engaged in numerous acts of violence, including assassinations and murders," a criminal complaint said.

Arbabsiar and Quds Force member Gholam Shakuri are charged with conspiracies to murder a foreign official; to use a weapon of mass destruction; and to commit an act of international terrorism. Four men and $1.5 million were needed to carry out the plot, the informant claimed. Arbabsiar arranged for $100,000 to be wired to an account in New York in August and said the balance would be paid after the Al-Jubeir was killed.

Arbabsiar made it clear he didn't care how the ambassador died, or how many innocent people died with him. "They want that guy done, if the hundred go with him, [xxxx] 'em," he allegedly said. When the informant said he could use a bomb or shoot the ambassador, Arbabsiar said "it doesn't matter . . . whatever is easy for" you.

Arbabsiar was arrested Thursday at New York's John F. Kennedy airport, but Shakuri, a Quds force member, is at large. Arbabsiar allegedly confessed to law enforcement agents after his arrest, saying "he was recruited, funded and directed by men he understood to be senior officials in Iran's Qods Force. He allegedly said these Iranian officials were aware of and approved of the use of [the informant] in connection with the plot; as well as payments to [the informant]; the means by which the Ambassador would be killed in the United States and the casualties that would likely result."

Arbabsiar's cousin allegedly is a senior Quds Force official, the complaint said.
